Hi,
My name is sunit adnd number is [protected] registered email address is [protected]@gmail.com i was been told by vodafone collection department that the will arrange a short fall of my bill amount which was 300 something and i have to pay 125 which i paid but now the are asking me to pay the bill amount of 400 and have discarded my services i am sick and tired chasing them but they dont reply please vodafone get this sorted and restore my services

      I got charged rs. 250 for 'value added services' i am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party(Ipayy) link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names. To my surprise executives were not able to explain the details of the downloads for what they have charged. Details are as follows: value added services (Vas) downloads downloads 01/03/16-09:34:05 (Using ipayy website or download ipayy app).

        Hi,

        This number [protected] belong to my brother "Shashikanth Shetty", however I am using it from past 5-6 months.

        I had subscribed for booster packs, however as per the details on your site and the main idea of having booster pack is its a one time charge in case our base plan has expired and we need to recharge our dataplan till the next bill cycle is generated.

        Initially they had added 250 in Nov bill,
        then 250 + 450 in dec bill (charged twice for 250, which was reverted back after raising complaint)
        then 450 in jan bill (charged twice for 450, which is pending from jan, in spite of raising n number of complaints...)

        And from last 2 months almost the number is disconnected, however still the billing amount is adding on. I really don't understand this.


        I am attaching the last chat history with one of your members, he had promised to resolve the issue, but I have not got any call so far.

        DamodarBooster is an additional data pack which is used for internet usage. The

        pack will be valid for 30 days.The charges will be based on your required data.

        Shashikanth:the booster amt will be added for how many months bill

        DamodarA booster pack will be automatically deactivated after 30 days.

          As per you official site you have given recharge of Rs: 42 for internet data of 150 MB.

          but when i make online recharge against my vodafone number of Rs: 42 its somethings else is activated.

          i have thrice talk to your customer care neither they add mobile data of 150 mb my account nor they refund me my balance to me.

          i ma complaining against vodafone service to refund me or add data to my account because i have paid money as per your official site advertise.

            I visit to Vodafone store j.b nagar chakala today morning, and my token no is 105 and after 25 30 mint i ask to customer executive about my token becoz the cue is same when i enter the store, MR. Dinesh answering me bhaga du kya customer ko, which i m not expecting from Vodafone service, he is very rude and may be he is senior guy at store...so i can gesst how other juniors are...

            i Just went for sim card replacement and i know hardly it take 15 to 20 mint not more then that...

              I purchase new sim no [protected] activated on 1apr16 i did not use the sim i put the sim in mob for 15 minut the speed was very slow then i close the mobile on 4/4/16 i purchase new mobile and put the sim in mobile it was not working, ickecked the data and balance amount it was 0 how it happen i could not belave that vodaphone co. Can do this type of cheating

                This mail is to inform you that i did a portability from airtel to vodafone.([protected] Number)
                During filling the form the representative you visited in my office mention me very specific about following thing:
                1.Monthly rental : 199.00 INR
                2.Free calls : 600 mins (Local + std)
                3.Free message : 200 (National)

                Now, surprise is that when i heard the real offer at the time of verification that following are the things in real:
                1.Monthly rental : 249.00 INR
                2.Free calls : 300 mins (local)
                3.Free message : 300 (National)

                I need a justification on it as i am not going to pay, provide me the plan which was offer to me at the of filling up the form.

                  Vodafone offered me a postpain plan in blore ibm office back in 2013 which was of 325 including 1gb data. I used to get my bill around 500 or sometimes more on an average around 500 every month, i never check my bills once i get the message i make online payments. I'm using this stupid service from 2013 and in march 2016 i happen to call vodafone as my data plan was extremely slow so i thought of chnaging my plan and converting to 3g i hardly use phone data as i use aritel wifi at home. The lady called ramya she is the floor supervisor when i spoke to her she mentioned that the plan will be changed to a 199 plan which will incluse 750 mn of 3g and rest is unlimited on 64kbps speed. When i enquired about my older plan she informed that i had 2 gb of data on my phone since 2013 and i was under impression that i have only 1 gb hence i always consumed data within a gb. Without my consent they have activated a 1 gb additional data plan for rs.125 since april 2013 .. When digged into it.. She said i had this plan active since april 2013 and then i chnaged my plan to 325 tariff in sep 2013. It was very cleary told to me that i have no other plans or services active except for 325 tariff since september .. They never informed me about another additional 1gb active since april 2013 . So like a fool i have been payin them 125 rs for free without even using the service for last 3 years. When asked for any refund they offerred a call back but no one responded . I have paid 125rs for free for last 36 months which comes up to 4500 rs, if i consider it since september 2013 as a the corporate plan was started in sep which will be around 30 months and vodafone is suppose to refund me 3750 rs. I will make sure i will screw your company reputation. You fradusters. Disgusting service ever.

                    I have lost my sim last week dated 29 April 2016 and requested for a new sim for the same by a telephonic conversation with a vodafone help manager.That person told me that i will get the new sim within next 24 hours but i didnt the sim still on the date 3rd April 2016.even when i tried again and make another request by online they again told me that i will get the new sim in the next 24 hours and again they didnt deliver the sim on my postal address as per the service.Now i have asked them that why i have not received the sim, they are giving me the alternate by go to the vodafone store and collect the sim.I have waited for a whole week to receive the sim and now they are asking me to collect it from the store.Clearly making a fool of the customer and not providing a good service to the customer.They did not have any coordination within there help desk team and now making customers fool.Shameless.Please take a serious action against such a bad and misguiding behavior.

                      Sir, with due respect say to vodafone billdesk. On 22/3/2016 a phone call received from +[protected] (9.51 pm), +[protected] (9.58 pm), +[protected] (10.04pm) told me that he is calling as an official representative from idfc, where i lodged a complaint through web site www. complaintboard.in regarding refund of buy-back amount of bond. He asked me for refund of bond i have to logged in www.99refunds.com website and give my net banking details (Where rbi logo was also there). He told me that 6 otp will come which i have to told him.In this way total amount of rs 58, 974 deducted from my axis bank account and my wife’s axis bank account no [protected] and [protected] respectively through total 6 transactions (Rs 9995 tr details inb/[protected]/vodafone billdesk, rs 9995 inb/[protected]/vodafone billdesk, rs 9994 inb/[protected]/vodafone billdesk, rs 9993 inb/[protected]/vodafone billdesk, rs 9997 inb/[protected]/vodafone billdesk, rs 9000 inb/[protected]/vodafone billdesk. Pls note that before receiving fraud call we received email from a person named mohammed sayaf eternity [protected]@gmail.com, subject official response from idfc, to share my contact no to resolve my idfc bond complaint issue. Another email received from banking [protected]@gmail.com subject: official response from idfc, where in they give us false assurance to refund all of money deducted from both the bank accounts on next day (23/3/2016).
                      I have lodged fir to cyber crime police station lalbajar kolkata. On 28/3/2016 i have received refund of 2 transactions amounting rs 9997.00 ref:iconn/ref/[protected]/billdesk/dt2016.03.22 and rs 9000.00 iconn/ref/[protected]/billdesk/dt2016.03.22.
                      So i requested to vodafone billdesk to refund rest of 4 transactions total amount rs 39, 997.00 immediately to above mentioned bank accounts. We will stop only after we get back our hard earned money. Pls note that i have not purchase anything from vodafone billdesk.

                        Now i am in abroad. Without my request/consent, international rental has been activated and amount has been debited (Rs 149). My vodafone complaint docket numbers are [protected] & [protected]. After complaint also, my debited amount (Rs. 149) has been not credited to my account. Till now not canceled the automatic international rental subscription.

                        And after rs. 149 deduction, different amount balance [post call balance (Rs. 116.63) and current balance (-32.37)] is showing in my vodafone account? Why it is not showing same balance in both current balance & post call balance? Still this is not solved by vodafone.

                        Without my request/consent, below data packages has been automatically subscribed by vodafone.

                        Why vodafone is subscribing the packages and debiting the amount without customer request/consent?
                        My current balance and post call balance should be same. All debited amount need to be credited to my account and automatic renewal packages need to be removed from my account.

                            My E_Connect_375 plan suddenly changed to E_Connect_399 without intimation and this has resulted to a huge bill on my number.

                            On calling up the vodafone care, they repeatedly mentioned that the plan has been upgraded and is no more available. But on cross checking I found that my friends and family still have the same plan active.

                            On mailing about the issue to vodafone corporate, along with the screenshot of other users with the same plan they again mentioned the same thing. Moreover, they are reluctant to reply as i am still waiting for a reply after repeated chase up mails (taking into consideration the 2 days wait period for just replying to a mail).

                            Is the plan is based upon some criteria, which an existing user is denied suddenly ?
                            The team mentioned that the plan has been upgraded, then they are clearly providing FALSE or incorrect information has i still find the same plan active for my friends.

                            This is really pathetic from vodafone.

                              Sir mera Vodafone number-[protected] hai aur ma essa 28th Dec 2014 (Visakhapatnam mini store sa liya tha) sa use kar raha huo, meana starting mea 399 rs ka plane liya tha, aur Vodafone nea bagar mujhsa inform kiya Nov 2015 ko yea plane change kar diya, Vodafone bagar mujhsa inform kiya har month mera plan change kar deata hai..aur kuch bhe bill e-mail karta hai.mea apko Nov 2015 kea baad ka bill bhej haa kirpiya karka ess site ko kholiya.

                                I purchased data pack of rs 249.00 for 28 days (1gb) from vodafone web portal through net banking on 03/04/2016 at 14.00 o 'clock after noon .Till then i can't recieved the pack on my phone no. While the amount is deducted from my account at the same time .

                                  Last 5 years I am using your post paid service, my mobile no is [protected]. For your kind information earlier this no was register in my Company name M/s. Supertron Electronics Ltd. But in the month of February this no has been transfer in my personal name. My name is Suptendu Roy. I had visit Vodafone care south city mall and submit all the documents and deposit Rs. 300 as a security. During the transfer your executive was ask me the Tariff plan, as I am using this no with data and voice so I had chose Rs. 655 rental plan.
                                  But unfortunately on 26th march my outgoing services has been stop due exceed my credit limit. I had contact with your executive and express the details where I had come to know that my tariff plan was Rs. 299 that's why whatever internet I had used that was charged and due this reason my limit was exceed.
                                  My question is that when I chose Rs. 655 plan then how it has been change without informing me. It seems your executive was done mistake and due his mistake I am suffering lot and due to beard out going call I had suffer lot.
                                  second after complaining noting was taking care as of now. third without bill how you are expecting me to pay the amount.
                                  if my problem didn't shorted out with in 24 hrs. I will bound to take legal action against such harassment.

                                    A couple of weeks before i have been to vodafone store at electronic city
                                    Phase 1 for getting portable facility, happen to meet the store manager and she promised to send a executive to my residence for collecting all the required documents.

                                    I am waiting for the executive so far no one has turned up and also tried to reach the store manager no response.

                                    There is no response to pick up the call and customer also.

                                    Please expedite the issue with lot of hopes and commitment we approach vodafone store to solve our queries, but this is very desperate experience from the customer point of view.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      My mob number is [protected] . Pathetic experience i am using vodafone service since 2.0 years & now i come to know that vodafone is making fool to their customers. I got a bill for above number stating for internet bill usage of 1, 493.86 mb.Which i never used. When i asked for the justification vodafone customer care executive is saying that this is a corporate plan they don’t have access to account then i called up to corporate helpline from there i got the number for relationship manager she is repeating the same that she doesn’t have the access to my account i am very disappointed by the executives need an appropriate reply as soon as earliest. I believe vodafone serves the best. But after this incidence i lose my faith from vodafone. My intention is very clear i “ll only pay which i had used not a single penny above that. I have more than 28 connections in my office. If things will continue like this. I’ve to look up for another 28 connections too . Still i m not getting any call from vodafone team & mr. Sunil sood try to help me out and resolve my bill issue other wise i disconnected all corporate line.

                                        Since last 4-5 month i have been receiving mails from vodafone referring to mobile no. [protected] (Relationship no.:[protected] which does not belong to me. I even intimated the guy who is using this mobile no. And asked him to update his e-mail id in vodafone account.

                                        In spite of that every month i have been receiving mails regarding mobile bill, pass key, late payment notifications etc. Each time i would remind and clarify to vodafone that this number does not belong to me. In fact in one feedback they confirmed me that the my email id has been removed from this account. Still i receive the emails related to this mob. No. The height was when i first received the legal notice on 25/03/16 to appear before the court (For non-payment of bill). I just replied to vodafone that i should not receive any further email. In spite of this i received final reminder legal notice on 31/03/16.

                                        I do not know how a company like vodafone doesn't even keep their records clean and updated (Authentic). This is too much frustrating to receive such unsolicited e-mails and spoon-feed them each time to correct.
