I have been deducted rs 225 from vodafone for the dotbot service. I have not applied or needed of such services.
since I'm a post paid user, after seeing the bill, I came to know my money has been looted in name of such services.
There is no response from the team, I'm struggling to get back my money. someone from the team should give a proper answer, for this complaint....

Complain details : I sent e-mail dated 05/01/2017 to the corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, I requested to reactivate my number and change the tariff to Lifetime Postpaid 999, Reference number [protected] . Vodafone india has provided me 9 gb free data for three bill cycle on my vodafone number[protected] as i have upgraded my simon to 4g.

Thereafter charge for use of free data levied in my next bill and now company is not ready to remove access charge levied.

I have register my complain with company wide complain number[protected], such complain has been closed without solving my problem.

I recharged 100 rs in the morning, after that I made a few local calls, but by the evening 100 rs were gone.
Balance details on your website at my account price that I ve spent just a few minutes talking. Where is the money gone? What can be done about it? Where can I check services which might have taken my money? How to avoid the same situation in future?...

I am so unhappy with your service. Last month when i was planning to port, i got a call from customer care that i have been given 299 plan in which i will be getting (700 min calls, 7 gb 3g data & 500 sms).

My name is jitesh. I have mobile number [protected]. I closed my mobile internet plan in the month of november. However when i received my bill for the month of december it is displaying the internet charges of rs 218 which i has never used.

I recharged a 2g data plan of rs. 179/- on 11th december 2016 and i was using as 3g on special offer. Which has a validity till 7th january, today. Again on 3rd january i recharged with a 247/- data plan (Validity till[protected] because i had only 93.69 mb data left related to my previous recharge.
Now all my data usage deduction is happening from the second data balance since i've done the 2nd recharge, even when my handset's connection...

50Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT.
I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides.
Every other day there is some drama going on.
Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
And now this nonsense deduction.
I do not have time to entertain...

Yesterday at around 4 pm in the eve i had got a mssg stating that "kiddle cub pack"has been activated and a sum of Rs 75 had been directly deducted from my mobile balance without any confirmation. And even after deactivating the money hasn't been refunded.So please help me with these problems and state Me A Reason for which I get such packs activated very frequently.I need help....

My no. Had been suspended due to delay in payment of Bill because I was just out of station. Now I called them to activate my no. Because my all cards and accounts Re attached to this no. Without its activation I cnt make any payment. But the customer care executive misbehaved which is not genuine so please take an action as soon as possible other wise I ll take any other legal action. Thanku...

It is a few months back a vodafone representattive visited my college and explained to me that by giving my teachers id he will upgrade my number [protected] to 4G but instead I was issued the above number [protected] of which I did not receive the SIM. Now the vodafone office is constantly calling me first asking me about the number and its usage. I have categorically told them that I do not use this number and should immediately cancel it....

I'm using Karnataka Sim and currently I'm Residing in Maharastra circle and unable to get Network, its saying "can't connect to this network right now try again later" and i had a call with Vodafone Representatives and did as per their suggestions and nothing helped me Even Customer care number is chargable.(Facing issue from )

I request you to plz deactivate Vodafone no -[protected] as the same is not in use anymore. I Have submitted request for the same in November 2016 also through customer care but still i am receiving bill for the same. I did not send any marketing msgs .. I used to send msgs to my family and friends only but suddenly I realized my msgs are barred. I called customer care 3 times, but first time they said since u have not recharged for 3 months u need to recharge in shop. After doing 30 RS recharge also was unable to send messages. Then customer care told to register with Trai. After registering with Trai, I had to call again to a number. There...

I am using monthly rental of [protected]@1499 Rs. wherein i have charged 2209 Rs for the month of november. Customer care is saying that 3 G Rental service has been activated by me of 852 where " I NEVER CALLED TO ACTIVATED 3G RENTAL SERVICE"

Have been receiving various messages since past few days about unlimited local and STD calls with Rs. 349/- recharge. Today when i called Customer Care No. [protected] before recharging i was told that i can recharge of Rs. 349/- to avail the benefit.

after getting assurance from the executive, i recharged for Rs. 349/- and called back to make sure if the service was activated. when i was assured again that i can make unlimited...

While surfing net, I got this message "Hello! But I have not requested to activate.
