since I'm a post paid user, after seeing the bill, I came to know my money has been looted in name of such services.
There is no response from the team, I'm struggling to get back my money. someone from the team should give a proper answer, for this complaint....

Fake internet charges

I recharged 100 rs in the morning, after that I made a few local calls, but by the evening 100 rs were gone.

When i called the customer care then they told me to do whatever i can and these charges must be paid. These charges wont be waived off

Data balance deduction

I recharged a 2g data plan of rs. 179/- on 11th december 2016 and i was using as 3g on special offer. Which has a validity till 7th january, today. Again on 3rd january i recharged with a 247/- data plan (Validity till[protected] because i had only 93.69 mb data left related to my previous recharge.
Now all my data usage deduction is happening from the second data balance since i've done the 2nd recharge, even when my handset's connection...

Vodafone service

50Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT.
I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides.
Every other day there is some drama going on.
Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
And now this nonsense deduction.
I do not have time to entertain...

Misbehavior of executive

Unable to get Network on roaming.
