I sent a port out SMS to 1900 on 31/10/2022 at 10:24 AM followed by 44 sms messages until 02/11/2022. There is a standard false message stating that UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:(1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Advice payment of Rs. 900/- was made on 31/10/2022 at 10:31:34 AM duly acknowledged by Vodafone India vide their Email dated 31/10/2021.
Thereafter on 31/10/22 at 09:07AM I received a call from[protected] wanting to know the reasons for porting out. I emphasised the on network issue and they abruptly disconnected the call.
Same procedure was adopted on: 01/11/2022 at 10:04AM from a call originating from[protected] and[protected] at 11:40AM, 03:26PM and 06:16PM. The call is abruptly disconnected This illegal act breaches several provisions of the law. I need the PORT OUT Code without any further delay.

    He called me by telling that he is from consumer complaint and he wants to help me in my fm mall task fraud ...he said that i will get my money back before 8:30 pm but i need to do some formalities to make the legal agreement...and said that i need to pay 10% of loss amount to him as charge of legal agreement...as soon as i did money transfer now the phone is coming switched off and the Whatsapp number is also inactivated...please track this number and help me

          I had initiated a request to port out of my Vodafone Idea number
          Since then I have been receiving a call from the company every hour. Every time I need to explain the same reasons why I am porting out, and the customer service agents start cross questioning me on why I am doing it, start requesting to give them a last chance, giving unnecessary discounts
          Several times the call just drops from their end, and I have to repeat the process again on the next call
          On one call a senior executive told me that they have taken my port out request and I will not receive any calls from them, but just 5 minutes later I receive another call

          I have attached a screenshot as a reference as well. All the numbers belong to VI customer care

          I am not unsure if the port out request will be resolved

            I was experiencing this issue for the second time, where money was deducted from my account towards recharging the prepaid no.[protected], But it was unsuccessful. As you have mentioned on your website under FAQ, I had waited for 7 days to avail the refund on my account. But it was never refunded. Again on 7-OCT, I have initiated a transaction to recharge the prepaid no.[protected], But again recharge was unsuccessful and no refund yet... I...

            I had raised a company with Vodafone IN about my International calling and messaging services being barred.
            It has been almost a month now with no solution.
            Customer care executive just say that it's being worked on, and reply once in a week.
            When I ask them contact details of superior to escalate my complaint, they do not provide me they.
            They even asked me to recharge my number with Rs 150 to solve the problem, but that didn't work and the recharge was of no use.

              Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
              "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

              After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

              Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

              Please help me to get out of Vodafone network.

                  Dear Sir,
                  iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
                  Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
                  to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
                  but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
                  by speaking to Customer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                  1.i am recharging my mobile 155Rs,
                  2. i suppose to change message center no.- did the same but no result...
                  3. i have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                  moreover the Customer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk ...
                  Plz help me...

                    I am facing problems regarding my changing email address for my corporate number for getting new sim as they asking signatory documents and forms as i already mail to them number of times since last month’s i am facing problem as they asking multiple times same things but they not considered my mail as granted due to this my incoming and outgoing calls are not in operational

                      Today Vodafone activated a value added service mazaa games without my knowledge. Rs 35 was auto deducted from my balance. When I contacted their whatsapp customer care and told them vas added without my knowledge, they immediately refunded my money without any further questions. So I think they knew this is happening to customers. When I asked more details about this activation and why they did it, the agent told me they did not activate...

                      I was charged on 8th October 2022, ₹35.0 for Mazaa games, for which I did not subscribe. I called 198 the complaint number for Vodafone Idea and they said the pack has been deactivated from their side and they cannot do anything about the deduction. A certain Mr. Pranav assured me that there will be no further deductions from my account. But today again, on the 15th October 2022 a ₹35.0 deduction for Mazaa games. Kindly help me out....

                            My mobile number [protected] was falsely charged by Vodafone company in the name of "My delights powered deal" on 4th October 2022 48 rupees and today 13th October 2022 there is second time charged was 49 rupees.
                            Without any notice or any request for application for service how company can charge any amount of service from customer.
                            Kindly reverse it back to my balance otherwise there are lots of network providers which are giving better service and not charging any money extra in the name of service or VAS.

                                We have been taking services from Vodafone from past 1 year. When we choose to port our services to other service provider and had cleared our dues before hand they still haven't updated on the portal from their side. They have been really irresponsive from their side and the relationship manager which has been provided by the Vodafone has been very bad with the services i.e., Govind Nikam.
                                Due to which our business have been hampered as we work in a client centered services, behavior like this is not acceptable. We have been trying to connect from past few days but hadn't got any accurate answer for the same.
                                I would like to request Vodafone to look in this matter and do the needful for the same as soon as possible.
