Hi,
On 2nd March, 2016, I recharged my Vodafone Number with Rs. 297/- for 1 GB 3G data. I received a SMS from Vodafone that my recharge was successful and my current balance is 1055 MB. On 11th March, 2016, I again received a SMS from Vodafone saying that I have reached my 50% limit of available data and my current balance is 323 MB. I checked my internet plan on My Vodafone App and it displayed Rs. 251/- 650 MB Data Plan. I contact customer care service of Vodafone on 11th March but the executive asked me to stay online as he was verifying my data but didn't took my call afterwards. I was holding the line for 25 mins but no reply came from that person. Again I called the customer service on 15th March and they said that the system is not refreshed, the executive also agreed that I have not done excess use of my data and around 450 MB of data was only used by me. She gave me a number *111*6*2# and asked me to check the balance there, but it displayed only 120 MB data left. Later I called the service center again but the person told that he can't do anything and I have to recharge again.
They didn't allotted me the 50% data and the pack which could have easily lasted for 28 days was consumed within 10 days and they are asking me to recharge again in order to use the internet.
Kindly help me in providing proper compensation against the 50% data that is not allotted to me.

    I Got a message on 13 March 2017..

    "100% extra benefit on 3G!! Recharge for 251 within 3 days and get 2GB 3G internet for 28 days. Extra benefit of 1GB will be credited in 4 hours."

    But i got only 500MB additional benefit for this recharge, What i do?

      I request you please provide call history of vodafone number user [protected] in UP (W) for the dates 28th june 2015 to 29th june 2015) on urgent basis on mail id- rachana.[protected]@gmail.com. Since user of this number has filed a false FIR 69/2015 in mahila thana baghpat on 1.7.2015 against my brother Dr. Arvind Tomar who is in meerut jail. Otherwise very soon you are going to receive a notice from the court.

        I am using no..[protected] Mumbai. month feb 2016 I change my plan 11 feb 2016...consumption of internate..from 7th feb to 11 feb below than 1 gb
        as per my plan 1 gb is including...from change plan (red plan)12 feb to 6 march ...500 mb is including...I use 490 mb..
        so all over from 7 feb to 6 march data use by me.1.44 gb as per my phone record...and talking with costumer care executive ...
        Q..WHY ADD 750 RS IN MY BILL FOR INTERNET USE...
        KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM...already talk costumer care but no1 satisfied ans...

          Hi Team,

          I used Vodafone SIM since Last 2 year and having no issue, but Last 2 week was totally headache and traumatic worst for me, don't know how to deal you,

          these guys just know some platter line to say and raise box filling ticket and no service/action/work commitment,

          a) Two week before i raised request for my SIM activation, so my SIM activated but no voice service,
          b) Raised balance update Ticket and till now not updated and my SIM got suspended, while i paid full dues,
          c) I asked for pay some amount if want to quick activate your SIM, i paid 550 Rs recharge but not able to call, don't know what happen but no signal are receiving to end terminal,
          d) 6 Days SLA ticket was raised for Signal not fetching issue,
          e) I requested for SIM Replacement so no need to wait for 6 days, but no SIM got delivered to me with in SLA,

          Where is my fault, I paid around 750 RS in advance and 300 Rs for 6 Month safe custody Charges but End result is My SIM is not working,

          Now finally i raised the ticket for my SIM cancellation request and hope at least customer care can do this timely,

          Here i wrote you not for due to i lost 1000 Rs approx. but due to i loose lot of time and bandwidth to talk to your customer care personnel,

          Kindly improve your services but after this incident i couldn't trust you anymore and not promise for good mouthing for vodafone sorry to say,

              Hi,

              Vodafone is cheating in postpaid Bills!!!
              Worst service miss communicate!!!
              Sending Overrated False Bills!!!

              My Vodafone postpaid No. is [protected] which has monthly plan rate 250 Rs as told by marketing executive at the time card selling. But received bill of Rs.1289.54 which is ridiculous.

                There has been substantial deduction of balance from my account twice in month of Feb’16 & Mar’16 on recharge of Rs 50.When i enquired at Vodafone care i was informed that there is no VAS Service activated in my number and the deduction is due to many number of calls dialed from my number at different times of the day.
                For instance on 13th march 2016 I recharged Rs 55 consisting of talk time Rs 50.From 13th march till today only few call for few mins has been made by me.But my balance today shows zero.When i further enquired at Vodafone care i was informed that calls were made from my number during 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on[protected].But it is very surprising that on[protected] my first call was made only on 18:37 pm.How could that be possible??
                Your are requested to immediately kindly look in this matter & refund me the deducted balance which has been deducted twice recharge of Rs 55 in the month of Feb'16 & Mar'16.

                    here samarjeet tripathi/[protected]/postpaid.as i already requsted to vodafone india earlier to disconnect my number-[protected] because i shifted allahabad uttar pradesh after paying all my due but no one response and attempting to defraud me.
                    as i already say, due to this not i financial frauded by vodafone but mentally too.
                    since last february even i not using my above said number, but they generated bill too mutch.
                    as i fully cinfident that please solve my problem as soon as possible.
                    even i like to rieve you that if vodafone india[postpaid], doing same activity again i strongly raised this issue in consumer court/even our highest court supreme court.to take the matter of PIL.

                      My Vodafone number is [protected], a week ago I received a call from the company that was for activation of hello tune and I cancelled the call but than also the company charged me 45 rupees for activation and rupees 15 for downloading of a caller tune that got activated.I have tried to call the customer care many times but my call is rejected by the computer voice telling to call back later. I can't call the customer care, I can't deactivate the tune so please help me give me refund and remove that caller tune.

                        Dear Team.

                        I am using Vodafone prepaid no. On Friday 11.03.2016. I have received a call from Vodafone (Ms Neelam - Contact no +91 [protected]) for conversion of the no. from Prepaid to Postpaid plan and offered me plan of Rs.299/-. I agreed on the same and told that I will give my necessary documents and Rs. 150/- towards security deposit only if the plan will get activated by Saturday 12.03.2016. I categorically confirm that if it’s possible then only you can send your executive to collect the documents and she agreed on the terms.

                        Mr. Pankaj Zha visited to my office premises on the Friday 11.03.2016 around 1.00 pm to collect the documents and cash. As he was not carrying the receipt book, on good faith on the company I gave him Rs. 150/- towards security deposit without receipt. He promised me that he will give me the receipt of the payment on Monday without fail. He also given me his contact no as + 91 [protected]. I received a unique no from the Vodafone which I forwarded to the no 1900 and the reply receive from the 1900 forwarded to Ms. Neelam as informed.

                        On Saturday I received thrice confirmation call from Vodafone but still the plan not get activated till the end of the day as promised.

                        On Sunday again around 11.30 am I received confirmation call from Vodafone but I convey the message to the executive that I don’t want to go for the billing plan as the given promise was not fulfilled. The executive took my request not to go for the billing plan.

                        After some time around 12.30 pm, I called Mr. Pankaj Zha for asking the refund of money as well for calling the documents submitted for the same. It’s surprising for me that the said mobile does not belong to him only. The same was picked by a lady named Ms. Swati who also works for Vodafone. She told me that she don’t know Mr. Pankaj Zha. I explain her all the previous story but she spoken rudely and not bother to answer in proper way. I continuously tried to call her but she was disconnecting the line every time. After some time around 4.00 pm, she pick the call and told me that she is putting my request again on fast track and I will receive confirmation call within one hour. But no call receive from the confirmation till end of day.

                        On Monday, I was busy and hence not able to get in touch any of the Vodafone representative or received any call from Vodafone.

                        On Tuesday, I contacted Ms. Neelam and inform all the things but she is also speak arrogantly and said she is busy and will revert me. After some time again I called her and again arrogantly she replied that you will receive the money and your documents back on Wednesday and cut down the phone

                        AS A WELL KNOWN COMPANY IT’S REALLY SURPRISING WHAT KIND OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY YOUR STAFF TO CUSTOMERS. NOT HAVING SPEAKING ABILITY NOR ETHIC. ALWAYS GIVING FALSE COMMITMENTS, NOT PICKING PHONES, SPEAKING RUDELY. IS THIS KIND OF TRAINING PROVIDED TO THE STAFF?. IF THE COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO GIVE PROPER SERVICES THEN WHY PROMOTING SUCH PLANS AND MAKING FOOLISH TO THE CUSTOMERS.

                        I now here specifically would like to intimate that I don’t want any further discussion on the same issue and demanding my documents and refund of money any how by tomorrow end of the day from where the documents has been collected by your executive. If the plan get’s activated, I am not responsible to make the payment for usage as I am not able to use my card as prepaid.

                        Hope you will take the matter seriously and will act on immediate basis.

                              My phone reception is extremely poor and we are unable to hear a single call without disturbance. We requested new SIM cards which were supposed to be delivered within 24 hrs however past 48 hrs after calling again I was told that we are lying and the sim can only be delivered in 48 hrs and the customer service was doing me a huge favor and escalating the SIM card delivery for me in 24 hrs. Also the poor connection problem in this age and era would be only looked after in a week's time and that too not sure if it will be resolved then or again we would be made liar that the time span was not a week but more!!! Also my request to speak to a manager was skillfully denied and the customer service lady successfully evaded my repeated request to speak to the manager..

                                I raised request for port put of my Vodafone mobile number from Maharashtra to Chennai many times.Request is not processed.When I called their representative or Live chat discussion.I got many replies which is not at all acceptable. This is happening from last two months.When I drop an email to their corporate service desk I didn't even get reply(corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com and corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com) dropped an email for 4 to 5 times. When I call them they don't give proper response.

                                    This is regarding Vodafone Poor Network Coverage, My Mobile Now is [protected] and I lodge a first complaint regarding network Issue on 17th Oct'16, wherein My complaint number was[protected] and I got revert by 29th Oct'15 that we understand there is a problem with Network in your Area and we are working on this, by or before 20th Dec'15 this will get resolved.

                                    I waited but no Joy, I was also engaged but than again I reminded that Vodafone has given me time till 20th Dec, I should check again with them as I can't see any improvement. Then again I lodge a complaint on 4th Feb'16 looping in CEO of Vodafone Mr. Sunil Sood, regarding the same but again I got revert that it will get resolved before 20th Feb'16 but no joy.

                                    Again I wrote to Vodafone on 29th Feb and asked them for the update, as per revert, they have assigned another docket No[protected] and gave me assurance that someone will visit and resolve this issue. I wrote again on 1st Mar'16 that the kind of commitment has given to me earlier than well but your engineer are not visiting me on my address to help me with this.

                                    I am tired of complaining and I gave up now. Vodafone is providing such a pathetic service even I can't express in words.

                                    I don't have any hopw now as when I looped in Vodafone CEO and warn them on the emails that If concern doesn't get resolved, I'll have to take help from Social Media.

                                      I am a prepaid costumer in Vodafone. last 1March i was apply to postpaid connection . And i was pay 250 Rs. to Vodafone executive and he told me that with in a 72 Hr . you connection will be activate but now is 15 March and when i was visit his service costumer then they told me that our verification executive was visit your home but there was lucked. And he visit 14 March 2016.
                                      And they told me 72 Hr.

                                        I changed my plan from sep 149 n cug to e_connect 299 3g but i requested to you to keep intact my two bill discounts (Rs.50+15% 2g volume discount). I have been given rs.50 discount so why is another discount is withdrawn ?

                                        I clearly mentioned it on my email dated 27/10/15 and 28/10/15.
                                        Even on telephonic conversation to [protected] on 28/10/15 at 7.44 p.M i forbade him to activate the e_connect 3g plan without these bill discounts.

                                        Now my earnest request to you, please add 15% volume discount again with my plan which was active from 14-mar-2015.
                                        Otherwise you can add additional rs. 50 discount with my current plan.
