Internet speed is 0.0k/s showing on mob no[protected] customer care is not lodging the complain on 198 help line, instead lodging complain cutting the call in between....

I called on 7Mar16 regarding the internet problems on mob no [protected] but customer care executive disconnected the call thrice without solving the problem....

This is a second time I am facing this issue of extra bill charged from vodafone... I am using vodafone data card from last 1 year. And within this year this is my 2nd experience of bills getting over charged.

When we put a complaint to vodafone customer care about extra charges they keep saying that that much of has been used from ur data card..they said they have a proof..when we ask them to produce those proofs they dont.....
