Yesterday(14/03/16) At about 1.09 pm a request was taken and the request no was[protected].In the reply email I came to know that my plan will be changed to E_Connect 3G 299 with the bill discount Rs.100. Today(15/03/16) my plan has been changed, but where is this discount ? Please attached this discount with my number ?I didn't want to change my plan without this discount .

    The number calls and asks for ATM information. When you ask to provide his company details, he keeps asking for ATM details. When you say you will file a police complaint, he will start abusing . Kindly track this number and take necessary actions. I have the phone recording too if its required

      I have owned two Vodafone corporate no#s and firstly every month I have to call customer care to get my monthly bill and fake charges is always been found in the bill.
      Every month I have to call customer care to get my bill on email Id. When I complain about fake charges my bill the my call was placed on hold for 1undefined time and finally gets disconnected at a sudden. ITS TOO Frustrating and disgusting.

          Firstly they wrongly cancelled 2 of my numbers. Then they offered much resistance in reinstating the pending balance & data to my newly issued number. A week on, without any usage, all my data has vanished. What's worse, even all balance has been deducted! Why this torture?

                According to the advertisement given in dc classifieds we made an agreement with vodafone india (Shriram communication pvt.Ltd) on 19/11/2015 (Regn no.740/993)for installation of signal towers. According to the agreement we made registration fee payment of rs.1750/- on 19/11/2015 and tax amount of rs.18900/- on 21/11/2015. We made the above two payments by card to card transfer to the card no.[protected] account holders name-krishna kumar acc. No. [protected] sbi bank ifsc code- sbin0000705 branch- rewadi. As these people are asking more money we cancelled our agreement on 06/12/2015. According to the agreement if we cancel our registration we will be refunded back the amount within 45 days from the date of agreement, but till now we didnot get our money.

                  Dear sir,
                  My complaint is that i have very poor network coverage, no incomings calls and even i cant make any outgoing calls so you can imagine how am i living all these 4 months without internet and calls at my home. In case i have some personal exigency i cant call anyone and cannot do work from home in any emergency.
                  I am facing this problem since dec. 2015, and have been escalating to customer care and every time i get a new date in jan, feb, march and now you are saying 30th april 2016 which is really not acceptable at all. According to vodafone customer care, they cannot provide any workaround or solution and i have to wait for another one and half month for this new cell.
                  I also contacted nodal office (Interaction number[protected]but no positive results.
                  This is very weird situation that you are not able to provide the quality of service to the customer what they entitle for. I have been using this operator for more than 8 years but now services have deteriorated significantly.
                  I am quoting here what customer care has mentioned
                  "we sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
                  We would like to inform you that in reference to your e-mail dated 03/03/2016, we tried to contact you, however, your mobile number was not contactable.
                  With reference to your feedback for weak coverage, we would like to inform you that we have checked the concern at j1/222 kalkaji dda flats, kalkaji 110019 and have identified weak coverage at the mentioned location.
                  Please note that we require a full-fledged cell site at the affected location to enhance the coverage strength.
                  We will also communicate the resolution on the same by 20/04/2016.
                  We would appreciate your patience and cooperation during the interim period."
                  The solution you have provided looks like vodafone don't care for the customers and are okay to let them go. Let me know if you can do something before april or i am only left with the solution to wait till april and switch some other telecom operator.

                  Hoping that you can expedite this installation of cell and help me to come out from this problem at earliest.

                            I had requested customer care to get my International roaming data(internet) services activated in the month of October 2015 as I was travelling to Dubai.

                            They have done that from their End & also asked me to message some code along with the country name as soon as I reach Dubai to enjoy roaming services however as soon as i reached Dubai Airport I received a sms stating that my roaming data services are activated. After some time I received another message stating that due to security reasons my International data services are blocked. I then started using WIFI services during my entire stay in Dubai.

                            At the time of returning back to India, I received messages from Vodafone informing me about my due Bill amount. Due to this Outstanding bill Vodafone had Barred my services.

                            I have been to Vodafone store at Netaji Subhash Place(Delhi) & had a word with a Customer Care executive regarding the same as the bill was unreasonable. I asked them to please explain the bill to me as I have not even used the services then why should i make the payment for the same. They said that they will look into the matter & give me a call back with the solution. I waited for the call however received no response.

                            After a month or so I again went to Netaji Subhash Place(Delhi) store to check the status. That time they asked me to make some payment against the bill raised then only they will be able to resume the services however I asked them that on what basis I should make the payment. After some time I had received a call from BALA (FEMALE) from Vodafone asking me to make a payment of 10, 000 Rs to get my number activated & remaining amount will be waived off. She had sent a executive (Deepak Budjujar) to my place to get that amount picked up on 1st Feb 2016 ( Receipt attached for your reference). After 2 hours of this transaction they had resumed my Incoming services however Outgoing were still barred.

                            I again went to Vodafone Store (Noida Sector-18) they said as the waive off amount is huge this will take at-least 7-10 days more. It's already been 1.5 months now & I'm still waiting for my services to get activated.

                            Request to look into the matter & take necessary actions on the same.

                              Sir,
                              . I was informed by vodafone chat agents about a special tariff offer of Ra's 32 with Vodafone 2 Vodafone calls at 10p/min for 28 days on 12 March 2016 and I did the recharge on the same day! I was not told that I have to recharge with Ra's 7 to extend the validity. So I denied to do the additional recharge initially but when I went to the shop to do this Ra's 7 recharge they told me that the amount was not applicable to my number. My tariff plan got expired today on 13 March 2016. I had deactivated my FnF number for this facility. Now I am in a loss of 47 ruppees ( 32 + 15 ). Please find a solution to this.Initially when I addressed the problem to the customer care agents that promised to me help me but when my plan got expired they told me that they can't do anything. Even the Vodafone Customer Care Number cannot be contacted. I want compensation by making them refund me and make the offer valid for a month. I want you to look into the matter seriously .You can examine the chat I had with their agents. Please find a solution to my problem. I hope you would help me get a compensation for whatever I have faced. I lost my money for nothing. I expect a speedy action from your side.

                              They gave me back the offer with same validity and refunded me Rs 15 which I had spent for FnF activaton due to expiry of the validyt of the fake offer given to me.

                                Hello,

                                Its regarding the my postpaid Vodafone number for which I got 2 bill in a gap of 7 days, That too with full months rental amount. Literally I am frustrated with Vodafone services. Horrible network in Mayur Vihar - I and now false postpaid bills. Don't know how to deal with these peoples. Tried calling customer care almost 10 times but my call was disconnected with one or more reasons. They kept me on hold for more than 10 - 10 mins.

                                They are stating they couldn't able to trace issue or information. Every time I called, My call was placed on hold for 15-20 mins and gets disconnected at a sudden. ITS TOO FRUSTRATING ... CHEATERS !!! LIARS !!!
                                This is the way you people are stealing money from public.

                                  Hello, my prepaid Vodafone connection with no. [protected] got deactivated for no reason 48 hrs ago.

                                  I contacted their on-line support system. After verifying my identity they said that the sim card got deactivated as the sim was not in active use.

                                  The representative openly admitted that it was vodafone's fault that my connection was blocked

                                  I tried to convince them that the sim card was in active use by giving them the details regarding call made from the no. and everything. They said they are helpless and asked me to contact the local store.

                                  When I visited the store they informed that they can only reactivate the sim only on post paid scheme and they are charging me money for the activation and I will have pay monthly fixed rental even if I don't use the number.

                                  I request you to contact the concerned person and reactivate my sim card.

                                    Just to the service of vodafone. The worst company ever seen. They are charging extra amount even if after the recharge and i lost approx. 890/- from my vodafone number within 4 months. If money us their problem i'll give my bank account details, my pin number or what they ask to take the money from the account. I am thinking that burglary or theft will be much better way.

                                        I changed my plan from sep 149 n cug to e_connect 299 3g but i requested to you to keep intact my two bill discounts (Rs.50+15% 2g volume discount). I have been given rs.50 discount so why is another discount is withdrawn ?

                                        I clearly mentioned it on my email dated 27/10/15 and 28/10/15.
                                        Even on telephonic conversation to [protected] on 28/10/15 at 7.44 p.M i forbade him to activate the e_connect 3g plan without these bill discounts.

                                        Now my earnest request to you, please add 15% volume discount again with my plan which was active from 14-mar-2015. Please check subscription history for details .
