Vodafone has deducted Rs50 against activation of "Vodafone gang of friends"in both of my mobile numbers. I never requested for any service like this. . I want my balance refund back to me account.

    This is to inform you that my mobile no. [protected] has been blocked from last few months due non payment .I have already issued mail in this regard that I had received an eratic bill and that needs rectification.Since then I have not got any response to solve my problem.Being a old an sincere customer I am facing lots of problem.
    Hence please expedite to solve the issue or else I have to take up the issue to customer forum.

        Here I am facing the network problem. When I am inside my room no vodafone network will catch but airtel has full network. I use my vodafone number for office use but for this network problem of vodafone I am in between a great trouble. Please slove this problem otherwise I have to port my number into other services.

          Since i have bought the sim i find that the outgoing sms' meet with an error - ' message not sent'. Tried contacting vodafone care a number of times but they all say that sms barring option has been enabled on your sim abd you need to manually remove it. Fact is there is no manual barring facility available on my android phone nor has it even been done by me.
          The executives just say that they cant solve this issue and it's been really frustrating. I would really like some serious solution from their side to plucking out this issue.

            There is a guy who called me and was asking for my ATM details on sunday morning at 10:30 am. He called me through this number 91-[protected] (Vodafone) and when I traced it I found it to be from Bihar/jharkhand area and I myself stay in chandigarh and using Vodafone number only. I called him thrice but it was switched off. Hey guyz please see into tha matter that these ppl are using your services in fraud cases.

              I ajay khemka want to inform you that my Mobile No. is [protected] (Vodafone network) thay have deduct extra amount of Rs. 42 aprox on 27.02.2016 from my A/c balance when i call in customer care they said i have use 10 mb within 105 seconds but i have not use it. My net pack is completed they send that sms within that 105 seconds so its their fault not my they should send SMS before that. Please asked them refund my balance

                Sir,
                I, Subrata, Vodafone's Customer have received a bill amounting to Rs. 5500+/-. I am a customer of Vodafone since 2012. My most usage is in data bellow 1 GB . My average bills amount to Rs. 600/- to Rs. 700/-.
                I visited the store in the month of November 2015 at Indirapuram Ghaziabad and meat Mr Rohit and another 2 customer service person and told them why vodaphone is charging Rs.3500. on my last month bill. They told that you have used 2.89 Gb, I dont know how they people calculate and I take the plan of ! GB. how it goes to 2.89 GB.
                After so many followups today Khusbu ([protected]) told me that she can give Rs2500. discount and I ask her to give Rs3500. minimum which is not used by me, and she denied
                Sir, I request you to check regarding this issue, my bills since 3 year when I bought the connection, are amounting around Rs. 600 to Rs. 700. Why will I give the 3500, if their is no fault from my side and why vodaphone people agreed to wave off 2500. that means they have over charged And my phone is been disconnected last two months.
                So, please look out after this issue, and get it cleared as soon as possible as my phone is disconnected now and I have important calls to make & receive. I

                  I have a vodafone number [protected], i have missed my sim and when i called to vodafone customer care for de-activate my number asap so no one can miss-used it he ask me some questions i have given him all details as per my original document given on the time of sim activation. But he told your date of birth not match...its not my fault i ahve given my original documents photocopy in the time of sim activation. so its vodafone fault why he enter wrong details in own systems.

                  I requested to consumer forum, please communicate with vodafone and deactivate my sim asap.

                    HI Sir,

                    My name is Harish.my no was [protected], My vodafone is 375e-connect.
                    In this plan 1 was getting 600 min and 1 GB 3g net after 1Gb my net speed was convert to 2g Speed 64kbs.

                    But i was not get 64kbs speed. I was unable to open any page.
                    I was very irritated about this.

                      In month of December I subscribed a roaming plan of 55 rupee. I said to your to active this plan from bill date 19/12 of next bill cycle. When I received bill I found that your executive starts activation from before 19/12, this is first mistake. Second thing, when I found this mistake I called your executive to deactivate it. In next bill cycle the same charge of 55 is added to my bill. And on 29 of January I made call again to your executive to concession 55 and deactivate it. But it still on, on every bill I am shock to see that you all executive are irresponsible to do there work properly. And now they saying they have no record of any deactivation request.
                      FROM DEC I MADE CALL ONLY FOR DEACTIVATING THE ROAMING PACK AND FOR CONCESSION.

                      IF CUSTOMER CARE LINE IS RECORDED PLEASE CHECK IT AND TAKE ACTION TO EXECUTIVE. AND REFUND MY MONEY OF THREE MONTH OF 55 rupees and please don't and thi

                            Fraud transaction
                            This is to inform you that someone has used my credit card fraudulently on[protected] at 11:39 A.M. & made a payment of Rs. 5000/- at VODAFONE BILL DESK.

                            I have immediately got my credit card blocked and have also reported it to Delhi Police.

                            The Credit Card was issued by RBL Bank - Master Card - partial number of it was 5415-xxxx-xxxx-x457

                            This is a humble request to stop the settlement of the said fraudulent transaction and refund the amount to RBL Bank to enable them to credit the amount back to my credit card account please.

                            Any progress in your case?

                            Similar thing happened with me with PNB Credit card, fraud transaction took place at Vodafone bill desk. I registered complaints at PNB, vodafone, and also at CBI-IT. But nothing happened.

                            It is clear that no action against such offenders who can otherwise be easily tracked through the e-transaction details, is the prime reason for their being so rampant.

                              I am a Vodafone service user and finally want to complain through this website against Vodafone co. I have been using a postpaid service and wanted to convert it to prepaid. For which the co. representatives suggested me to pay all due bill first and i will be sent the settlement documents. I did so, (I have recpt. for the payment as I paid twice) but I recvd. nothing till today rather than repeated phone calls and emails to pay the rentals. I must mention that its been a year almost and I've lost my sim card long before. But the no. Is being used by some other customer and I'm still getting emails to pay the bills with intimation of legal action.
                              I request through this website to solve my issue. As soon as possible.

                              I have paid the outstanding bills to authorized Vodafone representatives after getting calls from service centers and every time they assured me of sending settlement documents only when my payment is updated in their system.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                My name is Ramakrishna and my vodafone postpaid mobile no. is [protected].

                                I have called customer care on 17th jan for deactivation of my 2g unlimited add on pack. But customer care has told me that no pack is active on the number but i know add on pack is active. Again i have called on 28th for deactivation, at that time plan was available and deactivated accordingly.

                                I have activated add on pack Rs. 199 2gb unlimited pack and also i have 1gb Internet in my monthly rental.

                                I have used my add on pack for 12 days from Jan 17 to Jan 28 and eligible data under add on pack till date is 819 mb however i have used only 794Mb.

                                since i have 1 gb in my monthly rental, i have used around 600 mb. But from 3 rd february onwards i was charged Rs. 1633 plus service tax for the data usage till 8th february.

                                But i have not even used 600 Mb in my monthly rental of 1 gb additional to addon pack.

                                I have called several times for resolving the issue and also i have sent mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                                However my request are being closed without my consent. Customer care is not willing to listen to my issue.

                                This is very sad. i have never been overdue in payment.

                                Vodafone is trying to cheat customer by doing such practices. please take action on vodafone and process the refund of Rs. 1870. which is extra charged in my bil.

[protected] was debited with 45 rs for glamour pack which was auto activated.as soon as i came to know i called customer care at 11-45pm same day for deactivation and refund of amount.the executive assured me for refund in 24 hrs now on 3rd day when i called for refund again they are denying for refund.this is froud with customer.i want refund of my 45 rs.

                                    This was the 4th time I called Vodafone Customer Care asking to solve 3G service issue. I am getting 3G service ON/OFF on my mobile and 2G network in my house ie., my registered address.

                                    At 26th Feb, 2016 i called up Customer care executive and he directed my call to Technical Dept executive name Sandy. I told him my problem and also mentioned that i am facing this issue from past 1 month, to my surprise he went on arguing with me and proved me wrong by saying I can access 3G and he started giving me the details of time and location I used 3G in other location. I kept telling him that I get 3G connection at few places but not in my home. His response was "If you are not able to use 3G at your home, then it is your problem and not ours and if you had used 3G network 2 hours before means you are still out of house and you have not reached home" This was random and offensive reply I got from executive. I told him I do not wish to communicate further and transfer my call to other executive but he completely denied. He said i should talk only to him and if i wish to talk to other executive, I should disconnect his call and call back. I had already waited to get my call connected to customer care executive for more than 5 mins. How can someone expect me to call back again without providing me proper information

                                    3rd time when I complaint, I received their call On 21st Feb, 2016 with reason there was network issue at my place and the issue is resolved. I have other family member staying in my house using same network of Vodafone, how can they provide me with false reason saying there was network issue.
                                    22nd Feb, 2016 - Due to frustration, I requested to Port my number but this will take a while to switch my number to other service provider

                                    Request you to take action against the employee who misbhaved with me and was not ready to solve my problem or direct my call to someone else. As proof, you will get recording of our conversation happened yesterday night from Vodafone company. Please listen to it. Also, my 3G issue is still unresolved.
