Swapna and told me that she is a Consumer form from consumer complaints team and she ask me to tell ATM Card no and Expiry date and last 3 digits in my card for the registration and refund process of my money after I recived OTP on my registered phone and I have given her the same to complete the transaction by POS e-commerce transaction ...and Rs120 transfer my account to oxigenwall

    I'm a Vodafone user since last 2 years and its gave nice service before but from last few months the services started to get worse day by day and customer care officials were not helping so i thought to port to aircel. I did all the necessary steps to port my connection to Aircel and after 20 days my connection is not changed and the reason is that Vodafone is not letting my connection port out. Even after calling vodafone again and again they are not helping. Please help. My number which is to be ported is [protected]

        Versha Communications is a Vodafone customer care office in Shyam nagar, Kanpur. I have purchased a Postpaid sim from them which they committed willl provide full network in my house. But It was a mith. I have also discussed this network issue with customer care office but didn't get any help from them, So that I have surrendred my SIM at Versha Communications in January before bill amount generation from vodafone office. I have Deposited 1000 rs in cash to executive and he broke the SIM at the same time. After a few days I have recieved my bill of 1082 Rs. on my email for which I have discussed with Vodafone executive at Versha Commucations, he asked me to deposite rest 82 Rs. for Full and Final Sattlement and I have done the same. I thought my number is deactivated. But Again I am recieving bills from Vodafone office while I have not used that SIM. I am very frustrated now due to this harrasment...please help...I will not pay anything as i have already deposite complete bill.

          Sir mera Vodafone number-[protected] hai aur ma essa 28th Dec 2014 (Visakhapatnam mini store sa liya tha) sa use kar raha huo, meana stating mea 399 rs ka plane liya tha, aur Vodafone nea bagar mujhsa inform kiya Nov 2015 ko yea plane change kar diya, Vodafone bagar mujhsa inform kiya har month mera plan change kar deata hai..aur kuch bhe bill e-mail karta hai.

            Dear Sir,
            I am using a vodafone net sim for my personal use from last 2 years. the plan i used was a six month renewal plan of Rs.450 per month. This time I take an Addon connection of sim number [protected] and closed my old sim number([protected]) at bajaj nagar vodafone centre.This process was done by the excutive at store.But unfortunately after 2 months I came to know that my old number was not deactivated and my billing rental is contine. so, that extra rental of Rs. 1000 is extra deposition in my account.so, I kindly request you to accept my request complaint and reduce my bill amount of Rs.1000 so as to close my account.

              I changed my mobile service provider on 27 july, 2015 from vodafone to idea after clearing all dues of vodafone (Mail and message received of the same is enclosed). In addition i paid rs 100 extra resulting an outstanding balance of rs -193. Also i received two letters with cheques enclosed on 06 nov, 2015 and 04 dec, 2015 for a refund of rs 22.04 and rs 01.45 respectively (Documents enclosed). Now after almost 8 months i received a letter from district legal services authority to be present on 09 april, 2016 at district court, shivajinagar, pune for amicably settlement without any prior notification or communication in any form. Upon asking for details and any other proof that bill is not cleared from the executives mentioned in the letter they are communicating in a proper manner. I called on all the given numbers but only one person responded and on telling that we will complaint in consumer forum the above mention person told to do whatever i would like to do i can do.

                I had obtained Mobile No [protected] from your company, on 20.10.2015 i made a request to disconect the said Mobile No as it was not comming in any use to me, hence i obted to go for cancelation of same . But most unfortunately you had not still disconected the same No and still you are charging me by billing me every month, Which is illegal, unjustified and bad in Law .I had made clear instructions to the executive on 20.10.2015 to disconect the said mobile No with immediate effect, hence your executive ignored my request .
                I was shocked when i was been informed by one of my office assistant that his mobile No [protected] / [protected] / [protected] has been blocked for out going . After inquiring over the phone with customer care of your company, i was told by executive of your said vodafone that due to non payment of mobile No [protected], my all other mobile Nos are blocked for out going .
                I would like to intimate you that as on 20.10.2015 i had clearly mentioned to the executive of your so called vodafone to disconect the said mobile No with immediate effect, and did not disconect the same and charged me since than without any fault on my part .
                Futher i would like to intimate you that i am having 6 more No more of your so called vodafone rather than mobile Nos mentioned above and i am regularly paying all my due on time without any defualt . It is clear that if i am paying rest all of the mobile Nos i am using why i should not pay only the No which i had request to disconect i.e.[protected] .
                My other 6 Nos are as follows : - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] .
                It is my humble request to you to kindly regularise all the mobile Nos which you have blocked for out going call immediately . Failing to which i will be forced to shift my service with another mobile service provider and by referring this matter before the consumer forum of consumer protection Act, entirely at your risk as to cost, which you may kindly be noted .

Deals pack weekly service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.35 has been deducted.Your current balance post service activation is rs.2.39 to deactivate sms stop to or call 155223(Toll free). "why deducted? I have not requested for that. Why u people are cheating us? Do u want i shall discontinue this connection? Immediately return back the deducted amount of rs.35.

                          I have taken internet plan of Rs.1500. While taking the plan the company had assured that whatever be the usage the amount of bill willnot exceed Rs.1500+stax. Recently I paid bill of Rs.3905 on 28.01.2016, and again another bill of Rs.4652.77 has been debited through autopay option on 22.02.2016 from me. I request that both these payments may be refunded back to me and further only the payment of Rs.1500/-+stax may be charged as per plan.

                          This is a very serious issue as the company is charging bills for addon services which is not availed by me nor did I give any consent for activating addon services in my account.

                            It is to inform you that since last 3 months vodafone is overcharging me amounting from 300-500 rs every month and i have raised a complaint against them and they resolved the issued by giving me a waiver . Now this is the third month and despite several reminders nothing has been resolved . They changed my plan without my consent and request and once i came to know about it they said that ill be given a waiver for the same . The amount was around 600 rs but i was given a waiver of only rs 400 and after asking them for more waiver they keep on telling me that it will be resolved by their nodal office but till date i have not received any resolution regarding the same .Why should i pay for the services i have not used ?And who are they to force me . They keep on threatening me that if the amount is not paid they will block my number. Finally I'm writing you with pain and agony that till when this cheat and fraud will happen . That means customer holds no importance and will be cheated as it is . I kept on asking for the redressal of my complaint but all went in vain. Kindly assist

                                Still i'm getting calls from marketing all the time. Its very irritating. No one is replying. If someone calls he asks for all the number details. It's more irritating. I'm not paying their bills on time for getting such kind of irritations.

                                  Vodafone has charged me NMNP charges for the amount of 3146.64 rs without any base support in month of DEC billing.


                                  Now this card was transferred on 16 SEP and this charges has been added in DEC billing, I don't understand the reason behind that. Also there was no notification from Vodafone for the outstanding amount on email or phone, and without any intimation they have added charges.

                                  For the same I am chasing them since last 3 months on their complaint number, emails and Vodafone care centers. I have spend plenty of time and money for the same and issue is still not resolved. Suddenly today they have shutdown the card though mistake was happened from their end I am suffering from last 3 months.

                                  Seeking for a justice...

                                    This is to inform you that while porting in to vadafone i have been informed that i will be getting 200rs discount for six months.

                                    Based on this condition i have ported my number to vadafone.

                                    But now when i asked the store person's(Hitech city store) they are denying about this offer and saying there is no such offer after feb 2016 which is contradicting their previous statement which has been given while taking the connection.

                                    And also for the same i have talked with store people and they are saying we didn't inform such things. Also i got a call from vodafone for the same complain and they are offering me just 200 rs discount and saying they can not provide for next 5 months.

                                    This is how they have cheated me completely .

                                    The worst network i have ever seen...

                                      I have a strong complaint to register about the unaccountable pending charges and pathetic customer experience. I hope you can help here given I have been long-time corporate customer with Vodafone.

                                      I am holder of mobile number +91 [protected] and travelled to US on 26-Mar. On 27-Mar, I got a text saying that my un-billed usage charges have been Rs 3398 and is nearing the credit limit of Rs 4000. After this message I didn't use my phone (data/voice) at all so that the charges do not go up. But even then, I got another message exactly 3 hours later that the usage charges are Rs 19, 249. How is it possible? I didn't use my phone at all after the first message (for Rs 3398) and I couldn't think that my charges can go above my credit limit. This is insane and a tremendous fraud.

                                      While activating international roaming, the customer service mentioned that I'll not be able to use my phone after my credit limit of Rs 4000. How can I know that charges have gone 5 times above that? I can pay Rs 4000 when the bill is generated but anything over and above I am not liable and shall not be paying. Request to please fix these charges. I hope you can take an action very soon on this, otherwise, I'll have to go to consumer court and involve to my corporate manager who is managing vodafone account.

                                      Please respond after fixing these charges.

                                        Vodafone marketing people called me daily for the migration of prepaid to postpaid. After considering the plan i said ok. They got reference from my friend but later they got some address proof from my friend and they caused some confusion. Now i do no my connection is in whose name and which address proof. After verification they disconnected my incoming and internet totally unhappy what they have done to me. Poor response from the customer care and saying it takes a week to rectify. I was using the same number for 6 years in the prepaid. No Action Taken. Now i am unable to access offical mails and cannot make calls.
