I lost my phone 1 month ago so I blocked my number. After a few days I took a new sim and activated my number again. Sim got activated but my number has not started. It shows emergency call only.

It's been more than a month I am complainin but number has not been started.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Sir,
        I had converted my old pre paid no. To post paid on 09/03/2016 . I taken the post paid card from vodafone store, at gotri, vadoadara . I had submitted all my documents ( i-card, pan card, & driving licence copy ). Now out going was stopped on my phone on 18/03/2016 & from today incoming was also stopped due to want of verification of documents. I had submitted all documents on 05/03/2016 to ms deepa rani at vodafone store, gotri, vadoadara.

        Now i am in deep trouble . As i am on job at kosamba ( 100 km away from vadoadara) so i am unable to go to vodafone store on normal days. If you need i can send the photo copy of all my documents by mail. Please provide me a mail id & start my no. To day.

          I recharged my account number [protected] for rupees 100.00 vide sbi transaction ref no ig0broopw9 on 21 mar 2016. Rupees 100.0 was deducted from my sbi saving account but my mobile number [protected] is not showing the balance.

            Since very first day I have bought this connection I am either misinformed or not properly informed.everytime I have to lodge a complaint for the services I have been promised to.last time I have unsubscribed my net pack after 3 days of my billing cycle.while I was doing same he didn't inform me that charges will be applied for the current billing cycle.so I am paying for data I have not used atleast they should inform me that use your data and deactivation would be from next billing cycle.i have to pay 150 rs extra which I shouldn't pay.kindly look into matter. Thanks in advance.

              When I am recharging for talk time balance, vodafone deducting money in the name of Movies pack charges, Follo pack charges etc. I never activate this type of facilities. It occurred several times. My earnest request, plz stop this kind of fraud and get back my money otherwise I have to leave vodafone.

                Vodafone has been charging my account with non-consent value added service without any prior notice. This has happened even after repeated calls reporting this issue to the customer care service provided by vodafone and with disregard for previous complaint registered.

                Vas name : live tv pack
                Deduction : rs 90/- for 30 days
                Date : 17-march-2016
                Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I have closed 5 connections from Voda. There customer support is as best as hell and nodal officer is not bothered about others time, perhaps bothered about own salary only, Joseph Vincent, port out is the only remedy...if 100 customers like you port out then only they will understand the full form of CRM

                  Hello.
                  This is regarding the mnp which i had done from vodafone to airtel approx 9-10 months ago. For mnp vodafone person told me to pay unbilled amt. Before the bill generation so as to port my no. From voda to airtel. The mnp was succesfully done. But i didnt get any cheque or money refunded which is approx rs 350/- which was paid just to port and they said i will be refunded within 90 days. But it has not been refunded yet.

                      This is Mahaboob Ali J from Madurai.

                      I have applied cancellation on my Vodafone Data Card service on Last October 22.10.2015 at Madurai Simmakkal Store.
                      To cancel the service, store person requested me to fill a form and they have asked my ID proof and I have provided my copy of Driving License.
                      Everything is done and they returned my data card without the sim to use that in future.

                      Even then, I am receiving so many calls from Vodafone customer care to make the pending payment. I have said this to many person and I even sent a email to one of the person but still I am receiving calls every month (minimum 5 calls per month) till now.
                      It is really frustrating for me and I would like to log a complaint on their worst Service. Please do the needful.

                        I contacted vodafone to port out my 2 billing numbers on 16/03/16 but they offered me a 499 plan for 399 with free internet for lifetime for both my numbers so i decided to stay back. But even after 4 days the plan is not active on any of my number n i'm getting charged at standard rates. What should i do now. These guys are liars n dont belive in customer satisfaction. Thats why i calld them again today but they said will call back but here i m waiting and now has called me yet and no one is ready to help. I have 3 billing numbers and now im planning to leave Vodafone for ever, i will also ask all my family and friends to do move out of Vodafone.

                          I am using Plan 199 for Mobile No [protected] & 95228876 from Jabalpur M.P. Centre. I was told that there is no charges if call is made from[protected] Used at Jabalpur)to[protected]used at Pune).In the first month roaming charges of Rs75/- was added in [protected] which was reduced under protest.In the second month again Rs 75/- was added but they have requested us to bear it at onceso we paid it.In 3rd month i.e Feb 2016 Bills was resonable so we paid it .All the Bills were paid before due date.We have left for Pune on 20.02.16 we were taling most of the call between these two numbers & few calls on another numbers also being post paid one. All of a sudden on 05.03.we received message stating that your credit Limit is Rs 900/_ and your usages are Rs 811/-App Pl pay to enjoy uninterrupted services.Call 199 on calling we are informed that call details cannot be provided as bill be generated on 10.03.2016.We have informed that we are at pune and there is no internet service at home and your Vodafone office is not visible at Hinjewadi megaplis Phase 3. to pay your amount.We have stopped using your services. Except one received call on 08.03and 2 dailied no on 10.03. On 12.03 we received that your usages is Rs 1202/- .I
                          my daughter came from pune on 10.02.2016 and we came with her to pune on 20.02.2016 so during this month usage between these number were minimal how Bill has gone up from normal of Rs400/- plus to Rs1202/-
                          I have raised complaint to there M.P. CG office but No response so far.
                          As I was told there is no incoming charges on post paid mobile.
                          Pl look into the matter otherwise we have to go to consumer forum.

                                I have never seen a dishonest and in ethical organisation like vodafone,
                                I have used vodafone for 7 years, mobile no [protected] and vodafone is treating me in ethically and doing cheating with me.

                                We had given termination request no[protected], for vodafone no submitted on 6th feb 2016 at ansal plaza service center of vodafone, (Service request[protected],

                                It is good that i have finally disconnected my connection with vodafone for which i will never apply in my lifetime ever again for its dishonest billing and poor services.

                                - vodafone deliberately delayed my disconnection request giving me various offers which i kept on denying, and so my disconnection was not executed on 6th february (Despite clearly telling vodafone that i will not accept any charges for 7th february on my account..And will treat vodafone in ethical on not disconnecting the phone on 6th february after my request.)

                                - my extra payment of 190/- rupees is till date not refunded by vodafone.

For sbi siliguri rbo ii but till date the sim card not activated .I am really sorry to say that i was much satisfied with my airtel number but your representatives false promises diverted me to change my no.Now i want to surrender your co sim if not activated today .                                     I have given my wife mobile number ([protected]) to convert from prepaid to postpaid and given 500 deposit amount. Even after 20 days, my number not converted in postpaid nor i received my deposit refund. I call your executive so many times but they dont want to talk and taling very rudely and now they dont even picking up the phone. Person who involve in this transaction but they not even care to pickup call. Very much shocking activity from vodafone company. Person who involved from vodafone side his number is [protected].                                         Today[protected], i was browsing in my smartphone around (11am) after few min i got a message to my inbox stated "Vodafone TV all channel pack has been activated and GAMES CLUB pack has been activated and SILK pack has been activated" when i checked my balance it was in Rs.- 64.51(nearly Rs.200 is detected). I called the customer care executive at 11.30, she told me that i have activated them, i replied that i dint active anything for that she replied that i have clicked the advertisement which will download the app automatically without asking my permission and she told its a 3rd party app not a vodafone product( those app are not present in my mobile nor its in play store history). I asked for refund she said she ill deactivate it and refund my money, after few minute the pack was deactivated but money was not refunded. Later at 17:46 i again called the customer care executive she too said she ill refund but i dint get my money back.

                                        When browsing in my mobile advertisement and pop- up ads are opening and they are linked to some app or products which are detecting money from my mobile balance without asking my permission. Vodafone is not keeping my money secure. i need security for my mobile balance and refund of the losses incurred to me .
