I have been facing issue with my prepaid number and when I have called their customer care on 198, they told me to call [protected] for prepaid. When I had called this number, the representative told me to call 199 for prepaid. I called 199 and representative told me to call [protected] again for prepaid services. I spent almost 2 hours to get my issue resolved but nobody was able to provide me proper details.

    I've requested one our your service providers to convert my DoCoMo sim to Vodafone and had a worst experience where they made my sim fit for nothing when questioned about activation no proper response was given.I'm from "Chittoor town" in A.P. Please fix my sim issue I applied for conversion to Vodafone with trust in you and is this your response please help me a way out .

      I have been calling vodafone customer care for last one month.. they hav debited approx rs 400 from my balance without any reason and on calling they say that updates r not available ..balance was recharged on 19 feb.. i m calling repeatedly for last 1 month always they say matter will b resolved within a week..pls help i m not a billionare i understand the money value pls do something .. i will not leave these guy till they resolve my solution..

        I'm a customer of Vodafone since 2015.
        Recently tried to upgrade to 4G SIM on the date of[protected] on my number [protected] at customer care center in Kerala: Kottayam District, Athirampuza Vodafone care
        Charged an amount of Rs.50/- as service charge (okay)
        And I paid an extra 50/- for top up on the same date'
        Old SIM was deactivated soon
        But surprisingly, New SIM wasn't activated since a week!
        And no top up! Customer executive says my current balance is minus nine!
        So frustrating service such that I can't use my official number for a week (still) and they said a reason that they didn't get my ID proo[censored]ploaded(I had given a good hard copy on the date of 21st)
        I will praise idea for their quick service, just a 4G upgrade took me just FOUR minutes, for which they requested to wait me for.plus, they didn't charge any so called service fee, and no need of ID proof
        Completely disappointed by Vodafone service, ignorant, money looting and and still I don't have my Official number! Very disappointed with customer service center .
        Requesting immediate activation, Refund, And, if you can't, immediate port to some other trustworthy networks.

          I am using Vodafone number ([protected]) and on 26th March 2016 I came to know that my postpaid bill has come around 1800.I have charged Rs 500 for a VAS by "d2c_verse_ipayy_250". I have certainly not Authorized any transaction online or via any Vodafone apps/popups for this charge. I spoke with vodafone customer care they said you downloaded one app two times in a day that cost totally 500. But i didn't download any app, I am continuously requesting Vodafone customer care to correct this wrong bill but they are not even ready to log a complaint about the matter. Request to correct this error and reverse the charge asap.

            I am facing 3G network issue in Sector 71 Noida from last one year. I raised first complain on October 2015 and got response from Vodafone that they will fix the issue by 22nd December 2015 but again I received an SMS from vodafone stating that the complaint will be resolved by 20th February 2016. Till date the problem is not resolve. Pathetic 3g network is in Sector 71 noida. It fluctates between 0% - 30%.

            I raised a request for port out on 20th March 2016 and got a call stating that vodafone team will visit on 21st March 2016. Till date nobody called me or contacted me and I am still facing same problem.

            I hope consumer court form help me and take some action against vodafone. They launched 4G and you can see 3G is not working properly.

                I ported my number from idea to vodafone.
                Number is successfully transferred to vodafone on 10:12pm 26 march 2016, i got confirmation smss from both idea and vodafone(On alternative number).
                1.) and still after 36 hours, my number is not active and i cannot use it.
                2.) called vodafone agents at least 2-3 dozen times, and they always comes up with some new and creative reasons for not activating my number. They keep re-asking for the same information like my name, number, sim number, and address(Like they don't have it already).
                3.) first it took 3 weeks to verify my address. I gave him my address 4-5 times, and he still manages to reach to an incorrect address, because their agents don't understand basic english like an address.

                    I took postpaid sim number [protected] on February 12th 2016, I told them to put basic pack Rs 149 but the executive Mastan in Labbipet branch Vijayawada had put Rs 449 pack, sim was not with me, I even confirmed with the executive about the pack. I couldn't use the sim since my phone is under repair and it took 40 days for me to retrieve my mobile from the repair shop. I received text message stating the bill as Rs 436 and Bill period is feb 8th to March 8th. I didn't use 1 call also, literally been cheated by the executive Mr. Mastan [protected].

                      On my vodafone mobile a message from vb-611112 came on 25 march 2016 10: 59 a.M. That recharge with data pack 16 and get 130 mb data with 30 days validity but they gave it only for 4 days validity when i called vodafone customer care they said that they have not any information about the message and the validity will be 4 days but in the message it was 30 days

                        मैं अजित कुमार पांडेय, पत्रकार जी-20 ग़ाज़ीपुर विलेज दिल्ली-96 का निवासी हूँ. मैंने वोडाफोन का पोस्टपेड सिम कार्ड 18 मार्च 2016 को ख़रीदा और बहुत दिक्कतों के बाद मेरा सिम कार्ड एक सप्ताह के बाद चालू किया गया. सिम चालू करने के २४ घंटे के अंदर ही मेरे सिम का आउट गोइंग बिना सुचना के बंद कर दिया गया है. आपके कंपनी के आईविआर नंबर 199 और [protected] पर पिछले दो दिनों से कोई कस्टमर केयर का प्रतिनिधि बात भी नहीं कर रहा है.

                            I was using vodafone prepaid connection from past three years. I never wanted to switch from prepaid to postpaid connection but unfortunately i lost my smart phone so i wanted to get the same mobile number. I visited the local vodafone store vashi, navi mumbai and i demanded for prepaid connection but they refused to give me prepaid and offered me postpaid connection because i was claiming the mobile number just after 5 days when my phone was stolen. I insisted one girl from vodafone store vashi to give me prepaid connection but she refused and told me that i can switch form postpaid to prepaid just after three month so i agreed upon it. They said that one offer is going one where you will get rs.100 off on postpaid connection. I took a minimum plan of rs.199 (Without internet and sms services) with rs.100 discount so i thought i will be charged on rs.99 per month with 200 local minutes. I told them i frequently travel to maharashtra circle (Roha, raigad) but never told me that i will be charged roaming charges. I was there in mumbai for first 15 days and i got first bill of rs.100.2 (Dec 2015) and i was very happy with the services. I visited my native place after 15 days. I was out of mumbai for 7 days out of 30 days (Jan 2016) and i got a monthly bill for the month of jan 2016 as rs.449 with internet charges rs.150, roaming charges rs.39.2 and monthly rental as rs.299 (My last month’ rental was rs.199) i was told that i will get rs.199 plan with rs.100 discount for first three months and i can switch from postpaid to prepaid but just before 3 months they cheated me. I called up vodafone call center but didn’t take serious connection but they forwarded my complaint to concerned person but it didn’t resolve my queries. I think something is wrong with their customer services. I talked to my friend regarding this issue but all friends told me that vodafone is big cheater in a telecom industry. I am going file a complaint against them in consumer forum and trai.

                            I again got a bill for the month of feb 2016 and billing amount was rs.425.48 and i never used 1 minute of call or sms and internet but still they billed me rs.425.48. I was shocked and i came to know that vodafone is a bloody cheated me. I when i got postpaid connection i told them i don’t internet connection as i was using idea 3g internet but still they charged me for 500mb internet services from jan 2016. I am very disappointed by their bull services. I am using idea postpaid connection but i never charged extra from them. They charge you less if you don’t consume your monthly calling and sms.

                            I will never recommend vodafone postpaid connection as they are cheating us. Now, i am thinking that they must be cheating lacs of people across india.

                              I have already tried to contact you over email ( interaction number[protected] and[protected] and have send you relevant details (corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) to adjust my refund amount in the outstanding balance to close my full and final payment.
                              But unfortunately you don't seem to be interested in providing my refund amount (which is actually very small amount and my outstanding is also very petty amount)

                              I have already provided you email from Vodafone which clearly mentions that Vodafone has collected Advance rental of one month for both of my numbers but now you are denying the same to refund when I have moved to another operator and now vodafone is forcing me that if I don't pay my balance amount (which I have already mentioned that I am willing to pay write away provided you deduct my refund amount) they will force to terminate my connection from new operator.

                              If you are still standing by your statement that you don't owe me refund amount than please provide me documentary proof of my first bill for both my numbers. I have already sent you welcome email from Vodafone which was sent to me when my connection started which clearly mentions that a advance rental is collected in my 1st bill.

                              I will not shy away from taking further legal route it you don't provide satisfactory solution to this or if I face connection disruption due to this issue.

                              Please adopt ethical route and resolve this and I too assure you to adhere to the same.

                                1 week back i have given port in request in to vodafone network... & yesterday after midnight my number has been disconnected in airtel and has been activated in vodafone...

                                But i cannot able to get incoming calls to my mobile number


                                If someone calls to my number it is saying...

                                " the mobile number doesn't exist"

                                And regarding to that issue i called customer care of vodafone and they said to select the network manually ...

                                I have done the above and selected my network manually...


                                But the problem has not been resolved...


                                From morning onwards i have called the customer care people 10 times but no one is responding properly...

                                So i am raising the complaint...

                                Please try to resolve my complaint as soon as possible...


                                Iam missing lot many important calls...

                                    Vodafone have incorrectly deducted balance from my account. Last night i had a balance of rs 15 and today morning balance became zero. This incident happens many times but i didn't bother, but today its extreme worst and could not call due to this. I spoke to customer service and they said i have used mobile data and due to this they have charged. I explained them as i have other no. And plan active on that also have wifi, why should i use mobile data here when i know its not active in this no. And i will be charging. They said morning 9.25 i have used data, the fact is i got up at 9.45. This is really a matter to think as how the company is cheating to customer making business/profits by taking their money. Now i have a big concern, so many customer are complaining regarding the balance deduction but still they following the same trend.

                                    Kindly look this matter and provide me a resolution.

                                      Even am getting the call from this number ( #[protected]) this is the number which i got in the bill amount as i made a international call for 18 minutes but i havent made any international call.
                                      I thought you are fooling me, but now i realize that am not the only person, you people are fooling each and every customers of vodafone .
                                      You people are threatening me to pay the bills for fake calls which i never spoke and also getting a messages and phone calls that you have also raised a civil case on me.
                                      What is this?

                                      I have one more doubt how come most of them are getting the calls from the
                                      Same region tunisia 216. Friends please think (The tunisia country code 216 will allow you to call tunisia from another country)

                                      I saw the comment from darvesh as vodafone may involved in this spam call.
                                      Am also asking the same question?
                                      I have a doubt that the person from vodafone only calling us
                                      Or vodafone is tied up with spam .

                                      That too not any other network only vodafone customers are facing the problem.

                                        I'm frustrated again. Why did they activated again a stupid service to me. I don't know whether people have sense or not. Are they eating food or what? How many times i have to write mail about service activation. Such a worst fraud 420 company is vodafone.Instead of activating these kind of services and stealing 99rupees they could beg along roadside. I'm taking action against vodafone. I lost my patience because this is the fourth time they started stealing. I dont want to be a customer in a fraud company. Bye to vodafone. Please i request you people to take action and i don't want postpaid connection anymore. I don't want vodafone till i die.
                                        I couldn't express my anger more than this. Beggar company vodafone thu theri.
