I've been using vodafone since past 3 years and i'm facing issue of network drops(3G&2G) and call disconnects. I've complained it by calling by calling to customer hub, by written mail, by posting @vodafone facebook official page. Though i get a reply from them after seeing my post or call. They will say that they will call-back in few days, But i'm not getting any call-back. Whatever discussion might happen, My issue is not resolved.
But at one of the interaction of them customer care executives, they have said that this is maximum network they can provide. As per TRAI new law they should pay back me call-drops, network disconnects and should resolve the issue. One funny thing is that they were not able to provide good network in one of the prominent area in Hyderbad (i.e., Hitech City)
One trick they were using is to escape is that executives calling from mobile numbers, I'm not sure if they were official business dial-in's or they just trying to escape from recordings.

The very last call i received from them was today from a mobile number (+91-[protected]) and executive disconnected call when i said i'm recording the conversation.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
