Poor customer service

Deduction of talk time balance from phone

My vodafone number is [protected]. I received a message from vfcare for glam dolls pack activation and deduction of rs.5. When i called vodafone customer care they told me that i have requested for this service during using internet connection. I have never requested for any such service. They had started it without any prior information or permission....

Late delivery of data pack completion message

I had suscribed to Rs 5 2G data pack ( 20 MB). On data pack fully exhausted I received no sms from Vodafone.

Further Rs 50 was deducted as data usage charges 10.12 MB for which I receive your sms only after Rs 50 deduction.

I receive a sms at 1.05 am stating that you are left with only 1.33 MB data left . Suscribe to data pack.
No satisfactory response from Vodafone executive . 3 calls made . 1st one...

Subscription cancellation - follo pack

Wrong bill charged since jan2016

I am charged with wrong bill from since jan16, i am using 1299 red family plan, with in that i should get 3 gb data, 4000 mins of local/std calls and 2000 local/std sms but i am not getting any of the free usage as per plan and vodafone is charging me all usage.

Every month i need to chase the company through phone calls, mail, personal vist to vodafone store then after they use to correct the amount but again next month they...

Unauthorised billing

On 9th Apr. I had lodged a complain explaining the situation that the company unduly charged data charges during the billing month of Nov. 2015 and from that the payments were held up by me with the request to revise the bill and payment shall be made thereafter. the company took no step towards resolving the issue rather disconnected the connection. Bad network and no internet connection inside the home

I am chetan hullur, i am using vodafone sim from last 5 years and my mobile number is [protected]. I am not getting any network and internet connection inside the home. As being in the center of city (Vijayanagar, bangalore) there is no network coverage. But i can see other brand network (Airtel, bsnl etc) are having full coverage. I have raised two complaints on this issue by calling vodafone customer care, but they didn't responded properly...

Duplicate sim not activated

Asked for duplicate sim on the 15-april-2016(Friday) at around 6.30 pm. The vodafone store at sakinaka, mumbai provided me the sim and promised me it would get activated withing 24 hours. It did not so i went to the store on 17-april-2016(Sunday) at 3pm and found that the sim number sent (The one written behind the sim) was sent incorrectly. So again they sent a mail and promised me it would get activated in 4 hours. Its now 18-april-2016...

Calling services deactivated even after paying bills

Hi,

I had port my number from Airtel to Vodafone but at that time amount 292 was due of airtel and I have paid that amount on 2-april-2016 and emailed to vaodafone and airtel. But since last 3 days vodafone stopped my outgoing services and they are saying I didn't pay the previous mobile operator bill however I have shown them proof.

Please take strict action on such kind of customer harassment.

Wrongly rental plan given

And they said you will have to pay only rs 299 rental for plan and they have given assurance also for this plan. But after plan activation have interacted with customare care and visited nearest Vodafone mini store they said you will have to pay rental rs 399. Please check retention team have given false commitment

Unethical behaviour from vodafone

I was using corporate postpaid Vodafone sim from past 2 years(Chennai).
When I shifted from Chennai to Delhi-NCR, I went to a Vodafone store in
Ghaziabad to port to local number and also convert in to prepaid, on Jan-2016. The guy there who assisted me took all the necessary document,
asked to pay an amount which was more than my unbilled amount and gave me a new sim telling that it will be activated within 7 days....

Fraud transaction

Wrong bill generation and harassment.

Unethical, behaviour bordering on blackmail

I made a recharge of 45 what i saw in their offer at *111*1*1# but didn't get

Sir i made a recharge of 45 by finding in *111*1*1# in which there was clerly written that all local mobile 30 paisa per minute for 90 days. I did the recharge but know company is saying that it is only for local vodafone that is not enough they gave me 20 paisa per minute for all local vodafone for 28 days. I asked the Vodafone customer care in Nov 2015 itself and still I am getting Vodafone bills on my number [protected]. I again asked Vodafone to disconnect my number in Jan 2016 but again I got bill for outstanding. I paid the bill in Feb and again asked for disconnection, but again I got bill in March 2016. It has been several times that I informd Vodafone by all means(emails, phone etc) to deactivate. This is ridiculous and so so pathetic...
