My name is swati sharma and i have been using vodafone number for mode than a year now. With extreme disappointment i have to write all this, which is actually going to take good 15 20 mins of your busy schedule.
I started my number ******3727 in jan2015 in mumbai as a corporate sim. Everything went well until july 2015 when i moved to jaipur and put a porting request in aug with the vodafone store at gaurav tower, malviya nagar jaipur. They asked me to clear the outstanding for the month of august before proting the number which a justified procedure and i happily did as i was getting to continue my number. Moreover keeping in mind that my porting will take 3 4 days i put some extra money.
And hence the problem started:
1) i chose plan of 699 with some red plan running under which i was eligible for 200rs.Discount every month so that mean 499+.
2) for september everythin was fine, i got a bill of ~ 275 and i deposited 300 (Extra).
3) for october i get a bill where my monthly rental is 899, i go to vodafone store and tell them that this is wrong rental. I chose 699 with 200 discount mean 499
Reply: mam it seems you are weak at mathematics coz plan is 899, with 200 discount it becomes 699, moreover we do not have any 699 plan running and i had to return back home all confused
4) after 4 5 days i visit again as i was sure of what i chose and i came across the lady who sold me the plan, and she in a very authoritative tone tells me we can check it for you if you want coz it is 899 what you chose and then she opens this screen, my account and bingo i can see my signature on 699. So ideally i shud have put a legal notice on her face for wrong rental, misbehaviour and public insult. But i told her to change that for me and make the necessary refund, which didn't happen even in nov cycle
5) now vodafone after all this still had courage to send me a collective bill on oct+ nov with again wrong rental of 899 and a late fee charge+ an additional internet pack which i never asked for making it all close to 2500 for me, so with no option left i again go to vodafone office, again meet the manager, explain him all the things and tell him to process a refund which he said i will get in dec cycle.
6) dec on 18th dec wen i am in hyderabad travelling for work, i get a call from vodafone telling me that their is a bill of ~ 800 pending from mumbai circle, and they fail to explain me that if my bill was pending how did my porting proceed and even if that happened they didn't realise it for 3 months ( sept+ oct+ nov). Thereafter i return to jaipur and go and waste my christmas in vodafone office seeking an explanation where they said i will get the bill on email, which didn't come thru till date because there has to be a bill to produce. I know i cleared it all before porting. So thank you so much for screwing my christmas.
7) so i pay 800 more to vodafone and to my surprise again i get my dec bill for 899, i go to vodafone on new years eve again, meet the new manager(Gaurav sharma) explain him everything from scratchand get a promise that you will get all the details on mail before your due date which was 6th of jan 2016, which again did not happen so 7th of jan i again go have a long argument and then i tell them that i have been paying so much and i wont pay this bill unless everything is sorted in answer to which the minute i walked out of store my services were terminated. Thank you again, new year bonanza.
8) january again the bill that came through was 899, so i fail to understand that is it my maths that is weak of the hiring of vodafone. So i again take a half dat from office so to vodafone and the welcoming statement from your lady executive "ma"am are you here to fight again" !!! Wow
You charge me worng for 5 months and i who should have dragged you to court by now is still walking up and tryin to sort it is "fighting" this is your customer service.
9) then finally she and your manager had the edacity to tell me that "you neva put up request to change your rental"... Seriously!!! In the first place you picked wrong in your system and then after 5 months you tell me that i need to put an application for the mistake that you have made.
10) now i move to delhi in march and my company unfortunately is using vodafore i need to port and stay with you so i put a porting request, i put request on 8th march and 14th my request i cancelled saying that feb bill from jaipur(Which is like all the last 6 months bills a wrong one) is pending. I clear the bill, put up request again and get a message sayin it will be ported by 19th, but on 19th i get another message saying it has been put today and now porting will complete on 23rd, which didn't happen on 23rd until i call at midnight and get it done.
11) oh also in between i called you cce (Ram/ deepak/ sanju) i spoke i narrated this entire story to ram, he tells me he can nt transfer my call to his tl/ manager(Which is like another level lie that you must be telling) so he is raising a ticket and i will get a call next day in between 9-10 in morning and guess what it was not a surprise that i didn't get any call and then i finally before i enter my meeting called vodafone and learnt that there was no issue raised (Worth a clap).
So i guess can vodafone help me with this 6 months of torture and inconvenience caused( in your cce language)

# for getting insulted by your store people
# for still continuing with your services
