But i did not subscribe any service. Even i don't know about that service. I searched on ...
Automaticaly activeted skillderby service and deducted Rs.35 from My balance.
refund my rs.35 and deactivate the service My no.[protected] vodafone

    I have vodafone postpaid number [protected], i have requested for activation of 3g internet pack of 1 gb on 17th feb-2016(With ref. No.[protected] through vodafone app. I have received the confirmation from the vodafone that your internet pack has been activated, so i used the internet for the whole month keeping in mind that i have the data pack. But when i have received the bill for the period the whole internet usage was charged rs. 879.89 in my bill as they have not activated the net pack even after giving the confirmation for the same. I have try to resolve this but didn't get any sufficient resolution from vodafone, so ultimately i have to pay whole bill cause to not disconnect my no. As they have informed that your connection will be disconnected or charge a penalty if not paid.

    I need the refund of the access amount which was additionally charged apart from the monthly charges.

      My mobile Number is [protected]. I am currently in jamshedpur, jharkhand. I recharged with Rs.295 3g pack seeing that vodafone 3g service was available in jharkhand. But after recharge i found that no 3g network could be found. i called the customer care and found that airtel 3g network was previously providing vodafone 3g in the region but has stopped in the last few days.
      Now i feel like a fool using 2g network with an existing 3g pack.

      I ask for a refund.

        Dear Sir/madam,
        i have done recharge of rs. 199 for 600 minutes.. Before recharge i have checked the offer and it was showing 600 mitues for 28 days in rs.199. still today it is showing the same offer. As i have send the screenshot also.. I have check this many times.. but I have been credited with 500 minutes instead of 600 minutes. as i called vodafone for several times they did not even response. even one time they said they cant do anything for that because they are not responsible for that.


        but they are responsible as their networks shoes that offer. i want to credit me remaining voad to voda 100 minutes of vodafone.

          I am vaibhav aggarwal, holding vodafone postpaid number: [protected]

          Which i got port out to airtel against which security deposit was of rs.400/- which i was supposed to get after 45 days, now since more than 6 months have passed i have not received the same, after visiting vodafone store at alfa commercial belt, greater noida. They told me that "your cheque is returned due to incomplete address", how is it possible at the time of sending bills, they come on time.
          They said that they are filing the request for cheque to the company and i have to check after 2 months, after 2 months when i get there they told the same to come after 2 months. After 6 months finally a cheque came from vodafone of rs.254 . I had waited for my money for 6 months, gone 4 times to the vodafone store waiting for hours over there due to token system.
          So now do i have to wait another 2 months or file a complaint against vodafone?

          Is this how they deal with the customer who leaves there company?

          Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Else i take any further actions.

            Actually I have vodafone postpaid plan of 299/month. In this plan, I am getting 500 local minutes free every month. The problem is that they are deducting wrong amount of minutes then for actual i have made call. Vodafone is doing cheating with customers. There are so many customers facing this kind of problems. I have attached proof of the amount of minutes deducted and the actual I have used. Please find the attached screenshots to get more idea about the fraud doing Vodafone with their customers.

                This is my sixth complain against faulty postpaid bill. It seems vodafone doesn't care the grievances of its valued customer. It is again now requested to quash the faulty bill or i will be constrained to file my grievances to consumer court of law. The brief details of my case is is as under:-

                My vodafone no is [protected] & i have opted igb data plan but i was shocked to notice when i received message from vodafone that my current bill i. E. Of march 2016 is around rs.2000/-, so i immediately rushed to its karol bagh voda showroom to enquire about the high amt. Bill. There i was told that i have used the internet which was quiet shocking so i requested them to immediately stop my services but they flatly refused to stop my services & said to deposit this exorbitant amt. Than only they will stop this services. I further told them that i am using this plan for last two years & i am receiving the monthly bill around rs.400/- to 450/- every month but at once how the vodafone can send me so high amt. Bill.
                Kindly look into it or i will left with no option to knock the door of consumer court.

                  I am having a cell phone bearing No, [protected] served by Vodafone. I am a pre-paid customer recharging my account whenever needed. Lastly, I recharged my account for Rs.50 bringing the total balance in my account to Rs.70 or so. To my surprise, I find that SMSs are being sent to my daughter in USA automatically stating that "Sorry, I cannot answer your call now". Whenever, the SMS is sent, I get a Vibration in my cell phone and as soon as I pick up the phone, the message would go without my pressing any button. This has happened for 5 times since 1.5.2016 and I was charged Rs.5 per SMS and a total amount of Rs.25 has been deducted from my account so far.This is the novel way of taking money by Vodafone unethically. I want that this practice is stopped immediately and the sum deducted from me credited to my account urgently.

                    This complaint is regarding of my postpaid connection.
                    I applied at Vodafone store for postpaid connection. They show me plan of 499 + texes with benefit of 1500 local * national calling, 500 SMS, 1 GB 3g data. But after generation of bill it was showed in bill that in my plan I have only 1500 local minutes, 150 SMS and 1 GB 3g data.
                    The execute told me wrong plan for just selling a connection . I called at 198 for complaints and they told me that u have to register your complain at the same store where you got connection.
                    I visited on the same store and the same executive told me the it was a communication mistake by me and now I can't to any thing, if you want you can change the plan otherwise go with the same .
                    And now they change my plan without confirmation with me.
                    This is very wrong and if it is not sloved I will take some strict action.
                    Please solve the same as soon as possible.

                      I have visited their store several time requesting them to disconnect my post paid connection under red plan but everytime under one pretext or other they avoid doing it.and later they call back saying they are giving an offer of holding the account for 3 months on same plan without charge but the internet was disconnected.Afriend suggested i could easily do it on the net but i see no link or icon to disconnect.this is nothing but fraud and cheating. why are authorities blind to this?

                        Vodafone has deducted Rs.70 from my balance for no reason. Some kind of deals pack of Rs. 35 got activated twice, about which I have not got any message from anyone. The ppl at customer care have put the blame on some unknown website which has according to them activated the pack. I have booked a complaint and got the pack deacticated. I want my money back!!

                              My name is anand singh and i recently shifted from aurangabad (Ms ) to jodhpur (Raj.) . I visited nearby vodafone store and meet mr sumit (Mob no- [protected]), and asked him to give me a data -card, and port my two vodafone numbers from aurangabad (Ms) to jodhpur (Raj), he took rs 2900 /- and told that he wil deliver the data-card with 24 hrs at my home, since i was moving out of jodhpur. He give me three sims (One for data card and two for port of numbers). The date of this visit was 19.04.2016 and 20.04.2016. Address - vodafone ministore, krishi mandi, jodhpur (Rajasthan)

                              Till date (After 13 days) he has not provided data card and my phone number porting is also didn't happen. My relatives visited him thrice and i personally call him 6 times but no use, feeling frustrated and cheated.

                              I want vodafone to resolve the issue immediately - provide the data card, activation of data card sim and port of two of numbers immediately, or refund of the money. I vodafone customer from last many years and got in the such issue first time with vodafone, may be entirely because of that person. Hope vodafone will take due actions

                                In my vodafone no.Activation of tiny tv service was activated today and balance of rs. 66.00 was debited from my account.As per my telephonic conversation in customer care they told me that i have activated this service on 26.04.2016 amount will be deducted within 6 days from the activation of service.But as i recharged my balance on 2.05.2016 i.E. On the 7th day then why the activation has been done after the 6th day.Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible or rather i will stop taking vodafone services as this is not the first time my amount is deducted before also amount was deducted and i was just simply told that i have activated the services despite of my activation to the services.

                                  My vodafone relationship no:67060836, i have ported from vodafone karnataka to vodafone andhrapradesh, there was some unbilled amount at that time of 747, even after porting it is taking rental charges for the next month and threatening me to pay 947, now i have to pay charges for ap network and also for karnataka network which i no longer using. Today they have barred my outgoing calls. I paid the rs947 (Transaction id:fhmp[protected]) but till now i didnt get any explanation about the extra amount for this month nor when my outgoing calls will be working from?? This is a bull service from vodafone... Pretty dissappointed with the service

                                    On 1st may 2016, about 8, 49 p.M. I have recharged with 175/- rupees and 50/- rupees of main balance and 31/- rupees of power pack. As soon as i recharged with 175/- rupees i had start my internet, but today(02/05/2016) morning i have seen that 25/- rupees is deducted from my account. Where as there is no clue of such condition of main balance deduction. But when i called the customer service i.E. 198 they told me wrong information and mislead me, one of the call attendance named parama kundu did not solved my problem, yet she cut the phone call. Is it what vodafone service facility in india! I just want my money refund. Cause i have paid for every package service, same i wish in return from you through your genuine service.

                                      Without the consent of the subscriber, unnecessary services are getting activated for the above mentioned sim and excess bill for mobile no. [protected] is being charged by your company. Previous month also higher bill was charged on context of various services i.E. 'chak de fatte, social book, super models club and faith pack, which were activated automatically. The services were deactivated on subscriber's request on 04 apr 2016. Now again higher bill is being charged this month for unknown reason. It is requested to stop all unnecessary services for this connection and refund the excess bill charged by your company.

                                      Balance deducted from main balance even there was 3G data pack enabled. when i called customer care after holding the call for 30 minutes they said they do not have the information. This is pure harassment.

                                        I have mailed numerous time with details that my calls are being dropped at my office area. But i didn't get any response from their side. After that i have called their customer care and they said they will give resolution asap. But its been more than one month i didn't get any resolution.

                                        When i requested to port my number suddenly within few minutes i got response from their team regarding the issue and they told me that yes we found network issue in your area and we are trying to resolve the issue by 20th may. More than a month after filing a complaint. Than i asked him why they are charging me for this month for call drops. But he said you have to pay for this sir otherwise we will stop your services.

                                        What the hell is this if my calls are being dropped then why should i pay also he said if i am talking to you why my calls are not being dropped. Means you are telling a lie. Who the hell he is to say to me like this. How they can behave to me like this. I have recordings of previous and this conversation that their executives accepted that their is poor network and yes calls can be dropped. Then why should i pay for their fault and poor service.

                                        Even i asked them i will pay the bills once my problems get resolved. But they stopped my service. How the hell this ghatiya provider can do like this. I had four to five vodafone numbers i will change them but i want to make them learn a lesson. I just want to know how can i make a complaint in a consumer court.

                                        Vodafone has sent a message like they have renewed my juice up pack and deducted Rs 14. I don't know what this pack is for and I didn't activate such packs. Request to refund the balance money immediately. My no is [protected].
