Sir,
My vodafone number is [protected] (prepaid mobile number)
On 14/05/2016 at around 5 pm balance of approximately 100Rs from my balance was deducted suddenly and some value added services were automatically activated on my mobile.
On talking to customer care, they stopped the services but refused to give my refund my money. They said that only one such refund can be given in 28 days while such services keep on automatically activating frequently.
I want to stop receiving such services in future
I want my refund back because I didn't activate these services.
I am a vodafone customer for last 12 years.
And if such problems occur I'll have to change the company because I have already beared a huge loss

    I have been ported to Vodafone on 14th March and I have subscribed to Plan 375 (Posptaid). This plan gives me 500 minutes calling. Vodafone has handed me bills every 15 days by changing my billing cycle without intimation. I have raised multiple complaints but they do not resolve, still closed the requests. They never give a call back even on multiple requests. Due to this issue, I get charged on pro-rate basis and I have to pay more for my usage. They have handed me bills on 31st March, 18th April, 25th April, 11th May, all pro-rates applied. Hence, I have ended up paying extra every time. Please help me here. Also, let me know if I can file a legal case against Vodafone for this harassment and fraudulent behavior. Complaints raised in this matter are given below:

    Moreover, in the plan details, there are no charges written for roaming. However, I was handed bill with roaming charges applied when I was roaming outside circle. Clear case of hiding information from customer. Request for your help on this matter.

      Hello,
      For the month of April 16 Vodafone billed me 99/- MConverge Fashion [protected]@99, which I never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. they says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
      They have billed for another 2 units of downloads for Rs 185 also, when enquired about it the same reply as above from customer care official.
      My question is if I had really clicked on some page as they state why I VODAFONE INDIA charging me for that? Should there be some confirmation agreement from customer before activating any such service ?
      I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
      Do I need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

        From 4 days services are getting activated from my mobile with out my permission and when I contact costmer care they are telling it is because of Internet.But as a Vodafone costmer I was using Internet from 4 years around and first time I am facing this issue. If the same condition continue everyday I have to talk to coustmer care every time and everyday 45 RS will deduct. It's really unfaithful for me. Please make a solution for this.

          I don't get coverage in my home so I decided to move to some other network. For past 2 months I am trying to send PORT to 1900 but it's getting failed. I called Vodafone customer care they told irrelevant answers. I called vodafone custome care several times but i did not get a solution. This really irritating. Please help me to send port message from my number.

            I eas complaing ebazar. Ninja product and on this complain one phone calls from paypal that we are calling from paypal and we refund your amount of purchase from ebazar. Ninja please give your card detail after giving me the card detail he transfer rs.5000 into pur/vodafone-billdesk/mumbai/vodafone-billdesk. As this transection was not done by me and it is fraudley done my your officer whose mobile no.[protected].
            I immediately blocked my card and doing police complaint of this no.
            Pleade do the needful action and refund my amount in my account.

              Made recharge of Rs. 204 prepaid Vodafone [protected], Transaction ID MU[protected], on 2nd April. Recd. confirmation successful recharge New balance Rs. 217.74/-. I rarely use Vodafone for calling except Customer Care of ICICI Credit Cards as the number is regd. to my ICICI Credit Card Account who I phoned on the 10th May. My call was disconnected midway. I found on checking that I made only a 11 minute call but my balance was exhausted without any logical reason. Checked call history since 2nd April and found no outgoing calls.
              Phoned twice on 198. A horrible Nightmarish experience. Executives repeated "they did not find any subscription". No explanation where my Rs. 204 had gone. On the 2nd call Executive claimed the system did not show details, to call back after 30 mins. Was kept on hold for over 5 mins at a stretch each time, and forced to listen to nonstop repetitive message about downloading app from the App Store. My repeated requests to not subject me to this recorded infuriating message while being kept on hold fell on deaf ears. 3rd call on the 11th morning was disconnected by the Executive rudely. On the 4th call, I asserted that I be connected to the supervisor, was forced to listen to the maddening message on and on without respite without the ability to turn it off as any moment the Executive would come back on line and if I delayed replying by 2/3 seconds would disconnect me without second thought.
              Recd. Complaint No. [protected] with an assurance my balance would be credited in 48 hrs, that have now passed, still no resolution. Cannot call Customer Care of ICICI CC till I recover the balance, though I desperately need to. Why does Vodafone slickly make customers pay; but have a long-drawn-out, unpleasant, disgusting process they subject their customers to; in order to recover the value they have cheated their customers of? Repetitive promotional messages forced on Customers, 48-hour resolution time periods, false Commitments, Executives who have no authority to resolve any issue so keep you on hold for interminable minutes, while the tediously repetitious promotional messages drone on.
              Got an SMS message this morning that my complaint was addressed & I could appeal. No explanation about where my Rs. 204/- had gone. Tried calling 198 all morning and kept getting "sor-reee, we are unable to process your request right now. Thank you for calling Vodafone Care"
              I now assert that Vodafone credit my account with the cheated-of amount, with an explanation why & how this has occurred and a compensation of Rs. 500/- (increasing by 10% for each day of delay in redress)for the inconvenience caused such as inability to call important/necessary parties & follow up with Vodafone involving expense of time and effort.

              I have gone through something similar. I recharged my number with 100 Rs and had a total balance of 83 Rs in my account. I hardly use my phone to make calls as I am a person who does not like speaking much on phones. Still after 3 days when I checked my balance, it was 36 Rs. I have no idea how the balance got deducted without me making any calls, or sending messages, or using the Internet. I called their customer care, and they said that I had made some STD calls which is why my balance was deducted. This is just not possible as I have never made STD calls. As a solution, I have downloaded the Bill Bachao app in my phone. This app smartly tracks my phone usage and gives me a detailed break up of my daily calls, messages, and data consumed. I have downloaded this app so that I have a proof of my usage. So the next time my balance gets deducted, I am going to use this app to prove my point. download this app here - http://bit.ly/ormbb

                I am a customer of Vodafone india. my number is [protected]. as per their offer for Rs1247 they give 10 gb data 3g for 28 days. if balnce remains it can carry forward the balnce data to next validity recharge. but they gave unlimited data which cannot carry forward and use with in 28 days.

                So I humbly requested that suitable action to be taken against Vodafone company. they should not misguide the customer and take the money from customer

                Dear Vodafone, as per our telecon I have send the screen shot of your plan which offered me. it is clearly mentioned for Rs.1247 you are giving 10 GB data ( there is no word UNLIMITED in the offer). so kindly make it as 10 GB where I can use carry forward, or otherwise amount to be credited in main balance. this is my suggestion that when you offer some plan, it should be clearly mentioned.

                  I recieved a sms from vodafone saying that i activated follo pack with 35 rupees deduction. When i called customer care they say i activated thru some link from vodafone ad. I am very sure that i never activated that kind of package and even customer care are useless that they also doesnot know about the details of that follo pack.vodafone, stop cheating common people from these kind of packs.

                  I am surprised to receive the message from vodafone stating that my follo pack is activated and toh have deducted Rs 35/- for that. I have not sent any activation request for it. Can you please justify the deduction without my consent. I am an NRI and am on a visit. I wish that you take immediate action on this. I can be contacted on [protected].

                  Is this some kind of joke Vodafone ask us to send STOP sms on 155223 and when we do that it's saying thank you for activating Follo service.
                  I also recieved an SMS from Vodafone yesterday saying that Follo pack has been activated upon my request with 35 rupees deduction.What request?!!! I am absolutely sure that I never activated that kind of package. In fact, I googled Follo and thats how I came here on this forum! Please reverse the charges because this looks like a scam and if Vodafone is involved in this, they are in some serious trouble. I will pursue this matter if this issue isnt resolved.                   Vodafone is a worst company, 2-3 days ago they deducted 146 mb from my data pack, the customer care says that because of keeping the mobile data on 146mb data has been deducted, without downloading anything they had deduced 146mb. Today I have received the message that follo pack has been activated and 25rs have deducted. The Vodafone company is cheating the customers. Now I have taken Jio sim Because of this type of worst service is been provided by Vodafone

                  In my bill, Rs 316 has been deducted for VAS which I have not subscribed at any point of time. I frequently receive this messages about follow pack and Gaana Khazana pack and deduction of Rs 35 for no reason. Real horrible service.
                  I have same issues with this pack activating on its own. Really its frustrating. I really hope Vodafone is gonna do something about this.
                  Anyone know what the plan contains, i don't here these kund off pack before they deduct my balance for folo pack. The worst thing is i can't reach customers care Also, when i call and press 9 to speak cust car they say sorry your request is not prossed this time thank u... Vodafone sucksss, planning for porting.

                      I have a vodafone prepaid connection and they are deducting money from my balance without even i using it. I have attached the screenshot of the message that i get from them almost 9-10 times everyday, it clearly shows that consumed volume is 0 mb but still they keep deducting 4 paise almost 10 times everyday... This is ridiculous and looting people like us openly but still nobody takes any action against them, whenever i ask the customer care they say its some technical error which never gets resolved... Lets see what solution i get from here...

                        Sir this is rajashekar I was using Vodafone for just 2months I had already submitted a complaint regarding not deactivating also on January since I was not using the number I wanted it to be deactivated and the company member came and gave a bill after paying 500rupees +advance 500 on february 21 given initially but now they are asking 1000rupees for not deactivating by the first person please kindly resolve

                            The above mobile number was deactivated in the month of february 2016. The balance outstanding as mentioned to me by the vodafone official on 10th march 2016 was rs. 1496/-.

                            I made the payment on 10th march itself in 2 transactions of rs. 500 and rs. 996.

                            I was assured that this was the last payment and no further payment will be raised on this number.

                            However i have been receiving phone calls on the alternate number provided asking for further bill settlement of 1500.

                            This is absolute cheating by the company. If we get the recorded transcript of my conversation on 10th march with the call centre official it will clear what was communicated to me.

                            I am not going to make any further payments for this little scam which vodafone is running.

                            Also, i receive further calls till date from recovery agents who are nothing else but thugs who have no ettiquets absolutely.

                            I will ensure to file a harassment complaint against vodafone.

                              Hi, I want to make official legal complaint for Vodafone for fraudulent.

                              Please assist me as Vodafone has cheated on me and started sending me fake/wrong bills since October 2014 till date. For my number [protected]. I signed up a plan of Rs. 149 and suddenly they very smartly changed the rental from 149 to Rs. 199 and I wasn't informed as well. This company has been cheating with me since then and I have been paying a rental of Rs. 199 instead of Rs. 149. Not even did I get any additional benefits of extra charges.

                              They have been cheating with me since last 18 months. Attachment shows Snapshot from their App giving bill plan info.

                              I want my complaint to be addressed strongly and seriously. Please ensure action is taken against the company for fooling and cheating with the customers. Please tell what needs to done to escalate my matter to the highest level possible how can a company have such an audacity to fraudulent with people.

                                90 RS deducted from my account for WWE Zone on my Vodafone number without any confirmation, when I called customer care he said I have clicked one of the Ads, but I clearly closed the Ad with the x button.

                                No WAP consent gateway confirmation was asked, amount just got deducted just like that.

                                The customer service said they will not refund full amount, they accepted to return 50 Rs.

                                How come money can get deducted just by clicking on ads by mistake that come from spam sites.

                                And please give a proper number where we can register our complaints at 1 go. Your all other service (toll-free) numbers suggest us to click on different number to get our work done, we are not sitting free for all this.

                                For me Rs 6814.2 has been deducted last one and half years.
                                They deducted WWE Zone and Content Download section.
                                Where i need to register complaints?
                                Also is it possible to raise complaint to TRAI on this issue?

I get up in the morning and get a sms from vodafone that I subscribed for it. Stop looting your customers like this. I want my money back.

                                Every month I get a msg from Vodafone saying that WWE ZONE has been activated and ₹90 has been deducted. I have deactivated it twice. It gets deactivated and yet the next month ₹90 gets deducted again!!! And this time... ₹49 has been deducted for some Lifestyle pack!! I have not subscribed to any of these. Neither have I clicked on any dumb ad!! So HOW DOES VODAFONE DECIDE TO SUBSCRIBE AND DEDUCT MY MONEY FOR IT?!? I am seriously thinking of switching to another provider if I don't get my money back and such underhanded schemes persist!!

                                They deducted Rs 51 twice for Gamezina and deducting daily Rs 3 for WWE ZONE...no confirmation.. Direct deductions...n i have not me subscribed to any such services!!!

                                RS 90 deducted from my account for WWE Zone even though I had not subscribed for the same. I fail to understand why Vodafone is doing this gimmick. Has their revenue affected due to JIO? If this is the case it is breach of trust and I will surely consider opting for JIO.

                                I agree even I got 21 rupees deducted on my Vodafone number on WWE ZONE pack. I did message stop but my money was long gone.

                                Was wondering how my balance suddenly got low and found out that that rs. 90 deducted from my account without any notice for the WWE Zone that I most certainly did not request or use... Would appreciate it if Vodafone could refund that amount.

                                RS. 45 deducted from my phone too. The customer service is terrible. They are stealing money in broad daylight.
                                Vodafone is really terrific service, they deducted 489 rs of mine and saying that something WWE service and not telling me even what I did so its deducted. They have started ISD services their own and deducted 90 RS, they just want money either way, I am leaving vodafone, suggest any better services in Gujarat.
                                Even I have same issue. I need my money money back. This is do unfair!

                                  Hi,
                                  I had a vodafone postpaid connection which i terminated in 2015. I received a mail stating your number has been deactivated please fill the remaining balance amount ~2k .
                                  I tried to make the remaining payment but since they had already deactivated i couldnt. So i wrote a mail to them.They asked to deposit my balance amount to a common number which i did . Took a screenshot and sent it to them.

                                  After that i recieved bill for month of November also, the period for which my phone was deactivated. It cannot be for few overlapping days also . Because i got a specific mail stating your deactivation process has taken place along with balance bill amount.
                                  I have sent close to 3 mails attaching entire mail thread and there have been no response. I also called the lady incharge shilpa, she said she will call back but she didnt.
                                  They started sending legal mails to which i replied, now they are harassing my relative, number i had given as alternate.
                                  I wanted to go public for harrasment but after i talked to shilpa she said she is looking into it. Again my relative recieved a call today. Could you guide me as to what will be the course to take legal complaint.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am using vodafone number ([protected]) CUG number since last 4 months.
                                    This month I noticed that charges were made before consumption of free 500 local+std minutes provided.

                                    when complained about it, they waived it off. When I went through the previous bill, the thing was repeated in every bill. They were charging before the free usage and I was not aware of it.

                                    Its been a week I have raised a complaint and no proper explanation is provided yet.

                                      No network connectivity is there inside my new home in the below address:
                                      123, 3A Cross, Shirdi Sai Temple Road, Shirdi Sai Nagar, Munnekolala, Marathahalli, Bangalore - 560037

                                      I am unable to make or receive calls while at home.
                                      I am user of this Vodafone Postpaid number since 2010 (past 6 years).

                                      Moreover, in this entire Marathahalli area (outside my home), there is no 3G data connectivity. Being a 3G user, my money is getting wasted by such poor service offered.
                                      I am facing this issue since past 15 days and missing important call.
                                      Please look into this with highest priority.

                                        Sir i have shifted from airtel prepaid to vodafone postpaid from an offer provided by your customer care.Now after verification they blocked my number saying that i am not capable off paying money.When i made call to vodafone customer care they told me to visit vodafone store from there only i got to know i have to pay 1000 rs as a security deposit to the company to restart my number, but when they called and offered me they told me that i don't have to pay any money.
                                        Please tell me what i have to do to show them my capability and why should i pay 1000 rs to them.
