On my vodafone mobile a message from vb-611112 came on 25 march 2016 10: 59 a.M. That recharge with data pack 16 and get 130 mb data with 30 days validity but they gave it only for 4 days validity when i called vodafone customer care they said that they have not any information about the message and the validity will be 4 days but in the message it was 30 days

    मैं अजित कुमार पांडेय, पत्रकार जी-20 ग़ाज़ीपुर विलेज दिल्ली-96 का निवासी हूँ. मैंने वोडाफोन का पोस्टपेड सिम कार्ड 18 मार्च 2016 को ख़रीदा और बहुत दिक्कतों के बाद मेरा सिम कार्ड एक सप्ताह के बाद चालू किया गया. सिम चालू करने के २४ घंटे के अंदर ही मेरे सिम का आउट गोइंग बिना सुचना के बंद कर दिया गया है. आपके कंपनी के आईविआर नंबर 199 और [protected] पर पिछले दो दिनों से कोई कस्टमर केयर का प्रतिनिधि बात भी नहीं कर रहा है.

    कृपया यह बताने का कष्ट करें की मेरा नंबर [protected] का आउटगोइंग कॉल क्यों बंद किया गया है. मैं आपके सर्विस से बहुत दुखी हूँ मेरा आउटगोइंग नंबर वोडाफोन का अकारण बंद करने से बहुत नुक्सान हुआ है. इसका उचित उत्तर देने का कष्ट करे.

      I want to add a complaint for Vodafone costumer care officer. I call to care my service of dedicated to money. My prepaid account dedicated some money again to again. Than I call to customer care & told my complaint. But officer not sold my problem. He say bad language to talking me . ( he say bad language my mother & sister ) his name told to me - suraj .
      I want to be right action this person otherwise I going to court.

        I was using vodafone prepaid connection from past three years. I never wanted to switch from prepaid to postpaid connection but unfortunately i lost my smart phone so i wanted to get the same mobile number. I visited the local vodafone store vashi, navi mumbai and i demanded for prepaid connection but they refused to give me prepaid and offered me postpaid connection because i was claiming the mobile number just after 5 days when my phone was stolen. I insisted one girl from vodafone store vashi to give me prepaid connection but she refused and told me that i can switch form postpaid to prepaid just after three month so i agreed upon it. They said that one offer is going one where you will get rs.100 off on postpaid connection. I took a minimum plan of rs.199 (Without internet and sms services) with rs.100 discount so i thought i will be charged on rs.99 per month with 200 local minutes. I told them i frequently travel to maharashtra circle (Roha, raigad) but never told me that i will be charged roaming charges. I was there in mumbai for first 15 days and i got first bill of rs.100.2 (Dec 2015) and i was very happy with the services. I visited my native place after 15 days. I was out of mumbai for 7 days out of 30 days (Jan 2016) and i got a monthly bill for the month of jan 2016 as rs.449 with internet charges rs.150, roaming charges rs.39.2 and monthly rental as rs.299 (My last month’ rental was rs.199) i was told that i will get rs.199 plan with rs.100 discount for first three months and i can switch from postpaid to prepaid but just before 3 months they cheated me. I called up vodafone call center but didn’t take serious connection but they forwarded my complaint to concerned person but it didn’t resolve my queries. I think something is wrong with their customer services. I talked to my friend regarding this issue but all friends told me that vodafone is big cheater in a telecom industry. I am going file a complaint against them in consumer forum and trai.

        I again got a bill for the month of feb 2016 and billing amount was rs.425.48 and i never used 1 minute of call or sms and internet but still they billed me rs.425.48. I was shocked and i came to know that vodafone is a bloody cheated me. I when i got postpaid connection i told them i don’t internet connection as i was using idea 3g internet but still they charged me for 500mb internet services from jan 2016. I am very disappointed by their bull services. I am using idea postpaid connection but i never charged extra from them. They charge you less if you don’t consume your monthly calling and sms.

        I will never recommend vodafone postpaid connection as they are cheating us. Now, i am thinking that they must be cheating lacs of people across india.

          I have already tried to contact you over email ( interaction number[protected] and[protected] and have send you relevant details (corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) to adjust my refund amount in the outstanding balance to close my full and final payment.
          But unfortunately you don't seem to be interested in providing my refund amount (which is actually very small amount and my outstanding is also very petty amount)

          I have already provided you email from Vodafone which clearly mentions that Vodafone has collected Advance rental of one month for both of my numbers but now you are denying the same to refund when I have moved to another operator and now vodafone is forcing me that if I don't pay my balance amount (which I have already mentioned that I am willing to pay write away provided you deduct my refund amount) they will force to terminate my connection from new operator.

          If you are still standing by your statement that you don't owe me refund amount than please provide me documentary proof of my first bill for both my numbers. I have already sent you welcome email from Vodafone which was sent to me when my connection started which clearly mentions that a advance rental is collected in my 1st bill.

          I will not shy away from taking further legal route it you don't provide satisfactory solution to this or if I face connection disruption due to this issue.

          Please adopt ethical route and resolve this and I too assure you to adhere to the same.

            Hi,

            1 week back i have given port in request in to vodafone network... & yesterday after midnight my number has been disconnected in airtel and has been activated in vodafone...

            But i cannot able to get incoming calls to my mobile number


            If someone calls to my number it is saying...

            " the mobile number doesn't exist"

            And regarding to that issue i called customer care of vodafone and they said to select the network manually ...

            I have done the above and selected my network manually...


            But the problem has not been resolved...


            From morning onwards i have called the customer care people 10 times but no one is responding properly...

            So i am raising the complaint...

            Please try to resolve my complaint as soon as possible...


            Iam missing lot many important calls...

              I am mnp customer from idea to vodafone on 14th march 2016

                Hi team,
                Vodafone have incorrectly deducted balance from my account. Last night i had a balance of rs 15 and today morning balance became zero. This incident happens many times but i didn't bother, but today its extreme worst and could not call due to this. I spoke to customer service and they said i have used mobile data and due to this they have charged. I explained them as i have other no. And plan active on that also have wifi, why should i use mobile data here when i know its not active in this no. And i will be charging. They said morning 9.25 i have used data, the fact is i got up at 9.45. This is really a matter to think as how the company is cheating to customer making business/profits by taking their money. Now i have a big concern, so many customer are complaining regarding the balance deduction but still they following the same trend.

                Kindly look this matter and provide me a resolution.

                  Even am getting the call from this number ( #[protected]) this is the number which i got in the bill amount as i made a international call for 18 minutes but i havent made any international call.
                  I thought you are fooling me, but now i realize that am not the only person, you people are fooling each and every customers of vodafone .
                  You people are threatening me to pay the bills for fake calls which i never spoke and also getting a messages and phone calls that you have also raised a civil case on me.
                  What is this?

                  I have one more doubt how come most of them are getting the calls from the
                  Same region tunisia 216. Friends please think (The tunisia country code 216 will allow you to call tunisia from another country)

                  I saw the comment from darvesh as vodafone may involved in this spam call.
                  Am also asking the same question?
                  I have a doubt that the person from vodafone only calling us
                  Or vodafone is tied up with spam .

                  That too not any other network only vodafone customers are facing the problem.

                  Friends please dont believe vodafone .
                  They are trying to cheat us and get the money.
                  I will never suggest my friends to get vodafone .

                    I'm frustrated again. Why did they activated again a stupid service to me. I don't know whether people have sense or not. Are they eating food or what? How many times i have to write mail about service activation. Such a worst fraud 420 company is vodafone.Instead of activating these kind of services and stealing 99rupees they could beg along roadside. I'm taking action against vodafone. I lost my patience because this is the fourth time they started stealing. I dont want to be a customer in a fraud company. Bye to vodafone. Please i request you people to take action and i don't want postpaid connection anymore. I don't want vodafone till i die.
                    I couldn't express my anger more than this. Beggar company vodafone thu theri.

                      Today at 0:18 am i suddenly received a sms on my vodaphone number [protected] that [protected]@it service has been activated on your number and your a/c has been debited with 45rs...Now my point is i had not opted for any service and the same can be checked on my call and sms records...This is a common practice for prepaid customers wherein all of a sudden a service is activated and your a/c is debited and then your money keeps on getting debiting...This is not a matter off 45rs but i will pull you people under consumer forum for this and i know similar problem many off the prepaid customers are facing...Require a solution on my number within next 72 hrs otherwise i make life hell for vodaphone

                        Made a request in Vodafone to port my idea postpaid in Vodafone postpaid on 29th February 2016. Number got ported on 16th march 2016 but the same got barred on 21st march 2015. The reason for barre-ding my number is that the address given by me is under construction and the given statement is false as i use to live therein from 2 year and the said address is well constructed.

                        I went Vodafone store continuously 6 days for making request to re-verify the address and do physical verification again as they are making mistake regarding verification. Today itself there was a call from Vodafone for confirmation regarding the address and again they gave the same statement that the address is under construction.
                        Please help me regarding my number activation as all facilities on my number got barred including incoming call. This is the only number i am having and this number is registered everywhere and is important to me in daily use.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I am mohan kumar residing at #68, Hanuman Nilaya, Byatarayanapura, Bellary road, Sahakaranagar post, Bangalore-560092, Karnataka state.

                            Had raised the complaint in Vodafone India mobile service customer care regarding the issue in the network from past 1 month. the complaint number[protected] on 14th of march 2016.

                            The complaint is still not rectified and I am facing lot of issue with the network due to which i am not able to reach any calls incoming as well as out going which has effected my personal life.

                            The service people are not giving me a call back and getting the feedback about the resolution of the problem. but they are closing the issue stating the problem is rectified. which is non justifiable

                            To get the signal i need to go to the second floor terrace and trace for the signal at multiple location.

                            Please suggest me in case of emergency how we can reach others and others reach us?????

                            Please understand the situation and the need to telecommunication in case of emergency and do the needful.

                                Vodafone disconnected my prepaid number [protected] without any prior information. When I called 198, they said a barring has been added due to non payment. What a joke, how a prepaid number can be blocked due to non payment????

                                I called 198 and [protected] several times still no resolution.

                                Had a word with Vodafone supervisor and he disconnected that call. Then I called again and got a number of Rajasthan nodal office but that number was not in service. I was also provided with an email but got failure delivery notice.

                                Now it' been 20 days and I am without services due to an error from Vodafone. I don't know what should I do as I don't not live in Rajasthan now. Worst telecome company in our country...their license should be cancelled. I

                                  I had this vodafone no ([protected])
                                  Due to overcharging & expensive plans i converted this postpaid to prepaid.
                                  I cleared all dues hence they gave me new sim & charge for topup.

                                  After 24 hrs i had to call for televerification.
                                  To 117 or 59059.
                                  But whenever i tried it says emergency calls only.
                                  Now visiting a vodafone gallery is a nightmare. Who wants to waste 3 hrs.
                                  I called customer care. They didnt helped.
                                  So i visited gallery. After wasting 2 hrs waiting they told me that no is deactivated.

                                  Wtf is this service ?

                                  I had decided to move all my other vodadone no to another service provider.

                                  Cant stay with such frauds :-(

                                    One night when i was sleeping a call comes on my phone about 3:52 am according to IST. and i receive the call but none was there and i cut off the call.After some days a sms received in my inbox that you are heavily charged for this call. when i complaint all about it to vodafone service centre and demand for calling detail and duration of call, there was nothing shown in detail and duration shown 0:0 as per vodafone service centre executive...kindly check and rectify the mistake...thanks

                                      My name is Jitendra Jain. I am using Vodafone number ([protected]) and on 12th March 2016 I came to know that my internet plan (2G unlimited plan of Rs 199) is being stopped without any information on 4th march 2016 and I have been charged Rs 1120.56 for internet (Till 12th march 2016).

                                      I am continuously requesting Vodafone customer care to correct this wrong bill but they are not even ready to log a complaint about the matter.

                                      I am continuously asking them (Vodafone Customer Care) to provide any SMS or call recording (If any) regarding any request from my side to stop the internet plan (2G unlimited plan of Rs 199) but no such SMS or call recording is provided to me yet.

                                        Hi, i am using airtel since last 3-4 years, there is network fluctuation in airtel so i have chosen Vodafone for porting. I have submitted all docs on sunday i.e 13th March 2016 and sim charges at vodafone gallery at bandra (w) gurudev bldg.

                                        Till date i haven't receive any confirmation from vodafone. since i am out of town for official work i have not gone to vodafone store. contacted Customer care no one resolved my issue.
