Vodafone India — big liar and unauthorized international charges

In corporate plan, they told you that your limit is set to rs 1000 and if limit is crossed then your further usage will be stopped and you will charge rs 1000 only.
I am charged bill around rs 10, 000 in which they have put charges of rs 8362 for 34 mb. First of all how international roaming is still active when i have recharged for one month only in two months back. Second how they can cross my limit and make a huge bill. Third no single site is accessed over internet on my phone and also no symbol of internet is shown on my mobile so how they can charge the amount rs 8362 for 2g 34 mb.

Vodafone India — mazaa mobile pack activated without my consent

I am having mobile no. [protected] with godrej corporate plan with vodafone.
I am receiving messages on 22nd may, 25th may and today i. E. On 29th may also that you are currently active on the mazaa mobile pack. Your subscription of rs. 49 will be charged on the[protected], 01/06/2018.
The website mentioned is www.mazaa.mobi which is also not getting open.
No subscription was activated by me....

Dear sir,

I had made mine vodafone number [protected] portable from mp circle to maharashtra circle as on april 2018 and prior to that i made a payment of rs.600 from mine sbi credit card on 21.03.2018 but the same is not getting reflected on mine bill and to mine surprise a charge of rs.697.48 as other charges is showing outstanding to mine april 2018 bill. Please check the outstanding amount and correct mine billing as of date. Also mine rs.250 security amount due was not returned or adjusted to mine account. Please do the needful on urgent basis as mine outstanding for rs.1125...

Vodafone India — online recharge & refund failure

I recharged my phone with rs 159 on 23rd at night which had the offer of 1gb data pr day for 28 days & unlimited calling for 28 days online via www.vodafone.in an amount of 159 rs was deducted from my account bt no recharge was done.. For the next 3 days i kept thinking that my phone was recharged and i found that i have been provided with 1 gb of data for 10 days only and no calling facility as per the offer... I called on customer care no. & they told me that the refund process has been initiated verbally as well as with a msg bt & will be successful within next 3-5days bt now no refund has been...

Vodafone India — sms barred

My outgoing sms is barred from some days without any reason. I have connected this number to many places now i need to send sms using this number but it is blocked. I called the customer care they he said that i need to go to a Vodafone store with my adhar card but my adhar card is already connected. Vodafone has all my information. It is the costliest service provider still can't give customers proper services....

Vodafone India — not allowing to port to other networks

I have submitted port request multiple times both got rejected in spite of me paying excess amount than required. Vodafone is adding some sms offer and saying you are defaulted and later waving it off. Customer support disconnecting the calls. They are asking to submitting port request again. This is clear cheating by vodafone. How can this be addressed?

Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid service very disgusting

I'm not happy with my current plan and want to change it to prepaid. For this i had send sms on 5th may to p2p, but i didn't received any call from your side even after 2 days.

Then on 23rd again i went to store and put the request from pimple saudagar, pune store for same. I was told after 2 days i will get a call, but till date i didn't got any call.

Now its about 5 days, no calls are made from your side which is your fault and the company is making me to even pay this month bill as well which i think is absolutely disgusting.

I and all other members of our family, since long, are regular users of vodafone mobile service only. We reside at south malaka in allahabad city in uttar pradesh. Since last few days we have been facing serious problems in respect of services provided by you. The services are so poor that in spite of repeated efforts we are facing severe problems in getting connectivity through your service which have become serious issue for us. Mobile and net connectivity is very much necessity for us. Hence i would request you to kindly take immediate steps to resolve the issue.

I make mnp for two no. ([protected] & [protected]) of mine to vodafone for plan of 399.

For 1st no. ([protected]) plan was correctly mapped to 399 & also bill came for correct amount. However, for 2nd no. ([protected]) bill came for 2500rs., for which i have selected 399 plan.

I talked to vodafone executive (Shuja from spendle lucknow, coming to hcl office, [protected]) he said that he will waive out the amount & asked me to pay 399+gst=470rs. Which i already paid.

After this also all services have been suspended & the promised waive out amount is still not...

Vodafone India — unnecessary balance deductions

Value added services are activated without subscriber's consent and no amount is refunded against complaints to the company office. Deactivation through SMS is also barred. Poorly ineffective process of consumer's redressal.
Issue is not resolved within at least 48 hours of lodging complaint.
No useful information was provided regarding the issue, swaying it as:
"The servers are currently down."

Moreover, no help was available for mobile numbers outside their operating circle.

As part of vodafone red tariff plan, i am eligible for red shield (Handset insurance). I registered a claim on 1st may, it has been 28 days the complaint has not been resolved and vodafone customer care suggest they cannot do anything in this regard as this is managed by partners. Since, vodafone is offering this service it is their responsibility that partners are offering proper service to vodafone's customer not customer's liability to run behind different customer care to get the issue resolved.

Iam using vodafone sim card from a long time. Few days ago, the company has deducted my balance without giving information to me. When i called the company to return my money which have deducted, they directly refuse me. Sir/madam please take a strong action to punish the company. They did not give information to me before cutting the balance, only say sorry after that cut my calls. It is happened many times with me. Sir make a law to prevent such type corruption....

Kindly cancel my vodafone postpaid connection as my sim is lost all the dues are cleared. I'm unhappy with your service. Please take it on high priority basis as i don't want to receive anymore bills. I took the as a prepaid sim from chennai later ported to kerala where they said after using it as postpaid for 3 months then only they will be able to change it to prepaid. After 3 months visiting to vodafone centre they asked me to come this day that day went more than 3 times and my issue was not sorted post which i lost my sim....

Dear forum,

I a, using vodafone prepaod sim. On my phone only whatsapp chat is active & mail box is active. I can't down load or browse as it is saying your internet service has been blocked. Earlier i have recharged for 556 rs. Service was active & suddenly it was stopped. I called to customer care they told to recharge again. I has recharged for 460 agin, but till date services are not started. Every time i am calling customer care they are giving me the ineternet settings & now i am fred up with this.
Can you please resolve my issue.

Vodafone India — unauthorised deductions from balance

Vodafone india has deducted 45 rupees two times in past 1 month i. E total = 90 rupees from my balance for some healtho fortnight service. This deduction is without my consent.
The customer care service 198 is also not working to report above issue.
Please resolve asap and credit the above amount. Also deactivate the above service asap. (I get error as "please try after sometime" when i send stop to 155223)....

I m facing internet weak signal issue from 3 days, many times i have called to customer care but everytime they giving me foolish same answer like, go settings and reset the same and switch off and on handset or network down. But till date m facing same problem. I will wait max. 1-2 day if problem not resolve i will portable my network service. Already i have portable tata to vodafone but now a days same issue facing. If same service of vodafone then tata also give same data with chip rate.

Vodafone India — poor phone network at home

All my family connections are vodafone due to this i am facing terrible problems. I signal at my home is terrible and close to nil. For the last 5 - 6 months i have been making complaints about bad connectivity at home. I have made many many online complaints and phone calls. I am now close to being fed up and i am in undue agony because i am never able to connect to my family members whenever they are home. Whenever i am home nobody is able to make calls to me as i am unreachable most of the time.

I am now really upset that vodafone which prides itself in service is not able to...
