I had prepaid connection [protected] since january 2018. I made complaint to vodafone store for interruption in network. From jan till date i made several visits to vodafone store and met an executive shri mitesh, mob[protected] at natubhai circle, vadodara. Everytime he noted my complaints, did something in mobile handset and assured that problem would be resolved. On 18 aug 18 mitesh advised to convert prepaid to postpaid 299 plan. Which i did. Vodafone — unwanted phone calls and vulgar messages being received from 7349050587 [Resolved]

Me and my family members are deliberately receiving weird and porn messages as well phone call from these [protected]
The user of this number after sending sms are switching off their mobile and the messages are being received during wee hours at night.
I request the service provider of [protected] to kindly address this issue at the earliest as these miscreants will keep on disturbing us from various other numbers until they are put behind bars.

Please help us at the earliest....

Vodafone India — against rs.35 recharge

Hi,

I did a rs.245 recharge in my phone with 84 days validity on 14/11/18, however yesterday i received an sms that i need to recharge of min 35 before 7/12, or my outgoing will be suspended.
Why this? I have already done a recharge of rs.245 as per vodafone plans, why again this 35?
Check your system properly and resolve this immediately. Is this some kind of professionalism or you are simply robbing your customers?
Need urgent attention and resolve this problem....

Vodafone India — mobile - wrong billing and lack of safeguards in their system

I am a post paid subscriber. Before traveling abroad on 8th aug '18 i had availed international roaming @rs149 pm only to ensure that i get otps sent by sms by banks and similar institutions for enabling financial transactions. I have a local sim for my personal use while in the us since aug 8 and between that and skype calling, thus use of my cell for calls while on international roaming has been completely unnecessary.

Vodafone India — outgoing call is not working

Outgoing call is not working on my vodafone no.[protected]since a week, when i try to call anyone, its automatic call ended within a second. I contacted the vodafone call centre via telephonic conversation but still pending at their end level. So i requested to resolve my issue as early as possible.

Vodafone has the mentality to disturb its customees and make fraud with them. Really shame on you people for doing fraud with the customers as you people don't have guts to earn your income. Vodafone India — i am complaining about minimum recharge of 35 rupees

I received a sms from vodafone that incoming calls will be banned after 08/12/2018 unless recharging the number. According to trai regulations it is illegal and unwanted. But unfortunately i am getting this sms for the last few days. So i request the vodafone service providers not to terminate the service. If do so it will attract legal proceedings from my side....

Out going disconnected without any information, when i am in hospital for emergency call not connected and no incomming call but the tower showing full. Customer exicutive says out going was stopped. There is no recharge shop available at that hospital. What can do that time. With out any reason rules was changed. Trai rules are not convenient for a common people. Pls change the rules which helps to a common man. Thaking you sir....

Hi,

This is rizwan here. I bought a new vodafone mobile prepaid sim card before few years in which i have been asked that the validity of the sim card would be lifetime.

It means i don't have to pay anything to extend the validity of my vodafone mobile prepaid sim card. Now today as on[protected] i have received a message from vodafone asking to recharge your prepaid mobile number by rs.24 to extend service validity for 28 days. So i will have to pay rs.24 each 28 days.

It is clearly a breach of contract and i can not bear this. I am not going to pay...

I have a vodafone number in m brother's name which my mother uses ([protected]). Its a 2g sim and since my mother recently started using social media, i requested an upgrade to 4g sim.
My brother now stays abroad and vodafone needed him to walk to a store to get 4g sim for the same number, so we decided to get a new number in my name with 4g sim.

Sim got delivered on 24th nov and is still not active. My mother in assumptuion that new sim is active kept on using data on old 2g sim which had no data plan.
I refuse to pay the bill amount of rs 850 and would also expect...

Vodafone India — disconnection of my number

I have a corporate user group number in hyderabad that i am using since last 2.5 years and they have been consistently disconnecting my number on bill due amount of 1400 which has already been settled for and for which i have complete mail trails with me. I had previously had 5 numbers of theirs for which the bill mount was settled and hence forth 4 numbers were disconnected except one number that i have been using. They come back to the same thing after every couple of months that i have not paid the bill even though i have and bar my number.

I need your help in resolving the same...

My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of vodafone how much useless company management you are having in delhi ncr, no one is sincere here in working.

Vodafone India — international roaming issues - incorrect balance deduction

I am on international roaming for long time now but vodafone is giving me a hard time since 4 months. I was unable to use the services and was regularly charged rental for international roaming. After 31 emails exchanges and complain to the appellate authority they were able to resolve it but no apology or even a refund for any of the months was provided. Moreover, they deducted rs240 from my balance as soon as i recharged. I sent an email asking them to explain the deductions and 2 emails included senseless replies explaining the past deduction before the recharge was made. Please help in getting...

I register complained yesterday itself for getting sms to stop service and got response that this is by mistake happens, please ignore sms and as per sms my services stopped from last midnight. Still getting response that will resolve issue in 1 hour and i struggling from last 18 hours without services even i already recharged with 398 pack. More over i lost these 9 days of offer....

My vodafone no. [protected] do not serve me with the expected service, network is very poor, i want to port out of vodafone but am not able to send port out msg, i tried a lot. This is so pathetic. Not expected such small act from this big company. Very disappointing. Will ask others not to ever opt for vodafone, this has never happened in any of my port service and when i surf internet i understood this is how they try to keep there customers as every vodafone customer is facing same issue....

Worst customer care service. Hoping to port out soon. There have been multiple instances of me recharging my data pack and it expiring withing 8 days even though it is supposed to be valid for 28 days. Random instances of them discontinuing my outgoing calls although my talk time balance isn't zero. Customer care operative reiterate the same lines Everytime a call to complain is made. Stressful ordeal....
