Hello vodafone today i have received a sms showing love sutra pack is active now on my vodafone number [protected] & rs.75/- has been deducted but i have never subscribed or requested to any of these services this is 2nd time in this month, as soon as i saw these sms i deactivated these services.. Before this many times this has happened but i didn’t complain thinking might be next time this won't happen but this will be happening often... Kindly refund my account balance & i request u kindly make sure next time before any service is activated on a number a confirmation message should be sent to customers..

    I called cust ser on nov 19&23 for activation of data plan and deactivation of sms plan..however, on checking the bill they have nt deactivated my sms plan instaed they deactivated my discount call plan of 49 which costed me more call charges for dec ...on calling cust care regarding the same i was being told that i have to pay the full amount and they cant do anything to it..inspite of knowing that it is their mistake they ppl denied to satisfy mewhich is really pathetic on their part...i wont pay the amount of bill unless they rectify the same or the executive who is responsible bears the expense from his pocket..moreover, the executives never provide correct info.to their customers and mostly hang up thier calls...this is really disgusting...

      I have rechaged net packt 1.25GB with unlmitted for 28days, 2G data on date 20.12.2016. 1.25gb Data has been used by me on date 31.12.2016 and ruppes 120/- deducted from my balance. My data to be expired on date 16.01.2017 .
      You are requested to do necessary action agaist vodafone and make a arrangenet to return my ruppes 120/- back.

        Sir its been 7 days since i got my new replaced sim card but its not active yet. I have been calling the storeand the delhi customer care constantly but i dont see a result coming indeed.if the service provider is doing so i must not be a part of this provider anymore. It would be better to leave the provider and go to others .

          Vodafone India keeps activating the Tube World pack on my cell phone without any confirmation.
          They first activated the service on 23rd Dec 2016 and deducted 35 Rs.
          They then renewed the service on 30th Dec 2016 and again deducted 35 Rs.
          I then noticed the message and deactivated the service immediately.
          Today[protected] again they activated the service and deducted the sum of 35 Rs.

          I have lost a total of Rs 105/- because of this useless service getting turned on without any explanation.

          Please help me get my refund and get me rid of this ridiculous VAS add on

            The worst service I haven't seen, I went to Vodafone store for my SIM card replacement, which is located in ongole city, prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh, pin : 523001. They ask me to submit I'D proof and one passport size photo I have submitted them the I'D & photo to them and they give me one SIM card and said it will activate after 48hrs, i said okay and came to my house, and I had waited for 48hrs to activate but the SIM card not activated, I again wait and went to Vodafone store after 72hrs to ask about why my SIM card not activated, they said it will activate in 2hrs sir, and then I came to my house and waited for the activation of my SIM card but SIM card not activated, still am waiting from last 1weak for activation of my SIM card, still no response from the store people they didn't answer me properly, I lost my patience and I have decided to port this number in to another network, I'll wait till it activate after that immediately I'll port my number Into IDEA network, it's not a prepaid number it's a postpaid number, I have wasted my time for this waste and cheap network and their cheap people they don't know how to do service to a customer, worst network,

            I haven't subscribed to any value added services, Vodafone sent a message of deduction of rs 75, for activation of love sutra pack. Not sure if cheating technics of Vodafone. Mobile no [protected]
            Due to network issues, i want to close my vodafone postpaid connection. Please dont call me to give explanation for solving the network issues as i have already call so many times to discuss my problem but no action has been taken even the customer care executive did not respond properly and disconnect the call without solving my problems.

So I usually avoid to call customer care. Presently struggling to activate my replacement sim. Cooperatively vodafone signal is better in bangalore. That's why I still using it.               This is related to mobile mela service that gets activated and charged twice without event prior notice and my consent.

              The Mobile Mela service was suddenly activated on 02/Dec/2016 automatically and charged me Rs 60 and again on 01/Jan/2017. When I checked my all SMS then I came to know that this service was automatically activated on Dec/02/2016.

              When I call to vodafone customer care, executive told me that this service was activated from Internet and they are not aware of activation of such services.

              I never activated mobile mela services from the Internet and deactivated now. But I didn't get my money back.

              They are really doing fraud with there own customers for the sack of money.

              First of all Thanks to Vodafone / Vodafone Executive for looking into the issue and quick resolution. I have received the money back that was deducted from my balance. Just wanted to highlight some points about the issue so that it may help to others: 1) As a customer we should check our incoming SMS's frequently so that we can spot such unwanted issue asap. In my case, I came to know this issue after a month when second deduction happens. 2) If third party service like Mobile Mela services have a tie-up with Vodafone India and they should follow norms and should take the customer prior consent. I think Vodafone India should understand such issue and take action against such services. It will save the time and money of both. Thanks to Vodafone India and Consumer Complaints Forum.

              Vodafone service provider is cheap coz it supports 3rd part sites like mobile mela, glamour world etc. Sending filthy images saying "this service is not, way related to Vodafone" and then deducts money from accounts pl. Look into this matter and try solving it asap, for d best of convenience of people.

                I have a 4G sym.
                Suddenly since 2 weeks the network connectivity at Kesar Exotica, Sector 10, Kharghar has become extremely poor. people get a msg that my phone is busy/not available even when I am right there. My calls get disconnected every minute or people cannot hear me at all.
                Has some tower become dysfunctional? Should I switch to Jio like everyone else I know?

                  Vodafone has activated it's VAS Vodafone TV on my number without any intimation and has deducted 150rs from my balance. When I called the customer care executive he was very arrogant and was not ready to solve my query.

                  I had not activated any VAS on my number but still they customer care executive was blaming me that I had activated it.

                  Vodafone is looting people.
                  People should stop using Vodafone.

                    I have received several calls from Vodafone to change my prepaid [protected] to 4G post paid.

                    As the lady kept on pestering me and said home services shall be provided for collection and verification, I asked her to send her personells.

                    On 27th Dec, two persons came from Vodafone, collected documents and Rs. 250/ and delivered me vodafone post paid SIM NO. [protected], IMSI No. [protected]. They didn't give any receipt for Rs. 250/ saying within 24 hours post paid shall be activated.

                    Even after 4 days, my post paid is neither activated nor Rs. 250/ refunded.

                    I called [protected] wherein one Ankit Singh after putting me on hold for several minutes is now suggesting that I should go to Vodafone store.

                    If I had to go to Store, what for the vodafone lady kept on pestering me to provide at home services.

                    Help lines are manned by highly incompetent persons who neither know the job nor have decency.

                    Vodafone is playing fraud with gullible public by first pestering them on phone and then collecting 250/ fraudulently without giving any receipt.

                        I have used used your services in Qatar and other countries. Hence I had a very good opinion, but vanished as soon as I started.

                        Bought on 1st Nov. 2016, returned on 30th Nov 2016.

                        At the time of purchase, Rs 1, 500/- paid for dongle, informed for the 5 GB I shd pay only Rs. 650/-. Returned the dongle, refused to take it back and paid Rs 650. Again now I recd a bill for Rs. 337.34.

                        Grateful if you could take necessary action to waive the bill and take back the dongle.

                          Dear Ms. Zillah Vaz/Ms Jacqueline Mundkur,

                          This is with reference number:[protected] to the complain raised on 28th Dec 2016 which is still not resolved.

                          Complain: Vodafone has provided the Wifi Hotspot 5 GB data to use at CC Day, I have visited to my nearest CC Day and same is not working since long time. Request was made to Vodafone Customer Care on 28th Dec 2016 to get it resolved.

                          The executive who has taken the complain was not showing that kind of interest to give resolution. He has asked me to wait for 48 hrs. Today 48 hrs stands complete and same is not resolved. I have called to Vodafone care who are not interested to give me resolution and later after request the call was transferred to the Harinder Singh who is manager.

                          I have asked Harinder Singh to give me some alternative solution where he was not happy to give any solution and was not ready to transfer the call to his line manager. Several request was made to him to arrange the call back but he refused the same and later after raising the voice he agreed to give a call back from his line manager.

                          Vodafone has shown sufficient confidence and appointed Harinder Singh as a manager to meet the Vodafone Code of Conduct and Customer expectations. In fact he don’t have courtesy and way to speak with the customer and handling escalated complain quite casually. On what basis Vodafone has appointed such kind of irresponsible manager.

                          I had worst conversation with Harinder Singh who is the manager and not giving any resolution to the customer. I will appreciate to have a call from very senior manager or from you who has courtesy to speak with the customer and give the resolution

                          I haven't expected such kind of services from Vodafone, if this is going to continuous practise - I would like to opt for some other service provider. I had opt for Vodafone with several expectation where service from Customer care was topmost priority to have resolution and of course the courtesy to speak with the customer.

                            The vds ajdesibeats pack was activated in my phone([protected]) without my permissions, an the money isnt getting refunded because I noticed it 1 day later. I kindly request you to refund the money. This has happened before also. Kindly help me refund an amount of rs.150

                              Today, I received a message from vodafone which says that a follo pack has been activated to my account [protected] and a 7 day rental of 35Rs has been deducted from my account but i never requested any such plan.
                              Therefore, i want you to consider my complaint and I wanted refund to my amount and i want to deactivate that plan ASAP .

                                I got a message today and it said that my love sutra pack is active till the first. Upon checking the message in question I saw that I had actually been charged 75rs 10 days ago for this pack to be activated. I saw this message at the time but I didn't think too much on it as I receive many Ads and such from vodafone. When I opened google and searched for the pack this site was the first result which showed so many other complains about the same. I did not activate it and I have no idea what it is. Could you please refund my balance to my account.

                                  I m dinar patil using a vodafone number [protected] last 06 year.I have activated my billing plan of Rs- 149/, But last few year my plan get diactivate, so please as soon as possible please activated my vodafone plan Rs-149/.And i m requesting to u that i had paid additional charges of vodafone bill last few year please refund to me.

                                    I had submitted a disconnection request for my postpaid Vodafone sim card on 05th September 2016 at Ideal Colony Vodafone outlet, but to my surprise they just put it in dust bin. The employees there are very lazy and do not care for customers. Now, they are asking me to pay the bills for the disconnected connection. Ridiculous service. I had asked to register the complaint on 26th Dec 2016, the lady employee there said yes to me and did not register the complaint... when I visited it on 29th Dec 2016, I came to know that the lazy day did not enter the complaint... so finally I asked to give me some proof and then I got the SR number now : SR[protected]. Now they asked me to come on Saturday and check... this is like more than a government office.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been using this number in the past for last 6 years . I have always raised many times for the network issues on my area where i stayed earlier and it has not been resolved .

                                      Later i moved to Selaiyur and transferred to other region. Hence i given that number to my spouse to use that and changed the data connection to 2G speed from 3G to reduce the billing, since when we connect 3G itself not coming network on mambakkam and informed them to change it to 2G as i couldn't use internet.

                                      Later this number was given to my mother in law to continue and vadofone made some changes on the plan and asking 4673 Rupees for the data connection.

                                      when i use 3g itself i wouldn't spend much amount and more than 1000 RS while we use international call.

                                      Now they are asking 4673 where 1.5 GB data connection automatically downloaded in android and for that they are charging lot money from customer and cheating.

                                      I have asked them the detail and customer care executive was very rude . I been using this number for last 6 years and paid 1000 of rupees every month .

                                      Now they need money from customer and not to resolve the issue. hence i throwned the simecard and not to use .

                                      They are not giving resolution always.

                                        Dear concern,

                                        I am writting this letter against the wrong bill charged in monthly bill. I am using vodafone for last 3 to 4 month, which i had purchased from vodafone executive who visited my office at dwarka sec 10, after the activation of my sim i have called vodafone cce twice or thrice to explain the benefits of my rental plan i. E, rs.399, to have a better understanding of the product, they explained me that my paln includes free local & std call of 600 mins, 300 sms & 1gb 4g data & after that 2g unlimited. However, since last two months vodafone is charging extra for the services i never requested for, last time they have charged rs.90 for some qwali pack, however after my discussion with vodafone customer care they deactivated the same & shared revised bill with a waiver of rs.90. However, this month they have charged rs.188 (Friend & family 98 pack (24.11.16 to 23.12.16)& 24.12.16 to 23.01.17) extra for qwali pack & some family & friend pack without any intimation, when today (29.12.16) i called vodafone cce at 8:50pm to know the reason for same they said vodafone has given family & friend service free for last three month & vodafone have right to take charge after three month without giving any information to customer, however when i asked to transfer my call to their tl, their tl gave the waiver of rs.90 for qwali pack, i called vodafone 5 times & without explaining the thing properly they disconnected by calls. They simply said that they can't give any waiver, when i asked them to provide me a mail/sms where i have requested or where vodafone has given me a confirmation that i have activated the service of family & friend their executive very rudely said we don't have any mail or sms, you go & lodge a complain against us. Vodafone who raise slogan of happy to help you but as per my experience it has become happy to harsh you. My request is f their is any services are activated then why vodafone has not given any intimation of the same & why they have give me a wrong product knowledge in spite of my so many calls. I need a waiver of entire rs.188 from vodafone.

                                        Request you for quick resolution as i am really very disappointed with their services the only reason i am using vodafone because in my room only vodafone network is there.
