Worst customer service ever I've seen. Not even single agent is helping in resolving network issues. Everyone is just careless about it. No one in Vodafone can speak English. Why do you have English customer support option? No one is trained in process. What does your trainer does in training? What are they thought in training? On what basis you hired them? Only meet the requirement?
I'm with Vodafone since, 6-7 years. And shockingly Vodafone doesn't have the data which says I'm Vodafone customer since 6-7 years. I'm having network issues since January 2016. I'm paying my bills regularly for not getting proper service. The logic is you provide me service and I'll pay the bill. But I'm only paying the bill and you guys are not providing me the service which is needed. I've already raised complain about it and asked for discount on bill but no one is able to help me with it.
When I asked to terminate my contract, they transfer me to retention team ( so called are the team who retain the customer ) and they guide me to the procedure to discontinue my service with Vodafone. Is this what retention team does. No probing and no request to stay with Vodafone. Direct on face that you can follow this procedure and discontinue your service.
When I ask for escalations, the agent says supervisor is not available. After a long request, agent transfers the call to the supervisor and then If I ask for the escalation for Manager, NO supervisor transfers the call to manager. No one. They just say that Manager available hai hi nahi. What the hell do managers in Vodafone does then??

I have recharged in my vodafone number which offers 8.5GB 3G +2G unlimited, but as I Crossed 3.5GB, it says you have exhausted your 3G data and now your speed will be reduced.
I am trying to surrender my vodaphone post paid connection but customer care is not helping so Can any one please help me with this.
Still the issue is not resolved. Vodafone agent calls me and promises for discount on bill and never call back again. I also received a call from technician, and he promised to come to my address for the network issue to be resolved. But this issue is still exists.

    I tried so many times to recharge my vodafone through hdfc netbanking, but to not avail. On the contrary i can recharge airtel, idea etc. When i came to hdfc bank, they told me to verified my number from vodafone centre. So i called customer care for assistance, they direct me to go to bank for clarification.. I don't really understand what games they are playing..

      Hi,

      My name is Pooja Shah and I am a postpaid customer of Vodafone Mumbai.

      I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service provided to me by your company. My tarrif plan was very high and I was being charged a lot for my data plan and thus in the month of March I decided to visit the Vodafone store to change my tarrif plans. I was promised that my data plan would change but I received no message of a new plan being activated. I visited the store again the very next day and I was told that my plan would get activated within 48 hours. Again, nothing happened.

      I have, since then, called the Vodafone helpline no. [protected] innumerable times and have requested the staff to change my plans so that I stop getting overcharged for my usage. When I decided I've had enough and called vodafone to shift me to airtel, a person named SUBHAN from the Vodafone team spoke to me and assured me that my entire plan would change to rs 535 (WITH TAXES) where I would get 1 gb of 4G free and after that my speed would directly reduce and become 2G for which I will not be charged. Additionally in rs 535 I would get 800 local and 400 national minutes free.

      Again, no message of activation of the new plan was received. I kept calling the helpline to ask for an update but either I was transferred from one department to the other or they told me somebody would contact me within 2 working days, which also never happened.

      Finally I was slapped with an unreasonable bill of rs 3100 which I absolutely refuse to pay since I was constantly requesting and wasting my precious time behind your Vodafone officials who're super useless and inefficient. Though they adjusted Rs 1200, they still expect me to pay 1900 which isn't fair because i did not want the plan i had - i wanted the 535 rs plan. it snot my fault that they did not activate it. I even asked what message should i sent for activation but was told it will happen from their end automatically.

      Even for the next bill cycle, when since a month Ive already been requesting vodafone to change my tariff plans, I was billed high (again, for plans that i did not even want)and they randomly have activated new plans without my approval.

      Please let me know how you'll plan to mend this. Not only will I not pay a single penny of this bill, but also for the month of April- May I will not pay the bill since even now I'm being charged for something I wanted changed 2 months back. If need be, I will definitely be taking legal action against Vodafone so please revert to me with a solution and also a written apology for the high inconvenience caused to me.

        1. I have prepaid vodafone mobile no [protected] o[censored]ttrakhand district rudraprayag circle. Now i have been posted to kohima and accordingly i have made a request at vodafone office, kohima through my unique porting code vw611369 on 23 apr 2016 to port my said number to vodafone nagaland (North east) circle.

        2. However, it is almost one month, nothing has been done and my old sim is still working on roaming and new sim given to me by vodafone office, kohima is showing invalid sm.

        3. Request look into the matter and get my number port as requested or intimate reason for not porting the same. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

          But unfortunately my balance got deducted from your side.
          After that i made a call to customer care they guys are telling me that
          Sir you made a call to foreign country that's why your bal. Getting down by 66 rupees.
          They even not telling me the number also that guy name mr. Sulender after being disappointed by your agents i told that kindly forward this call to your team leader

              Hi Sir,

              Vodafone is really frustrating. Suffered a lot with their idiotic service and cheap behaviors. This is the sixth time complaining about service auto activation. I have already requested before two days to deactivate the connection itself. Then how come will i activate service. Not at all trustworthy. Example for Frauders and fraudulence service are always existing!!

                I got a message late night around 3:10 am that a service "mcsecure" have been activated on my number [protected] for 7 days and a charge of rs 49 will reflect on my next bill.
                First of all, i did not click on any service message to activate such thing, neither did i activated this service by my own, nor i have any security application in my cellphone, and then i called customer care and this executive named "sourabh" was of no help and all he was a disaster and i wanted to abuse him.
                Get me out of this thing and waive my charges back as i did not activated any service.

                      Sir,
                      My vodafone number is [protected] (prepaid mobile number)
                      On 14/05/2016 at around 5 pm balance of approximately 100Rs from my balance was deducted suddenly and some value added services were automatically activated on my mobile.
                      On talking to customer care, Â they stopped the services but refused to give my refund my money. They said that only one such refund can be given in 28 days while such services keep on automatically activating frequently.
                      I want to stop receiving such services in future
                      I want my refund back because I didn't activate these services.
                      I am a vodafone customer for last 12 years.
                      And if such problems occur I'll have to change the company because I have already beared a huge loss

                        I have been ported to Vodafone on 14th March and I have subscribed to Plan 375 (Posptaid). This plan gives me 500 minutes calling. Vodafone has handed me bills every 15 days by changing my billing cycle without intimation. I have raised multiple complaints but they do not resolve, still closed the requests. They never give a call back even on multiple requests. Due to this issue, I get charged on pro-rate basis and I have to pay more for my usage. They have handed me bills on 31st March, 18th April, 25th April, 11th May, all pro-rates applied. Hence, I have ended up paying extra every time. Please help me here. Also, let me know if I can file a legal case against Vodafone for this harassment and fraudulent behavior. Complaints raised in this matter are given below:

                          Hello,
                          For the month of April 16 Vodafone billed me 99/- MConverge Fashion [protected]@99, which I never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. they says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
                          They have billed for another 2 units of downloads for Rs 185 also, when enquired about it the same reply as above from customer care official.
                          My question is if I had really clicked on some page as they state why I VODAFONE INDIA charging me for that? Should there be some confirmation agreement from customer before activating any such service ?
                          I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
                          Do I need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

                            From 4 days services are getting activated from my mobile with out my permission and when I contact costmer care they are telling it is because of Internet.But as a Vodafone costmer I was using Internet from 4 years around and first time I am facing this issue. If the same condition continue everyday I have to talk to coustmer care every time and everyday 45 RS will deduct. It's really unfaithful for me. Please make a solution for this.

                              I don't get coverage in my home so I decided to move to some other network. For past 2 months I am trying to send PORT to 1900 but it's getting failed. I called Vodafone customer care they told irrelevant answers. I called vodafone custome care several times but i did not get a solution. This really irritating. Ninja product and on this complain one phone calls from paypal that we are calling from paypal and we refund your amount of purchase from ebazar. Ninja please give your card detail after giving me the card detail he transfer rs.5000 into pur/vodafone-billdesk/mumbai/vodafone-billdesk.                                   Made recharge of Rs. 204 prepaid Vodafone [protected], Transaction ID MU[protected], on 2nd April. Recd. confirmation successful recharge New balance Rs. 217.74/-. I rarely use Vodafone for calling except Customer Care of ICICI Credit Cards as the number is regd. to my ICICI Credit Card Account who I phoned on the 10th May. My call was disconnected midway. I found on checking that I made only a 11 minute call but my balance was exhausted without any logical reason. Checked call history since 2nd April and found no outgoing calls.
                                  Phoned twice on 198. A horrible Nightmarish experience. Executives repeated "they did not find any subscription". No explanation where my Rs. 204 had gone. On the 2nd call Executive claimed the system did not show details, to call back after 30 mins. Was kept on hold for over 5 mins at a stretch each time, and forced to listen to nonstop repetitive message about downloading app from the App Store. My repeated requests to not subject me to this recorded infuriating message while being kept on hold fell on deaf ears. 3rd call on the 11th morning was disconnected by the Executive rudely. On the 4th call, I asserted that I be connected to the supervisor, was forced to listen to the maddening message on and on without respite without the ability to turn it off as any moment the Executive would come back on line and if I delayed replying by 2/3 seconds would disconnect me without second thought.
                                  Recd. Complaint No. [protected] with an assurance my balance would be credited in 48 hrs, that have now passed, still no resolution. Cannot call Customer Care of ICICI CC till I recover the balance, though I desperately need to. Why does Vodafone slickly make customers pay; but have a long-drawn-out, unpleasant, disgusting process they subject their customers to; in order to recover the value they have cheated their customers of? Repetitive promotional messages forced on Customers, 48-hour resolution time periods, false Commitments, Executives who have no authority to resolve any issue so keep you on hold for interminable minutes, while the tediously repetitious promotional messages drone on.
                                  Got an SMS message this morning that my complaint was addressed & I could appeal. No explanation about where my Rs. 204/- had gone. Tried calling 198 all morning and kept getting "sor-reee, we are unable to process your request right now. Thank you for calling Vodafone Care"
                                  I now assert that Vodafone credit my account with the cheated-of amount, with an explanation why & how this has occurred and a compensation of Rs. 500/- (increasing by 10% for each day of delay in redress)for the inconvenience caused such as inability to call important/necessary parties & follow up with Vodafone involving expense of time and effort.

                                  I have gone through something similar. I recharged my number with 100 Rs and had a total balance of 83 Rs in my account. I hardly use my phone to make calls as I am a person who does not like speaking much on phones. Still after 3 days when I checked my balance, it was 36 Rs. I have no idea how the balance got deducted without me making any calls, or sending messages, or using the Internet. I called their customer care, and they said that I had made some STD calls which is why my balance was deducted. This is just not possible as I have never made STD calls. As a solution, I have downloaded the Bill Bachao app in my phone. This app smartly tracks my phone usage and gives me a detailed break up of my daily calls, messages, and data consumed. I have downloaded this app so that I have a proof of my usage. So the next time my balance gets deducted, I am going to use this app to prove my point. download this app here - http://bit.ly/ormbb

                                    I am a customer of Vodafone india. my number is [protected]. as per their offer for Rs1247 they give 10 gb data 3g for 28 days. if balnce remains it can carry forward the balnce data to next validity recharge. but they gave unlimited data which cannot carry forward and use with in 28 days.

                                    So I humbly requested that suitable action to be taken against Vodafone company. they should not misguide the customer and take the money from customer

                                    Dear Vodafone, as per our telecon I have send the screen shot of your plan which offered me. it is clearly mentioned for Rs.1247 you are giving 10 GB data ( there is no word UNLIMITED in the offer). so kindly make it as 10 GB where I can use carry forward, or otherwise amount to be credited in main balance. this is my suggestion that when you offer some plan, it should be clearly mentioned.

                                      I recieved a sms from vodafone saying that i activated follo pack with 35 rupees deduction. When i called customer care they say i activated thru some link from vodafone ad. I am very sure that i never activated that kind of package and even customer care are useless that they also doesnot know about the details of that follo pack.vodafone, stop cheating common people from these kind of packs.

                                      I am surprised to receive the message from vodafone stating that my follo pack is activated and toh have deducted Rs 35/- for that. I have not sent any activation request for it. Can you please justify the deduction without my consent. I am an NRI and am on a visit. I wish that you take immediate action on this.                                       Can anyone explain who started this Follo Pack on my number and when that I am receiving this message that we will deduct 35 Rs weekly charges.
                                      Is this some kind of joke Vodafone ask us to send STOP sms on 155223 and when we do that it's saying thank you for activating Follo service.
                                      I also recieved an SMS from Vodafone yesterday saying that Follo pack has been activated upon my request with 35 rupees deduction.What request?!!! I am absolutely sure that I never activated that kind of package. In fact, I googled Follo and thats how I came here on this forum! Please reverse the charges because this looks like a scam and if Vodafone is involved in this, they are in some serious trouble. I will pursue this matter if this issue isnt resolved.                                       Vodafone is a worst company, 2-3 days ago they deducted 146 mb from my data pack, the customer care says that because of keeping the mobile data on 146mb data has been deducted, without downloading anything they had deduced 146mb. Today I have received the message that follo pack has been activated and 25rs have deducted. The Vodafone company is cheating the customers. Now I have taken Jio sim Because of this type of worst service is been provided by Vodafone
                                      In my bill, Rs 316 has been deducted for VAS which I have not subscribed at any point of time. I frequently receive this messages about follow pack and Gaana Khazana pack and deduction of Rs 35 for no reason. Real horrible service.
                                      I have same issues with this pack activating on its own. Really its frustrating. I really hope Vodafone is gonna do something about this.
                                      Anyone know what the plan contains, i don't here these kund off pack before they deduct my balance for folo pack. The worst thing is i can't reach customers care Also, when i call and press 9 to speak cust car they say sorry your request is not prossed this time thank u... Vodafone sucksss, planning for porting.

Jiske liye mujhse rs-250/- security ke liye gaye the aur kaha gaya tha ki jab aap apne ye number prepaid/close karenge to aapko ye security ke rs-250/- 45-60 dino ke andar cheque ke dwara waapas kar diye jaayenge. Maine apna number [protected] 02/07/2014 ko close karwa diya tha 3 month ke baad vodafone store gaya to kaha gaya ki abhi aapka cheque nahi aaya hai 15-20 dino ke baad phir main vodafone store gaya phir bhi koi jawab nahi diya main 4-5 baar vodafone store ja chuka hoon aur koi bhi meri baat nahi sun raha hai.
