I have a vodafone prepaid connection and they are deducting money from my balance without even i using it. I have attached the screenshot of the message that i get from them almost 9-10 times everyday, it clearly shows that consumed volume is 0 mb but still they keep deducting 4 paise almost 10 times everyday... This is ridiculous and looting people like us openly but still nobody takes any action against them, whenever i ask the customer care they say its some technical error which never gets resolved... Lets see what solution i get from here...

    Sir this is rajashekar I was using Vodafone for just 2months I had already submitted a complaint regarding not deactivating also on January since I was not using the number I wanted it to be deactivated and the company member came and gave a bill after paying 500rupees +advance 500 on february 21 given initially but now they are asking 1000rupees for not deactivating by the first person please kindly resolve

        The above mobile number was deactivated in the month of february 2016. The balance outstanding as mentioned to me by the vodafone official on 10th march 2016 was rs. 1496/-.

        I made the payment on 10th march itself in 2 transactions of rs. 500 and rs. 996.

        I was assured that this was the last payment and no further payment will be raised on this number.

        However i have been receiving phone calls on the alternate number provided asking for further bill settlement of 1500.

        This is absolute cheating by the company. If we get the recorded transcript of my conversation on 10th march with the call centre official it will clear what was communicated to me.

        I am not going to make any further payments for this little scam which vodafone is running.

        Also, i receive further calls till date from recovery agents who are nothing else but thugs who have no ettiquets absolutely.

        I will ensure to file a harassment complaint against vodafone.

        The company has charges me with Rs. 448 saying that call was made to 51717
        But i havent madethe call.cell no. [protected]. I have seen same complaints of various persons. The company is cheating us. By charging huge amounts.

          Hi, I want to make official legal complaint for Vodafone for fraudulent.

          Please assist me as Vodafone has cheated on me and started sending me fake/wrong bills since October 2014 till date. For my number [protected]. I signed up a plan of Rs. 149 and suddenly they very smartly changed the rental from 149 to Rs. 199 and I wasn't informed as well. This company has been cheating with me since then and I have been paying a rental of Rs. 199 instead of Rs. 149. Not even did I get any additional benefits of extra charges.

          They have been cheating with me since last 18 months. Attachment shows Snapshot from their App giving bill plan info.

          I want my complaint to be addressed strongly and seriously. Please ensure action is taken against the company for fooling and cheating with the customers. Please tell what needs to done to escalate my matter to the highest level possible how can a company have such an audacity to fraudulent with people.

          Companies cannot make fun of customers this way always.

            90 RS deducted from my account for WWE Zone on my Vodafone number without any confirmation, when I called customer care he said I have clicked one of the Ads, but I clearly closed the Ad with the x button.

            No WAP consent gateway confirmation was asked, amount just got deducted just like that.

            The customer service said they will not refund full amount, they accepted to return 50 Rs.

            How come money can get deducted just by clicking on ads by mistake that come from spam sites.

            Vodafone is really terrific service, they deducted 489 rs of mine and saying that something WWE service and not telling me even what I did so its deducted. They have started ISD services their own and deducted 90 RS, they just want money either way, I am leaving vodafone, suggest any better services in Gujarat.

              Hi,
              I had a vodafone postpaid connection which i terminated in 2015. I received a mail stating your number has been deactivated please fill the remaining balance amount ~2k .
              I tried to make the remaining payment but since they had already deactivated i couldnt. So i wrote a mail to them.They asked to deposit my balance amount to a common number which i did . Took a screenshot and sent it to them.

              After that i recieved bill for month of November also, the period for which my phone was deactivated. It cannot be for few overlapping days also . Because i got a specific mail stating your deactivation process has taken place along with balance bill amount.
              I have sent close to 3 mails attaching entire mail thread and there have been no response. I also called the lady incharge shilpa, she said she will call back but she didnt.
              They started sending legal mails to which i replied, now they are harassing my relative, number i had given as alternate.
              I wanted to go public for harrasment but after i talked to shilpa she said she is looking into it. Again my relative recieved a call today. Could you guide me as to what will be the course to take legal complaint.

                I am using vodafone number ([protected]) CUG number since last 4 months.
                This month I noticed that charges were made before consumption of free 500 local+std minutes provided.

                when complained about it, they waived it off. When I went through the previous bill, the thing was repeated in every bill. They were charging before the free usage and I was not aware of it.

                Its been a week I have raised a complaint and no proper explanation is provided yet.

                  No network connectivity is there inside my new home in the below address:

                  I am unable to make or receive calls while at home.
                  I am user of this Vodafone Postpaid number since 2010 (past 6 years).

                  Moreover, in this entire Marathahalli area (outside my home), there is no 3G data connectivity. Being a 3G user, my money is getting wasted by such poor service offered.
                  I am facing this issue since past 15 days and missing important call.
                  Please look into this with highest priority.

                      I have recharged rs 47 std pack on 1st may, 2016 2016 at 4:33 pm. The transaction was successful but the service was not activated. I got sms from the bank also that money is credited to pur/vodafone/mumbai/vodafone. I contacted customer care service twice. They told that they don't have any record of any transaction related to mine number. They also told me that if the service is not activated, then the money will credited to mine account within 5 working days. Based on their assurance, i recharged again rs 47 std pack at 5:23 pm on on 1st may, 2016. The recharge was successful and service was activated.
                      Already 7 days had been passed, but still the debited amount of transaction on 1st may, 2016 2016 at 4:33 pm is still not credited to mine account. I contacted customer care service again today. But they told that they don't have any record of transaction done on 1st may, 2016 2016 at 4:33 pm.

                        Hi,

                        Vodafone has deactivated my prepaid connection [protected] on 6th May, 2016 without any reason or prior notice and kept my balance in that and when I complaint they are asking to buy a new connection and they are not ready to provide the refund of balance amount in that connection.
                        I have not requested for any deactivation but the request is submitted by Vodafone itself with request no. [protected] on 6th May without even mentioning any reason.

                        I did the porting of the number from Delhi-NCR Postpaid to Karnataka Prepaid number. I already paid the amount due for the postpaid number on 24th April. Once the payment is received, they discontinued my
                        number on 27th April. Then I visited the Vodafone store and the number started working.

                        Again on 6th May, they have deactivated my number without my request and knowledge. I called customer care, they don't have any information and asked me to visit the Vodafone store again. In Vodafone
                        store, they were asking me to buy a new connection and they are not even ready to provide the balance amount of my number which is deactivated by them.

                        Then I sent an email to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 11th May for which the response should come within 1 working day. But they didn't reply.
                        This is the worst way anyone can treat their customer.

                        Kindly help me to get my number activated with the balance in it.

                        I shared my alternate contact number at the link provided yesterday only. No call received yet.
                        It's really very disappointing that it's been five days but no action has been taken by Vodafone yet. It seems they don't care and respect their customers at all.

                            No information after deduct rs. 250/-from my vodafone prepaid no [protected] through fortumo web app. txn id is 63589256 & pin code is 3156 dt.16/04/2016 at 7pm.
                            They have deducted Rs.250 from my balance saying that you have requested for iphone 6s winner. We have still not recieved Iphone 6s mobile from Fortumo app. Please look into the matter and send us iphone6s or return our rs. 250 which is debited from our balance.

                              The call is getting disconnected after a few seconds after the call is received by the other side. I have activated a plan wherein the call charges are at 35 paise per min for all outgoing calls. For activating the plan I had to pay Rs.78 per month. When we calculate due to the three disconnection of call the cost increases. I had made calls on 12/05/2016 at 10:51 am. Thereafter the calls kept disconnected 3 times. This has occurred several times.

                                I am a Vodafone customer and my mobile number is [protected] that was ported from idea(prepaid) to Vodafone (postpaid)before two week.and there had not any Verification from Vodafone side .But i have submitted my all document near my Vodafone store.My sim had worked 3 day after that my outing stooped and now incoming also stooped .so my request to you that please
                                take a action to my complaint as soon as possible.

                                  Ear Sir,

                                  This is regarding my Vodafone Bill for the month of March'16, i have received the bill in which i have Charged Rs. 125/- extra for Usage Chages in my Bill. whereas in last month also they charged me the same amt, bt the same amt got Credited into my account.
                                  In the last month bill they had charged me Rs. 125/- for activating extra internet services, but when i checked there is no service is being activated from my end, so i put the complaint via Phone to customer care & they deactivated my extra internet services and cancel the Amt. but the Next March'16 month again they are charging me the same amount and it is reflecting in my current Bill. When i told Customer Care person ( his name was Ashram ) that Vodafone had wrongly activated the services which has been already deactivated in the last month and the amount is being not charged to me so why it is showing in the month of March'16 bill, he said " Sir as a special case we cancelled the last month amount so it is not possible for every time, and we will not give you the special service again, so you have to pay this time."
                                  then i told him it is being wrongly activated in the last month & i got the refund back and i told them to deactivate this service then why it is charged me again. bt again he was saying the same. then i told him look guy i guess you are not understanding what i am telling you. i also try to speak to Manage bt he didn't transfer the phone and said even Manager is saying the same.
                                  i am fed up with Vodafone services, every time they come up with Extra charges which is not Valid. Even in April'16 they charge me some extra amount for late payment charges. i had a paid all the bill before due date.
                                  So my request you to pls look into this matter & solve this Extra amount charges which is charged to me.

                                    Vodafone has automatically activated Model Mania Pack on my prepaid Mobile No. [protected] without my permission on 11th May 2016 and i havent browsed any page or app to get deducted and a similar thing happened to me 30th Apr 2016 as the amount was 5rs i ignored but its happening often, please refund my amount of 20rs(Model Mania Pack) +5rs(funnyBunny) and stop stealing money from your customers and deactivate me from all your value added service as am not interested with any of those.

                                    Dear Vodafone,
                                    I got a call from your executive regarding my complaint i am not convinced with your reasons, I need a solution i.e "refund my money".
                                    Am not accepting the reasons given by your executive,
                                    First please provide me a proof of me browsing the site and clicking of popups. If you want me to TRUST your reason, sorry to tell you we(me and vodafone) don't carry such kind of relationships.
                                    Second, still you want to say its not vodafone responsibility then your service is not secured as any third party is able to access my money from my account,
                                    Third, your executive mentioned that i "confirmed"(a word used by the executive) hence the deduction.
                                    Confirmation is something i should accept and if i have accepted it then please provide me the same confirmation message.
                                    Fourth, this is happening with lot of customers, Why isn't vodafone taking any action and not finding any solution or is it some way vodafone is trying steal money from different customers.

                                    P.S please don't call me to give the same reasons, call me as you find a solution and i can't wait forever

                                      I have given a complaint to resolve my postpaid number to close it but vodafone store is not responding well, i have been requesting to close my postpaid number but from one year but they are not closing i have been charging minimum rental, every month i have been charged minimum rental i am fed up with this vodafone service, please anybody help me

                                      Today I got message from Vodafone by saying like wwe zone pack is activated and deducted 90 rs from my account . I didnt even asked for it. How can they activate and deducted the amount. Please stop cheating customers.

                                        I recently visited Vodafone store southern avenue branch kolkata with a query and for the payment for the bill.. when I went to ask my query already 2 fights broke out between the customer and the Vodafone employees .. the employees are very rude towards the customers and arrogant ... when I went to the employee for my query he behaved badly with me too .. for further complaints when I went to the flirt manager he ws so not Intrested to talk and he didn't have any proper answers for my questions .. I offered to leave the service and i got a response Tht I shld pay the bill and leave if I want to .. when I complaint Tht there are so many complaints again the store for behaviour issues then something must be wrong the floor manger told

                                        ( the two fights Tht broke out one them ws for behaviour issues of the employees and another one ws for ws loss of recharge without a proper explanation .. the other customers threatened to sue the company and he left . so with kind of response against the store therefore something must be definetly wrong with the employees
