Sir this Is to inform you that my vodafone mobile number [protected] has been suspended from 3 days which has been portability from reliannce tovodafone forcibly by some Vodafonne sales executives as my mobile number is now suspended without any reason Dnd


I even requested in many vodafone stores and begged them a lot and not even less to catch their legs but they were not giving any certain information


regarding my number sir as my mobile number is been used by me from past 9-10 years and it had been with my relatives friends et even my mobile number is also related to bank accounts sir hence this my 3rd request as

I am having many problems related to that number so I request u to kindly get activate my number and take necessary action my alternate mobile number is [protected] so plaza get it activate

With regard to your concern we hereby confirm that, services of your Vodafone number has been migrated in postpaid effective 12/04/2016 as per your request.
 
Further, in order to restore the services of your Vodafone number you need to call on 59059 (toll free) to complete the tele-verification for your Vodafone number. After successful tele-verification incoming and outgoing services will be activated within 1 hour.
 
In case if the tele-verification is not done within 30 days from the date of activation, the service on your Vodafone number will be disconnected permanently.

    I have recharge to the number [protected] and maintained the balance rupees 300 in main account however in the Vodafone cheated deduction 250 without any reason. I am really upset. I want refund my money from Vodafone.

      I am having vodafone no. [protected].
      I am holding another number [protected] which I am rarely using.
      I cleared all the due amount at City center 1 Kolkata Vodafone store against no. [protected] And put a request letter on the same day on 30th November, 2016.
      After that they didn't close my connection and keep on sending rentals for months till now. For this reason they today stopped my other connection :[protected] which is very critical for me like ISD calls, customer calls and every where this number is given. I cleared the payment but connection not getting activated till now even after 3 hours. Running behind customer care but nothing happenning. It is a basically a cheat with me a step should be there .
      Beware of Vodafone guys specially postpaid consumers.

        I am Vodafone Postpaid user and my mobile number is [protected]. Recently I have charged Rs 250 for a VAS by "d2c_verse_ipayy_250". I spoke with customer care and they told me that you have clicked on popup or download any content from any website. I cant understand how I charged 250rs on accidently click on any content. Suppose any website set 10000rs on one click then I have to pay forcefully charge as per Vodaphone new scheme/service. I have not given any permission for one click transactions and also they are not provided any kind of notification for the transaction. Even on any online payment transaction we need to process minimum 4-5 steps. I requested to vodaphone customer care to get more detail for this service and they denied to give more detail and told me to pay this charge any how. Request to reverse the charge ASAP.

        Rubbish !

          I got promotional offer of 2GB 3G data everymonth for 6months on purchasing of LG GFlex2. First two months we got offer but later data not credited. For this we contacted near by vodafone store for 10times in a month. The staff is not at all responding instead solving issues they are giving suggestion as to leave it as its a promotional offer. This is the worst part of vodafone. At least they didnt feel ashame of their worst service.
          Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          The worst service i have faced ever. I suggest all do not take vodafone connection.no proper signal and very bad customer service.

            Sir/madam mere pas vodafone ka postpaid connection hai jiska number hai [protected]. esme hme bola gya tha ki last month me jitna bill ayega usme 200 rs cut ke ayega jaise 500 ka bill hua to apko 300 ka bill hi jma krna pdega. aur maine jo jo plan le rkha hai vo std plan hai fir bhi jb bill bankar aata hai to usme std charges jude huye hote hai.
            aur mere bar bar complaints karne ke baad bhi network problem vaise ki vaise bni hai. kbhi kbhi call drop bhi ho jati sahi se baat nhi ho pati.

                I am using Vodafone UP (E) sim no. [protected] from last three months.

                I bought this sim from vodafone shahjahanpur store in month of January-16 and submitted all necessary documents but after 7-8 days o[censored]se sim services was stopped and again after my request service was started then again 8-10 days later sim was deactivated without any reason. and i lost around 80 rs. talktime & 1 GB 3G pack because of deactivation of sim.

                I again visited Vodafone Shahjahanpur store for this issue continuously 5-6 days but they didn't tell any thing and after submitting all documents then they again reissue a new sim with same no. [protected] in March-16 . but did not provide lost talktime & 3G data, I used this sim for 9-10 days then again sim services was stopped and again after my request service was started then again 8-10 days later i.e on 29-03-16. sim was deactivated without any reason, and lost talk time and 3G data again .

                As i was out of station and came today at Shahjahanpur and visited store and talk to manager Tarannum Fatima and she also didn't tell any thing why it is happening. Again i gave her my all documents with photo.
                I also have 30 minutes interaction video in Vodafone shahjahanpur office about my problem but all were very busy and not solved my problem.

                i have been exhausted physically & mentally due to the service by vodafone From last three months.

                  To start with I got a incorrect charge on my bill & also network issues which are going since long, infact calling the customer care I never got the proper support frm Vodafone customer care people don't knw to speak, dont hve the full product knowledge, keep disconnecting calls, false promisses, many mre to say infact no superior to speak when we want to they r always busy, finally i wrote an email with regards to all this to nodel n applet but unfortunately even they are the same, my mail was sent on 22nd march n acknowledgment says will reply in 2 business days but that never happened untill i sent a another topup on 29th march, I got a reply but only about the waiver of the incorrect charges, then I called n spoke on nodel officer's number n spoke to Harsh Vora he was very casual over the phone and for all my question he use to say to write an email, but my problem is I am not getting a proper response from n email also which is now making me more frustrating...my number to ref complaints [protected]

                            Versha Communications is a Vodafone customer care office in Shyam nagar, Kanpur. I have purchased a Postpaid sim from them which they committed willl provide full network in my house. But It was a mith. I have also discussed this network issue with customer care office but didn't get any help from them, So that I have surrendred my SIM at Versha Communications in January before bill amount generation from vodafone office. I have Deposited 1000 rs in cash to executive and he broke the SIM at the same time. After a few days I have recieved my bill of 1082 Rs. on my email for which I have discussed with Vodafone executive at Versha Commucations, he asked me to deposite rest 82 Rs. for Full and Final Sattlement and I have done the same. I thought my number is deactivated. But Again I am recieving bills from Vodafone office while I have not used that SIM. I am very frustrated now due to this harrasment...please help...I will not pay anything as i have already deposite complete bill.

                                I am using a vodafone net sim for my personal use from last 2 years. the plan i used was a six month renewal plan of Rs.450 per month. This time I take an Addon connection of sim number [protected] and closed my old sim number([protected]) at bajaj nagar vodafone centre.This process was done by the excutive at store.But unfortunately after 2 months I came to know that my old number was not deactivated and my billing rental is contine. so, that extra rental of Rs. 1000 is extra deposition in my account.so, I kindly request you to accept my request complaint and reduce my bill amount of Rs.1000 so as to close my account.

                                  I changed my mobile service provider on 27 july, 2015 from vodafone to idea after clearing all dues of vodafone (Mail and message received of the same is enclosed). In addition i paid rs 100 extra resulting an outstanding balance of rs -193. Also i received two letters with cheques enclosed on 06 nov, 2015 and 04 dec, 2015 for a refund of rs 22.04 and rs 01.45 respectively (Documents enclosed). Now after almost 8 months i received a letter from district legal services authority to be present on 09 april, 2016 at district court, shivajinagar, pune for amicably settlement without any prior notification or communication in any form. Upon asking for details and any other proof that bill is not cleared from the executives mentioned in the letter they are communicating in a proper manner. I called on all the given numbers but only one person responded and on telling that we will complaint in consumer forum the above mention person told to do whatever i would like to do i can do.

                                    I had obtained Mobile No [protected] from your company, on 20.10.2015 i made a request to disconect the said Mobile No as it was not comming in any use to me, hence i obted to go for cancelation of same . But most unfortunately you had not still disconected the same No and still you are charging me by billing me every month, Which is illegal, unjustified and bad in Law .I had made clear instructions to the executive on 20.10.2015 to disconect the said mobile No with immediate effect, hence your executive ignored my request .
                                    I was shocked when i was been informed by one of my office assistant that his mobile No [protected] / [protected] / [protected] has been blocked for out going . After inquiring over the phone with customer care of your company, i was told by executive of your said vodafone that due to non payment of mobile No [protected], my all other mobile Nos are blocked for out going .
                                    I would like to intimate you that as on 20.10.2015 i had clearly mentioned to the executive of your so called vodafone to disconect the said mobile No with immediate effect, and did not disconect the same and charged me since than without any fault on my part .
                                    Futher i would like to intimate you that i am having 6 more No more of your so called vodafone rather than mobile Nos mentioned above and i am regularly paying all my due on time without any defualt . It is clear that if i am paying rest all of the mobile Nos i am using why i should not pay only the No which i had request to disconect i.e.[protected] .
                                    My other 6 Nos are as follows : - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] .
                                    It is my humble request to you to kindly regularise all the mobile Nos which you have blocked for out going call immediately . Failing to which i will be forced to shift my service with another mobile service provider and by referring this matter before the consumer forum of consumer protection Act, entirely at your risk as to cost, which you may kindly be noted .

                                      Regarding comp. no .[protected] AND[protected].

                                      i have call to customer care .nodal and appellate to gujarat but ther are not solved . i am regualr follow up from more than 15 days . i have also viisted the store palanpur .
                                      when i am reached rao ming in rajasthan i am unable to select 3 G netwrk and i have already plan 3G . after that i have select2 G . IN 3G its shoe unavilble so please do the need full .
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I am kishore. Just now i received message from vodafone that"hello! Deals pack weekly service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.35 has been deducted.Your current balance post service activation is rs.2.39 to deactivate sms stop to or call 155223(Toll free). "why deducted? I have not requested for that. Why u people are cheating us? Do u want i shall discontinue this connection? Immediately return back the deducted amount of rs.35.
