I am a customer of vodafone prepaid communication. I had received the sms at 4:47AM on 13-march-2016 saying that i have subscribed to www.fashionbunny.com, which i didn't and received another sms on 4:53AM that 35 Rs has been deducted from my account. As i hadn't opted for this service i called the vodafone customer care to return my deducted balance but operator said that i had activated the service and he can not return my balance.
I didn't opt for this service and i want to be taken necessary action against company.
P.S.- The same problem had been faced by many customer as i found out in this webpage http://complaintwire.org/complaint/Zy76AWUsUQ0/vodafone

    Hello Sir

    I'm frustrated again. Why they have activated again a stupid service to me. I don't know whether those people have sense or not. How many times i have to write mail about service activation. Such a worst fraud 420 company is Vodafone. Instead of activating these kind of services and stealing 35 rupees they could beg along roadside. I lost my patience so please take action. Proofs are ready. I don't want to be a customer of a fraud company. Bye to Vodafone.

    I have received a call from Vodafone. As usual words like "Sorry sir for the inconvenience"about the automatic activation. They said that they will refund the amount when bill is generated but my question is why these people have to activate and deactivate, its better to remain silent. Feb 27, March 3 and now on March 13 the same problem has occurred. Is this the customer care followup? I'm bored of writing back to back mails that "Unless i write a mail to activate a service, don't activate" It means that people doesn't know English at all. If any customer is illiterate think of their situation, you people will steal Rs.35 every week. Let me decide it here itself because i have lost my interest and patience. Tell me clearly or mail or give me assurance that you can stop these idiotic system in future. If you Vodafone people cannot stop this, please let me know and do MNP.

    Note: Can't escape anywhere, since Proof is readily available with me!

      I had applied for a conversion from prepaid to postpaid on 13-Feb-2016 at the Vodafone store situated in Chembur (chembur naka). Mr. Sohail had done the conversion and the same was processed. Mistakenly from my end I had provided the old residential address and so submitted all my fresh documents at the Kharghar store, but the system of Vodafone couldn't detect the pin code of our new address due to which everyday my phone used to get de-activated. So the associate of Vodafone from Kharghar location suggested us to convert back to prepaid and so I applied again for the conversion from postpaid to prepaid on 01-March-2016 but the same is still not done. From that everyday my phone is getting de-activated at 4.00 p.m. and then every evening I am going to store and they say sorry and activate my postpaid card because the conversion was not yet done. After constant follow-ups finally got a message on 10th March, 2016 that conversion is under process and will be done in 2-3 hours but its 13-March-2016 but still it is not converted. I am tired of visiting the store and calling on their customer care number. Every time I have visited store I have been told that it will be activated in 2-3 hours but it is more than 3 days and still not activated. I was so frustrated and again I went to the store on 12-March-2016 but this time at Andheri Vodafone store and met Mr. Vadivel Yadav and he gave me 100% assurance that it will get activated in 2-3 hours but still not done. Please help me out and get it resolved at the earliest. I am a working person and since my simcard is not working for 3 days. Its very difficult for me. Please assist.

        I'm getting many calls from different numbers that they are asking mine debit card details..nowadays we cannot assure anyone about this matter..i'm asking vodafone to that recharge through internet

          I just recieved call from [protected], they are saying that to refund amount..they are asking debit card details..please assess me that what can i do further..i many times heard in news that misuse of debit cards..so i'm not ready to give debit card details..so mail me through registered email to avinash.[protected]@gmail.com

            Vodafone companies are not having good eo's in karnataka region..they are not ready to listen customers notice they blindly disconnect call..this shows how vodafone doesn't cares about customers, i know that they will not solve mine problem..i'm requesting everyone that do not buy vodafone sim.i will exit to another service provider

              From [protected] prepaid number deducted amount of rupees 54.00 for non-valid reason..first i spoked with customer executive sandeep from bangalore..he told me to go nearest vodafone store then he will refund the same amount refunded from account, i'm having voice record also, then vodafone did not give valid reasons and they will not lodge complaint.

                I'm Avinash.kannannanavar, age:22 from Ranebennur, karnataka, vodafone company deducted rupees 54.00 from [protected] prepaid number, i called about 3 times today to customer executives but they are not giving valid reasons, they are not having proper knowledge about their companies..i am requesting you to solve mine problem soon...

                  I have a postpaid account with vodafone from past 3 years, with excellent payment history. I have set up automated payment from my bank account on every bill cycle and before due date. But this time, in the middle of the month without any notice they stopped by my outgoing calls, which affected my business seriously. My concern is how they can stopped it such a way without any notification.

                    2 times Vodafone deducted my balance for unknown applications downloading but
                    I did not do the same and their c.care is not admitting their fault and blaming to
                    me for the same my request is they reversed my balance soon for force deduction
                    by them.

                      You are requested to forcefully deduction from my Vodafone mobile no [protected] balance when I want to know about the reason on Vodafone customer care they could not satisfy for the same and speak to me You have downloaded any application through net. such types actions by Vodafone occurred about 15 days back
                      also. That times they reversed my balance but this time they refused the same.

                            On March 2, 2016, at 11.07am i was recharged with amount of Rs.127.
                            Before the recharge i checked in *121# for any special offers,
                            There i saw 1GB 3G data for Rs127, So I recharges with Rs127.
                            After i got an sms regarding activation of data pack,
                            There it shows Balance 400MB and the validity[protected],
                            Why its happening?
                            After i called to the customer care and explained about this issue they said
                            "ok sir its happen due to technical issue, so am taking a complaints again this issue and you'll get the complaint registration number[protected]. and it takes 48 hrs to solve your problem.
                            So i waited 48 hrs in between that time my data pack increased up to 725MB but validity still shows[protected], after i got one sms after i checked my Data Balance 1050MB,
                            Again i got SMS my data balance leveled up to 1375MB and the validity[protected],
                            Then Finally i got a sms after that i checked my DATA Balance 1700MB but same validity[protected].

                            So many times i called to customer care no one given a proper response
                            please Help to get that 28 days validity.

                            What happening in Vodafone??
                            before the recharge i checked in *121#, after getting problem your Call center executive saying there no offer such like that.

                            Then why are you giving 1700MB???

                            Am waiting for your Reply and the reason for this issue

                                    In my vodafone bill, some fake entries are came which has charged as d2c_verse_ipay_250 on 22/02/2016 at 10.07.56 and 10.11.32. I never browsed such website which has shown in bill. Also in detailed internet usage, only 5MB of internet i have consumed.

                                    So please look into it and return my money which has wrongly deducted in bill.

                                      I just port my no in vodafone postpaid did all formalities and also my address verified . after 15 days now without any information my no closed . they are saying we sent the email to start but after 2 days still my no is closed . what rubbish is this. now body is responsible here.

                                        My vodafone post paid connection is being suspended since 20 days even i have paid more than the bill amount. No relationship manage is communicating properly. When i have asked to connect the call to the circle head, he directly denied. Very poor customer interaction and the worst service. No hope of getting it rectified so i am lodging an complaint.
