Dear sir/ madam,

I raised a complaint regarding the network issue on 14th march 2016, I explained the problem that I am facing, they promised me that the issue will be rectified with in 19th march 2016. They even said that the service person will give a call back and check the status.

Till date the problem is not rectified. They are saying the problem is rectified. Non of the executive has called back asked about the feed back. but they are closing the issues without getting the feed back.

Its almost 2 weeks passed still the problem is not rectified. I am not able to get single call when I am at home.

To get the single I need the go to the second floor terrace and search for the signal.

Please suggest me in case of emergency how can i reach others or others can reach me?????

Please help people like me who are suffering from such issues.

    I took a sim on my name and verification also completed. But after five months my sim had got blocked. But when I contact with Vodafone mini store they told me that 9 sim already has been issued by my name.But I am not using those sim card.I wants help. I want to close all number that I am not using. I want to know how I will close those numbers.

          *in reliance super market, i took a vodafone pre paid sim card with following number –[protected].


          **i gave necessary documents. To my surprise next day i got a message that, my number is activated and the number is, [protected].


          ***this number i had never chosen, it was changed by you/your representative on their own, without telling me.


          ****now when i went and enquired, they told me that they gave a expiry sim by mistake. And this number was free and hence this number was given without asking me.


          Please taking this as a serious matter and register my complaint.


          Please take action against your person for giving false assurance and doing wrong things.


          Please return my documents and please give feedback on what action was taken.

            Sir, as per subject we are facing so much problem regarding Vodafone postpaid network and data plan. as we are using MSEB postpaid plan of Vodafone but there are several issues of network we cant use data or and so many call drop problem. As we had contact so many times with customer care but they said that we dont have tower in ur area. But for that they were not giving me any compensation in bill. i am very prompt abt bill so what can i do.. our details..               I have CUG Postpaid connection of Vodafone. My CUG plan amount is INR 299. In most of the months my bill amount is within INR 350. But in January month I received a bill amount of INR 524. I have checked that one internet booster pack of INR 250 was added in my bill. But I have not added any booster pack in the month of January.
              I sent one mail to Vodafone regarding this. Also, I have asked to check the bill and send me the revised bill to Vodafone customer care person. The customer care person told me that she will log one complaint. But till now I did not receive any communication regarding my complaint. Instead I am getting mails every day to pay the outstanding amount of INR 524. Also, now my calls are interrupted with a voice message that I have to pay the outstanding amount.
              I want to know why Vodafone is charging me extra INR 250 in my bill when I never asked for it. If this problem will not get resolve and if I will not get a revised bill within 1 week, then I have to port the number to another vendor.

                Hi my numer is [protected], i need to clear you guys the issue of mine.

                1) I have send a requesting mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.in of feb 12 for my porting request.there is no reply from your side.
                2)And then again i have send mail to corpcare on feb 29 . and i waited there is no reply.
                3)i mailed to nodal mumbai and tamilnadu. and then i got maIL from Nodal.
                4) then agained call your customer care they told me to sned a port message to 1900. and take the unique port number and visit the near by store.
                5) i searched in the vodafone app by using the pincode of my area 50029. i got a store in the app. i went there there is no store available wich showed me in map.
                6)again i called to the number it showed me in that. i reachered banglore customer care number . one man spoke to me at the second he picked the call . he started to tell your are tamilnadu customer and we cannot provide any information . he dint allow me to speak, i asked him that i dont need any info about my number i only need info about the stores. he again started to say the same that we will not be able to give any info regarding that. call tamilnadu customercare.
                7) I called tamilnadu customer care i said that i called banglore i said everything happened and asked them for the store . they said sir we cannot help form here call banglore customer care regarding this. and gave me a number.
                8)And next day i called banglore customer care . and asked for details he gave me 2 address.
                9)march-1 i went to vodafone store and met your executive . and said i came for porting . and she said that we need a letter from your dad .
                because my number was cluped with my fathers org.where he has 20 vodafone postpaid connection.
                10)the point here is i dint get this info on mail or the persons who talked to me . that i have to take a letter for porting.
                11)And the executive said me to bring the letter . i requested her that i can ask my father to send and email by scanning the letter. she ssaid that we want only hot copy no printed or soft copy.
                12) i again requested her that already i was using more than 15 days in roaming and i have charged lot if i want to get the courier it will take 2 0r 3 more days for me so pls help me with that .
                13)she rude me with that there is no way to process with out the hard copy of letter.
                14)i recieved messages from vodafone regarding visiting the store. i gave poor performance as reply.
                [protected] i got call from the same girl . and then only she listened to me . i explaied m situation . and then she accepted for mail copy. and i dont know why she dint listen to me and there is way for mailing and why she dint accept in and she told that she will send a person to recieve my proofs but she dint do any thing .
                [protected] again i visited your office and they started the process nd it is again going to take 7 working days .
                17) ok i can accept the roaming charges from today but because of your delay i was forced to use in roaming from 21-feb-16 to 3-3-16
                18)after this they said me there was an error in code only i came to know that by calling customer care .they dragged it till 16th of march.
                19)again i submitted it with a new code on 17th buth they gave me a old format of application . because of that it was rejected . and by yesterday only i came to know about that by calling customer care.
                20)now they gave me a new format and asked me to submit it .
                21) it was more than 45 day i was fighting with guys for this and you guys are telling me silly reasons .

                I WANT YOU GUYS TO TAKE MY LAST MONY BILL AMOUNT OF 1040 I AM NOT GOING TO PAY IT AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING IT IS GOING TO TAKE NEXT 7 DAYS . IF IT IS NOT DONE WITHIN IN THIS WEEK AND IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT GOING TO REVERT MY BILL 1040 BACK . I AM SURE THAT I AM GOING TO FILE A CASE ON YOU GUYS FOR GIVING ME THIS MUCH TROUBLE. i have also attached the 2 different formats of document which they gave me . and because of the guys who are working in the store are careless i am the suffering .

                  Today vodafone has deduct at least rs 10 for sms charge but from my side no any sms as per vodafone record, same was discussed with customer care executive but no any proper solution found. .when I request to talk with senior, customer care executive not connected. .also in my home position service shown roaming, same also inform but not found any positive solution. Kindly help..

                    Hello Sir, I had been using my mobile no [protected] for 2 years till 10 March before 17 Feb it was a Reliance postpaid no but one day a lady called me and told that you are my old customer so i have a special plan for you at pack of Rs. 399 you will avail of 900 mint all India, 100 sms, 1 GB 3G data with unlimited 2G data after 900 minutes you will be charged 30 paise per min and additional Rs.100 reduction so you will enjoy all facilities in only Rs.299. Whereas my this no was in reliance as postpaid before 17 Feb, converting it into Vodafone . I was enjoying happily the reliance service of 1000 minutes all over India plus 1 GB 3G data with unlimited 2G data plus 100 national sms in only Rs 350 pack but I thought this is Rs.50 cheaper than reliance service so I decided to convert my no. into Vodafone but after converting it in Vodafone I called customer care after 12 days he told me you have only 100 minutes STD and 800 minutes local and your bill is above 1300
                    I was shocked to listen it, it is totally fraud cheating i registered complain on dialing 198 and told me pls block my sim or convert my no in prepaid because i am not provided what i was told, but after that they called me more time asking my address detail but i did not tell him i told, first you provide my service or convert my sim in prepaid or block my sim. After few days on 10 March they blocked my service but they are frequently calling me on my another alternate no and fearing that you will be charged continue.

                    Please register my complain against the company scareing me by calling on my another no. and making wrong bill

                      1. I am frustated now (from VODAFONE) because of weak network problem plus call drop problem.
                      2. Every time I try to call someone, it happens that we both are not able to hear each other's voice, it gets completely mute then after 5-6 seconds call drops.
                      3. With every calls this situation happens.
                      4. And its not only me, all other people around me are frustated with the call drop problem.
                      5. Requesting TRAI management to levy a huge fine from the service provider company.
                      6. Why there are no penalties on the company or concession in our bills for poor quality of service/call drop etc.

                        I was started my vodafone c.C.B distribution business in 2008 " riddhi shiddhi enterprise "
                        I did deposit of 50000 through dd in 2008
                        In 1.5 year i was close my business because of going to south africa.
                        Last year i was came india and i want my deposit back so i contact vodafone office in nizampura vadodra, but i didn't get support from there.
                        I submitted all needed documents and proof of my money but till today i am not getting my money back
                        Now i will do legal action against vodafone company

                          I am using vodafone prepaid connection. Its number is +91 [protected]

                          After one month of service I am getting pop up on display like "Session cost:0.04INR, Consumed volume 0.000MB". I got this pop up almost 15-20 times and every time it cost me 0.04INR. As per pop up they tried to mention they my 0.04 INR deduct because of data usage of 0.000MB. I am not using any data of vodafone as my wifi is connected on my mobile. I always OFF my mobile DATA. Even my DATA is showing OFF when I get this pop up and wifi is connected. Means vodafone charges me even I am using my wifi? For that I have called on customer care. The lady who received my call did not give me solution and without having my permission she disconnect my call. So again I called on customer care and they were trying to convience me that I have used mobile data. They told me that we have record that you have used mobile DATA. I told them that I have a screen shot of this pop up when my wifi is connected. So she confused and transfer my call to some another person. When i asked him same question he told me that this is postpaid department and you need to call on prepaid department. Anyway I want my money back which Vodafone has deducted from my balance without any data usage. I request you to take some strict action against this Vodafone INDIA and help me to get refund my money.

                          Note : I have attached screenshot for your reference. In which you can find my wifi is connected still they charges for mobile DATA usage.

                            Dear Team,

                            My Vodafone number is : [protected]
                            I had de-activated the national roaming plan on 18th Feb 2016 and i had been charged in this month also for 75Rs and when i sent a mail to customer support, they said it is still activate but same was confirmed on 19th Feb when i visited the vodafone store in Electronic city Bangalore.
                            Now i guess it will be charged again in April bill as well if it was stil active.
                            Also the other issue was that i got a call on 22nd Feb 2016 regarding feedback for vodafone services and when i comlained about some issues that time the customer care executive had promised me to provide 50% discount on my bill for next 3 months.
                            but i did not get any discount from vodafone in March month bill.
                            And when i contact the customer support, they said that they need the Name of the executive and date of communication.
                            I have already shared the Date of communication and Reference number for the communication. Name i cant remember, since it is more than a month now.

                            I would request to take some action against vodafone so that they will not cheat with customers like this.

                                I am seriously unhappy with vodafone services. I took a new 4g simcard to experience the vodafone 4g services on[protected] at 7:30 PM from local retailer shop. But still it is more than 36 hours, I donot receive signal on my vodafone. My connection is not activated. When I check with customer care chat and customer care number, they claim that customer identification form. How long will you take to activate the vodafone number?

                                  Hi Team,

                                  This is in reference to my Vodafone No. [protected] which I purchased few months back. Since the first day, I kept getting wrong number calls on this number. I called up your customer service to change the number due to this issue but they denied stating, ’ the number can not be changed on the first month.’ I was fed up with the wrong numbers so I stopped using this number. I hardly make 2 or 3 calls during this time. I called up your customer service many time but no one provide me the solution. Finally I asked them to discontinue this number immediately which they did. Later on I received bill of 500+ amount. I called up the customer service and explained my concern that I would not be able to make the full payment as it was not my fault. I could not use services because I was given the used number by Vodafone guy. They asked me to wait for the call from collection team as they can deal with disconnected numbers.
                                  Later on I received the call from collection team and after listening my concern they committed a call back. Then another lady from the collection team called me up who asked me to pay 300rs. as full n final pymt to any nearest Vodafone center as she waived of the rest amount. She also assured me that the amount which I pay would be the last payment of this number and I would not get any other bill for this number. The next day, I made 300rs. payment at Laxmi Nagar Vodafone center. Even they said that the amount will be waived off by the collection team.

                                  Now after all this inconvenience, today I received below email to pay 568/- again. I again called up your customer service (which is again a bad experience), the guy put my call on hold for approx. 10 minutes and said he can not access the notes. He did not even bring his manager over the line.

                                  1) My first question is, why there is no synchronization between your customer service and collection teams.
                                  2) I am Vodafone user for more than 7 years but I never had such bad experience before.
                                  3) Is collection team give wrong information to the user in order to get the amount. If not then why did I receive this bill after that conversation.

                                  In addition, this is to bring into your notice that I have been using another corporate Vodafone number: [protected] for approx. 5 years and I always made my payment before time. Since I trust your services, I decided to get this another CUG number for my wife, which tortured me like anything.

                                  I request you to please consider my loyalty towards your company and waive off this amount as this was promised by the collection team.

                                      I am asish kumar senapati, i was applied for porting from bsnl to vodafone on 4th march 2016.In 21st march 2016 the porting s complete.When i applied for port on 4th march 2016, the vodafone ministores and the customer service executives was said after porting you got rs 5/- and 6 months ratecutter, without any frc/recharge.But they only charged rs 30/-.But after porting they can not give me my benefits.They told me do frc of rs 54/- and rs 3/-, to get this offer.The vodafone cheat me.Please help me.                                         Vodafone India activate unnecessary value added service and deduct balance from my prepaid no [protected].
                                        I just received this massage ..Hello! Gamifive service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.27.5254.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).To visit the site click http://gamifive.mobivillage.in/siteasync.
                                        I called customer care, they told me i click ads and activate this service .
                                        After they told me i opened this site
                                        See that without registration in this site i could not use their service.I never have any registration in this site and never click any unnecessary ads.
                                        So i want to say vodafone India deduct my balance wrongly.
                                        My hamble request is that please check the complaint and stop vodafone from some kind of harassment or cheating policy .Also i need my balance back if possible.
