I am Ajoy Bhattacharrya Ph No- [protected], My profession is Pujari, So I always sleep early . 30.03.16 same schedule. But Today morning I know one Massage received my mobile 10.42PM dt 30.03.16. My balance fall Approx 62/- from 7/- only . I connect to Customer Care 199 But No Help to me So I again meet Girish park Vodafone Store 31.03.16 time 01.18.09 Token No 155. A new information serve to me that I download A java game so 50/- deducted to my balance. I inform to you that i only call received & dialled phone no internet connection. but dose not help to me. So I Request to you that I meddle Class family man. So please refund the amount debited my A/C.

      I have taken internet plan of Rs.1500. While taking the plan the company had assured that whatever be the usage the amount of bill willnot exceed Rs.1500+stax. Recently I paid bill of Rs.3905 on 28.01.2016, and again another bill of Rs.4652.77 has been debited through autopay option on 22.02.2016 from me. I request that both these payments may be refunded back to me and further only the payment of Rs.1500/-+stax may be charged as per plan.

      This is a very serious issue as the company is charging bills for addon services which is not availed by me nor did I give any consent for activating addon services in my account.

        It is to inform you that since last 3 months vodafone is overcharging me amounting from 300-500 rs every month and i have raised a complaint against them and they resolved the issued by giving me a waiver . Now this is the third month and despite several reminders nothing has been resolved . They changed my plan without my consent and request and once i came to know about it they said that ill be given a waiver for the same . The amount was around 600 rs but i was given a waiver of only rs 400 and after asking them for more waiver they keep on telling me that it will be resolved by their nodal office but till date i have not received any resolution regarding the same .Why should i pay for the services i have not used ?And who are they to force me . They keep on threatening me that if the amount is not paid they will block my number. Finally I'm writing you with pain and agony that till when this cheat and fraud will happen . That means customer holds no importance and will be cheated as it is . I kept on asking for the redressal of my complaint but all went in vain. Kindly assist

          Had been migrated from prepaid to postpaid service by Vodafone 1 months back. i have been given wrong information about rentals from u r employe rahul yadav from corporate dept he is offering me corporate plan . I made several complaints to them (Via 198 Tollfree number)since last 8 days but i havnt received a single call from them regarding my complaint, i have conversation on whatsapp between me n rahul yadav discussing about corporate plan .dear vodafone i m using vodafone same numbar from last 12 years as prepaid connection pls help me out of this

            But was still getting mails. Raised this issue many time but of no use. Sent them many mails but no reply. Complaints:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]

            Still i'm getting calls from marketing all the time. Its very irritating. No one is replying. If someone calls he asks for all the number details. It's more irritating. I'm not paying their bills on time for getting such kind of irritations.

            Please some help me here

              Vodafone has charged me NMNP charges for the amount of 3146.64 rs without any base support in month of DEC billing.


              Now this card was transferred on 16 SEP and this charges has been added in DEC billing, I don't understand the reason behind that. Also there was no notification from Vodafone for the outstanding amount on email or phone, and without any intimation they have added charges.

              For the same I am chasing them since last 3 months on their complaint number, emails and Vodafone care centers. I have spend plenty of time and money for the same and issue is still not resolved. Suddenly today they have shutdown the card though mistake was happened from their end I am suffering from last 3 months.

              Seeking for a justice...

                This is to inform you that while porting in to vadafone i have been informed that i will be getting 200rs discount for six months.

                Based on this condition i have ported my number to vadafone.

                But now when i asked the store person's(Hitech city store) they are denying about this offer and saying there is no such offer after feb 2016 which is contradicting their previous statement which has been given while taking the connection.

                And also for the same i have talked with store people and they are saying we didn't inform such things. Also i got a call from vodafone for the same complain and they are offering me just 200 rs discount and saying they can not provide for next 5 months.

                This is how they have cheated me completely .

                The worst network i have ever seen...

                  I have a strong complaint to register about the unaccountable pending charges and pathetic customer experience. I hope you can help here given I have been long-time corporate customer with Vodafone.

                  I am holder of mobile number +91 [protected] and travelled to US on 26-Mar. On 27-Mar, I got a text saying that my un-billed usage charges have been Rs 3398 and is nearing the credit limit of Rs 4000. After this message I didn't use my phone (data/voice) at all so that the charges do not go up. But even then, I got another message exactly 3 hours later that the usage charges are Rs 19, 249. How is it possible? I didn't use my phone at all after the first message (for Rs 3398) and I couldn't think that my charges can go above my credit limit. This is insane and a tremendous fraud.

                  While activating international roaming, the customer service mentioned that I'll not be able to use my phone after my credit limit of Rs 4000. How can I know that charges have gone 5 times above that? I can pay Rs 4000 when the bill is generated but anything over and above I am not liable and shall not be paying. Request to please fix these charges. I hope you can take an action very soon on this, otherwise, I'll have to go to consumer court and involve to my corporate manager who is managing vodafone account.

                  Please respond after fixing these charges.

                    Vodafone marketing people called me daily for the migration of prepaid to postpaid. After considering the plan i said ok. They got reference from my friend but later they got some address proof from my friend and they caused some confusion. Now i do no my connection is in whose name and which address proof. After verification they disconnected my incoming and internet totally unhappy what they have done to me. Poor response from the customer care and saying it takes a week to rectify. I was using the same number for 6 years in the prepaid. No Action Taken. Now i am unable to access offical mails and cannot make calls.

                      I am registering this complaint on behalf of my grandparent whose number is [protected].Vodafone is activating offers without the consent of the owner of the number Mr. Venugopal. On March 22 2016 Rs.100 was recharged for the same number [protected] .On the same day itself 67 rupees was deducted from this 100 rupees in the name of an offer which he did not request for. I feel pity to the way the customer care handles senior citizen without dignity, loots them and justifies their actions. (Today this customer care thug told me that I was too late to respond!! )This is the second time Vodafone is showing its devilry!!.I want this amount to be reimbursed . This is a humble request to Vodafone to look into issue relating senior citizens…

                          My monthly plan rental is Rs375 from past 8 months and I always receive all my bills and information related to bill on my registered email as my preferred mode of communication is email only. My bill number is 55979651

                          But Vodafone has changed my monthly plan from Rs375 to Rs450 without informing me and asking me. On receiving the bills I asked them that you have charged me wrong and I have not received any communication from your side regarding change of plans and if the plan is deliberately changed by you the please revert with all the available plans so that I can choose the plan according to my usage. The current plan is changed without my consent and knowledge please revert this for current bill.

                          I got a reply from vodafone that the plan was changed for all corporate customers and a SMS has been sent to you on[protected] about the same and plan was activated on[protected].


                          On this I replied that "
                          I have not received any SMS from your side on any day regarding the change of monthly rental in my plan.

                          Also my vodafone app is still showing the plan rental as Rs375. I have attached the screenshot of myVodafone app which is still showing Rs375 plan.

                          Also when my preferred mode of communication is email and you guys are sending me bills on email then why this information was sent through SMS which I never received. If you want me to get informed about this decision you must have sent me an email."


                          For this also I got the same reply that the SMS was sent on 16-02-16 and it is for all corporate customers. They also said that they tried to contact me on phone but couldn't reach me.
                          So I called their customer care and asked to talked to the same person who dropped me email but they didn't allowed me.


                          I am raising this complaint for this concern only and wanted to ask vodafone the same questions
                          1) The vodafone application which they insist to download still shows my plan rental as Rs 375. there was no way I would have knnown that my lan is changed as I use my vodafone app for tracking my usage.

                          2) When my preferred mode of communication is email then why didn't I receive any email regarding change of my plan before activation.

                          3) As the information was really important why was I acceptance not awaited and sufficient time was not given to take a decision about change of my plan. Why did Vodafone changed my plan without my consent.

                          4) Last but not the least though I have not received any SMS which according to them hey have sent I wanted to ask that in today's time when the entire world is moving towards Facebook, twitter and watsapp no one uses SMS facility and when my preferred mode of communication is email then why are they sending me SMS. I generally receive 40-50 spam SMS a day and I don't bother to read them all. If vodafone seriously wanted to inform me about change of my plan then Why they didn't send me an email informing about the same. As it an important information and also they said that they have sent SMS on 16-02-16 and changed my plan on 18-02-16 means they gave only 2 days timeonly to respond this is insane.


                          I would request that my complaint should be solved before the billing period( which is 5th may 2016) end to avoid any late time charges.

                            I had been migrated from prepaid to postpaid service by Vodafone 5 months back. i have been given wrong information about rentals, and have been charged more in my bill. I made several complaints to them (Via 198 Tollfree number)since last 8 days but i havnt received a single call from them regarding my complaint, Instead they are calling twice or thrice a day since a week for bill payment for which my due date is 29 March 2016(Today). Today is my last day for bill payment, and if dont pay the bill they will disconnect my services. But i still dont have any clearance about the tarrif plan.
                            Also i would like to highlight one thing that i had been using 3g internet (1024 mb) during my prepaid services, i used to freely watch videos but never went out of data usage during that time. hardly some times data used to be completed just before 2 to 3 days before validity period. but since i migrated from prepaid to postpaid. my normal usage for the day was same, but the consumption of the balance data started increasing, in first month the data got complete before 5 days, 2nd month before 10 days, and 3rd mnth onwards the data started getting over 15 days before the validation period. so i stopped streaming any videos and also started keeping my mobile data OFF whenever not required. but to my surprise still the data was getting over within 15days. i guess they are doing it to extract more money from customers as they offer Internet BOOSTERS for 100-350 Rupees.

                                  My transaction id[protected] date is 08, March, 2016 I had paid by paytm recharge in Vodafone post paid number is [protected] and recharge amount is 900 but not successfull...that's why I have faced lot's of problem...and I have called Vodafone customer card number but he said to me...you asked by paytm customer PGI Refrence number...so please give me PGI refrence number

                                    My mobile number is [protected]. I was using corporate plan e_connect_375. I was availing an unlimited internet plan (1 gb internet in 3g speed and thereafter in 64kbps) but all of a sudden, without any intimation my plan is changed to e_connect_399 and i am being charged for using internet beyond 1 gb.

                                    I came to know only when i saw the bill. My request is to revert me back the amount which is charged for internet.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      Got ported from vodafone (Number [protected]) to other service provider in december. I got the bill of december 15 & paid it via cheque 100772 dtd 25.1.16, amt 1141/-.Same is reflecting in my bank account. But after that vodafone people are harassing me that they have not received the payment & have been calling me like crazy. They are also sending executive to my residence.I have a mail which confirms that i have made the payment from there executive but still these guys are following up. The mail is as follows

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I have been using Vodafone services since last 8 years and 1 month back i have moved to Switzerland on my work permit. I have requested vodafone to activate international roaming on my mobile as i want to keep this number active. This number is registered in all my bank and credit card accounts and i am not able to use my cards as OTP is sending to this registered mobile number

                                        I have sent around 10 mails to corpcare. mah but every time they respond to submit my address proof in pune. I am no more living in pune and i could not submit address proof from PUNE. But i have already mailed my PAN, passport, driving license and visa to corpcare to activate this number.

                                        No one is responding to my mail . You don't value customer their needs.
                                        I feel shame to be your customer since last 8 years.
