My wife is getting lot of vulgar cheap calls from today from this Vodafone number [protected]. so i wanted an immediate action against this person as per law.I searched about this no on internet then i got, this no is from Gujarat. So, sir i kindly request to you please help me and take a action against that person.

    Vodafone india sold the number ([protected] ) in august 2015 to me (Kuber). After a month i started receiving billing recovery team calls on my registered number for bill settlement for the third person named: alitta dsouza and even mails started flooding every month for this, see the bellow mail details.

    I reported this issue to vodafone first on 20-nov-2015 asking help to stop this harassment and correct their data base system. The repeated remainders went without any resolutions and finally i visited the vodafone store to see if something works for me. Instead was shocked to hear from store executives, they said its recycled number and keep ignoring the mails and calls. I decided not to continue the harassment further and stop the services immediately and wrote mail for immediate closer as the will not bear any outstanding dues as they have troubled me for more than six months for fault of vodafone.

    They have stopped the services and started talking about telecom regulatory acts for bill payment and sent legal notice.

    I would like to ask which telecom rules allows to have two different customers for same numbers and keep troubling customers and making them prey victims of such data privacy issues?

    All the above said details are in the mails, looking to make vodafone realize customer values and to follow telecom rules.

      I am a vodafone post paid customer with plan bmc 125
      my internet service got disconnected on 25th april 2016 at 1 am, i have called around 10 times to request customer care to start my service
      they have told me that there is some mismatch in service and it will be activated within 4 hours.
      Its 5 pm 26th april now and its still not activated

      I am a vodafone postpaid customer. From the bangalore circle. But 4 months back i shifted to calcutta and have been on roaming ever since. I lost my phone about a week back. I blocked my sim. And requested for a duplicate sim. The vodafone employee has been telling me for the past one week that i will receive it in a day. But the sim hasnt reached me yet. I had to go to the store 4 times. Mine is a corporate number and i use it a lot for work. This bad service has cost me a lot of time and money and energy. I want vodafone to take full responsibility for this horrible service. I dont understand why i should pay my rental for the month when i havent used my sim.. And that too because of incompetency from your end. I hope you can compensate for my inconvenience and loss.

        I was having balance of 422 i tried to rcg of rs 169 it was shown pack is not available than i recharge of rs 199 it was done alone with 199, 169 was also deducted . When i complaint them they said they cant refund the money as my 169 pack was overwrite with 199 pack. If my 169 pack was activated then why they show me pack is not available. I want my money back as i am a student i cant waste my 169 simply.

          I am using vodafone number with 999 plan postpaid.whenever i use internet i first check free available data according to the pack by dailing *111*1*5#.I did the same thing last month and found available data every time i checked, but now coming to the bill of month march-2016 i found data used from 1st to 13th march was charged.I didnt recieved any alert regarding the excess usage of data.please resolve the issue of excess bill amount.that means every time they showed me free data available to use excess data.

              Dear sir,

              I recharged my number with 147 datapack.

              According to trai, i gave stop sms to 1925 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. .According to trai, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs.For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period and the data packs cannot be activated/deactivated without the prior consent of the customer.
              I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account as i have not used it a bit.

              There was a call from 01171272522 i.e. vodafone customer care. They refunded Rs. 147 to my main balance and said the data pack cannot be activated again but I am crediting the balance to your main account and you can recharge thereafter.

                This is to inform you that my telephone no- [protected], is a prepaid vodafone number. I live in Baruipur, dist:- South 24 parganas, Kolkata-700144. From the last three months huge balance from my internet is been deducted. Whereas I am not using internet to the extent the balance is deducted. I was having balance of 5000 mb, and I was shocked that in one day my whole balance was deducted. At night time I keep my net offline but in morning when I open I find 30-40 mb is deducted. I cant understand what is this happening? Is someone using my net . I have submitted my complaint previously on 24/04/2016 but no response from your side.
                I would request you to kindly check and probe into the matter and inform me why this is happening ? Who is using my number specially during night time after 12 o clock in the midnight.

                  Respected sir, with due respect that we are the residents of B-3 block, Paschim vihar, new Delhi-110063. Our neighbour Mr. Rajiv jata R/O B-3/304, Paschim vihar, new Delhi has installed Vodafone Mobile tower on their roof top. The said building is situated in densely populated residential area but also there is a school near by it. And according to the guidelines of hon'ble Delhi high Court and MCD, no mobile tower are not allowed at residential area. It create many diseases like head pain, even cancer is detected in the neighborhood.its radiation is causing harmful effects for all. So, please sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible.

                    I called Vodafone customer care number 198 to discontinue "Live Tv" pack which was activated from Vodafone without my permission so I called them 1st time on the 22nd April 2016 but that IVR said that you can't connect to Vodafone Customer care and then after 3-4 times try I called from my father's mobile no and it's gets connected to Customer care on the first time and they have deactivated the service but then I asked them why I can't able to connect thorough my number then he said that there is a Rule of "TRAI" that you can't call the customer care more than 3 times then I asked but I'm calling first time today and called two time yesterday so it should allow the call but I din't get the satisfaction with the answer give n by the senior representative Vijay.

                      I recharged my mobile number with rs. 147 datapack on 25 april 2016. Then i messaged stop to 1925 to stop the data services beyond my datapack. But they also deactivated my data pack also saying that now it has got lapsed. I have not used it a bit but they lapsed it.
                      But as per trai they cannot deactivate my existing datapack by this sms.
                      They are not reactivating it and it has gone lapsed.
                      So request you to please take the needful action.

                            I have recently used portability on my airtel number [protected] and switched to VODAFONE, that was my huge mistake.
                            Its been more than 4 days Outgoing, sms and Internet services have been stopped because of Verification. I got call from Verification dept on 19 April, 2016 he told me that he will be coming to my place but he never came and on Thursday.
                            I got message about verification and asked me to call at [protected] and [protected]. I call these number and also call vodafone care. They were very rude.
                            I was promised that verification will be done on Monday that is today.Its been 4 days my outgoing sms and internet service have been barred.
                            I am not able to call in case of any emergency as I do not have any other number.I am really frustrated right now. I want this to be escalate to senior level. These people do not care at all.
                            I am working in Dell International Gurgaon. I am doing night shift 5:30 pm to 2:30 am. Suppose If I stuck in any emergency(road accident or Robbery) at 2: 30 am while going back to my home I will not be able to call as vodafone barred my outgoing services because they were not able to do the verification.PLEASE HELP...

                              I went to customer support center fro converting postpaid to prepaid and there i cleared all the dues and my number got converted but next month i got bill for postpaid connection, i tried contacting vodafone customer representatives but to no avail, so i wrote a mail and got only automatic response that they will contact me in 1 day, and i have written mails multiple times but they do not even care to contact. And all i have been asking from them is to explain me why was i charged and they have got no time even for that. Finally i have decided to switch to other network as there is no hope left of knowing why i was charged and i don't want to fall into such situation again.
                              I request you all to give up vodafone connection as they are only money minded people, money is all they care about and do not even want to explain why they charge the amount to their customers.

                                This is to inform my balance deduction without my consent. Previous week 35 rupees was detected for juice pack and this week 75 rupees for glam pack and & another 75 rupees for channel pack
                                I did not activate any pack. When i call vodafone agents and nodal executive (Saranya), initially they agreed for refund and then they dint provide proper reply and denied the refund request. I request you to take action on this and refund the deducted amount and also no balance deductions hereon without my consent.

                                    Broadband deactivation date : 19 Jan 2016
                                    Note : Deactivation confirmation email from Vodafone received on 21 Jan 2016 and all pending bills has been paid.

                                    Issue : Connection has been reactivated without customer knowledge and bill has been generated for month(s) of Feb/Mar/April .

                                    Steps Taken : Called vodafone customer care and informed the same. Customer care executive said deactivation and billing issue will be resolved with in 48 hours

                                    Walked in vodafone store and escalated the same. But till today issue has not been resolved and legal notice has been sent from "vodafone" on 23/April/2016

                                    I called cutomer support again to resolve the issue but there is no proper response from vodafone side. Issue has been open for the past three months and connection yet to be deactivated.

                                    Please do let me know for any details further.

                                      I have already raised complaint so many times regarding high bills. Anyway this time i am getting high bill due to net . Last month i ask customer care to active 3g on my number after that . For 3g also it is showing so much consumption. In every 10 min i get a message that i have used 300 mb, 250 mb etc from you bill cycle. Earlier this much was my monthly consumption. You can check my previous bills from records. Moreover, when i compalint telugu speaking customer care calls to me. I don't understand teulgu so it means that my problem will not get solved. Or its my fault i'm using postpaid. I have also raised complain so many times to remove my post paid i want to switch back to prepaid . But for giving connectin they send there agent to my home but for switching back they ask me to visit there office. Vodafone is worst mobile service provider in india.

                                        I have a post paid connection with vodafone since 6th july, 2011.I was using a local plan of rs 299 till i was in bangalore but when i moved out of bangalore in june, 2014 i started using a roaming plan.
                                        The problem arose in dec 2014 when the network disappeared, inspite of me trying all odds the network was showing emergency calls only, when i came back to my native place from delhi the network reappeared again so i called up the customer care guys who were unable to resolve the issue and after few days the network disappeared again.
                                        I couldn't contact vodafone as neither i was able to send them messages or call them.
                                        Meanwhile the continued sending me the bills on my email id which i rarely check.
                                        In march the filed a case against me and intimated me through an email, accusing me of not paying bills during the time network was unavailable .The sent some contacts to talk to.
                                        I tried reaching out to all of them and even send numerous emails without even a single response.
                                        So i talked to the who was responsible for dispute redressal incase we want to make the payment.I made it clear to her that never before i had defaulted over a payment please clear
                                        Out the issues before i make the payments.
                                        Her tone was thretening and she told they would listen only if i make the payment.
                                        So i made all the payments and waited for their response or emails.
                                        Meanwhile i kept sending them mails and even called them but they didnt responded.

                                        Neither the response came nor the network.
                                        This month they have again sent me out the bills again and even charged me for reconnection, all this time i was having the impression that the connection has been terminated.
                                        The network is still not there and now it is showing no service.

                                        Just to make it clear to you i had similar issues in july and august last year when i simply chose to pay them.But i cant paying them without being able to use their service.

                                        I am a freelancer and i had to incur huge losses due to network unavailability and i had this number almost everywhere in all the bank accounts as well .

                                        I want them to make all the refunds as soon as possible.
