I'm a customer of Vodafone since 2015.
Recently tried to upgrade to 4G SIM on the date of[protected] on my number [protected] at customer care center in Kerala: Kottayam District, Athirampuza Vodafone care
Charged an amount of Rs.50/- as service charge (okay)
And I paid an extra 50/- for top up on the same date'
Old SIM was deactivated soon
But surprisingly, New SIM wasn't activated since a week!
And no top up! Customer executive says my current balance is minus nine!
So frustrating service such that I can't use my official number for a week (still) and they said a reason that they didn't get my ID proo[censored]ploaded(I had given a good hard copy on the date of 21st)
I will praise idea for their quick service, just a 4G upgrade took me just FOUR minutes, for which they requested to wait me for.plus, they didn't charge any so called service fee, and no need of ID proof
Completely disappointed by Vodafone service, ignorant, money looting and and still I don't have my Official number! Very disappointed with customer service center .
Requesting immediate activation, Refund, And, if you can't, immediate port to some other trustworthy networks.
