Hi,

This is Mahaboob Ali J from Madurai.

I have applied cancellation on my Vodafone Data Card service on Last October 22.10.2015 at Madurai Simmakkal Store.
To cancel the service, store person requested me to fill a form and they have asked my ID proof and I have provided my copy of Driving License.
Everything is done and they returned my data card without the sim to use that in future.

Even then, I am receiving so many calls from Vodafone customer care to make the pending payment. I have said this to many person and I even sent a email to one of the person but still I am receiving calls every month (minimum 5 calls per month) till now.
It is really frustrating for me and I would like to log a complaint on their worst Service. Please do the needful.

    I contacted vodafone to port out my 2 billing numbers on 16/03/16 but they offered me a 499 plan for 399 with free internet for lifetime for both my numbers so i decided to stay back. But even after 4 days the plan is not active on any of my number n i'm getting charged at standard rates. What should i do now. These guys are liars n dont belive in customer satisfaction. Thats why i calld them again today but they said will call back but here i m waiting and now has called me yet and no one is ready to help. I have 3 billing numbers and now im planning to leave Vodafone for ever, i will also ask all my family and friends to do move out of Vodafone.

      I am using Plan 199 for Mobile No [protected] & 95228876 from Jabalpur M.P. Centre. I was told that there is no charges if call is made from[protected] Used at Jabalpur)to[protected]used at Pune).In the first month roaming charges of Rs75/- was added in [protected] which was reduced under protest.In the second month again Rs 75/- was added but they have requested us to bear it at onceso we paid it.In 3rd month i.e Feb 2016 Bills was resonable so we paid it .All the Bills were paid before due date.We have left for Pune on 20.02.16 we were taling most of the call between these two numbers & few calls on another numbers also being post paid one. All of a sudden on 05.03.we received message stating that your credit Limit is Rs 900/_ and your usages are Rs 811/-App Pl pay to enjoy uninterrupted services.Call 199 on calling we are informed that call details cannot be provided as bill be generated on 10.03.2016.We have informed that we are at pune and there is no internet service at home and your Vodafone office is not visible at Hinjewadi megaplis Phase 3. to pay your amount.We have stopped using your services. Except one received call on 08.03and 2 dailied no on 10.03. On 12.03 we received that your usages is Rs 1202/- .I
      my daughter came from pune on 10.02.2016 and we came with her to pune on 20.02.2016 so during this month usage between these number were minimal how Bill has gone up from normal of Rs400/- plus to Rs1202/-
      I have raised complaint to there M.P. CG office but No response so far.
      As I was told there is no incoming charges on post paid mobile.
      Pl look into the matter otherwise we have to go to consumer forum.

          Vodafone tower is established in my residential area, and there is hospital's building in the base off Vodafone mobile tower, we are doing so many complains to officer BARAT in ahmedabad in gujarat, My family members and neighbours and also patients of hospital have a so many problems with it, please give me acceptable approach from you

            I have never seen a dishonest and in ethical organisation like vodafone,
            I have used vodafone for 7 years, mobile no [protected] and vodafone is treating me in ethically and doing cheating with me.

            We had given termination request no[protected], for vodafone no submitted on 6th feb 2016 at ansal plaza service center of vodafone, (Service request[protected],

            It is good that i have finally disconnected my connection with vodafone for which i will never apply in my lifetime ever again for its dishonest billing and poor services.

            - vodafone deliberately delayed my disconnection request giving me various offers which i kept on denying, and so my disconnection was not executed on 6th february (Despite clearly telling vodafone that i will not accept any charges for 7th february on my account..And will treat vodafone in ethical on not disconnecting the phone on 6th february after my request.)

            - my extra payment of 190/- rupees is till date not refunded by vodafone.

              4 days ago i have taken a postpaid corporate sim card of your co. For sbi siliguri rbo ii but till date the sim card not activated .I am really sorry to say that i was much satisfied with my airtel number but your representatives false promises diverted me to change my no.Now i want to surrender your co sim if not activated today . I reapeat today.

                I have given my wife mobile number ([protected]) to convert from prepaid to postpaid and given 500 deposit amount. Even after 20 days, my number not converted in postpaid nor i received my deposit refund. I call your executive so many times but they dont want to talk and taling very rudely and now they dont even picking up the phone. Person who involve in this transaction but they not even care to pickup call. Very much shocking activity from vodafone company. Person who involved from vodafone side his number is [protected].                     Today[protected], i was browsing in my smartphone around (11am) after few min i got a message to my inbox stated "Vodafone TV all channel pack has been activated and GAMES CLUB pack has been activated and SILK pack has been activated" when i checked my balance it was in Rs.- 64.51(nearly Rs.200 is detected). I called the customer care executive at 11.30, she told me that i have activated them, i replied that i dint active anything for that she replied that i have clicked the advertisement which will download the app automatically without asking my permission and she told its a 3rd party app not a vodafone product( those app are not present in my mobile nor its in play store history). I asked for refund she said she ill deactivate it and refund my money, after few minute the pack was deactivated but money was not refunded. Later at 17:46 i again called the customer care executive she too said she ill refund but i dint get my money back.

                    When browsing in my mobile advertisement and pop- up ads are opening and they are linked to some app or products which are detecting money from my mobile balance without asking my permission. Vodafone is not keeping my money secure. i need security for my mobile balance and refund of the losses incurred to me .

                      Me and my family members use 3 postpaid sim cards of Vodafone operator.They are issuing us bill twice in 1 month.For this when I called them, they are saying activation month is May 2015 which is impossible.Because we have issued in August 2015. I tried to resolve this issue by calling and mailing several times but nothing happened.And now when I have paid the bill they are telling me you have to pay more.
                      Please help.

                          I have submittd request for new sim on[protected] with Ashapura Sales, Bhuj and they promised sim will be activated by[protected]. On Enquring MR. Amit at Asahapura Sales (Associate of CSA Vodafone )told that your document is incomplete ( for which i was not informed earlier). I have submitted document on[protected] and they again assured that sim will be activated by[protected] morning. On[protected] after noon I again inquired the same and the person at Ashapura Sales (Mr. Amit) yelled on me said "ki aap toh piche hi pad gaye aisa h toh apne document le jaiye", which i never expected from one of Vodafone CSA's. Worst Experience with VODafone i have been facing.

                            I got the exact same thing on my bill ! I have been charged 960 for calls I din't even make to 51717 with duration of 90 mins. I was shocked and first mailed. When I googled this number many people with same problem have posted !for my number [protected]
                            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care.
                            If they don't solve the problem then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.
                            The link is http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx .
                            Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
                            It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
                            I was able to get a refund from Vodafone following this approach.
                            And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.

                              My main account has been charged with 58 rs and some paise unethically.
                              I use your internet service every month and every month I receive intimation before my internet pack is about to expire, but this month I did not receive any message, I closed my internet today morning at around 3-4 Am till then I did not receive any message that my pack is exhausted. I switched on my internet, did use much and around 11:18 AM I received message that I have been charged 58Rs from my main balance.
                              This is unethical, because if I would have received prior intimidation I would have recharged my internet pack.
                              I called you complaint # 198 and spoke with Divya even she agreed that I had some KBs left but later on she denied and said that I have been charged and she cannot do any thing.
                              I have the call recording on my phone and I will produce it to Consumer court.
                              I have the reference number from Divya from Vodafone - [protected]

                              I need the Apology from Vodafone for such unethical business and such fraudulent charges.
                              And I need the refund.

                                  Around a year or so ago, my dad used to get excellent network in the same place i live in right now. That's the reason i chose vodafone for my own phone.
                                  However, these days the internet just fails to connect for hours at a time. It's annoying as poop. No matter if it's 3g or 2g, both have pathetic speeds during such periods.
                                  So i called their "customer care service" to complain about it and the employee refused to resolve my problem because i told him what i do is none of his business when he started asking me personal questions which had nothing to do with the network problem. His tiny dick happened to have a ginormous ego which i refused to stroke, which for him, was reason enough to refuse a customer's complaint.
                                  Unfortunately, i forgot to note the name of the chutiya.
                                  I am so done i'm changing and getting idea or airtel or whatever the .
                                  Good luck with your perverted employees and your garbage bin of a company.

                                    I ported this mo [protected] from Airtel to vodafone on[protected] for fast 3g connection. But i am soooo disappointet from vodafone network as such now net connection is worst & also facing dificulty during call.
                                    I lodged complainet on 7 march but there is no improvment in network.
                                    I am feeling cheated by switching to your network & waiting for completion of 3month so i can switch to airtel again.
                                    The network of net & talk was many many time better from your network.
                                    Kindly resolve the issue earliest.

                                      I have purchased the vodafone sim on 15th of march this month. The sim was to be activated within 24 hours. The sim was activated on thursday and i have to get a balance of rs 46/- and data 150 mb which was valid for 14 days. When the sim was activated, i got the balance of rs 46/- but there is no any update regarding data pack of 150 mb. Whan i called the customer care support of vodafone, they assured that the data pack will be available within 4 hours. I waited and again called the very next day but thay again told the same thing. I waited again but still there is no any update. Even i called the third time and they said the same thing. Plese take this issue of negligence from their end seriously and make sure that this didn't happen again. I am tired of this negligence.

                                        Its been almost a month i'm been receiving 400 to 500 mobile broadcast messages from Vodafone Services.
                                        Many times complaints has been launched to Customer Care and till now there is no reverts on the same.

                                        Its very Irritating that without any reason messages are been popped on the screen at any given time be it midnight... or be it early morning.

                                        I want to raise complaint against vodafone services and get this matter sorted out, so that i get rid of this service and get some kind of claim on the complaint for mental torture.
