    I have been going to Vodafone mini stores for migrating my postpaid number to prepaid number. First they were reluctant to even entertain me, showing that they are very busy. When I said I would wait till they were free, they said their server was down. They cannot open my bills.

    I went for 2 months continuous with the same answer told me every time, that their server is down. After 3 months I got angry and said I will not leave until you process my request and from 3 months I am hearing the same reason.

    Then they told me that they will process my request and gave me a new SIM Card. They filled the form and said it will get activated within 2 days, even took my bill pending amount.

    After 2 days my number is not activated, no network access. I called them they are saying there is sim number mismatch. Again I went to that store and got my sim card changed. This time the activation period was 2-3 hours.

    After 24 hours still no network and no activation done.

      1) i wanted a new sim card for the number xxxxxx8893. Mine was lost previously. I walk into a vodafone ministore at kalwa near manisha nagar on 09.04.2016 where an executive named mudassar takes a copy of my pan card and asks me to sign it. He tells me if signature matches i will get a call from vodafone and a new sim card will be issued. He never returns my original pan card to me. On 11.04.2016 i walk into the store to collect my pan card . Neither my complaint is registered and i am told vodafone is not reverting and am asked to visit the main store.Further the mini store did not return the pan card copy that was given by me. Also i look for my pan card among a stash of other original documents of other people (Aadhar card & voters id etc ) which was also retained by the store. When i contacted vodafone help i was told there is no such procedure of signature being matched for sim issuance.
      2) billed me for 2 months in spite of the sim being inactive. Even right now the sim is inactive
      3) my request for change of address has been repeatedly not been done in spite of me visiting personally to the main store with all originals.
      Further they have dispatching the sim card by post without my permission and that too to the wrong address. My notarized rent agreement was not considered.
      4) they have not taken any action against the mini store representative in spite of me filing a police complaint. And all they sent me was a mail as to how to obtain a new sim.

        Hey,
        My Vodafone no. Is [protected].which I purchased before 10 days around for good net performance as heard from my friends. But after 2 days whesim connecmicromaxto my micromax dongle, it did connect net and after opening Google, it shows like no service. When I reinserted sim, it again did same thing. Than I called customers care they told me I have lodged your complaint and you will get a call by our experts in 2 hrs. I didn't get call till next day, I again called customers care than after evaluating in around 15 min the lady says ...sir, you need to call by alternate no. As your no. Is not forwarding to system supports. I told I use this single sim, should I buy a new sim for solve this problem. She told idk. You need to call by alternate no.
        Seriously I thought am I talking to some chinese mobile company or what...So Vodafone if you could do something in it ...good or I could just drop Vodafone and ll try some other networks

          I am Anuj Verma unfortunately user of Vodafone my number is [protected] I would like to highlight that how I been disappointed from Vodafone services and from managers.

          Yesterday I had word with customer care executive after that he had transfer my call to his manage over the call she was shared the mobile number [protected] and she said, I'll be resolve your problem and between this you need any kind of help so you can contact me but today she is not picking up the call fake commitment fake people which are working in Vodafone.

          Today I did again call to customer care over the call agent Chander he transferred my call to his manager and during the call manager was not able to handling my issue & suddenly call got transferred to IVR

          Final i have logged the complaint related this[protected],

          My request you to please take necessary action against both the case and get resolve my segment change issue individual to COIP which is not happening from
          31st March.

          I want all the problem get resolved and you have to take strong action against both the managers i am very disappointed from crap response and I will port my all the Vodafone numbers in Airtel.

              This is the mail written to me by Vodafone and the answers in-line. They are harassing me from many many days in-spite of me repeating I am happy to pay please produce the bills. I have ported my number to Airtel and that is the excuse they are giving to not give me the bill for which they are asking for payment. The mail is self explanatory and will give you an idea on the what needs to be done.

              We state that you had approached and requested us to provide you our cellular mobile phone facility. Relying upon your representation and assurance, we provided the said facility to you, with the clear understanding that you shall pay the bills on or before the due date. We state that you have availed the facility but, in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by you, you have failed and neglected to pay the amount of Rs. 1104/- which is due and payable:
              Ans: You have never provided me the facility and if you have please provide a proof for the same. When your executive reached out to me many times I have informed him/her numerous times that I have not received any bill and if you have please share a screenshot to me for my understanding. Which your customer care person has declined to produce. I fail to understand HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH THE BILL WHEN YOU CAN ASK FOR THE MONEY FOR THE SAME. You really have some guts to tell the customer that "breach of the aforesaid representation" while you cannot represent the bill. The promises mad by VODAFONE and the EXECUTIVES is fake and the services are just not disastrous. For for sending this mail and harassing the customer I am going ahead and making a consumer complaint.

              We state that in spite of our repeated reminder and request to pay the aforesaid amount, you have failed and neglected to pay the said amount till date. We state that from the aforesaid, it is apparent that you have intentionally and deliberately not paid the said amount for the facility used by you. We state that as on : 22/04/16 a sum of Rs. 1104/- is due and payable by you:
              Ans: This is a direct blame on your customer who has never delayed the payment or failed to pay - kindly check the past records as I was a Vodafone customer for over 3 years and never failed to pay or did a late payment. Instead, you guys have failed to produce a bill for which you asking me to do a payment - which is illegal in Government terms. I can file a case of defamation basis this mail.

              We state that believing your representations to be true, we acted upon in good faith and entrusted upon you with our cellular mobile phone facility, which you put into extensive use and accumulated huge amount. In the circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the sum of Rs. 1104/- together with accrued interest thereon @ 18% p.a. from the respective due date till the full & final payment, within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences, which please note:
              Ans: Is INR 1104/- is a huge amount ? I have proves that I have paid amounts of Rs. 2000/- and above without fail and any mails from you. Yes, you are right I certainly need to take a legal step on the same for harassing and a case of defamation.

              The amount is not a huge amount for me to pay - and please send a representative to collect the payment - IT WILL BE DONE.

              However, as mentioned I will go take necessary legal actions now.

                  I am new customer ported from vodafone. On 20/04/2016, i have got sms from idea for noin payment of previous operator. I have responded on 21/4 by email - ref no (E1-[protected]) saying that payment already made and attached receipt also. I got call from customer care confirming that the services will be active since they can see payment. Surprisingly yesterday evening (On 21/04), all my services has been stopped. I called customer care but got no response saying that there is some issue with server and they can not entertain at the moment. I have send one more reminder yestersay night requesting to activate the service. Today also i talked to your customer care executive . They said it will take 48 hours to activate the service. Against there is no written / email reply against my email so far. I do not understand inspite of no fault of mine why i have to suffer.

                  I do not have any option but to port from idea to other operator .. If my services is not activated immediately. I want writen apology letter from idea for stopping my services.

                    I have complained many times related to internet accessibility. But till the time no resolution received. Customer care executive just making fake promise. They saying your problem will be resolved within short period. But they are not giving time line.
                    Company has no customer value. This is the worse experience of my life towards customer service. I think you people don't understand customer value.

                    Hi almost similar was the case with me.They were not doing anything on the ground, just giving assurances over the phone.I will suggest you do the following to get the connection as well as refund back:
                    First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care.
                    If they don't solve the problem in 3-4 days then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.
                    The link is http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx .
                    Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
                    It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
                    My problem was resolved to my satisfaction.
                    And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.

                      Without my permission glam doll pack activated on my number and it's rental will be charged Rs 75 in the bill. I didn't requested for that. Actually I didn't know about this pack. I have received sms about it's activation without any request there is mentioned that as your request. If this amount charged there are so many options like portability, to closed all the numbers of Vodafone which are in using by me.

                        I am here due to high mental trouble from you guys i have gone through..

                        I have been using your sim from past 1 yr & my hubby from 5 year more...

                        Here i am speaking about my sim number [protected],

                        This is unclosed issue from dec2015 even after so many days your not able to settle issue so u can judge where u stand


                        1. Dec i dont remember date i gave a clear call from my alternative number & said mobile network is not showing & your executive said me mam sorry this sim main network is not working we will get back to u, after that i waited for more than 15 days i kept quite by the time i have lost sim
                        2. Feb i have informed plz close my sim issue as its lost & cancel the sim

                        3. U guys have not taken any action but was following for money, i was not so okay to pay as i have never used sim nor made any calls etc & in time i have informed sim is not working & been lost

                        4. Mar - i was shocked u guys have raised a legal notice against me for not paying bill, as i was getting deeply dragged by your pissed call & mails i agreed to pay bill 3200/- & close the issue its huge amount still i haven't touched sim too

                        5. Mar - i paid bill & asked u guys to close the issue as i have to come out your bad service, i had great relief when i paid un used bill

                        6. Mar end - i got a mails & calls saying madam sim is not yet cancelled we have still for u u can use any time, we have great offer for u pls use.. I ignored still u guys as usual for money your re to go any end ext

                        7- april - nicely brain washed as usual by good offer than i asked you guys to issue sim which was received on april 4 for which now its april-21 still sim is not active i have continuously sending mails & called ramaya etc etc many more u guys are not brother of that but u want us to pay bills bills only bills

                        8. Now again i am getting mails & reminder to pay mar bill 783/- again going to be same same same i am not using sim & your generated bills & sending legal notice.. Do u guys we bring money from tree

                        9. The main point here is sim is still showing same network issue as it was in dec-2015 still no action, no solution n only u guys need to generate bills & take money from us..

                          I had submitted a disconnection request on 01 April 2016. Despite this I received a bill of Rs. 3, 882/- for January and February 2016 on 18 Mar 2016.
                          After which I paid the amount to Vodafone and again submitted a request for disconnection.
                          Despite all this they have again sent a bill of Rs. 1974 on 19 April 2016.
                          The bill claims that there has been usage of data while I have not used the dongle in this month at all.
                          This amounts to sheer harrassment and cheating that despite repeated requests to cancel the connection action has not been taken.

                            Worst customer service. executive aren't trained properly to make calls to the customer.
                            They are charging extra for value added service which is not been use by me.
                            i think company is in loss that's now they are bluffing the customers and taking extra money from them.
                            Inspite of lots of complaint done in their customer care service they arent taking the issue seriously.
                            The executive do not talk properly to the customer. they tell their customer to go in postpaid connection but in reality they bluff the customer so that can send extra bill and earn more profit.

                              Vodafone has been activating random services which I havent even heard of and deducting amounts from my prepaid balance without even intimating me. I only found out when they tried to deduct and there wasnt wnough balance on my phone. I immediately deactivated the service and called vodafone customer care. They said they cant do anything about it and when i said i wanna talk to the senior executive, the customer care representative disconnected my call angrily! I called again and another girl answers and says there is nothing vodafone can do about the issue as i activated the service myself, by clicking some 3rd party ad on some webpage. When asked why vodafone did not intimate me via a msg atleast that an anount is deducted frm my balance, she says she wont agree with it, meaning to say that i am lying!! How are people supposed live in this country when even the movile service providers are stealing from us?! Isnt there a body or authority in our country to put a leash on these companies? Or are we Indians supposed to be looted and made a fool of and helplessly bear with it!?

                                Vodafone india — qawwali service activated automatically and amount charged was reimbursed once after registered complaint in customer care. This is the incident of march 2016 for my number[protected] . Rs. 90/- i had been charged for the service i didn't subscribe for and it was activated automatically.
                                Now they have charged me for the same & this time customer care people are refusing to reimburse the amount.
                                Above all when i said that this is wrong & i will be go to trai they said fearlessly " ok no problem d whatever you want to do ".

                                  We need a controlling authority or body to have a leash on these service providers like vodafone. They deducted 49 rs frm my prepaid number without intimating me and i only found out a week later when i got a msg frm them saying that tge 2nd week deduction of 49rs wud be taken the next day. I immediately deactivated the service and called vodafone customer care, and they said they cant do anything about it coz this was deducted because i went to a third party website and clicked on some pop up ad. And i usually am very careful not to click on any ads. Even if i did click on some ad by mistake isnt it upto vodafone to intimate me that such a service gonna be deducting balance frm my account. When i spoke abt this to customer care executive, she says she will not agree wid me that i disnt get an intimation, basically saying that im lying! The customer care has some lame useless and brainless sitting there. Im gojng to consumer court with this. Not sure if they have any solution either, but im definitely gonna try. Atleast i'll know for sure how far into the this country has crawled into.

                                    I am using a number [protected] for last 8 year since 2008 in Bangalore state Karnataka but since i came down to Hyderabad on 11.04.2016 for my business purpose and even i have taken nation roaming plan also i am getting a problem from that day only my mobile conection got disconnected and even i called them and check why my number has been got disconnected they say sir your amount is overdue so it is disconnected but shocking thing is my bill get generated on 12.04.2016 and due date is 30.04.2016 but they today 21/04/2016 that bill is over due.

                                    And over that if i give them the details for last payment they will apologizes that no it was wrongly updated on system there is some system issue.But after that also from 14.04.2016 to till today my network got disconnected 10 time till date and i am getting the same explanation from their executive on every complain ihave made.

                                    I have been now loss of time, money and feeling mentally tortured .

                                    Vodafone special offer messages are sent to my mobile number from vs-611117.can u tell me about this no ? if is it wrong no..than please tell me how to stop the message.
                                    I am a user of Vodafone networks and have received a msg confirming my request regarding activation of Glam Dolls pack which was not made by me at the very first place.The same also resulted in reduction of my balance. Kindly consider my complaint and take the necessary actions.

                                      I had activated international roaming plan on vodafone number. Once i landed there, made a call to my parents and spoke for 5 mins. Next day my number is barred mentioning credit limit is exceeded. I sent emails and then they respond i used data and it is charged at inr. 1500 per mb. Whereas the roaming plan mentions only inr 30 per mb. Vodafone is generated a bill for inr 18, 000 whereas the bill amount as per the plan should be inr 2, 400. Unless this is resolved i am not paying.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        . I hereby write about my vodafone number that the number is [protected].In this i cant access the internet. During this i contact cc they will provide another number bill is pending. But i have only one number wichest above using it. And there was no number i haven't use.
