    My name is swati sharma and i have been using vodafone number for mode than a year now. With extreme disappointment i have to write all this, which is actually going to take good 15 20 mins of your busy schedule.


    I started my number ******3727 in jan2015 in mumbai as a corporate sim. Everything went well until july 2015 when i moved to jaipur and put a porting request in aug with the vodafone store at gaurav tower, malviya nagar jaipur. They asked me to clear the outstanding for the month of august before proting the number which a justified procedure and i happily did as i was getting to continue my number. Moreover keeping in mind that my porting will take 3 4 days i put some extra money.


    And hence the problem started:

    1) i chose plan of 699 with some red plan running under which i was eligible for 200rs.Discount every month so that mean 499+.


    2) for september everythin was fine, i got a bill of ~ 275 and i deposited 300 (Extra).


    3) for october i get a bill where my monthly rental is 899, i go to vodafone store and tell them that this is wrong rental. I chose 699 with 200 discount mean 499

    Reply: mam it seems you are weak at mathematics coz plan is 899, with 200 discount it becomes 699, moreover we do not have any 699 plan running and i had to return back home all confused


    4) after 4 5 days i visit again as i was sure of what i chose and i came across the lady who sold me the plan, and she in a very authoritative tone tells me we can check it for you if you want coz it is 899 what you chose and then she opens this screen, my account and bingo i can see my signature on 699. So ideally i shud have put a legal notice on her face for wrong rental, misbehaviour and public insult. But i told her to change that for me and make the necessary refund, which didn't happen even in nov cycle


    5) now vodafone after all this still had courage to send me a collective bill on oct+ nov with again wrong rental of 899 and a late fee charge+ an additional internet pack which i never asked for making it all close to 2500 for me, so with no option left i again go to vodafone office, again meet the manager, explain him all the things and tell him to process a refund which he said i will get in dec cycle.


    6) dec on 18th dec wen i am in hyderabad travelling for work, i get a call from vodafone telling me that their is a bill of ~ 800 pending from mumbai circle, and they fail to explain me that if my bill was pending how did my porting proceed and even if that happened they didn't realise it for 3 months ( sept+ oct+ nov). Thereafter i return to jaipur and go and waste my christmas in vodafone office seeking an explanation where they said i will get the bill on email, which didn't come thru till date because there has to be a bill to produce. I know i cleared it all before porting. So thank you so much for screwing my christmas.


    7) so i pay 800 more to vodafone and to my surprise again i get my dec bill for 899, i go to vodafone on new years eve again, meet the new manager(Gaurav sharma) explain him everything from scratchand get a promise that you will get all the details on mail before your due date which was 6th of jan 2016, which again did not happen so 7th of jan i again go have a long argument and then i tell them that i have been paying so much and i wont pay this bill unless everything is sorted in answer to which the minute i walked out of store my services were terminated. Thank you again, new year bonanza.


    8) january again the bill that came through was 899, so i fail to understand that is it my maths that is weak of the hiring of vodafone. So i again take a half dat from office so to vodafone and the welcoming statement from your lady executive "ma"am are you here to fight again" !!! Wow

    You charge me worng for 5 months and i who should have dragged you to court by now is still walking up and tryin to sort it is "fighting" this is your customer service.


    9) then finally she and your manager had the edacity to tell me that "you neva put up request to change your rental"... Seriously!!! In the first place you picked wrong in your system and then after 5 months you tell me that i need to put an application for the mistake that you have made.


    10) now i move to delhi in march and my company unfortunately is using vodafore i need to port and stay with you so i put a porting request, i put request on 8th march and 14th my request i cancelled saying that feb bill from jaipur(Which is like all the last 6 months bills a wrong one) is pending. I clear the bill, put up request again and get a message sayin it will be ported by 19th, but on 19th i get another message saying it has been put today and now porting will complete on 23rd, which didn't happen on 23rd until i call at midnight and get it done.


    11) oh also in between i called you cce (Ram/ deepak/ sanju) i spoke i narrated this entire story to ram, he tells me he can nt transfer my call to his tl/ manager(Which is like another level lie that you must be telling) so he is raising a ticket and i will get a call next day in between 9-10 in morning and guess what it was not a surprise that i didn't get any call and then i finally before i enter my meeting called vodafone and learnt that there was no issue raised (Worth a clap).


    So i guess can vodafone help me with this 6 months of torture and inconvenience caused( in your cce language)

    # for extra money charged

    # for all the times i had t drive from my office and suffer a salary cut

    # for all tension i had to undergo

    # for getting insulted by your store people

    # for still continuing with your services

      Just now i recharged with an amount of 20.but when i am checking my balance there after i found 15 rs has been deducted from my balance. Before recharge i checked that if there is any value added services activated in my number, the vodafone system informed me that there is no value added service(by system not by customercare executive).now when i want to talk to the executive about the issue, i can't.this has been happening for last one month.so where and how can i lodged my complaint and get back my money

          They are activating value added services as their wish without the request of customer. They had activated a value added pack (namely, TV all channel pack). I don't even know what this pack is for. They are saying that it is activated on Apr 5 2.46pm. But I didn't even get a activation message till now. It's Apr 7 today, they told that 24 hour is over so they can't refund the amount. They are activating packs as their wish if there is balance in customer account. Cheating us...

            I have been using a postpaid plan of E_Connect_3G_375 for the past 2 years.
            Suddenly they changed the plan to E_Connect_3G_399_PAYG without even notifying me. I have neither wrote them to change the plan or communicated over phone. Who have given vodafone the right to change the plan according to their wish? They have charged me unnecessary for the month of April'16.
            I used to pay a bill amount of Rs 430 on an average every month. But they have sent me a bill of Rs1215 this month.

            This is completely unjustified and I want a revised bill sent with my prior pack activated.

              I have recently ported from airtel to vodafone with a plan suggested by the vodafone person. As soon as the number has been ported to vodafone. Vodafone didn't started my plan as i have selected at the time of porting. So for the 1st 2 days i was charged a lot as i was thinking that my plan is activated but it was not. There was no communication from vodafone as whether the plan is activated or which plan is activated. No message nothing. There was not even a message after 2 days about the activation of the plan.

              This seems to be a regular procedure for earning lot of money without intimating people about it.

              I have just started using vodafone and feel bluffed and cheated in the starting.
              So requesting a proper action should be taken so that this should not be repeated again.

              Details of extra charges in the bill are :
              For the 1st 2 days(I.E 23rd and 24th march) i have been charged for the data, sms and calls that i have used. This data and calls should have been deducted from the plan i have selected but were not deducted.
              The extra charges that is incured on my bills are :
              Call charges : rs 11.50
              Data charges : rs 450.32
              Sms charges : rs 7
              Total charges : rs 468.82
              Applicable taxes on these charges = rs (65.64+2.35) = rs 67.99
              So total extra charges amount is : rs 536.81.

              Resoltion i desire : please get this amount waived off / removed from my bill and share a new bill for this month.Awaiting positive response.

                    Since 3 months i am facing problem with Vodafone. They are charging me for sending sms internationlly, which is not true. I dont even send sms locally but they are saying that i am sending sms out of india. I have charged for rs 250 aprox every month for no reason. When i tried calling them they dont have any proper reason for that. They tell me that i am sending sms on this this no which is even unknown for me. Please don't use Vodafone service as they charge you for no reason.

                        Hi Team,

                        I took 4 post-paid sim cards from Vodafone executive under corporate plan (2 calling and 2 data cards) for official purpose. The 2 calling sim cards and 1 data card got activated within couple of days. However, verification of 1 of the number was negative and hence it could not be activated. I was told this by Vodafone executive that the number [protected] is null and void and can never be activated. Hence, this number can be ignored. Suddenly, after 1 month, I got the message from Vodafone that the bill for this number has been generated and you need to pay the bill immediately otherwise we'll deactivate your personal #, that I am using from long time. I spoke to to so may people namely Manoj, Jitender (supervisor) in Vodafone customer care but everybody says that you need to pay for this number and nobody has answer as why I should pay the amount for. In fact, one of the floor supervisor Jitender even suggests me to lodge an FIR against Vodafone. Currently, my personal # [protected] has been deactivated and I am being harassed to pay for the number that I have never used.

                        Could you please help me in resolving this issue?

                            My company Bassi Infradevelopers Pvt Ltd have 40 cug numbers.
                            Every month bills are generated more than fix credit limit.
                            If I deposit bill according to credit limit, account operator don't deposit it.
                            Every month few numbers out of my fourty numbers got barred.
                            My service RM "Indu Raitani" never receive phone or receive by any other person.
                            Last option for me is to port my connection.

                              I recharged my Mobile with 296/- Internet Pack 2G Unlimited Yesterday

                              I recently talked with the Customer Care today as i was not receiving any offers for Full Talktime or any other offers. So I told him to give me some offers. The Person talking to me said i will get offers soon.

                              Today I received a Messege stating that My 3G Internet Pack is Active whereas i did not recharge any 3G Pack.

                              My Usage is very high so a 3G Pack is very expensive for me.

                              I contacted the Customer Care about the Issue. I told them to activate my Older plan that i recharged with Yesterday. The Customer Care person was very rude to me. He was only saying that It cannot be reversed. I also told him that it want my Mistake but then also he kept saying the same.

                              At last i told him that i will put a Complain and Port to Airtel.

                              He said with very Rude Tone - " Do whatever you can " ( Jo kar sakte ho vo karlo )

                              My Request to Vodafone is to please Reverse my Transaction or lose your Customer.

                              I have also put a Port Request.

                                My number [protected], i been using your service from past 5 years but on 23rd March I got a message saying that 2 Value added service has been activated to my mobile number prior to this i had not given any request for the activation of the same
                                I immediately deactivated those 2 services and when i got my postpaid bill on 4th of April they had included those VAS charges of Rs 94/-as it was shocking to me, i even called the customer care they didnt respond to the matter, so i request vodafone to reverse the charges and send me the updated bill by this week

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  4-5 days ago i called to your customer care for my sim number in not working, they give solution to recharge rs 30 and then restart and told "your number is temporary unavailable means incoming and outgoing is unavailable, after you recharge rs 30 and restart mobile then its working".

                                  Last day(5 april 2016) i recharge rs 30 in my number, recharge show successfully in vendor site and then restart but my sim number is not working.

                                  Again today(6 april 2016) i called in your customer care and i give full details about my sim problem then they give again solution that "your number is waiting for resubmit documentation if you submit document then your number is working in after 15 minutes please provide document near by vodafone store".
                                  After few minutes i called again to your customer care to know about address they told "my sim number is permanently disabled". I shocked after they saying my number is permanently disable. Then i asked how its possible?, they say your number is not working in more than 90 days thereof try rules yours number is disabled and no one solution about this problem.
                                  I request to you that please provide help to me for this problem because your company is cheated to me and they give every time wrong information about my sim number.

                                    I was using vodafone postpaid sim([protected]) of andhra pradesh circle since janurary 10, 2016 due to my transfer i applied for portability in idea. My sim got ported on 17th january, 2016 to idea in maharastra circle.
                                    Till 10th january 2016 all of my bills were clear. But after my sim got ported idea vodafone keep sending me bills and showing due amount of 725.16 rs in which they are charging for the months in which i have used my idea connection . So ideally they want me to pay bills of idea and vodafone for same months. How is even that possible ?? I mailed this to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.In regarding my problem with bill. The gave me refrence number[protected] and[protected] and assured me to update bill amount by subtracting 634rs.
                                    The havent done it yet, and till now idea keep sending mails asking to pay bills of vodafone else my services will be debarred. Now, idea has debarred my sim and also vodafone has not yet updated my bill. Its still showing amount of 725.15 rs. Please help me in this i am mailing vodafone but they are not replying me. I just want them to update the amount asap so that i can pay the amount and get services of my sim back.I have attached the mail i received from vodafone.

                                        I complained many times in the company regarding no network at all at my office premises at 102 mulchand market ring road surat 395002. They said it will be done in 20 days it has been 50 days yet no network after mailing them so many times they giving answer that it is a minor changes but yet no network my business is suffering a lot.

                                        I mailed them 17 times bt this is what they said
                                        This was 1st response they gave on 11th Feb.

                                        "Dear Mr. Agarwal,

                                        Thank you for your email dated 30/01/16 regarding your concern related to network for your Vodafone number [protected].

                                        Than again I mailed them to give me waiver they said yet 20 days not over so dnt msg until the said duration is over.

                                        As per your trail mail, we would like to inform you that your 3G accessibility concern at 102 Mulchand Market Ring Road Surat. Based on feedback received from our network team have checked no issue found as nearby all sites are working fine from our end.

                                        However, we understand from your trail mail that still you are facing network issue at said location hence we have forwarded your concern to our network team but we received feedback from network team that you are not contactable as you are not responding and sometime your number is switched off. Hence, we request you to provide us your preferred time so that we can check and address your concern accordingly.

                                        Till date no response and they are claiming for 4G n no 1 network.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
