    After one day my balance is finished. I want to get the call history of this usage on 4th march & 5 th march 2016 to my registered email ID [protected]@gmail.com.

      I shifted from a Tata Docomo connection (MNP) on Jan 23 2016 to Vodafone.
      Everything was fine until I received a call on March 14 2016 asking me to pay Rs 185 as dues of Tata Docomo, the last date to pay, being March 15 2016 (have smses regarding the same). I mentioned I would pay it on March 15 2016 and the lady on the phone was fine with it.
      On March 15 2016 morning, when I tried to make a call, my line was already suspended. How can a company suspend lines before due dates end?

      I still went ahead and made the payment. Showed the bill at the nearest Vodafone Store at Punjagutta, Hyderabad as asked by the operator. Even then, my line was suspended for around 48 hours, causing me a loss of many calls. The bill was sent to an executive of Vodafone Punjagutta store and he sent it to the relevant head office.
      It was finally restored after many tweets and calls.

      From March 21 2016 until this time (16:00 hrs March 22 2016), my line is once again disconnected without intimation, even after paying all the bills. This is causing a loss of business, considering I'm starting up my own venture.
      I want a 3 month bill amount waiver from Vodafone India for this inconvenience. Considering I have always loved the company, I do not wish to ask for a lot and I feel asking this is justified.

            Dear Sir/Madam

            An amount of Rs 90 has been wrongly deducted from my number on account of LIVE TV subscription which i have never subscribed to.

            This is another marketing malpractice of vodafone duping customers of their money.

            Kindly look into the matter so that vodafone credits my money back into the account.

            The called me and said that by mistake i only had opted for the plan rather than accepting their mistake and refunded my money. Pity how they feel they can cheat customers in this era and get away.

              Dear Sir,

              My complaint is against vodafone India for activating
              unnecessary subscriptions on prepaid numbers and debiting
              funds from account without the knowledge of the customer.
              Recently they activated one MINI MOVIES subscription on
              my prepaid number and debited 70/- rupees without my knowledge.
              When i contacted the customer care people they said i have activated it.
              Sir i am a working professional. So do i have enough spare time to
              activate such stupid packs. Isn't it some kind of harassment or cheating policy
              the vodafone company is following. I really doubt what kind of ethics and compliance
              they follow in their organization. I request you to take some serious actions against
              such people.

                I am using Vodafone postpaid connection for last 4-5 months. A service called Vodafone Juice Up pack has been automatically activated in my mobile without any prior knowledge and without my consent. Every month I was charged Rs. 35. in postpaid bill.

                    I got a call to change my plan from a certain Vodafone Executive Arun Kumar. Kumar purposely concealed facts about the new plan and misinformed me. He said the new plan would offer me more benefits and would simply be an upgrade of an existing plan. The existing corporate plan offered a 25% discount . Kumar told me the corporate plan would continue even if I changed the plan. Not only did the corporate plan dissolve but it is now a botheration to get back the corporate plan. This over the phone push sales by cheating and lying to customers is absolutely incorrigible.

                      I lost my phone 1 month ago so I blocked my number. After a few days I took a new sim and activated my number again. Sim got activated but my number has not started. It shows emergency call only.

                      It's been more than a month I am complainin but number has not been started.

                            I had converted my old pre paid no. To post paid on 09/03/2016 . I taken the post paid card from vodafone store, at gotri, vadoadara . I had submitted all my documents ( i-card, pan card, & driving licence copy ). Now out going was stopped on my phone on 18/03/2016 & from today incoming was also stopped due to want of verification of documents. I had submitted all documents on 05/03/2016 to ms deepa rani at vodafone store, gotri, vadoadara.

                            Now i am in deep trouble . As i am on job at kosamba ( 100 km away from vadoadara) so i am unable to go to vodafone store on normal days. If you need i can send the photo copy of all my documents by mail. Please provide me a mail id & start my no. To day.

                              I recharged my account number [protected] for rupees 100.00 vide sbi transaction ref no ig0broopw9 on 21 mar 2016. Rupees 100.0 was deducted from my sbi saving account but my mobile number [protected] is not showing the balance.

                                Since very first day I have bought this connection I am either misinformed or not properly informed.everytime I have to lodge a complaint for the services I have been promised to.last time I have unsubscribed my net pack after 3 days of my billing cycle.while I was doing same he didn't inform me that charges will be applied for the current billing cycle.so I am paying for data I have not used atleast they should inform me that use your data and deactivation would be from next billing cycle.i have to pay 150 rs extra which I shouldn't pay.kindly look into matter. Thanks in advance.

                                  When I am recharging for talk time balance, vodafone deducting money in the name of Movies pack charges, Follo pack charges etc. I never activate this type of facilities.                                     Vodafone has been charging my account with non-consent value added service without any prior notice. This has happened even after repeated calls reporting this issue to the customer care service provided by vodafone and with disregard for previous complaint registered.

There customer support is as best as hell and nodal officer is not bothered about others time, perhaps bothered about own salary only, Joseph Vincent, port out is the only remedy...if 100 customers like you port out then only they will understand the full form of CRM

                                      This is regarding the mnp which i had done from vodafone to airtel approx 9-10 months ago. For mnp vodafone person told me to pay unbilled amt. Before the bill generation so as to port my no. From voda to airtel. The mnp was succesfully done. But i didnt get any cheque or money refunded which is approx rs 350/- which was paid just to port and they said i will be refunded within 90 days. But it has not been refunded yet.
