You are requested to forcefully deduction from my Vodafone mobile no [protected] balance when I want to know about the reason on Vodafone customer care they could not satisfy for the same and speak to me You have downloaded any application through net. such types actions by Vodafone occurred about 15 days back
also. That times they reversed my balance but this time they refused the same.

        My Vodafone Number: [protected]
        My Name: THIRUMAL.P
        On March 2, 2016, at 11.07am i was recharged with amount of Rs.127.
        Before the recharge i checked in *121# for any special offers,
        There i saw 1GB 3G data for Rs127, So I recharges with Rs127.
        After i got an sms regarding activation of data pack,
        There it shows Balance 400MB and the validity[protected],
        Why its happening?
        After i called to the customer care and explained about this issue they said
        "ok sir its happen due to technical issue, so am taking a complaints again this issue and you'll get the complaint registration number[protected]. and it takes 48 hrs to solve your problem.
        So i waited 48 hrs in between that time my data pack increased up to 725MB but validity still shows[protected], after i got one sms after i checked my Data Balance 1050MB,
        Again i got SMS my data balance leveled up to 1375MB and the validity[protected],
        Then Finally i got a sms after that i checked my DATA Balance 1700MB but same validity[protected].

        So many times i called to customer care no one given a proper response
        please Help to get that 28 days validity.

        What happening in Vodafone??
        before the recharge i checked in *121#, after getting problem your Call center executive saying there no offer such like that.

        Then why are you giving 1700MB???

        Am waiting for your Reply and the reason for this issue

              I have lost network and also much fluctuation in network at all places not only at one place. When mobile data on than also network will be make week. I keep auto GSM/WCDA mode otherwise this problem is continue. I don't know what is the problem so please help me.

                In my vodafone bill, some fake entries are came which has charged as d2c_verse_ipay_250 on 22/02/2016 at 10.07.56 and 10.11.32. I never browsed such website which has shown in bill. Also in detailed internet usage, only 5MB of internet i have consumed.

                So please look into it and return my money which has wrongly deducted in bill.

                  I just port my no in vodafone postpaid did all formalities and also my address verified . after 15 days now without any information my no closed . they are saying we sent the email to start but after 2 days still my no is closed . what rubbish is this. now body is responsible here.

                    My vodafone post paid connection is being suspended since 20 days even i have paid more than the bill amount. No relationship manage is communicating properly. When i have asked to connect the call to the circle head, he directly denied. Very poor customer interaction and the worst service. No hope of getting it rectified so i am lodging an complaint. I have sent scanned copy of the bill as well to their account dept., still no revert and no clarification on the issue.

                      Hi sir/mam,
                      With warm respect. Dear sir, i did mnp and choosen your postpaid network but your call center agent make me fool as when she called me and told about plan of 399 she said i will get 1 gb 4g and after that unlimited 2g and will get 600 local call and 600 national call and 300 l/n message but when my no. Got activated i downloded vodafone app for get brief knowladge of my current plan and then i found i got 1gb 3g post that 2g unlimited and there is only total 475 minuts for me local and national and only 176 message. Please help me.
                      My vodafone postpaid no. Is - [protected] screen shot of my activated plan has been attached please find.

                          I am a Vodafone post paid customer, who changed my prepaid number [protected] to postpaid 2 days back. I tried to convert my number to postpaid on last month and for 2 weeks, through a vodafone customer care agent in my office and i opted for a corporate plan of 375 rs, which i remember has 1GB 3G internet plan. For 2 weeks there was no response from your side, i called the customer care and they arranged some person for me and he came to my office on the same day. He collected all my details and i said him i need the same corporate plan

                          My number got activated in 2 days, thanks for that but the plan to which my number was changed was 149 rs plan and i am sure i didnt opt for it. On 8th of this month i got a call from customer care for confirming my plan, to which i said 375 Rs corporate plan and having "1GB 3G internet". The customer care executive who called me agreed.

                          Yesterday when my unbilled amount cross 590 Rs, and then only i came to know that the internet plan is not activated in my number. How can this be possible. I need an urgent solution for this. Currently my unbilled amount cross the limit and i cant call customer care.

                                I am facing serious issue in porting my number ([protected]) from Vodafone Chennai to Vodafone Telangana, Even after repeating complaint (complaint number:[protected], Nor Your customer Executive is helping in resolving the issue, day by day the frustration is mounting .

                                I had given for Porting on Feb 23rd, and paid my bills too, Porting request was lodged on the same day with number VT262685 .The Deadline to the porting soon changes at very nearing last moment, and this is the third time it happened today . i have already mailed to Customer manager with regards to the issue earlier, but failed to get response.

                                I being in roaming and i m been levied roaming charges heavily and i may not be able to accept it, when i have followed the process for porting and it is been failed without an appropriate reason every time .
                                Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Unethical termination of the my number [protected] is done as soon as i have complaint on my porting issue. Also MNP for my number with Vodafone telangana is not done . As the new SIM given by (SIM No:[protected]) vodafone telangana doesn't work at all . Due to which i am out of communication ever since today Morning . This is very condemnable and request for swift action to be taken.

                                    Im the vodafone user since last 4-5 years but today they cut 99 Rs from my main balance saying some fashion potal has be subcribe to you number on my request without my request. Im fedup with this type of services and i need my blance as soon as posible.

                                      I would like to complain the incident which is happening with me since last 3 bills of vodafone postpaid.
                                      i am using a corporate plan of rs 325 in which i get 1 gb free 3g data.once this data gets used i apply for a 2g pack of rs 199 (2 gb 2g data).
                                      since last 3 cycles my activated 2g plan gets deactivated due to soem technical issues from vodafone and i am charged for capping charges of rs 1000 in my vodafone bill.
                                      i ignored for the first time but now its repeated for the third time in a row.
                                      please help me with the same.
