I am postpaid Mobile user . I sent a message to 199 to activate internet plan 650FU to Vodafone on 08/04/[protected]@ 07:35AM. After one minute later I got a message at 07:36AM that your request for activation has been registered. The pack will be activated in 30Minute.You will receive confirmation SMS once request is processed. After three hour I started my Internet .On 07:AM on 10/04/2016 I checked my account about unbilled I shocked to see my unbilled amount 2385.72Rs. Before this date it was null. I called to 198 to solve my problem .she told me that we can not help at this time .we will solve this problem after bill generated on 23/04/2016. I tried by other number to active my services . customer care reply me that your problem will be solved but due to technical problem can not solve .we will solve problem shortly. I have suffered for 20 days .I have no fault & I called [protected] several times. I paid all bill properly before bill time .

    I have been a customer of Vodafone kolkata circle since last 6 months. I have an activated 3G Data plan of 1.5 GB in my account. Today Morning i.e. 30th April 2016 i received a message around 4:53 A.M in the morning that i have crossed 90% of my usage limit and i am left with only 97.63 MB of data according to my plan. When i checked my vodafone app i.e a mobile based application provided by the company to know our current bill status it was also showing the same. I have not used any data service since that time. But at around 10.34 am today i received a message that my current bill usage Rs. 1568 has exceeded my credit limit of Rs. 1500 so I will have to pay the same. When i enquired from customer care they told me that there is some problem in the system and will be corrected so i need not worry my complaint No. was[protected]. But again at around 1.34 pm i received a message and mail from the company that my services will be interrupted as Usage of Rs.1575 has exceeded credit limit. I called the customer care once again complaint No.[protected] and received the same reply that there is some fault in the system and they will be able to provide me the exact details on 15th May ie after generation of current month Bill. I have a screen shot taken from my vodafone app at around 2 P.m. which still shows that i am left with 97.63 MB of data in my account which i can submit to your goodself if required. kindly resolve my issue and correct my bill status by waiving off these extra amount. I have faced similar issue in the Bill of March Month where at last I had to bear the entire bill.

    There’s an app called Bill bachao that has a tracking option feature, which is great to keep a check on such stuff. It sends us an email with complete details of our call usage, data usage, even the app wise consumption, text, etc. If you install that none of these companies will be able to trick you by showing fake usage.       Hi,
      I got new vodafone connection on last month by paying Rs.300.This is the first time i am using vodafone service. They sell the SIM by telling, there will be 3 months offer for Data service that is 1GB 3G data for Rs.169.Now i need to recharge my data service. But i couldn't find any offer like they told in shop.That dealership office was also in closed around 2 weeks. So, i tired to reach customer care . The lady who response to me was gave answer very irrespective manner.She is asking me whether you called to customer care before you going to purchase the SIM, to ask SHALL I PURCHASE THE SIM??? Is this the manner to answer??? Fake promises and very bad customer service response. Now i am thinking to deactivate my mobile no.

        i am varun from chennai... i paid my vodafone postpaid bill with my indian bank atm debit card ... but the transaction failed and the money was detected from my account ... till now the money is not reversed in my account. ..i already registered a complain in indian bank also and they asked me to register a complaint in billdesk... i request u to solve the problem at the earliest..

          I am a vodafone postpaid customer with mob no. [protected]. This is regarding a value added service hotshots activated on my phone which was not activated by me. I received a message which said i will be charged rs 49 for the said service in my next bill. This is an old grievance with vodafone where previously i have twice been charged for services not activated by me. I request for the resolution of this matter and cancellation of the charges levied for the service or i will be forced to discontinue the network service and look at other options.

            I was using the vodafone number [protected] from last 4 yrs but now i shifted to abu dhabi so this is useless to me and when i visited to voda store for the surrender on 16/04/2016 they said number is block bcos it was not in use from 45 days even they charge all the bills.When i was shifted abu dhabhi in feb i requested them to surrender they didn't give me any proper solution and number was not closed and they charge all the amount, but now i will not pay any bill to them
            As i am trying from feb to close my voda account but unable to do it please help me for the same

                Last night unexpected balance has been deducted from my account corresponding provided number. It's pre-paid connection and approx. 80 rs. Has been deducted.
                Also, i am not using mobile data, neither any internet plan is activated on my number. But amount 0.04 rs. Keeps on deducting from my account every 10 minutes. I already raised concern with vodafone customer care on 198, but didn't get any satisfactory reply.
                Now, on trying to contact customer care, its not even connecting. Seems, as if my number has been blocked.
                I am really very dissatisfied with the service being provided and the complain-response by the company. Expecting to get reply soon and the amount to be refunded.

                Now I am going port my no. Or off this no. Because they are not ready to listening the problem
                They make my bill 3 times of my usage and I am not going to pay that amount of Rs 2500/-

                  I am, facing 3g network problem of vodafone till last 1.5 month, i was also complaint in vodafone customer care 2 or 3 time but there is no satisfied replay of them . I am using continue use of internet pack, it takes too much timing or loading . I am annoyed by the use of this network. It needs to be update the location.

                  Kindly request to you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    Sir some value added services automatically activated by Vodafone on my sim. Every time I asked for how that happened, they simply answered that sir you did that. Then they deactivate the service manually. On 25 Apr am on roaming and it's around 5:39 am they activated a value added service called fashion Bunny and deducted ₹35 from my balance. No customer care no works in roaming. Even I didn't touch my phone how did that happened. When call to deactivate the service they called no value added services activated on this no. Please help me out from this irritating deductions sir. Thank you.

                      My vodaphone no [protected] has no data plan for internet usage but still the service provider deducting the amount from my main balance on regular intervel when the matter is reported to toll free no 198 the representative have not registered the complain but insisting that i am using the internet . i have not given any request for any internet facility nor i have used the facility . This is the act of cheating customer.

                        Hello,

                        I want to bring into the kind attention of trai that how the telecom companies are cheating the users .7-8 months back i got two SIM cards from Vodafone ([protected] / [protected]) with the plan of 666 as it was corporate SIM taken from Manyata Tech Park Bangalore the plan was that i will be charged Rs.333 for the first 3 months and then it will charging Rs.666 .
                        i had taken the plan as per the advantages i had in it as there were also plans for 199 and 222.
                        But after 3 months when the 333 plan was over i got bill amount of Rs. 1700 the then time i had raised a query with Vodafone and i was told that the plan has changed to 199 so i told them i had never sent any request to change my plan as to change plan in postpaid connection i need to have a mail sent to the service provider but they had no such proof of that so they apologized and said that they will change the pan back to normal .but again next month i got the bill of amount 1900 and again the same story and i stopped the using the Sim card so after 15 days they disconnected my connection on both the SIM cards and they kept mailing me and i had the same story to repeat that it is a mistake from their end .
                        But at last i pad a total amount of Rs 4500 after three months and and asked them to close the connection as well and was being contacted by Mr. Sharukh and Mr Tejus ([protected]) .

                        Even teh number is not is user for the past six months they are keep on sending me bills and this month also i recived mail for teh bill payment . Alreday i have paid atleast Rs3000 extrea without my fault and then how come i am going through this.

                        Mr. Sharukh and Mr Tejus ([protected]) he paid a dwaf ear to my request when ever i give call to him to adress my issue as they are contact persons mentioned in the mail thay both neglecting ny calls so this is the way the telecom comapnies are treating teh customers.

                        Please take some action on this this is just a axse of Fraud and Harrasment.

                          Hi support

                          This is to report a very arrogant and insensitive support from a vodafone representative called balamurugan. He had the audacity to tell me to do whatever i can i do to him. I am hutch/vodafone customer since last 10 years.
                          Restoring my number was very important to me as i cant lose one min of network loss as i have clients abroad who will try to reach me. Either pack this guy called balamurugan or sending him to some orientation course for customer service.
                          Finally one nanda was able to help me fix the issue.
                          Another point - despite choosing english as the option why am i connected to representative who only speak tamil. Please correct this.

                            मी दिनांक (06.07.2015) & (१८/०७/२०१५) या network issue साठी mail केला होता परंतु अजूनही माझा प्रोब्लेम सोल्व झाला नाही.

                            Permanent address :- (कठापूर, सातारा, महाराष्ट्र 415501). येथे 3G सर्वीस मिळत नाही.आपल्या कडून मिलेल्या माहितीनुसार या ऐरेयामध्ये 3G सर्वीस नाही.परंतु, माझ्या गावापासून 1.5 किलोमीटर अंतरामध्ये (जिहे, सातारा, महाराष्ट्र या गावामध्ये- 415004) Vodafone tower असून तो काम करत नाही. माझ्या गावामध्ये सरासरी ५००-६०० कनेक्शन आहेत. तरी यावरती योग्य सोलूशन मिळावे.

                            या वरती योग विचार करून मला दोन्ही ठिकाणी 3G सर्वीस देण्यात यावी.

                              My no. [protected] is inactive from last 5 months as I was continuously complaining for excess bill charged to me more than my rentals.

                              First I was given a rental plan of 299 - 100 discount so to pay 199 but from the first bill itself I was charged Rs. 299. and then my call rates were very high 1 re per minute..

                              I have complainer to nodal officer as well as zonal officer for the bills bt of no use.

                              So I JUST WANT MY NUMBER TO BE ACTIVE AND TO BE CONVERTED TO PREPAID AS WELL AS I SHALL NOT BE PAYING THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF rS. 797/- AS I HAVE NOT USED THE NUMBER .

                              KINLDY CONSIDER IT A PRIORITY AS THIS NUMBER IS SAVED AT ALL MY PLACES AND ALL THE PEOPLE AND BANKS HAVE THIS AS MY REGISTERED NUMBER.

                                Your agent 1st fooled about schemes and made to port in vodafone then lots of false bill as it was like i was using my 900 free mins in a single day and the after wanting to meet ur store member who didnt reverted even after being ready to pay for my vip no. [protected] as i was using it for long 9yrs and ur company fooled me and planned for that no. Accordingly so much shame management look into it not worried about my vip no. Just pity on ur selfrespect

                                    We have a double door side by side refrigerator and it was not working since 23rd apl 2016. We have registered a complain immediately, the complaint no. Being [protected]. A service engineer from tvs electronics had visited on 26th apl 2016 and informed that compressor is not working and he said he will place an order for the same. After his visit, we have been calling your customer care division executives for the past 2 days to know the status of the complain but in vain, no one has informed. Spoke to mr. Deepak on 26th apl who assured that we will get a call before 8 pm on the same day i.E 26th apl, to know the status, but no call received. We once again spoke to mr.Shivam on 27th apl, he informed as a generalized statement that "the problem will be solved 28th apl", because he also do not know the status i.E. Whether compressor is available in stock, in how many days, it will be delivered and fixed. Today 28th apl, i have spoken to ms.Nirmala to talk to any of samsung senior person, but she refused to give any of the numbers and assured that she will arrange a call back within 4 hrs. Again, i spoke to ms.Dinesh of samsung customer service centre to get connected through a conference call to the service station tvs electronics nungambakkam so as to know the status. Mr. Dinesh informed that he cannot make a conference call, but can give a request to the service station to arrange a call back to me for knowing the status of the complaint.
                                    Tvs electronics service station no. 40489555 / 42381027 is always busy and line not getting through due to which we are unaware of the status
                                    The samsung management and the customer service centre should understand that refrigerator being a essential commodity of the home cannot be under repair for indefinite period and the customer cannot be blind on the status of the repair for an indefinite period
                                    It is rediculous that ever after continuous follow up, neither the samsung centre nor the customer is aware of the status of repair and above which, the service station phone no. Is not reacheable.
                                    Please do the needful

                                      I am Using Vodafone postpaid in Kolkata circle. My number is [protected]. In my plan I have been given 750 mb 3G data.Then the speed throttle to 64 kbps though I get 3G network then.According to TRAI in 3G network customer will get more than 64 kbps.But here Vodafone is not maintaining their guidelines. I informed them many times but they neglected it each time.My email id is "[protected]@gmail.com". They requested me to send email.I sent it to nodal and eben appalate desk but no proper response is received yet.Please increase the speed of E_Connect users.

                                        I m a vodafone customer with contact nmbr [protected] from last 6-7 years. On 16th of april'16 i have received a message from vodafone regarding the service activation of masti club. I have not opted for any such service. N these people have deducted 75 rs of balance from my prepaid nmber. I have tried to contact cuatomer service of vodafone but was not able to do so. Therefore i have deactivated this service through msg from my nmbr.again i have received msg on 19 april'16 regarding the service activation of follo pack. N again i have not opted for the same service. Vodafone people have deducted 35 rs for this service n my balance of the same amount has been deducted from my number. Same story again repeated tried to contact vodafone customer service but not able to do so.n again i have deactivated by sing the message process. And again the same has been renewed. And balance of RS 35 have been again deducted from my prepaid nmbr n i didnt opted for renewal of any such kind of pack. I contacted customer service, my call was transffering to manager n the same was on hold for 10 mins n den it was disconnected. i again contacted customer service n again repeated the whole story with the person he told me that it will be disconnected with in half an hour and i hav asked for the reversal of my balance deduction of 145 rs. He informed me that it will be transffered in my number with in 24 hours but the same has not been done by them. I just fed up with this stupid services. These people make fool of their customers. You are reuested to please look into it and arrange the reversal of my balance of rs 145 in my nmbr.
