Fake data usage charges applied when connected wifi

Vodafone is charging fake charges for data usage for the duration when I am connected to wifi.
I have been charged for data earlier so I noted down today specifically to check this - I turned off data and turned on wifi then browsed the internet and I could see the data usage charged for that time on the Vodafone app. Next I spoke to customer care at Vodafone.

Date of Incident - 27 Feb 2016
Desc - I had raise a req for portability for my number [protected] from Maharashtra Vodafone to Mumbai Vodafone. As per Vodafone records, its smoothly transited and it is in active status since 27th Feb but since then I am getting an error saying "Selected network (Vodafone In) unavailable" and my number is in deactivated status

I have been chasing this with Vodafone care / complaints helpline. Also, I have visited Vodafone gallery multiple times but still noone is able to provide any resolution on this which is very annoying and disappointing.

This is my personnal number linked to personal banking. I can't afford to keep this in disbale status for longer time though already 10 days are past.

Please treat this urgent and take an immediate action

    Vodafone sent me a 4g aim via courier and when I activated it.. All my devices stopped working including voice. So many store visits customer care calls but not resolved. I am not sure how many important calls or messages I lost. My anger and tension levels had gone up while talking to the service persons with their response. I should be compensated for the mental agony and loss.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    How can a telephone operator stop voice service for 6 days.
    How will they get back all the important calls or SMS that were missed.
    This is a serious trouble and should be fined heavily and customers should be compensated.

      I have made a payment of Rs.4900 via SBI Credit Card of Amount Rs.4900 on 22 Feb 2016 at Vodafone Bill Desk., but I recharged on Wrong number which I didn’t recollect.

      I request Vodafone to cancel the above transaction and reverse the amount.

        I got call from [protected] claiming that they are calling from SBI Payback points team Nariman Point, Mumbai. I spoke with 2 ladies on this number. It was a fraud call and they did Rs.4900 fraud with me and used my credit card at mpesa Vodafone bill desk for making the payment.
        I spoke SBI helpline and blocked credit card but I am not able to get the amount reversed to my credit card.

        I request Vodafone to cancel the above transaction and reverse the amount to my credit card.

          I hold a Vodafone connection with number in shimla and I have repeated issues with the billing on this number. Every few days your team activates some services on this number and even I call, they charge the same in next bill. Please understand it is not possible to call and get it corrected as the call waits are approximately 30-40 minutes (call charges are higher than your wrong billing amount), still I took trouble to get your company’s fault corrected and what prompted me to write you is, I was put on hold for more than 8 minutes on first time before the call was disconnected and for more than 18 minutes when the call was disconnected again.
          More importantly, your team does not listen and start talking a ready script which is also not acceptable. I would urge you to listen my at least 2-3 conversations before you take any call or revert on my email.

              Post paid offer internet which is not working nd i not able to excess internet, I have compain for 3 times in a grish park service center but they are just westing my time and not solving the problem and they are just westing my money for wich i have to pay.
              the plan for wich i have selected is not working and they are just chaging nd i have also call so may times in a service call center to solve my internet problem they are not responding.
              Not only the internet problem their is another problem that is MSG problem which is disturbing me bcz i have activated my DND but sitll i got 500 MSG from CHANNEL 50 in a one day it is really distubing but they are not helping me to solve the problem.

                I had applied for MNP from Vodafone MH to Vodafone Mumbai circle and my new SIM is not registering to network(also the old one is deactivated in this process). I am not able to receive and make any calls. Called call center over 6 times and they are completely useless in solving my problem.

                Company says they cant do anything. I need to reapply for everything again with documents and proofs and photo and what not! All my contacts are wasted because of these people. I am losing business everyday.

                  Hi,

                  I am writing this as vodafone has not taken any action against my complains and neither it is in constant communication with me .I have raised multiple request telling them there is fault in my bill generation . The request raised are multiple the lates one is with id[protected]. The bill had to be generated on 1st of every month however gets generated on 18th and hence all the data charges are being miscalculated i agree to pay what i am suppose to but there are chaarges which i just dont agree to and this wrong bill has been generated twice . PFA are the screenshots to look into this further. Kindly check the bills .

                    I was just surfing on internet, and after sometime I got message from vodafone that, "Your Glamour zone pack is activated & Rs.45 has been deducted. I immediately call to vodafone customer care, the lady from the other end told me that, she didn't get any account information of mine. she gave me other number to deactivate the service(155223), I had successfully deactivate the service using this number but still I didn't get my money back.
                    What the hell is going on with vodafone. Its really not accepting from Vodafone.

                    Today I got a message saying that I have activated thetthe glamor zone and Rs. 90 willwill be deducted from my balance. I have never activated any such service please help, and stop with this fraud I want my balance back

                      I had applied for Prepaid to Postpaid migration on My company corporate plan & submitted all the Document as requested by the Person from Adventa sales and distribution, however it has been 10 days my no is still not activated & the person is not picking the call since many days, There is no information with vodaphone for any such migration.                         2nd march I recharged 199 for 2g pack fir unlimited data and on 7th mar I got msg from Vodafone RC 147 and get 1 GB 3g .before recharging I called customer service they told u can use bit 2g and 3g services but now I'm having only 3g data, dont know 2g data where went.Give solution to this problem.

                          We have recharge the our vodafone no.[protected] by Rs.121 on dated 03.03.2016 towards V-V call Rs.0.10 paisa per minute also recharge by Rs.70 for full talk tme.

                          The Vodafone co. has deducted Rs.49.00 on same day from our main balance without my consent? We have not read the balance deduction messeage because we received many messeages from vodafone on dated 03.03.2016.

                          On dated 07.03.2016 we talking to our family and suddenly my call is disconnected then i check the balance and found that it is Rs..0.01 paisa approx.

                          In this connection, we talk with vodafone customer care executive immediately and ask about my balance. The customer care executive say that a service pack is activated on your mobile no. due to this Rs.49 deducted. I say that we did not activated any service on our mobile no. then he say that you play the advertisement video during the internet browsing due to this the service pack activated. We told to him we use the BSLN internet from long time and never happen this & advertisement video automatically palyed when use the internet.

                          We requested to him please deactivate the service immediately and refund our balance then he told that it is not possible becasue u call after 24 hours from activate the service. What Rubish?

                          We want to refund our balance.

                              Vodafone has a data pack offer for selected customers. I saw an offer with dial *121# ussd code. I saw a message on display about data pack "Rechage with 297 and get up to 10 gb 3g data pack for 30 days, so I recharge with 297 but I received just 1.5 gb data pack. They cheated me.

                                    i have opted vodafone pack of rs.300/p.m but from dec 15 it was chaged without my application/permission to rs 450/or something else that i don't know.though i paid my bill for nov dec jan as per bill.after enquirying about bill at vodafone centre on 02/03/16 at paud road they said that the plan was changed and it is their mistake so they will check and bill to be adjusted in feb bill within 3 days after 5 days nothing was done at their end and my mobile number was disconnected on 05/03/16 when i went to centre on 07/03/2016 at 12 the lady operater was aruging about it, rudely speaking to me namely PRACHI AND GEETA as connectivity was gone and we will not give any information to you
                                    pl give me clarification about my plan and disconnection of mobile number as i paid excess amt to you

                                      I have got the bill of 13500 Rupees
                                      When I'm not used why should I pay
                                      Called plenty of time to customer care nobody taking responsibility
