Without my permission glam doll pack activated on my number and it's rental will be charged Rs 75 in the bill. I didn't requested for that. Actually I didn't know about this pack. I have received sms about it's activation without any request there is mentioned that as your request. If this amount charged there are so many options like portability, to closed all the numbers of Vodafone which are in using by me.

    Hi vodafone team,

    I am here due to high mental trouble from you guys i have gone through..

    I have been using your sim from past 1 yr & my hubby from 5 year more...

    Here i am speaking about my sim number [protected],

    This is unclosed issue from dec2015 even after so many days your not able to settle issue so u can judge where u stand


    1. Dec i dont remember date i gave a clear call from my alternative number & said mobile network is not showing & your executive said me mam sorry this sim main network is not working we will get back to u, after that i waited for more than 15 days i kept quite by the time i have lost sim
    2. Feb i have informed plz close my sim issue as its lost & cancel the sim

    3. U guys have not taken any action but was following for money, i was not so okay to pay as i have never used sim nor made any calls etc & in time i have informed sim is not working & been lost

    4. Mar - i was shocked u guys have raised a legal notice against me for not paying bill, as i was getting deeply dragged by your pissed call & mails i agreed to pay bill 3200/- & close the issue its huge amount still i haven't touched sim too

    5. Mar - i paid bill & asked u guys to close the issue as i have to come out your bad service, i had great relief when i paid un used bill

    6. Mar end - i got a mails & calls saying madam sim is not yet cancelled we have still for u u can use any time, we have great offer for u pls use.. I ignored still u guys as usual for money your re to go any end ext

    7- april - nicely brain washed as usual by good offer than i asked you guys to issue sim which was received on april 4 for which now its april-21 still sim is not active i have continuously sending mails & called ramaya etc etc many more u guys are not brother of that but u want us to pay bills bills only bills

    8. Now again i am getting mails & reminder to pay mar bill 783/- again going to be same same same i am not using sim & your generated bills & sending legal notice.. Do u guys we bring money from tree

    9. The main point here is sim is still showing same network issue as it was in dec-2015 still no action, no solution n only u guys need to generate bills & take money from us..

    I tell you how to proceed in this matter
    First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care.
    If they don't solve the problem then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.
    The link is http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx .
    Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
    It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
    I was able to get my resolved from Vodafone following this approach.
    And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.

      I had submitted a disconnection request on 01 April 2016. Despite this I received a bill of Rs. 3, 882/- for January and February 2016 on 18 Mar 2016.
      After which I paid the amount to Vodafone and again submitted a request for disconnection.
      Despite all this they have again sent a bill of Rs. 1974 on 19 April 2016.
      The bill claims that there has been usage of data while I have not used the dongle in this month at all.
      This amounts to sheer harrassment and cheating that despite repeated requests to cancel the connection action has not been taken.
      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Worst customer service. executive aren't trained properly to make calls to the customer.
        They are charging extra for value added service which is not been use by me.
        i think company is in loss that's now they are bluffing the customers and taking extra money from them.
        Inspite of lots of complaint done in their customer care service they arent taking the issue seriously.
        The executive do not talk properly to the customer. they tell their customer to go in postpaid connection but in reality they bluff the customer so that can send extra bill and earn more profit.

          Vodafone has been activating random services which I havent even heard of and deducting amounts from my prepaid balance without even intimating me. I only found out when they tried to deduct and there wasnt wnough balance on my phone. I immediately deactivated the service and called vodafone customer care. They said they cant do anything about it and when i said i wanna talk to the senior executive, the customer care representative disconnected my call angrily! I called again and another girl answers and says there is nothing vodafone can do about the issue as i activated the service myself, by clicking some 3rd party ad on some webpage. When asked why vodafone did not intimate me via a msg atleast that an anount is deducted frm my balance, she says she wont agree with it, meaning to say that i am lying!! How are people supposed live in this country when even the movile service providers are stealing from us?! Isnt there a body or authority in our country to put a leash on these companies? Or are we Indians supposed to be looted and made a fool of and helplessly bear with it!?

            Vodafone india — qawwali service activated automatically and amount charged was reimbursed once after registered complaint in customer care. This is the incident of march 2016 for my number[protected] . Rs. 90/- i had been charged for the service i didn't subscribe for and it was activated automatically.
            Now they have charged me for the same & this time customer care people are refusing to reimburse the amount.
            Above all when i said that this is wrong & i will be go to trai they said fearlessly " ok no problem d whatever you want to do ".

              We need a controlling authority or body to have a leash on these service providers like vodafone. They deducted 49 rs frm my prepaid number without intimating me and i only found out a week later when i got a msg frm them saying that tge 2nd week deduction of 49rs wud be taken the next day. I immediately deactivated the service and called vodafone customer care, and they said they cant do anything about it coz this was deducted because i went to a third party website and clicked on some pop up ad. And i usually am very careful not to click on any ads. Even if i did click on some ad by mistake isnt it upto vodafone to intimate me that such a service gonna be deducting balance frm my account. When i spoke abt this to customer care executive, she says she will not agree wid me that i disnt get an intimation, basically saying that im lying! The customer care has some lame useless and brainless sitting there. Im gojng to consumer court with this. Not sure if they have any solution either, but im definitely gonna try. Atleast i'll know for sure how far into the this country has crawled into.

                I am using a number [protected] for last 8 year since 2008 in Bangalore state Karnataka but since i came down to Hyderabad on 11.04.2016 for my business purpose and even i have taken nation roaming plan also i am getting a problem from that day only my mobile conection got disconnected and even i called them and check why my number has been got disconnected they say sir your amount is overdue so it is disconnected but shocking thing is my bill get generated on 12.04.2016 and due date is 30.04.2016 but they today 21/04/2016 that bill is over due.

                And over that if i give them the details for last payment they will apologizes that no it was wrongly updated on system there is some system issue.But after that also from 14.04.2016 to till today my network got disconnected 10 time till date and i am getting the same explanation from their executive on every complain ihave made.

                I have been now loss of time, money and feeling mentally tortured .

                Vodafone special offer messages are sent to my mobile number from vs-611117.can u tell me about this no ? if is it wrong no..than please tell me how to stop the message.
                I am a user of Vodafone networks and have received a msg confirming my request regarding activation of Glam Dolls pack which was not made by me at the very first place.The same also resulted in reduction of my balance. Kindly consider my complaint and take the necessary actions.

                  I had activated international roaming plan on vodafone number. Once i landed there, made a call to my parents and spoke for 5 mins. Next day my number is barred mentioning credit limit is exceeded. I sent emails and then they respond i used data and it is charged at inr. 1500 per mb. Whereas the roaming plan mentions only inr 30 per mb. Vodafone is generated a bill for inr 18, 000 whereas the bill amount as per the plan should be inr 2, 400. Unless this is resolved i am not paying.

                      i had done a recharge of 150 at 8pm on 19/04/2016 and had made a few calls and at around 10pm when i checked my balance 40rs was deducted from my main account .i had not made any extra usage for so much deduction. i had called the customers care for complaining about it . the executive SUBASH misbehaved with me as well as my brother, executive used abusive words . so finally had put a complaint for porting the number to some other service provider for that i got a call from a lady executive and and she asked me the reason for porting for which i told her that my balance has been getting deducted lie this previously and she started raising her voice and giving some lame excuses about my deduction. now they have closed all my customer care services calls

                        Hello, Pathetic irresponsible behavior of Vodafone continues... I had submitted my Phone numbers to safe custody when I travelled outside India, Now when I came back, I went to vodafone store to activate my Sim cards, and I came to know that they were blocked and then were issued to some other users. They mentioned that safe custody was for 6 months and then after some time period they issued the numbers to someone. I did not receive any information from Vodafone (on my registered e-mail ID)that my safe custody is expiring and they will issue the numbers to someone. This is very disappointing and very irresponsible behavior. Vodafone has been proving that they do not care about existing customers. I had a large network in India and now I need to inform them that my number has been changed. Also there are many portals \ accounts where my Vodafone number was stored as registered mobile number. I have to followup and call everywhere to stop sending information to my number as it is being accessed by someone else. Kindly look in to this ASAP and resolve the matter.

                        More than 6 months and yet no update. Recently I knew that they assigned the number to someone else.. so even that time they did not care about my complaint. This is very unprofessional . Companies like VOdafone are simply ignoring consumer rights, they are abusing and destroying consumer rights and their freedom.

                        We need to run "Vodafone Leave India" campaign it seems.

                        Its funny How Vodafone is faking here in this forum that THey are attending the customers, what they are doing is passing the ball from one team to another.

                        these days mobile numbers are one of the most important factor of privacy, and vodafone is violating that clause like anything.

                        They must be punished for this.

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I am trying to make call to your customer care complaint cell via dialling 198 and further pressing 2 but all in vain as each time from past 15 days i am being told that "we are currently unable to proceed to your request" even after using some other source for calling and registering my complaint to customer care it was bad experience to see that now from that no. Too i am unable to call and register my complaints. This creates a lot of bad impression for a reputed company like you to not attend your customers and making them suffer in their busy life as it is not at all easy to take time every now and then and call and try to connect with your service provider.
                          Moreover, if you will continue to pose these kind of problems to me i will be definitely forced to change my service provider and also it will force me to recommend to everybody not to buy vodafone no. But as since it's been a long while that i am with you so i hope that you will reply me postively and you will never want to lose your customer base who are with you from such long time.

                            Vodafone service is not trust worthy, it’s horrible and cause to monetary and reputational losses to user.
                            Hi,
                            I’m facing internet data issue since yesterday and due to this I suffered major financial and reputational loss.
                            I had activated 2GB booster plan on 11th April 2016 which ended (consume all data till afternoon of 19th April).
                            Then on 19th April 2016 I have submitted one more request for 2GB booster plan after confirmation received from customer care executive that I can use this booster plan multiple times and that executive even confirmed that this service will get activated within 30 minutes which not happened.
                            I followed up with customer care executive talked to many and one of them has submitted the complaint and he said it will be resolved till 27th April, which is totally impractical so I called again to customer care and this time I surprised I have been told that I consumed all my data I was stunned.
                            Then again I call to customer care and followed up with a senior guy and he raised a second complaint for my issue and gave respond time till 20th April 2016 1:00p.m. and assured it will get resolved which is not yet done and when I called the customer care executive today after listing to me he just putted me on hold and then line disconnected.

                            Note:
                            1: My first complaint no:
                            Service registration number[protected] is registered on 19-Apr-2016 07:12p.m and given respond time was 27-Apr-2016 06:00p.m.
                            2: My second complaint no:
                            Service registration number[protected] is registered on 19-Apr-2016 08:04p.m and given respond time was 20-Apr-2016 01:00p.m.

                            Because of all this horrible services and responses from all vodafone executives I faced damaged to my reputation, image and as well as monetary damages because I couldn’t complete my task as I was depended on Vodafone and Vodafone was supposed to provide services on time which they couldn’t.

                            I need answer, who is going to compensate my losses?

                              My registered number is 97261#####
                              This is not the first time that its happening..but actually its just a practise that u guys are doing so thought of putting it here.

                              I made an internet recharge of rs 143 validity 28 days..None of the services or applications were on in my mobile, still within 5 mins I get a message your 50% internet pack is exhausted. In another 30 secs i get a message that your 90% internet pack is exhausted.
                              And surprising thing is that by the time you open settings in your mobile just to put your mobile data off balance of amount 100INR is deducted..
                              Amazed to see that @vodafone consumes balance faster than the battery charge consumed by the phone..

                              Just a piece of advice why dont u sit on roads and start begging rather than using all these ways to loot people..

                              Its a serious warning from my side, just refill the balance in my account back or else ill not spare u in any case..

Gamifive service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.75 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.xx.x.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).To visit the site click http://gamifive.mobivillage.in/siteasync"

                                  I didn't subscribe for this service and it was activated automatically.

                                  I contacted the customer service center and explained the issue. But the customer service rep declined to reimburse the amount stating that I would have activated the service unknowingly. Like I have mentioned above I didn't activate any service.

                                  Kindly provide relief from such acts from Vodafone asap and prevent them from forcing their services on their customers.

                                  I am a Vodafone customer for almost three years. I like to complain about the customer care service, I have logged a signal problem complain for almost twenty times and there is no response from them and I just need to be sure about there service before switching portability
                                  Yesterday (29th May 2016) I got the following message from Vodafone stating that Rs.75 was deducted for gamifive service.

                                  I contacted the customer service center and explained the issue. But the customer service rep declined to reimburse the amount stating that I would have activated the service unknowingly. Like I have mentioned above I didn't activate any service.

                                  Its is regular cheating by vodafone. Various services is activated in my account automatically.
                                  Already wasted time for the Vodafone poatpaid connection. So don't want to waste my time for deactivation. Just baring. Gemifive service got activated - but I m not surprised Becoz it's Vodafone cheat tricks On customers. Well known. Huuuuh. No words about vodafone.
                                  Hi i am a regular customer of vodafone and i use ojnly vodafone as a service provider but yestoday my 75 rs were deducted all of a sudden against gamifive service which i hv nt activated i want my money to be refunded asap this is not fair at my side as you are chearing us by doing this. Please refund my money asap and your internet network is very weak and all of a sudden gets invisible . Please look into the matter asap. Many customers have launched their complain. Now is my turn. Since JIO has started your network MARO (die). I arm using your netwrk since the begining. But now i have to think again about your network to continue with it or accept JIO. If it is possible for you reply me as early as your convenience.

                                      I have a service which i didnot opt for and when i called vodafone they said it has been removed/ deactivated from my bill since october 2015. The add on service name is mi_cap_1000_30d_r_e2promo_3g and charge is 1000.

                                      Till now every month i have ot call vodafone to ask them to remove this charge and they say this is the last time the charge is appearing and this will not happen again.

                                      This month i called them again as i saw the same charge and asked them to remove it and send me the updated bill long back and till date they have not sent me the bill. Also, they have barred my outgoing for no fault of mine. When i called 198 complaints no. They didnot transfer me to any supervisor and my issue was not addressed. I didnot see any urgency to assist customer.

                                      I want them to pay me for this hassle and tension i am going through every month and the embarrassment of call barring. Such cheaters.. I am so angry with vodafone that i can go to any extent to teach them a lesson by contacting a lawyer.

                                        I use Vodafone prepaid service with mobile number [protected] and continue to face issue with the provider. On 17th April, I tried to top up with BC195 typing *121*195#, but ended up getting message that new package BC93 with 1 GB data is available and I was required to select 1 or cancel to continue with original recharge option. I was hesitant and hence timed out. I tried again by typing *121*195#, yet again I got the details about BC93, this time time I pressed 1 to chose the BC93 option. After some time, 1 GB was added and amount rs. 93 was deducted. But, soon after, amuont rs. 195 was deducted and the net pack available was around 675mb. I don't understand how come recharge of 195 got activated while I selected to chose BC 93. Further I don't understand why the net pack was just 675 mb? Either it should be 1 GB or 1.8GB or 800mb. Looks like Vodafone never ceased to swindle gullible customers money.
