Hi,
Me and my family members use 3 postpaid sim cards of Vodafone operator.They are issuing us bill twice in 1 month.For this when I called them, they are saying activation month is May 2015 which is impossible.Because we have issued in August 2015. I tried to resolve this issue by calling and mailing several times but nothing happened.And now when I have paid the bill they are telling me you have to pay more.
Please help.

      Sir,
      I have submittd request for new sim on[protected] with Ashapura Sales, Bhuj and they promised sim will be activated by[protected]. On Enquring MR. Amit at Asahapura Sales (Associate of CSA Vodafone )told that your document is incomplete ( for which i was not informed earlier). I have submitted document on[protected] and they again assured that sim will be activated by[protected] morning. On[protected] after noon I again inquired the same and the person at Ashapura Sales (Mr. Amit) yelled on me said "ki aap toh piche hi pad gaye aisa h toh apne document le jaiye", which i never expected from one of Vodafone CSA's. Worst Experience with VODafone i have been facing.

        I got the exact same thing on my bill ! I have been charged 960 for calls I din't even make to 51717 with duration of 90 mins. I was shocked and first mailed. When I googled this number many people with same problem have posted !for my number [protected]
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care.
        If they don't solve the problem then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.
        The link is http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx .
        Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
        It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
        I was able to get a refund from Vodafone following this approach.
        And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.

          My main account has been charged with 58 rs and some paise unethically.
          I use your internet service every month and every month I receive intimation before my internet pack is about to expire, but this month I did not receive any message, I closed my internet today morning at around 3-4 Am till then I did not receive any message that my pack is exhausted. I switched on my internet, did use much and around 11:18 AM I received message that I have been charged 58Rs from my main balance.
          This is unethical, because if I would have received prior intimidation I would have recharged my internet pack.
          I called you complaint # 198 and spoke with Divya even she agreed that I had some KBs left but later on she denied and said that I have been charged and she cannot do any thing.
          I have the call recording on my phone and I will produce it to Consumer court.
          I have the reference number from Divya from Vodafone - [protected]

          I need the Apology from Vodafone for such unethical business and such fraudulent charges.
          And I need the refund.

            I am in use for postpaid no [protected] this plan active on rs.350 roming free plan, there generate bill than I m in shock b, coz not active for roming free plan and only roming charges very high. I m very angry there services is not good customer service i m not satisfy . than i will convert my no postpaid to prepaid.

              Around a year or so ago, my dad used to get excellent network in the same place i live in right now. That's the reason i chose vodafone for my own phone.
              However, these days the internet just fails to connect for hours at a time. It's annoying as poop. No matter if it's 3g or 2g, both have pathetic speeds during such periods.
              So i called their "customer care service" to complain about it and the employee refused to resolve my problem because i told him what i do is none of his business when he started asking me personal questions which had nothing to do with the network problem. His tiny dick happened to have a ginormous ego which i refused to stroke, which for him, was reason enough to refuse a customer's complaint.
              Unfortunately, i forgot to note the name of the chutiya.
              I am so done i'm changing and getting idea or airtel or whatever the .
              Good luck with your perverted employees and your garbage bin of a company.

                I ported this mo [protected] from Airtel to vodafone on[protected] for fast 3g connection. But i am soooo disappointet from vodafone network as such now net connection is worst & also facing dificulty during call.
                I lodged complainet on 7 march but there is no improvment in network.
                I am feeling cheated by switching to your network & waiting for completion of 3month so i can switch to airtel again.
                The network of net & talk was many many time better from your network.
                Kindly resolve the issue earliest.

                  I have purchased the vodafone sim on 15th of march this month. The sim was to be activated within 24 hours. The sim was activated on thursday and i have to get a balance of rs 46/- and data 150 mb which was valid for 14 days. When the sim was activated, i got the balance of rs 46/- but there is no any update regarding data pack of 150 mb. Whan i called the customer care support of vodafone, they assured that the data pack will be available within 4 hours. I waited and again called the very next day but thay again told the same thing. I waited again but still there is no any update. Even i called the third time and they said the same thing. Plese take this issue of negligence from their end seriously and make sure that this didn't happen again. I am tired of this negligence.

                    Its been almost a month i'm been receiving 400 to 500 mobile broadcast messages from Vodafone Services.
                    Many times complaints has been launched to Customer Care and till now there is no reverts on the same.

                    Its very Irritating that without any reason messages are been popped on the screen at any given time be it midnight... or be it early morning.

                    I want to raise complaint against vodafone services and get this matter sorted out, so that i get rid of this service and get some kind of claim on the complaint for mental torture.

                      Hi,

                      I have recently Purchased a new Vodafone Sim at ( SRI BALAJI Communications OU colony Shaikpet Hyberabad Telangana ) and the mobile number is [protected] ON 15th march 2016 At the Cost RS 100 but till now my sim is not activated daily i am visiting the store and requesting for the sim activation but i have no response from them and also they dont have micro sim available for prepaid . when i have asked for a micro sim they told me later i have to pay 20 then replace sim to micro

                      i do not understand why they are taking this much time for activation even i have no response from mini stores ( sri balaji communications )

                      The worst customer service experience ever i had .

                        Today I have Call to Vodafone Call Center and Request to resolve my Problem Regarding Internet Connection Problem at my Numbger [protected].

                        In call Center executive replay that there is no Problem from our side, then i request her to forward my call to superior but she had denied for same.

                        I want to resolve my complain as soon as possible otherwise i will file complain against company in Consumer Forum for Cheating and Froude with customer by non providing service as Committed...

                          Today in early morning I had an phone call from Vodafone and he asked "sir do you wanna port this number into vodafone" and I was shocked at that time cause I'm using Vodafone and then I asked him that "whom you wanna speak and where you get this number" and then start shouting at me and consistently abusing I'm completely disappointed from this I have that number . First I have received the call from this number [protected] and then he called me from his phone personal phone [protected] I really want the legal action on this please!

                            Today i have receive one sms that 'follo' pack is now activated in my number and this service is valid till[protected]. Also mentioned that a 5 days rental of rs.25 has been deducted.

                            My first question is how you can receive a request which i have not done?
                            What is this 'follo' pack and why this is activated and deducted my money without my permission?
                            Who are you to deduct such sudden money from my account?

                            Even full dnd done in my number. Then also last month you have deducted rs.90 for caller tune without my permission. Once again you have provided free caller tune in this number.

                            Who gave you the permission for activating sudded caller tune in my account or sudden deduction of my money without my permission???

                            I want my money back.

                            Let me know on urgent besis. Otherwise i have to leave this connection.

                              I have not yet got refund of security deposit of Rs. 500/- for post paid mobile number [protected] in the name of Kiran Kumar G Vyas. It has been over 3-4 months since I have migrated from post paid to prepaid service. I have also wrote sever emails & called customer care as a reminder to refund my security deposit.
                              I am a senior citizen aged 70 yrs. I cannot run around them and also not in a position to visit their store to complain. Now I am fed up of this as I have not got any response from them.
                              I would urge your goodself to help me in getting refund back. I am enclosing a screenshot of number of mails sent to Vodafone for your reference.

I have no contact out side of india and no any other international connection so why should i called any international call. you charge 50 minutes duration. now please tell me if i have no contact out of india so how can i call ISD and international call. now please check my all details and solve my problem as soon as possible. because i will not pay this bill.many times i call your customer care and submit my complaint but no salutations my compliant.

                                        I've been using vodafone since past 3 years and i'm facing issue of network drops(3G&2G) and call disconnects. I've complained it by calling by calling to customer hub, by written mail, by posting @vodafone facebook official page. Though i get a reply from them after seeing my post or call. They will say that they will call-back in few days, But i'm not getting any call-back. Whatever discussion might happen, My issue is not resolved.

                                        But at one of the interaction of them customer care executives, they have said that this is maximum network they can provide. As per TRAI new law they should pay back me call-drops, network disconnects and should resolve the issue. One funny thing is that they were not able to provide good network in one of the prominent area in Hyderbad (i.e., Hitech City)

                                        One trick they were using is to escape is that executives calling from mobile numbers, I'm not sure if they were official business dial-in's or they just trying to escape from recordings.

                                        The very last call i received from them was today from a mobile number (+91-[protected]) and executive disconnected call when i said i'm recording the conversation.
