To start with I got a incorrect charge on my bill & also network issues which are going since long, infact calling the customer care I never got the proper support frm Vodafone customer care people don't knw to speak, dont hve the full product knowledge, keep disconnecting calls, false promisses, many mre to say infact no superior to speak when we want to they r always busy, finally i wrote an email with regards to all this to nodel n applet but unfortunately even they are the same, my mail was sent on 22nd march n acknowledgment says will reply in 2 business days but that never happened untill i sent a another topup on 29th march, I got a reply but only about the waiver of the incorrect charges, then I called n spoke on nodel officer's number n spoke to Harsh Vora he was very casual over the phone and for all my question he use to say to write an email, but my problem is I am not getting a proper response from n email also which is now making me more frustrating...my number to ref complaints [protected]
