I have been using Vodafone since 2008. I have not activated DND on the number since then. Hence, I receive a lot of promotional calls from Vodafone or their various centres about Special Offers or so.

Recently, from past few days I have been receiving calls for converting to Post Paid service from [protected]. A lady speaks in marathi and asks for the conversion. Very politely I say I am not interested. After receiving number of calls from them when I requested not to call further, the lady started arguing about what they can do if the number is in their database. When further I said please get your system updated, she misbehaved and gave some extremely abusive words in marathi which I cannot even mention here.

I hereby request to take some serious action towards the tele-caller who called since it is spoiling you customer service a lot. Not expected from a service provider like Vodafone.

    Though I am on data offer pack all the time, I was billed an inflated amount of 3200 where my usual bill is less than 1000. The bill says 2200 is charged against data usage. This happened even when my credit limit is 1400. I mailed vodafone customer care repeatedly but every time they came up with new complaint number but have not provided me any solution. I requested a call back or to provide me a number to solev these issues which they failed to do.

    Now they sent me legal notice even without any corresspondence. I request you to take up my issue

    All their customer care numbers including the one given on this website(+[protected] are used to promote their services but not to solve customer issues. We dont call you on a chargeable number to listen to your promotions vodafone.

      Hi,

      For my number ([protected]) and my husband's ([protected]) number, outgoing calls were deactivated again.
      On last Saturday (31/12/2016), the vodafone representative visited my home and done the verification.
      Still the verification status is negative.

      I did lot of follow ups from my end. Please do the needful at the earliest. Else make necessary actions to change my network atleast. Very pathetic service and response from Amman kovil, Saravanampatti mini Vodafone store. For everything they are asking to go to main branch. Then why they are having nearby stores. I'm working in cognizant and you have people deployed in our office itself. They are keen to get new customers only. What about the existing customers? l changed two numbers to my name for getting corporate discount. We are using this number for more than 6 years. No value for the customers.

            Sir,

            I hv received a message dtd 3-1-2017 at 2. A. M that the against the credit limit of rs 2400/-of my mobile postpaid no.[protected], the usage is rs 1946/- within 2 days of january 2017 is shocking. I went to vodafone customer care where i met store manager of ring road branch (Gujarat circle) mr. Munna singh had listen the complaint and refuse take the written complaint as he has not authority to take complaint which seems so ridiculous.

            You are requested to enquire into the irregularities in my usage as i got one missed call from a lady named ritika pretending that she is from vodafone andheri branch. Please note that the call was called from international code no.+2613 and by mistake i understood it was from std code of surat (261) as i was gazing after my meal at above 1 to 2 p. M. And speaking in fluent hindi language and knowing about the vodafone schemes.

            Kindly enlighten me whether any employee of andheri branch vodafone is being engaged in this racket and kindly take corrective measure to avoid such type inconvenience to the customers. Also requested to not to charge 1946/- in my bill as being your genuine customer n considering the hoax call from international under the pretext of vodafone employee.

            You are requested to reply me back with your finding and possitive resolve of my genuine complaint.

            Hope my complaint may reduce such incidents which are done by group of people just to tarnish the brand image of vodafone.

              Hi,
              I stay in Vasai-Virar area and have vodafone postpaid mobile connection.
              I want to know why does Vodafone treats this zone as roaming when other service providers like Airtel don't do that. Also areas such as Kalyan, Panvel is treated as local by Vodafone.
              Just to remind that Vasai-Virar zone is densely populated zone and people staying here have jobs/business setup in Mumbai. Such unethical discrimination would only be a loss to vodafone as people from this area would avoid Vodafone connection. Infact I'm going to post this on many other social media platform and make people aware of this !!!

                [protected] is a Karnataka Sim and currently I'm Residing in Maharastra circle and unable to get Network, its saying "can't connect to this network right now try again later" and i had a call with Vodafone Representatives and did as per their suggestions and nothing helped me Even Customer care number is chargable.

                Please look in the Issue on high priority as I'm unable to do any of my bank translations due to this issue.

                I'm not sure who solved the issue after 19hours service was back automatically. This created a lot of problems for me. and now again network is gone its now almost 24hrs

                  75 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT.
                  I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
                  I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides.
                  Every other day there is some drama going on.
                  Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
                  And now this nonsense deduction.
                  I do not have time to entertain such BULL#### every other day and keep calling customer care.
                  I will port my number if this doesnt gets resolved.

                  What is this DOtBot and when did i request for this service..I received a message from Vodafone that they would deduct Rs.35 & service valid till 14th Jan 2017..what nonsense is this?forced deduction without my request..first of all I have so many issues that concerns my network living in prime area of my city on top of it they would assume I requested such services on their very own.
                  What is this DOTBOT. Rs 35 has been deducted from my account whereas I have not applied for such nonsense service.
                  For me also it happened, which I have not requested it. Vodofone deduct Rs. 35 & valid till 14th Jan 2017. And its mentioned that its for weekly. The next Rs. 35 will be deducted on 14th Jan 2017. I already requested Vodofone to automate the F&F service, which they are not doing it. Now DOTBOT which is not necessary they have automated it.
                  What a BS it is..keep on activating without any intimation from users.really frustrated with such fraud and nonsense kind of services.

                  +[protected] that's my number and an amount of RS 75 has been deducted twice in last 3 weeks.
                  God knows what is Vodafone up to.
                  Please refund this money, it's no joke to deduct money w/o our permission or subscriptions!
                  It's the same with mobile data, RS 0.04 deducted every 30 seconds even when data is set to off. Have lost so much money because of all this nonsense.

                    On 4th Jan-17 i received a msg .I tried to play contest from a website called contestkhel.com, they told to answer one question and i answered the question which was right, the winning price was a mobile worth Rs 55000 and further they asked me to enter my mobile number and i received a pin number of 4 digits and was being told to enter the received pin.When i entered the pin, 99 Rs was deducted from my mobile balance.
                    I would like to complaint that if i was being selected even how can the company deliver the winning prize as i did not give any delivery address OR even the website also didn't asked the home address for delivery.
                    Kindly look into the issue seriously as this website is earning money by making people fool. I need my money back within 24 hours.

                      Vodafone has activated internet service worth 150 Rs/m in the month of Nov 2016 without informing me via mobile or email. This request wasnt given by me but customer care person has informed me that i have given this request by personally vising Nagpur (MH) branch. this is kind of funny because i stay in Pune and I had visited Nagpur branch to activate internet on my mobile. To be honest, i have never visited Nagpur city in my entire life.
                      Cust. care person told me that one smart guy from Nagpur store named "abdul razik shaikh" has actived this service on ref. number[protected]. Now i had been informed to pay the amount as the due amount is increasing and failed to do that will result in deactivation and legal notice.

                          I have log back Ported from Airtel to Vodafone number [protected], i was very satisfied with the service but since from last 1 month i am facing problem with this VAS tube world service often getting activated.all the time i have to follow up with customer care and waste my time this is the 6 th time i am getting charged 35 rupees for this service with out my intervention to activate such service,
                          I requested many times not to activate such service but customer care says due to internet usage clicking on pop ups this service is getting activated.
                          For the first time i agreed with out knowing i might have clicked on such link.
                          from then on i am very care full on avoiding to click on suck links popups while browsing, i have not come across such service while browsing nor i have clicked on such popups but still the service is getting activated.

                          If there is no solution from vodafone i would port to some other network

                          Some unknown service called tube world activated by Vodafone without my consent and rs 35 was deducted today. I have done the steps to deactivate it. Please refund my money. I had a similar issue few years back and had to follow up so much to get it deactivated

                            I m highly disappointed with vodafone, I m using a corporate connection of Vodafone containing 5 numbers in favour of my comapny named Aristo Trade, kolkata. There was outstanding of 2 numbers, for that company started an announcement for payment in my all numbers. I contact with Vodafone executive they said that if I paid those 2 outstanding then the announcement will stop, so that I paid that immediately. But it is too much ridiculous service from Vodafone that after payment even company not remove the announcement also disconnect 2 of the corporate numbers. This is totally harassment for me.

                            Hi, In the current bill i can see there are additional 30 rs for value added service which were i never activated. service are 1. . rozgar_seva_ppu_10 it is unfair. i need deductions of this amount. Please find the proof of it, I have attached with this complaint

                              Hi i informed u that plz track the number [protected] as i got it fraud looted my money 35100rs for no service till. Inform them anyway in legally. They tracking youth old and rich to a destruction. It cause suicide, harassment, mental, ill and a planned death programme for all whi attracted by this friendship network unsafe unsecure fake no guarantee moneyback scheme. So human rights violates here. Due to our secret job need hi income scheme we cant claim but in the name secrecy the get more profit withoit serving only looting. A woman by sweet talk and many hi income false commit by puja mam the cheater spoiling the job seeker. Legally we can step who got lost may register a fir atleast to enquiry officials

                                Vodafone has deducted unwanted money and deducted Rs. 70 automatically without any request for subscription. Tube world and Mensworld, Why the hell I'll request for such packs when I don't know about it. Either repay my money back or I just need to switch Vodafone now. It happened before also and When I talked with customer care executive they said Its my fault that I clicked on some links but I didn't. Now I don't know just repay my money back!

                                  On 27 December 2016 I received a text message from Vodafone stating that I am currently active on VDS ULTRAMOVIES pack (for which I have no idea what it is) and my weekly subscription of Rs.35.00 will be deducted on[protected]. I was shocked after reading this message because I have already activated DnD(Do not Disturb) service on this number so that no one from Vodafone will be able to fraud me by calling or texting me for services and activating it themselves(Like they do it to most of the people).

                                  I called 198 complaint number on the same day and the customer executive told me that the service was activated on 23 December 2016 at 6 am and some minutes through the internet and I have been charged Rs. 35.00 for which I answer him that I was not even awake at that time and I have not even received any message of service activation but after arguments for about 10 minutes he said he will deactivate and refund the money within 25 minutes. Which never happened.. And again on 29 December 2016 I called up the same complaint number asking what has happened then the customer executive said that the service is still on and he will deactivate it and refund me within 30 minutes, he assured me that I will get my money back within 30 minutes.

                                  But till today[protected] I have not received any amount from Vodafone, I have again called on the complaint number three times today but now they are saying that it is too late they will not be able to refund any of my money back, I had also asked them to let me talk to a senior but they didn't agree.

                                  This is a fraud, Vodafone has deducted Rs. 35.00 without my knowledge. And this will be my last experience with Vodafone because I won't be recharging this number again and after this issue resolved I am going to port this number to another company.
                                  I want justice, please help me out.

                                    I had logged in a previous request to change my corporate plan, which was exorbitant in itself, to a new plan. My service registration number was[protected].

                                    I got this cycle bill today, which was based on my old plan. When i called customer care, they say no such request was made, hence no plan changes.

                                    Interestingly i find vodafone fleecing their old customers, specially postpaid ones.

                                    I have been paying double the normal prices for too long now. These guys wont change or reduce the prices on our plans. When you want to change, they will push a lot to keep your old overpriced schemes.

                                      I own two vodafone postpaid connection as mention bellow.

                                      This is my own connection and i pay for it.

                                      I gave company reference while activate no [protected].

                                      And there after buy another connection bye giving reference of my previous number and not submit any document related company.

                                      But when i want to change plan in my number [protected] company refuse by giving reason that this is company own company pay account.

                                      I gave many time in written that this is my personal number and i pay for this.

                                      But when i mail they give me mail id which is never seen by me and told for mail from this id

                                      But when i request to port out they change my plan.

                                      O what is problem if i send mail of my own id which is registered with my number.

                                      I am able to change plan of my number [protected] which i gave company letter head but unable to change plan of my other number which i not gave any company reference.

                                      Please do the needful as i face problem all time when i want to change my plan.

                                        My mobile no is [protected]. Every month i am getting message from vodafone that services are activated on my phone. I didn't make any request to activate this service on my phone. So its very bad practice to activate any paid services without user knowledge.

                                        Sometimes customer service refund my money but some times they are giving false excuse.
