Now i am in abroad. Without my request/consent, international rental has been activated and amount has been debited (Rs 149). My vodafone complaint docket numbers are [protected] & [protected]. After complaint also, my debited amount (Rs. 149) has been not credited to my account. Till now not canceled the automatic international rental subscription.

And after rs. 149 deduction, different...

[protected] Please give me a details of this mobile number's owner. Because of this man is calling me time to time last 8 days and talking with dirty langauge. I am talking to him give me information who are you ? Where area are talking he to me ? That no any reply simply. So, please give me a full details of this mobile number's owner. My E_Connect_375 plan suddenly changed to E_Connect_399 without intimation and this has resulted to a huge bill on my number.

On calling up the vodafone care, they repeatedly mentioned that the plan has been upgraded and is no more available. But on cross checking I found that my friends and family still have the same plan active.

My mob number is [protected] . Pathetic experience i am using vodafone service since 2.0 years & now i come to know that vodafone is making fool to their customers. I got a bill for above number stating for internet bill usage of 1, 493.86 mb.Which i never used. When i asked for the justification vodafone customer care executive is saying that this is a corporate plan they don’t have access to account then...

Since last 4-5 month i have been receiving mails from vodafone referring to mobile no. [protected] (Relationship no.:[protected] which does not belong to me. I even intimated the guy who is using this mobile no. And asked him to update his e-mail id in vodafone account.

In spite of that every month i have been receiving mails regarding mobile bill, pass key, late payment notifications etc. Each time i would remind and clarify...

Ever since Nov 2015 when I moved to Pune I am struggling to use 3G with its actual potential. The max download speed that i get is 38.2 kbps (rechecked on speedtest.net while i was writing this complaint). Even after numerous complaints and sim replacement the issue never fot resolved. And finally after almost 4 months of struggle vodafone replied they dont know when this issue will be resolved or be resolved at all after acknowledging that...

Today i called vodafone customer care 5 times for my network problem as my network was showing busy all he time my dad has the same problem i tried to complaint about he problem some executive shuted me out and others keep me hold for half an hour and no one speaked properly if i asked about their name and said i would complaint about them then they shuted out and didn't old me their name and they transfered the call to network department...

Vodafone has pathetic service and employees. They to not understand customer situation and treat them like a beggar.

My monthly rental bill iis 375 rs. And I get 100 rs discount per month. Vodafone offer me 1GB 3 G net pack free and after 1 GB 3G 2 G unlimited. But in the month of March 16 bill vodafone change my plan without any notice due to this my bill come to 1576 rs. Before March my monthly bill is 400 to 450.

maine kal apne vodafone post paid number [protected] ke liye complaints ki thi ki mere bill pe extra charges jud ke aa rhe hai to eske liye mere number koi jain kar ke tha vo call kiya aur bola agar apke pas paytm wallet hai to mai usme apke balance ko daal sakta hu aur bola eske liye abhi apke number pe call ayegi. khair mere pas call aayi bhi but uske baad bhi mere number ke bill me koi changing nhi huyi hai.

Sir/madam, maine vodafone ka post paid connection le rakha ha jiska number hai [protected] aur mera jo plan hai vo STD plan hai uske baad bhi mere me extra STD charge jud ke mere bill me last 2 month se aa rha hai.
second thing is ki mere number pe network nhi rahta call drop bhi hoti hai aur theek se baat nhi ho pati eske liye maine complaints bhi ki but meri problem solve nhi ki gyi.

I am using vodafone postpaid connection. I noticed in many bills vodafone adding unforeseen charges, charges for non usage etc.

After so many request and mails to vodafone i am facing same issues in every bill.

I have all the correspondences as a proof.

Please register my complaint against vodafone for mental harassment and commercial exploitation....
