Since morning today, I am unable to make any outgoing calls. Every number I dial it says the number is invalid. I am receiving calls and my plan is valid till 04th May. Tried calling the customer representative but was unable to reach them as the call gets disconnected as soon as I am transferred to the customer rep. I am located in Gaya, Bihar. My number is [protected]. I need urgent assistance, please.

I have not raised for below service but my balance deducted and no proper response from Vodafone team

I have recharged an amount of Rs. 188 on 26th April 2023, but not activated and the amount deducted from my bank account (SBI) net banking. Please check.

I have been getting this message for the past months but I did not complained but it's enough..today i was again charged for some random services..the message says "Hello!

I have recently applied for porting to vi and have got the sim but I am unable to activate the number in vi. Still the old operator network is available after 3 days and calling 59059 for tele verification from vi is of no use. I also tried the sms way but no use.
I wanna know whether I have to wait a little longer or I am not aware of any other steps.
I called many customer care number to know that they are all AI which cannot give response for sim activation.
I regret very much about joining VI.

Hi Consumer Complaint team,

Today I have recharged by IDEA sim for 179 INR through VI(Vodafone Idea) app but after waiting for 8 hours, still the recharge is not successful but amount has been debited from my account.

Attached the debited screenshot and recharge history, please notify Vodafone idea and hoping to get refund so that I can recharge it again.

I have paid my post paid bill of my mobile no [protected] on 17th April 2023. But till today it is not removed from your system and while calling, voice record message come as - 'pay your outstanding bill immediately to avoid disconnection' which is very irritating.

On 20th April 2023, I have talked to your Service Manager, STP, Shri Jayat Sen Basak twice on the issue and he advised me to switch off and on the mobile but till the problem was not solved and system was given same message while calling to others.

Again on yesterday, I call Mr Basak twice at 3.22 pm and 3.24 pm but he didn't pick up my call and never ring back me which is not at all acceptable from any service provider. Again in the evening I called him and he picked up and told me to call him after 15 minutes. I told him about my calling him twice in the afternoon and wanted to know the reason for not responding on which his reply was such an arrogant that I was confused whether I am your customer or you are my customer. He replied - 'Why should I give explanation to you for not pickup up your call' (AAMI APNAKE KENO KOIFIAYAT DEBO AAPNAR PHONE RECEIVE NA KORAR)/

I am shocked. Being the era of customer service, how come Mr Basak, holding the post of Service Manager, can replied like this. Due to this sort of people, organization is loosing business and got tarnish their images. I am your customer for more that 7 and half years and now I have decided to port my mobile to other company and for your kind information, there is tie-up between State Bank of India and Vodafone. I will taken up the matter with my higher officials about the continuation of services with you anymore.

I recharged my Vodafone account with 181 at 8.25 P.M but my account is still not activated.

I been trying to port my vi number to jio
But company is not allowing to do
Since I am getting message

I went to vi showroom and also contacted customer care
They are giving illogical reasons and i cannot port my number please help me someone I went to showroom contacted vi stores talked with them

Hi VI ..

I have paid for 4 different VI number and Sims.

Parent number is [protected].
followed by this number I have 3 more number.
I have taken new sim card from VI office of Kumaran road, Tiruppur.

But only 2 VI Number is active and taking monthly charges for 4 vi number.
Additionally taking 100/- for Datas.

I have raised complaint with customer care for...

With regarding unauthorized mobile tower at dwrika vihar phase -III NEAREST GURUKUL KANGRI U NIVERSITY HARIDWAR . it is highly populated area with fully covered by school, hospital and residentials.

this area is not authorized for mobile tower but still they installed recently without any documentation and permission.

i am requesting to government that check all documents and uninstall it if it's unauthorized.

I recently recharged 181rs pack and its not reflected on my number i cant use the data and its not working the money is also deducted from my account. i have the bill

Not able to use internet connection pincode 560081 raising complaint since 5years .but still hopeless service.

For last 10-15 days my voda mobile number ([protected]) when calling is telling serive is temporary withdrawal please solve the issue.

Myself Prakash Senapati, currently i am facing A problem on my “VI” Number which is [[protected]] and the problem is i am unable to Port out my number to other operator because whenever i tried to get the UPC code by Sending message PORT(Space) MOBILE NUMBER to 1900 but i didn't get the UPC Code. From their end i gotcha a quoted message “UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance”.
Please take a look and give me a solution regards my error.

Alternative Number [protected]

I've been traveling in China and opted Vodafone ISD services. I recharged my number as per their plans and get my base plan updated with the premium one.

However, when i reached china, their is no network coverage. I tried reaching their support number of times and there is no assistance as first. Then they start playing hit & trial tricks and then they were able to connect to the respective network so i can make and/or receive...
