Sir my mobile no. Is [protected] suddenly my no. Is being closed/off by vodafone.

Please note that i have taken this connection 3 years ago in mumbai.
When i shifted to rajasthan i called your customer care to please change my circle to rajasthan and i do not need the old plan.

They did not changed my circle and afterwards i also told to customer care that i requested several times to change circle then they advised me to convert it into prepaid i also filed many request to convert it into prepaid but they did not converted it.
After few days they showed me your outstanding amount as[protected] and if you does not we will disconnect your number and they did the same.

Since i did not even use the plan provided to me for a single call in four months time then why should i pay??

Please on my number as soon as possible.

I have vodafone connection so niw i am calling to someone the call was not going then i was call to customer care the told me as some thing my accoun have enouf balence and validity now the service is not activated

    Puk locked my sim [protected] and i visited nearest vodafone store address - nachan raod, 176/167, benachity durgapur, west bengal, 713213 but store man replaced new sim purpose charges rs.300. But vodafone company's rules new sim charges rs. 25. So i request illegal charges, please legal action at that store against.

      My complaint number is[protected]. Please check it, i had been calling since 19th april and still my problem is not resolved.
      This is the pathetic service ever seen.
      I had been making calls on behalf of my friend in australia since 19th april, on an average 30 mins every day i loose with customer care service of vodafone.
      I am really feeling good that i use airtel and not bull promises of vodafone.

      My friend had activated 1499 international roaming which had 30mins incoming free, out of which vodafone has already used 15 mins, but making incoming calls to him, as he is in sydney. There team is unable to solve this issue. It says outing calls have been barred we have tried every possible solution to this.

      I can see we are being cheated by vodafone

        i nevar asked anybody to deactivate my services..
        but when visit the customer care they said that your number hasbeen blocked

        this is not expected from vodafone..

          My march Vodafone mobile bill came as Rs.10000. for the mobile Number [protected]. I was in village for a function. I didn''''t even use data. But they are telling I have used the internet on my mobile and charged me 10000 rupees. When I asked for details of the pages or what is downloaded they are not providing simply saying I have downloaded so much. I am sure I am not able to open WhatsApp or viber anything in that area. Even this too much . IF I ask them details they are not providing.

            I had been charged with BlackBerry(BB) Internet Services for which i never applied.

            In the recent past, i was using BB services & requested them to cancel BB services and activate normal Internet (Data) plan for Android hand set. they activated Normal Internet Plan but didn't disconnect BB Internet Plan and continue charging for both the Internet services for few months.
            later it got addressed & they refunded the Money (Only principle amount).

            This time, without my knowledge, they again started charging for both the Internet services. I'm fail to understand how they can do it because at any given point Customer can use Only One Internet Plan.
            I went to customer service center logged complain, no response.
            Did Online complain, but the response is pathetic.
            Request you to suggest.

                198 which is TRAI mandated toll free number for all networks is not working properly on vodafone. When I try to call the call customer care using this number, it is not getting connected. When I dial from customer care from number, they give you access. But again the next days you will get same problem. It should increase it's capacity to handle customers. Cheating cusotmers is not a good solution.

                It's a biggest scandal. None of their customer care service numbers are working. They deactivated my offer with in 24 hours after it activated. They are taking out money like this from everybody and we are not able to connect to customer care. 199, 198, [protected]. None of these are connecting to customer care.

                  Hi,

                  I changed the circle Delhi to Pune and continue the same Vodafone post paid number . I paid my last bill that I received from Vodafone Delhi circle 1523.06 Rs and I paid 1550 Rs. After that I get new Maharashtra SIM of same number . Vodafone store executive told as per policy you have to pay all outstanding amount of last circle then we can process your same number for different circle then I get first bill of Maharshtra circle 361 Rs that I paid and in second bill they added 470 Rs NMNP charges of Delhi circle for that I did not receive any bill and there is no details also updated in bill against 470 amount and they added this amount after two month however every one knows a particular billing cycle are in system.
                  My second concern is My Maharashtra postpaid number plan was E_Connect_3G_375 and they added 425 Rs rental in bill . I asked then they reply we increased charges sir so why they did not inform to customer . it is directly added in bill.
                  I took continuous follow-up by email and call still there is no concrete solution I get from Vodafone . I called many times of 199 number still I am in trouble . Please help on this matter on high priority. My mobile number is [protected].

                    I have recently converted my prepaid sim to postpaid which itself take more than a week and now this activation issue, I have already done televerification and your system is showing the same my sim is activated, however whenever i try to call, I get redirected to Televerification IVRS system which also ends with Thank You message, without being contacted to televerication team.

                    I am in a bad loop and not satisfied with my overall experience of vodafone services.

                        I have not received the deposit made when i was on post paid three months back I moevd to prepaid and i requested for the deposit which you guys did not give me and after multiple visting of your showrooms of three areas(sanath nagar mini store, s.s.r nagar adn chanda nagar ) finnaly they informed that money was dispatched but still i have not received it. If i won't receive it in a week I am going to change my network. However, you will not care loosing customers that is the reason I am going to change the network of my friends too.

                          Dear Sir

                          I was using my Vodafone number [protected], but due to over billing and poor internet connection they have stopped connection in on Feb 2016. I have paid my bill and requested to stop service immediately in written mail, on 14 march 16 after payment of INR 1207. ( my balance limit was 1300, without any notification they have changed to 2300 now they are asking for 3500).

                          Now Vodafone if sending people to my house and making all sorts of call to get money from me. Please suggest me for next course of action.

                              I have been going to Vodafone mini stores for migrating my postpaid number to prepaid number. First they were reluctant to even entertain me, showing that they are very busy. When I said I would wait till they were free, they said their server was down. They cannot open my bills.

                              I went for 2 months continuous with the same answer told me every time, that their server is down. After 3 months I got angry and said I will not leave until you process my request and from 3 months I am hearing the same reason.

                              Then they told me that they will process my request and gave me a new SIM Card. They filled the form and said it will get activated within 2 days, even took my bill pending amount.

                              After 2 days my number is not activated, no network access. I called them they are saying there is sim number mismatch. Again I went to that store and got my sim card changed. This time the activation period was 2-3 hours.

                              After 24 hours still no network and no activation done.

                                1) i wanted a new sim card for the number xxxxxx8893. Mine was lost previously. I walk into a vodafone ministore at kalwa near manisha nagar on 09.04.2016 where an executive named mudassar takes a copy of my pan card and asks me to sign it. He tells me if signature matches i will get a call from vodafone and a new sim card will be issued. He never returns my original pan card to me. On 11.04.2016 i walk into the store to collect my pan card . Neither my complaint is registered and i am told vodafone is not reverting and am asked to visit the main store.Further the mini store did not return the pan card copy that was given by me. Also i look for my pan card among a stash of other original documents of other people (Aadhar card & voters id etc ) which was also retained by the store. When i contacted vodafone help i was told there is no such procedure of signature being matched for sim issuance.
                                2) billed me for 2 months in spite of the sim being inactive. Even right now the sim is inactive
                                3) my request for change of address has been repeatedly not been done in spite of me visiting personally to the main store with all originals.
                                Further they have dispatching the sim card by post without my permission and that too to the wrong address. My notarized rent agreement was not considered.
                                4) they have not taken any action against the mini store representative in spite of me filing a police complaint. And all they sent me was a mail as to how to obtain a new sim.

                                  My Vodafone no. Is [protected].which I purchased before 10 days around for good net performance as heard from my friends. But after 2 days whesim connecmicromaxto my micromax dongle, it did connect net and after opening Google, it shows like no service. When I reinserted sim, it again did same thing. Than I called customers care they told me I have lodged your complaint and you will get a call by our experts in 2 hrs. I didn't get call till next day, I again called customers care than after evaluating in around 15 min the lady says ...sir, you need to call by alternate no. As your no. Is not forwarding to system supports. I told I use this single sim, should I buy a new sim for solve this problem. She told idk. You need to call by alternate no.
                                  Seriously I thought am I talking to some chinese mobile company or what...So Vodafone if you could do something in it ...good or I could just drop Vodafone and ll try some other networks

                                    I am Anuj Verma unfortunately user of Vodafone my number is [protected] I would like to highlight that how I been disappointed from Vodafone services and from managers.

                                    Yesterday I had word with customer care executive after that he had transfer my call to his manage over the call she was shared the mobile number [protected] and she said, I'll be resolve your problem and between this you need any kind of help so you can contact me but today she is not picking up the call fake commitment fake people which are working in Vodafone.

                                    Today I did again call to customer care over the call agent Chander he transferred my call to his manager and during the call manager was not able to handling my issue & suddenly call got transferred to IVR

                                    Final i have logged the complaint related this[protected],

                                    My request you to please take necessary action against both the case and get resolve my segment change issue individual to COIP which is not happening from
                                    31st March.

                                    I want all the problem get resolved and you have to take strong action against both the managers i am very disappointed from crap response and I will port my all the Vodafone numbers in Airtel.

                                        This is the mail written to me by Vodafone and the answers in-line. They are harassing me from many many days in-spite of me repeating I am happy to pay please produce the bills. I have ported my number to Airtel and that is the excuse they are giving to not give me the bill for which they are asking for payment. The mail is self explanatory and will give you an idea on the what needs to be done.

                                        We state that you had approached and requested us to provide you our cellular mobile phone facility. Relying upon your representation and assurance, we provided the said facility to you, with the clear understanding that you shall pay the bills on or before the due date. We state that you have availed the facility but, in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by you, you have failed and neglected to pay the amount of Rs. 1104/- which is due and payable:
                                        Ans: You have never provided me the facility and if you have please provide a proof for the same. When your executive reached out to me many times I have informed him/her numerous times that I have not received any bill and if you have please share a screenshot to me for my understanding. Which your customer care person has declined to produce. I fail to understand HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH THE BILL WHEN YOU CAN ASK FOR THE MONEY FOR THE SAME. You really have some guts to tell the customer that "breach of the aforesaid representation" while you cannot represent the bill. The promises mad by VODAFONE and the EXECUTIVES is fake and the services are just not disastrous. For for sending this mail and harassing the customer I am going ahead and making a consumer complaint.

                                        We state that in spite of our repeated reminder and request to pay the aforesaid amount, you have failed and neglected to pay the said amount till date. We state that from the aforesaid, it is apparent that you have intentionally and deliberately not paid the said amount for the facility used by you. We state that as on : 22/04/16 a sum of Rs. 1104/- is due and payable by you:
                                        Ans: This is a direct blame on your customer who has never delayed the payment or failed to pay - kindly check the past records as I was a Vodafone customer for over 3 years and never failed to pay or did a late payment. Instead, you guys have failed to produce a bill for which you asking me to do a payment - which is illegal in Government terms. I can file a case of defamation basis this mail.

                                        We state that believing your representations to be true, we acted upon in good faith and entrusted upon you with our cellular mobile phone facility, which you put into extensive use and accumulated huge amount. In the circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the sum of Rs. 1104/- together with accrued interest thereon @ 18% p.a. from the respective due date till the full & final payment, within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences, which please note:
                                        Ans: Is INR 1104/- is a huge amount ? I have proves that I have paid amounts of Rs. 2000/- and above without fail and any mails from you. Yes, you are right I certainly need to take a legal step on the same for harassing and a case of defamation.

                                        The amount is not a huge amount for me to pay - and please send a representative to collect the payment - IT WILL BE DONE.

                                        However, as mentioned I will go take necessary legal actions now.
