I have lost my phone and vodaphone sim with it. When I went to the shop they said we are already in the process of stopping your number as you havent top up rs 200 from last 4 months. They said you will have to buy postpaid plan for 3 months and then convert it back to prepaid. Why should I do this. The minimum plan is also expensive. I. Already using other sim

    Please help me in getting my google verfication code, as i ported from tata docomo to vodafone india i am not getting the sms. its carrier facility is the solution, i am getting from google.

    when i login to my account, i have forgotten the password. if i go to recovery mode. it will send an sms, a code to my registered phone with the account. which is the number i have given to you. it happens that from past one month i am not recieving any sms. before that i was using tata docomo network with which i had no issues. please resolve it as soon as possible as i have very important data associated with that account.

      Several time my prepaid balance was detected by vodafone for many services (Silk pack, Soocth pack etc., ). However, these services were not requested by myself. Recently they detected Rs75 for DOTPOT. Why the hell they are detecting and similar thing happened to many of my colleagues and relatives. We all are planning to switch from Vodafone to other Telecom service providers using number portability.

        I have been activated my prepaid sim to postpaid and same was activated by 2nd of Jan and I was told that you will receive 3 gb internet pack and same was not received. Been trying to connect to various customer care from last 3 days but still my problem is not solved. And I am tired now calling on 198 number but no reply and solution is given.
        Not accurate activation information was informed. I have been said that I will receive 3gb internet but same was not received, in after calling every day same was not rectified and I was cheated by the company and now they r blaming me saying you have to sort your own problems we can't do anything now. Talk to our executive and call 198 and even after doing the same I have not received a clear information about my internet package.
        I expect it to get it solved soon.

          We have being Vodafone customers for more than a decade using its postpaid and prepaid connection. Thus we trusted them to provide us a good wifi connection so purchased their dongle wifi device 2 years back.

          Firstly we were forced to take a postpaid plan only in order to enable quick service, hence we took a postpaid plan of Rs. 350 per month offering 3GB data.
          Initially for 2 months we were charged as per our plan after which the overcharging began and every bill shoot up to Rs. 1000 all of sudden. We had only 2 members in home using this wifi connection, my mother and me. My mother infact is not that tech savvy hence she used only for reading of whatsapp messages and emails. While I used it for checking emails, whatsapp and facebook. Hardly the data usage was 2-2.5GB a month.

          We also went to Vodafone store located in Thane West, opposite Malhar Talkies to convert our connection to prepaid. But the staff was very rude with us. They kept us waiting for almost an hour on the pretext of their server was down(which is their usual reason for not working out customer complaints). After which I asked them to get me talk to their store manager. But the reverted that there is no manager here. I was shocked to see that a vodafone store in such a premium area of Thane having such ill-behaved staff giving vague answers.

          After this torture, we decided to disconnect our wifi service with Vodafone since that is what they deserve. My mother called up the customer "care" service for disconnection which like others reverted back to go to the nearest Vodafone store. We could again withstand the torture of rude employees in Vodafone store hence I put them an e-mail on 17th Oct, 2016 for disconnection.

          We were thrown a bill amounting to Rs.2500 on 9th Jan, 2017 with a legal notice from Harish Gore. This is utterly nonsense as we are asked to pay for something we did not even use. Infact it is us who should be sending a legal notice to Vodafone for overcharging us an amount of Rs.700 every month for 1 Year and 10 months even when we did not use the entire 3GB of data.

          I would be thankful if this harressment by Vodafone India towards us is resolved at the earliest.

            I recieved a sms from vodafone saying that i activated follo pack with 35 rupees deduction. When i called customer care they say i activated thru some link from vodafone ad. I am very sure that i never activated that kind of package and even customer care are useless that they also doesnot know about the details of that follo pack.vodafone, stop cheating common people from these kind of packs.

            Yesterday I have recieved message from vodafone that Tube word pack activation pack has been activated on my Vodafone number which will cost for 30 RS per week.

            I have not initiated anything to activate this pack.

                Today morning all of sudden i got msg from vodafone that Glamzone service is activated on my phone on my reuest. Whenever i never reuested to activate this service. This type of cheating makes by the co. Very shamfulthe msg received are as follows"Hello! Glam Zone pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 will reflect in your next bill.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). While i reuested to deactivate and it is deactivated by the co. But the question is why it is activated.

                  I had put in a request on 31st december 2016 to put my number in safe custody.

                  Why has that not been done?

                  Please look up for the request number which was generated on that day.

                  I have already made a payment that day to put my number in safe custody.

                  I will now pursue my query in mode of COMPLAINT as vodafone as failed to honour my request and plus none of my questions have been answeres in this email.

                  When did i ever request to knw what is the procedure of safe custody?

                  Then why are you replying to me in that manner.

                    For the Vodafone postpaid Number [protected](KOLKATA).
                    I sent e-mail dated 05/01/2017 to the corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, I requested to reactivate my number and change the tariff to Lifetime Postpaid 999, Reference number [protected] . Vodafone executive has reactivated my number but has avoided to change the tariff. I didn’t ask to reactivate the number only. I request you to investigate on it and see what was written in my request- e-mail. I sent again email to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but no reply till now. The interaction number is[protected] for my future correspondence. And my Vodafone mobile number has been activated w.e.f. 07/01/2017. Alt Cont No : [protected]/[protected] No call was received before the activation of my number. I raised complaint against it but without any resolution I received sms that my complaint is resolved.My Complaint No:[protected].

                      Hi, I received a call from an obliviously apparent hoax caller claiming from RBI trying to obtain details of my ATM and adhaar card from his vodaphone number [protected] which is listed to be in West Bengal. I am not sure if the caller is listed on the most wanted spam callers/criminal caller but on me interrogating he recluse to be continuously abusive in a particular Bihari accent. It may be minor prank but I found it most responsible to be reporting it at least to the complaint list of vodaphone in the midst as if it is a popular hoax'er in the blacklisting procedures could receive some more help. As I am not able to get through the prank calls report pages from. day of call 09/01/2017 approx. 7:40pm

                        I have been promised by Vodaphone executives to get 3GB data plan of Rs 650 for only Rs550 for lifetime. But without intimating me they changed my plan and charged me Rs 650 plus taxes which is around Rs750. They did that after a year stating that this plan was only for a year.

                        No body has any answer, everyone is sending me from one place to another. From Online chatting option to Customer care 198, to Vashi Branch visit. Noone ones what to answer and why they did not intimate me b4 hand about this change of plan.

                        They asked me to send email to Retention department which i did but after three days also no resolution is there, the due date is on 12th Jan 2017 and post that they will charge me with Rs 100 fine of non payment.

                        Everyone only misguided me, this is the way they serve customers. No resolution. Only Looting innocent people.

                          Dear Customer Care,
                          I am writing this email with great disappointment. I have been a loyal customer and have been using your service from the very start when it was ESSAR.

                          I had the number [protected] with me, and have never had a problem. Recently, while I was Out of station for some business work the SIM was inactive for a few months, when I tried using the SIM again it said that I had no service and when I tried calling it, another person answered the phone.

                          I want to know why was a number that has been with the same customer for 13-14 years given away to someone else and that too without any intimation.
                          I have travelled with this number for years, it had a balance of around 150-200 rupees.

                          All my banks, office, friends, and family have the above mentioned number. My all government documents, my bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards are linked to this number,

                          Your representative on call centre who was very unhelpful said it takes 90-days of inactivity for deactivation.

                          Policies changes every 3-6 months, how can we know about your policies.

                          Regardless of that detail, I hoped that you would have warned a long time loyal vodafone customer that you wanted to deactivate their account.

                          Please be assured that if this problem is not fixed, me and my company will no longer be using your services i have around 15 vodafone connections with me in my office staff as corporate CUG plan.

                          Request you to kindly help me and get my number back.

                            I have used Vodafone postpaid number [protected] around 7 years back.

                            It was a corporate connection.

                            There is around 2000+ amount is pending and I want to close that account by paying the whole amount but Vodafone is not ready to accept payment and keep saying that they need letter from employer.

                            I left that organization 6 years back and now that organization is not existing in the location also then how can I arrange a letter of authorization?

                            Issue is outstanding payment and I want pay that amount then why Vodafone not ready to accept that?

                            I just want pay the outstanding And close that account so that my name will not be there in outstanding amount list.

                            My prepaid mobile no. [protected] when am calling within Maharashtra but roaming rates are applied for me while outgoing call. My duties & service is transferred to Dapoli in Kokan and my card is in Mumbai circle.Please do the needful.
                            Recently I called on a number in Kolkata while I was on roaming in Kolkata. The duration of my call was 13:29. So I kindly request the Vodafone service provider to either give me the clarification for deduction or return the extra deducted money. RS. 60 was charged for that call.

I am very tied to complaint against voda fone . actually i have recharged with some amount it had detected unwanted money when i complaint to customer care he told me you have so many VAS services are activated now so do you want or not, i told him no i don't need of any VAS service. i told him when my balanced will refund then he told me after 24-hours but when i call again my no rested to call customer care and i was tried to another phone and again ask him then he told me balance will not refund now. now he commitment to me never face same problem from today because VAS service are deactivated now.so can trust him . please refund my balance its enuf again and again facing same problem . This is fraud way fro VAS service activation by mobile company please refund my balance although i will go consumer court.

                                I have very bad experience with Vodafone. I have activated 3GB 4G plan in month of September. I have requested for one month (i.e sept month) only. The customer care agreed with it and activated the plan.
                                The plan got auto renewed in month of October. When I spoke to customer care the person told me that the plan you activated is auto-renewal plan. Here I have been cheated by giving incorrect information.
                                Further, In month of October I requested again to deactivated 3GB 4G plan and activate 1GB 4G plan. The customer care took the request and I have received the message for the same. Still in month of November I have been charged for both the plans. When I called customer care they said no deactivation request was registered here. Here how Vodafone customer care are fooling people. The same procedure repeated in month of December too. I don't know which language this Vodafone people understand. This people are simply cheating people by adding more amount in billing amount. When we ask the clarification they blame customer that no such request was raised.

                                  On 15/12/2016 while paying amount of Rs. 504/- towards bill of mobile no. [protected] vide freecharge the same was credited to [protected]. We are in corporate plan i.e. Central Bank of india. We request to revert the same. This can be done by remitting the amount of Rs. 504/- in the account [protected] or sending the same to my freecharge account. We request to reverse the same at the earliest.

                                    On 08.1.2017 mazaa mobile pack was activated on my number [protected] without my consent and rs 99 was charged towards my bill which i was informed through a message. On receipt of the message i had immediately stopped the service by way of a stop message. Further i request you to ensure that no such service is activated on my number in future and ensure that charges of 99 rupees are reversed..

                                      I never requested for such kind of packs it's fourth time vodafone cheating me. Last time they took my 100 rupee.
                                      They are activating so many value added services without our knowledge.

                                      Vodafone is just fooling the customers by activating this service and deduction amount. Fortunately I read the message otherwise I would never know about this as I am using a postpaid number. This is really patheitc and ridiculous. Just think how much money will vodafone get if this service gets activated for 1 crore ppl for ex. It will be 75 crores for them. These companies should be banned or sent legal notice for all these activities.

                                      Hi same case with me .my number is [protected].they have deducted 70 rs by cheating me.such fraudsters they are. If i do not get a refund in 2 days im gonna abandon it and move on with a new service provider.for the scam part i will make sure to let ppl aware of it by posting about it every forum and start a new group in fb to stoo vodafone scam.this is a crime to loot the junta like this .im gonna spread this misdeed lijeca wildfire to my relatives friends and to every common man possibly

                                        I have been deducted rs 225 from vodafone for the dotbot service. I have not applied or needed of such services.
                                        since I'm a post paid user, after seeing the bill, I came to know my money has been looted in name of such services.
                                        There is no response from the team, I'm struggling to get back my money. someone from the team should give a proper answer, for this complaint.
