    My name is anand singh and i recently shifted from aurangabad (Ms ) to jodhpur (Raj.) . I visited nearby vodafone store and meet mr sumit (Mob no- [protected]), and asked him to give me a data -card, and port my two vodafone numbers from aurangabad (Ms) to jodhpur (Raj), he took rs 2900 /- and told that he wil deliver the data-card with 24 hrs at my home, since i was moving out of jodhpur. He give me three sims (One for data card and two for port of numbers). The date of this visit was 19.04.2016 and 20.04.2016. Address - vodafone ministore, krishi mandi, jodhpur (Rajasthan)

    Till date (After 13 days) he has not provided data card and my phone number porting is also didn't happen. My relatives visited him thrice and i personally call him 6 times but no use, feeling frustrated and cheated.

    I want vodafone to resolve the issue immediately - provide the data card, activation of data card sim and port of two of numbers immediately, or refund of the money. I vodafone customer from last many years and got in the such issue first time with vodafone, may be entirely because of that person. Hope vodafone will take due actions

      In my vodafone no.Activation of tiny tv service was activated today and balance of rs. 66.00 was debited from my account.As per my telephonic conversation in customer care they told me that i have activated this service on 26.04.2016 amount will be deducted within 6 days from the activation of service.But as i recharged my balance on 2.05.2016 i.E. On the 7th day then why the activation has been done after the 6th day.Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible or rather i will stop taking vodafone services as this is not the first time my amount is deducted before also amount was deducted and i was just simply told that i have activated the services despite of my activation to the services.

        My vodafone relationship no:67060836, i have ported from vodafone karnataka to vodafone andhrapradesh, there was some unbilled amount at that time of 747, even after porting it is taking rental charges for the next month and threatening me to pay 947, now i have to pay charges for ap network and also for karnataka network which i no longer using. Today they have barred my outgoing calls. I paid the rs947 (Transaction id:fhmp[protected]) but till now i didnt get any explanation about the extra amount for this month nor when my outgoing calls will be working from?? This is a bull service from vodafone... Pretty dissappointed with the service

          On 1st may 2016, about 8, 49 p.M. I have recharged with 175/- rupees and 50/- rupees of main balance and 31/- rupees of power pack. As soon as i recharged with 175/- rupees i had start my internet, but today(02/05/2016) morning i have seen that 25/- rupees is deducted from my account. Where as there is no clue of such condition of main balance deduction. But when i called the customer service i.E. 198 they told me wrong information and mislead me, one of the call attendance named parama kundu did not solved my problem, yet she cut the phone call. Is it what vodafone service facility in india! I just want my money refund. Cause i have paid for every package service, same i wish in return from you through your genuine service.

            Without the consent of the subscriber, unnecessary services are getting activated for the above mentioned sim and excess bill for mobile no. [protected] is being charged by your company. Previous month also higher bill was charged on context of various services i.E. 'chak de fatte, social book, super models club and faith pack, which were activated automatically. The services were deactivated on subscriber's request on 04 apr 2016. Now again higher bill is being charged this month for unknown reason. It is requested to stop all unnecessary services for this connection and refund the excess bill charged by your company.

            Balance deducted from main balance even there was 3G data pack enabled. when i called customer care after holding the call for 30 minutes they said they do not have the information. This is pure harassment.

              I have mailed numerous time with details that my calls are being dropped at my office area. But i didn't get any response from their side. After that i have called their customer care and they said they will give resolution asap. But its been more than one month i didn't get any resolution.

              When i requested to port my number suddenly within few minutes i got response from their team regarding the issue and they told me that yes we found network issue in your area and we are trying to resolve the issue by 20th may. More than a month after filing a complaint. Than i asked him why they are charging me for this month for call drops. But he said you have to pay for this sir otherwise we will stop your services.

              What the hell is this if my calls are being dropped then why should i pay also he said if i am talking to you why my calls are not being dropped. Means you are telling a lie. Who the hell he is to say to me like this. How they can behave to me like this. I have recordings of previous and this conversation that their executives accepted that their is poor network and yes calls can be dropped. Then why should i pay for their fault and poor service.

              Even i asked them i will pay the bills once my problems get resolved. But they stopped my service. How the hell this ghatiya provider can do like this. I had four to five vodafone numbers i will change them but i want to make them learn a lesson. I just want to know how can i make a complaint in a consumer court.

              Vodafone has sent a message like they have renewed my juice up pack and deducted Rs 14. I don't know what this pack is for and I didn't activate such packs. Request to refund the balance money immediately. My no is [protected].

                Hi team,

                Operator: vodafone
                I am using the service provider vodafone (Tamil nadu), i have a balance of around 230 in my account.
                On may 02 they activated a internet pack of 165 appx (500 mb) with out any prior information and authorization.
                When we call back to customer care they are not proper responding to our queries.
                I need to refund back my money and i need compensation of such illegal act.

                  Yesterday I received call from vodafone customer care and they told me that since last month I paid my bill late from the due date hence I have to pay the fine, further when I asked him why monthly charges are 474, although I have opted 399/- rental offer then I came to know I'm paying 75 rupees extra because of friends/family offer which I never opted.


                  now tell me one thing I complaint about call drop issues last month but nobody responded to me further I have never requested for friends family offer and from more than a year I'm paying you 75rupes extra

                  now I need a solution for my problems, without my consent who added this friend family offer and despite of to many calls still facing call drop issues.

                  you are one of the most expensive network provider in india, but you cheat your customers.

                    I have converted my number.but one day i have facing prob..REGARDING NO ACTIVATION.i have found deactivation prob.my other no.due amount, i have payed due amount & payment received Vodafone.But still i'm facing same prob.Why deactivate again incoming & outgoing calls.

                      Hello my mobile no is [protected]. Every month i use to recharge for 1251 3g plan of 10gb unlimited. I use to recharge every month prior to my data expiry date... On 30th april my 10gb data got over... Today on 1may i recharge threw paytm recharge got successfully n 3g plan too got activated... But i m not at all getting the 3g speed. I called customer care executive they said that after ur last recharge expiry date that is on 8 may after that only u will get the 3g speed. N this is truly a non proper response to customer. I kindly request u to either give me 3g speed or pay my money back. I will again recharge on 8may after expiry of my data plan . Kindly take this issue seriously.

                        Vodafone is harassing its customers.
                        Vodafone is using fraudulent ways to charge its customers wrongly and using malicious and illegal ways.
                        I requested vodafone to de-activate my number 6 months back, which they have not processed till date. They have been sending me mobile usage bills every month, whereas i stopped using any of their services 6 months back. Since i did not pay the bill as i had not taken any services, vodafone is now sending me legal notice through high court and threatening me to summon in court. It is vodafone's cheap and illegal ways to charge customers through wrong means and not de-activate their connection, so they could keep charging us every month. If we don't pay for services we have never used, they send us court orders and legal ultimatums. Banish this company and this service provider. I would start an anti-vodafone movement in india and make sure that masses are discouraged to use this service provider.

                          I did an online recharge of Rs.59..The offer was full talk time of Rs.59 in Rs.59.
                          I got a confirmation msg from vodafone's no 140 but the balance did not show.
                          On checking with the customer care, they tell me its part of a scheme and its Core 2 balance which is not part of your main balance and validity is 7 days.
                          Now i have free minutes scheme and who uses text messages now, so i asked what can be done, but the company showed zero flexibility on their offers. I cannot use it for caller tune activation or anything else. I asked if they could deduct my call charges from this balance for a week instead of the free minutes but NO HELP again.
                          I havent seen such an inflexible customer service before. Vodafone does'nt believe in customer satisfaction anymore i guess. About time i think about portability.

                            Myself litesh and i have been charged rs 1260 for mob no - [protected] in my bill cycle 28.03.2016 to 27.04.2016 for calling to 51717 for 90 mins as per the itemized bill which i feel is very ridiculous as i never called such number and least i never expected it from a company like vodafone. I have raised a complaint with vodafone customer care with request no[protected] as i see similar kind of complaints already been raised for the same thing.

                            I expect vodafone to nullify this charges of rs 1260 asap and also they need to recalculate the service tax on the correct amount. I never expected this kind of scam from vodafone as i have been using this service for a long time and it is very disappointing to see vodafone loop to such extent.

                              I am a vodaphone post paid customer, i have switched the network from Airtel to vodaphone because i was not satisfied with airtel customer care service, and my friend's advice, i have opted vodaphone. But in first month, i am feeling cheated because in my first bill, i have noticed that one local vodafone no ([protected]) which i added for free unlimited calls ( as customer care representative 's suggestion ), is not included . I have talked with the customer care no regarding this matter, customer care representative behaviour is really horrible, he was treating me as i am a big liar, this type of arrogant behaviour, i do not expect from vodafone .

                                Dear sir,

                                I am the corporate customer of Vodafone and I requested a change of plan from a monthly rental of Rs 666 to Rs 499 by mentioning the details of what I was expecting in the new plan( 2GB-3G data and 500 local+std min free). The corporate team of Vodafone has activated a different plan of rs 499 which has 1.5GB-3G data and 2000 local min free, which is of no use to me as my calling more of std than local. When I contacted about this wrong activation, they say that the plan is already changed and can not do any thing about this till next billing cycle.
                                I have wasted two days in requesting them to provide proper plan but they are not responding to the request of mine. The main problem with Vodafone corporate team is that they can be reached only through emails and worst part is that they do not even read the emails properly and activate the whatever plan they want irrelevant to what customer wants.

                                So I request Indian consumer Complaints forum to look into this issue and help me get proper resolution. My mobile number is [protected] and email id is praveen.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  Hi,
                                  I have activated red 1599 plan on my mobile number [protected] about 3 months back. As the plan allows sharing of calls and data on linked numbers, i purchased a new sim andto link it with the above account to share voice and data.
                                  I tried from my vodafone app, which never worked for linking numbers, the linking works only from next bill cycle even though we do it any time of the current bill period!

                                  Even after my second bill cycle started the linking thing does not activated. Hence i called customer care and they saidit will start from next month! In the next bill i got, only data was shared and calls from second sim was charges in normal rates.

                                  I visited the nearby vodafone store, the customer care executive told the voice benefits will start only from the second month of activation!!

                                  Today i got the latest bill (After 1 month as she told) here again the linked number calls are partially charged.

                                  Kindly explain the hidden charges, this is highly unprofessional attitude from the company having the monopoly in mumbai city. I am planning to port this number to someother operator for ever.

                                  Kindly register my complaint against wrong billing and misinforming a customer.

                                    Hi i rupesh manjule using vodafone number [protected] since last 10 years but recently i received my bill of rs 1800 when called on customer care they say that i called on special number i.E 51717 and spoke for 72 mins first of all 51717 number cannot be called and speak on this number as these numbers are special numbers they are only for activating and deactivating services

                                    Also the vodafone executives are not good in responding they threaten me and said that if i do not pay the bill they wil disconnect all my vodafone numbers

                                      Hi vodafone has been introduced data user prepaid customers have recharge rs.299/- assured gift 1.25gb and upto 10gb gift recharged to all recharged customer., so i could recharged to ( i never expected 10gb but minimum worth of gift data's are not yet arrived) my number is [protected] last four days before i did recharged ₹ 299 /- special bonanza net plan offer as per your app guidance and recharged with same as myvodafone app via, transid tn[protected] ., i had got only1.25 gb not yet received remaining special mobile data can you please provide asap becos my mb is exhausted shortly.                                         I am a regular customer of vodafone .On dt.26.04.16 & 27.04.16 about rs.55/- has cut from my main balance.I have complaint about five times regarding this to your customer care centre, they told the above amount will credited soon but till yet there have no any fruitful action from your site .I have complain ed also in this website but no result came.As a customer i warned again rerturn my cutoff balance soon .If not i will go to consumer forum physically to action against you.
