I wish to highlight two very unproffesional approach and treatment i saw from my oldest servive provider.
I had gone to thailand from 5th March to 9th March.
During this period there might have been a slight data usage.
My international roaming is activated.

I had earlier however set the credit limit to Rs 5000. to avoid over usage
But now i get a message that my unbiled usage is over...

I have trying to change my callertune last 3 day via different method with meesage and call but they never change my callertune . i have call 4, 5 time to customer care of Vodafone but they never solve my problem .. Complaint id [protected]...

Today at 2:47am, rental of Rs 99 was deducted from my main balance. I was shocked because it was demanded by me and this is second time which happened to me.

I am Vodafone Network user with phone number [protected] from Chennai region. I have seen Vodafone activating services many times without prior information ....

Yesterday night, i was on a call and the moment i disconnected the call i recieve a message from vodafone stating that juiceup vas pack has been activated on your number and rs. 35 will be added to my bill amount . I never activated this, never recieved any sort of call for this . Nor am i interested in any vas services but they would activate the vas service just to eat up money.

It is sorry to inform that the vodafone network quality is very bad in area of Kapileshwar Road, Belgaum. Not only this particular area but it seems useless to use this company network. While speaking on call, in between the network falls from 4points to 1point and sometimes nil.
