I have received an unintended VAS download charges of RS:49, which i didnt use .There is no prior intimation which activation also . Moreover, VAS is automatically activated by them without me request . I need an immediate action for this . Are you guys thinking that customers are stupid . I am planning to cancel my 12 years of association with vodafone. You guys are cheaters...

    I didn't subscribe dotbot service. But ₹50/- debited from my account. I want to deactivate that service and please refund my debited amount within 1 hour. Complain sending time 11:10 Am of 13 Jan 2017. My number is [protected]. Next time don't active these type of services in my number. It's not a joke of matter. I didn't get response from your coustomer care number 198. Refund my balance of ₹.50/-

    Still issue is not resolved and today again 35 rupees deducted from my account.
    [protected] this vodafone number incoming call details for 31/12/16 to 07/01/17 full details now.Please let me a information arjunt requirement.i vodafone customer in 2 years my family vodafone customer in 5 years in 4 sim cards.

    What is this DOTBOT service.I didn't even here that service name.With whose permission you have activated this service.in the past 6 mnths almost 600 Rs has been charged.after complaint you have confirmed that the service has been deactivated.Still 150RS has been charged...Why are playing with customer like this..The best way of cheating...If you want to earn money go in truthful way...Dont cheat customers..

      My present mbl no [protected] which I wanted to merge in prepaid because of excess of billing by showing international calls, data pack which my mbl have no support to use..
      Despite being visited 8 to 9 i m not getting paid active attention .it seems they don't care for their clients .staff is talking on personal cell how would u expect them to be attentive.
      Since I'm using this number longer time I don't want to change.
      Plz do the needful asap..

        Hello my name is Purujit Sharma the complaint is regarding the cheating by Vodafone and vanishing of my 4gb Internet, I recharged my phone with An Internet Pack worth INR 1547/- that provides 12GB unlimited 3g data, 4 days later Vodafone tells me only 4 GB data is remaining, whereas my mobile's "Data Usage" in settings clearly says I have only used 4.43GB data and that means should still have 7.47GB data left but Vodafone tells only 4GB data is left, God and Only Vodafone knows why they have blocked my calls not only to 199 but also to their Head-office phone I have called on every number on their website even on which every single second is charged I have lost RS.10 or something only on hold and then it disconnects I will attach the screenshots of Vodafone telling left data and my mobile's Data Usage my mobile no. Is [protected], Vodafone you better consider this or I swear to God I'm going make complaint in TRAI.

        I have received a SMS saying that I have activated Follo pack - I am sure that i have not activated any kind of pack from y mobile.

        They have deducted Rs. 35 without any knowledge which not at all acceptable.

        Please stop deducting customers' money without their concern.

          75 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT pack & 35 rs of some follo pack.I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.I am highly dissatisfied with the#### services Vodafone provides.Every other day there is some drama going on.Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.And now this nonsense deduction.I do not have time to entertain such BULL#### every other day and keep calling customer care.I will port my number if this doesnt gets resolved.

              I am visiting Indore for the 30th time today in last 5years. 3G services automatically stops working and forcefully i am managing and had managed with very slow 2g network.
              This is the same problem i am facing in entire punjab and chandigarh as well.

              I had contacted customer care several time ybut no single person have given me the solution. um
              The only one solution, which Vodafone customer care keeps on suggesting is to search network manually and select IDEA. This process has never helped me. Even after selecting manually, 3g services didnt get activated.

              Kindky help in solving this issue otherwise i will port my number

                Hi,

                My Number is [protected] and I am using this number almost last 5 Years . On 9th Jan, I have received a mail from Vodafone that Rs 384 is pending from myside . However I have paid all my Bills on time . When I checked with Customer care, they said no due on me .

                Now today, I got a Legal notice from Vodafone . This is very shocking .

                This is not expected from Vodafone .

                  Hi Team,

                  I'm facing big time connectivity issue in Vodafone Numbers (I have 3 Vodafone numbers, all of them are corporate numbers)
                  I have sent lots of emails to 'nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com'; 'appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com'; 'corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' But they have not taken any action on this. From 25th Dec till date network issue is not at all get solved. My office colleague/relatives are not able to contact me because my mobile number is not reachable. I'm not able to make/receive any calls because everyone is getting the msg that this number is not reachable. I had visited to Vodafone store on 2nd Jan'17 and emailed to Vodafone Nodal Officer but problem is as it is. Request you to take action against Vodafone India.

                    I have switched my number [protected] to vodafone prepaid from vodafone postpaid in Dec 2016. And I need my postpaid till dec 2016. But I'm not able to get that from there website and not even from their customer care helpdesk.
                    Vodafone prepaid helpdesk transferred me to postpaid helpdesk, and postpaid helpdesk says, "you are not a postpaid so we are unable to process your request".

                      I m from zadeswar bharuch area pin num 392011..there is a major issue of network n data of Vodafone in my area ..i[censored] on third floor then n then u can talk or connect or u should select particular area where network come...this problem occurs a year before also n it is major one I have complained many times but no proper action taken by company ...hope this time they people do something else so many customers in my area change their network provider due to very bad network of Vodafone in zadeswar, bharuch dist gujarat..

                        They offered the unlimited plans for 146 and 349 few weeks before. 146 for V2V unlimited calls and 349 for all networks unlimited calls. I noticed the exact amount 349 in their website www.vodafone.in (Screenshot attached) and recharged for 349 yesterday.

                        The plan was not activated. I asked the customer care. Now they are saying that the actual amount for the plan was 347 and it should be recharged only in EC shops and online recharges are not accepted. They never mention the details to the customers and in their website too. Even I recharged the plan 146 last month from online and it was get activated.

                        Some of them in customer care advised me to recharge from mobile by dialing *121*347#. Another person is saying that it should be recharged only from shops.

                        Their only intention is to confuse the customers and force them to recharge above 300. Now my main balance in above 300 and now I have to spend another 347 to get that unlimited plan from shops. Full of cheating and robbing customer's money.

                            Hi There, I have port number [protected] to Vodafone from Idea network, i have received 3 sim till now and none of the numbers are activated. from 10th Jan 2017 i dont have network and i am missing all my calls. Please look into as soon as possible. I dont have alternate number also to manage for time being, when i check with the vodafone team, they are like lost the sim which was suppose to be delivered to me and they have been playing around.
                            I am not sure if they forged my documents for a new sim, please take this issue on serious note.

                            Its been 3 days without network, appreciate a quick response.
                            You are lucky Mahesh, don't goto Vodafone. I moved from Airtel to Vodafone and than My pain has started.

                            1) Call drops, Vodafone said it will take another couple of months to resolve this
                            2) MNP rejection continous
                            3) Heavy bills

                              Why are you charging 4paisa per 10kb?
                              This is toooo much.
                              A normal pack of 1GB is of 300 Rs.
                              Then what the hell is this, prepaid is better than postpaid.
                              Vodafone has charged 2600Rs for only using 650 MB.
                              Plz help me
                              I am not going to pay it unless reduced.
                              So plz do the needful.

                                Hi my prepaid Vodafone number is [protected] I'm amar gupta. On last Sunday in the evening I made a Internet pack recharge and then I hardly use 2 3 minutes Internet surfing and disabled my data Internet then and there then after 10 minutes I got sms your data is consumed exhausted so I checked my balance it was showing zero,
                                why Vodafone deducted ₹120+ from my main balance for the Internet use . Please make a complain and return my full money back to my phone main balance, from Vodafone, it's all your automated system fault.
                                Say it to Vodafone Return the balance for the incorrect balance deduction.

                                  I used code *111* and find my best offer and ther was offer that Rs 156=1Gb 3g/28d + 36TT (in48hrs)
                                  And i selectec this offer.
                                  After 48 hours i did not received 36 TT.
                                  And now when i called customer care they are saying that i have to recharge with the same not selecting the option from USSD CODE.

                                    Can I know the reason why you guys have over charged me ?
                                    In the month of October, I had opted for Carrier Port from Vodafone to Airtel.

                                    For vodafone, I was charged between: 1/Oct/2016 to 17/Oct/2016
                                    For Airtel, I was charged between: 8/Oct/2016 to 7/Nov/2016

                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    This is not even the second time money has been deducted for activation of a pack that I never subscribed to in reality. The first few times I ignored because I had high balance. But this nuisance is really crossing the limit. I will be forced to never again recharge any talktime if this is how Vodafone plans to steal my money. I want a refund.

                                      Received a call from [protected] saying an employee from Vodafone giving best postpaid plans. When I rejected saying I don’t want, he talked in a very abusive manner and he further said were he will block my number and remove all the balance and data plans.
                                      Please take some actions against this
