I have taken internet plan of Rs.1500. While taking the plan the company had assured that whatever be the usage the amount of bill willnot exceed Rs.1500+stax. Recently I paid bill of Rs.3905 on 28.01.2016, and again another bill of Rs.4652.77 has been debited through autopay option on 22.02.2016 from me. I request that both these payments may be refunded back to me and further only the payment of Rs.1500/-+stax may be charged as per plan....

Still i'm getting calls from marketing all the time. Its very irritating. No one is replying. If someone calls he asks for all the number details. It's more irritating. I'm not paying their bills on time...

Vodafone has charged me NMNP charges for the amount of 3146.64 rs without any base support in month of DEC billing.


Now this card was transferred on 16 SEP and this charges has been added in DEC billing, I don't understand the reason behind that. Also there was no notification from Vodafone for the outstanding amount on email or phone, and without any intimation they have added charges.

This is to inform you that while porting in to vadafone i have been informed that i will be getting 200rs discount for six months.

Based on this condition i have ported my number to vadafone.

But now when i asked the store person's(Hitech city store) they are denying about this offer and saying there is no such offer after feb 2016 which is contradicting their previous statement which has been given while taking...

I am registering this complaint on behalf of my grandparent whose number is [protected].Vodafone is activating offers without the consent of the owner of the number Mr. Venugopal. On March 22 2016 Rs.100 was recharged for the same number [protected] .On the same day itself 67 rupees was deducted from this 100 rupees in the name of an offer which he did not request for. I feel pity to the way the customer care handles senior citizen...

I am getting calls from [protected]/ [protected] that your no. Selected for this and that since past 5-6 days. When intervened they use abusive languages. Please help in this regard. They often change no. So that nobody can block them....

I have been using Vodafone services since last 8 years and 1 month back i have moved to Switzerland on my work permit. I have requested vodafone to activate international roaming on my mobile as i want to keep this number active. I have been facing issue with my prepaid number and when I have called their customer care on 198, they told me to call [protected] for prepaid. When I had called this number, the representative told me to call 199 for prepaid. I called 199 and representative told me to call [protected] again for prepaid services. I spent almost 2 hours to get my issue resolved but nobody was able to provide me proper details....
