I was used Vodafone postpaid and number is [protected].
I was port out from Vodafone after paid all Bill and also asked Vodafone customer care for balance they no any balnce and u r clear for port out.
Then I was elected aircel network
After 1& half month Vodafone told me u r 962/- payment balance.
They not send me my bill mail ni SMS
I was asked about and told them send me duplicate Bill but till date not send. They send me dimand notce
Please help me

    My name Manoj Kumar s/o Sh Jagdish Chander C/O Electronic Emporium SCF 29-30 Rani Talab Jind. Our Mobile Number [protected] and instead this [protected] & [protected]. We are suffering so difficulties regarding network vodafone network. We are using 3G and postpaid plan and also we have costly samsung mob above 20000. When we use data in mobile we face so slow speed less then 2G while we paying for 3G. We all check our mobile in service center no fault found n mobile. We has been calling many times in customor care but they says visit vodafone store. We visited 15-20 time store they says call at customer care. Before This Vodafone network we was using Docomo Network No problem between that time related this. Once They Your Vodafone contacted us and suggest to port vodafone network.We agree and We recently Ported 10-12 number in this network. But Your Vodafone Service bad pacific network services again forcing to us for change other network.So You are requested please solve my problem immegiate.If in 2 or 3 days your company not respond this mail I m porting all my 10-12 number on other network.I m waiting for for revert.

      My active plan is 375 in which 500 minutes free local & std call & 3 g data free up to 1 GB then 2 is is unlimited my total call duration -686 min mean 186 minutes extra from plan no charges for internet.

          Yesterday night, i was on a call and the moment i disconnected the call i recieve a message from vodafone stating that juiceup vas pack has been activated on your number and rs. 35 will be added to my bill amount . I never activated this, never recieved any sort of call for this . Nor am i interested in any vas services but they would activate the vas service just to eat up money.

          This has happened previously once more . It is really irritating for such a big brand to act in such an idiotic way.

              Vodafone Dittoall service was activated without my permission and 50 Rs. were deducted. However I deactivated just after its activation message came but money was not returned to my balance. So I want my 50 Rs back.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                Reproducing below the response received from Vodafone. Despite of assurance from them, as indicated in mail, neither my outgoing call facility has been restored nor anyone has approached me after this mail.

                I am completely clueless about how to approach Vodafone as there is no other forum in vodafone to escalate the disruption of services.

                I am submitting this complaint with a hope of getting it resolved at the earliest.

                With utter frustration, I wish to inform that I'm customer of Vodafone for a period close to a decade with name of nitish Kumar ([protected]). Needless to say, it is a post-paid connection.
                Since march 02, my outgoing call facility has been barred despite of payment of INR 5500 on March 01 which has been duly acknowledged by ur organization.
                I want the reasoning behind such ban. I've brought this issue thrice with ur live chat facility. If required, same can be tracked from my customer profile. All assurances have failed to deliver. Today, I am visiting south city Vodafone centre in Kolkata. Representatives are very co-operative. But they are also unable crack this mystery of banning my outgoing calls.
                Appreciate a prompt response followed by immediate restoration of services.
                Let me also clarify, I'm not expecting software driven prompt response.

                  It is sorry to inform that the vodafone network quality is very bad in area of Kapileshwar Road, Belgaum. Not only this particular area but it seems useless to use this company network. While speaking on call, in between the network falls from 4points to 1point and sometimes nil. When we are paying for the company, it shall be duty of the company to provide good network and other services. Neither the call rates are cheap. I have been using vodafone services since long time but now the services are not satisfactory.

                    Wats wrong with vodafone.. Why it's automatically deductn my balance activating useless subscriptions like super model club of 50 RS on 5.3.16 & hotshot of 21 RS on 8.3.16..earlier also lodge a complaint against wrongly deducting my balance for activating chakde phatde.I vl really go go customer grievances complaint against this. It's harrasemnent on your part..deductn balance as you wish.I evn opted for dnd..but still this subscription are coming.

                      Fake data usage charges applied when connected wifi

                      Vodafone is charging fake charges for data usage for the duration when I am connected to wifi.
                      I have been charged for data earlier so I noted down today specifically to check this - I turned off data and turned on wifi then browsed the internet and I could see the data usage charged for that time on the Vodafone app. Next I spoke to customer care at Vodafone.

                      Date of Incident - 27 Feb 2016
                      Desc - I had raise a req for portability for my number [protected] from Maharashtra Vodafone to Mumbai Vodafone. As per Vodafone records, its smoothly transited and it is in active status since 27th Feb but since then I am getting an error saying "Selected network (Vodafone In) unavailable" and my number is in deactivated status

                      I have been chasing this with Vodafone care / complaints helpline. Also, I have visited Vodafone gallery multiple times but still noone is able to provide any resolution on this which is very annoying and disappointing.

                      This is my personnal number linked to personal banking. I can't afford to keep this in disbale status for longer time though already 10 days are past.

                      Please treat this urgent and take an immediate action

                        Vodafone sent me a 4g aim via courier and when I activated it.. All my devices stopped working including voice. So many store visits customer care calls but not resolved. I am not sure how many important calls or messages I lost. My anger and tension levels had gone up while talking to the service persons with their response. I should be compensated for the mental agony and loss.

                        How can a telephone operator stop voice service for 6 days.
                        How will they get back all the important calls or SMS that were missed.
                        This is a serious trouble and should be fined heavily and customers should be compensated.

                            I got call from [protected] claiming that they are calling from SBI Payback points team Nariman Point, Mumbai. I spoke with 2 ladies on this number. It was a fraud call and they did Rs.4900 fraud with me and used my credit card at mpesa Vodafone bill desk for making the payment.
                            I spoke SBI helpline and blocked credit card but I am not able to get the amount reversed to my credit card.

                            I request Vodafone to cancel the above transaction and reverse the amount to my credit card.

                              I hold a Vodafone connection with number in shimla and I have repeated issues with the billing on this number. Every few days your team activates some services on this number and even I call, they charge the same in next bill. Please understand it is not possible to call and get it corrected as the call waits are approximately 30-40 minutes (call charges are higher than your wrong billing amount), still I took trouble to get your company’s fault corrected and what prompted me to write you is, I was put on hold for more than 8 minutes on first time before the call was disconnected and for more than 18 minutes when the call was disconnected again.
                              More importantly, your team does not listen and start talking a ready script which is also not acceptable. I would urge you to listen my at least 2-3 conversations before you take any call or revert on my email.

                                  Post paid offer internet which is not working nd i not able to excess internet, I have compain for 3 times in a grish park service center but they are just westing my time and not solving the problem and they are just westing my money for wich i have to pay.

                                    I had applied for MNP from Vodafone MH to Vodafone Mumbai circle and my new SIM is not registering to network(also the old one is deactivated in this process). I am not able to receive and make any calls. Called call center over 6 times and they are completely useless in solving my problem.

                                    Company says they cant do anything. I need to reapply for everything again with documents and proofs and photo and what not! All my contacts are wasted because of these people. I am losing business everyday.

                                      I am writing this as vodafone has not taken any action against my complains and neither it is in constant communication with me .I have raised multiple request telling them there is fault in my bill generation . The request raised are multiple the lates one is with id[protected]. The bill had to be generated on 1st of every month however gets generated on 18th and hence all the data charges are being miscalculated i agree to pay what i am suppose to but there are chaarges which i just dont agree to and this wrong bill has been generated twice . PFA are the screenshots to look into this further. Kindly check the bills .
