As i lost my cell on 29th Feb evening, i went to Vodafone stores at TTK road chennai on 1st Feb, for getting a new / duplicate SIM. they said stores will be opened at 10.30 Hrs, only. So, at 14.00 Hrs, i went to vodafone mini stores Surabhi at saidapet on 1st Feb at 2.00 p.m., and applied for new / duplicate with Govt. officers ID card copy with Res. address.
I approached many times till 12. 45 hrs on 2nd Feb the customer care vodafone and mini stores saidapet, but still my new SIM not activated.
I am not able get any incoming calls and make outgoing calls, as a central Govt. officer i am facing communication problem.
Totally my friends are not happy with VODAFONE

          Dear Sir/Mam,
          I have been using Vodafone for the past 7 years and today I'm sorry to say that Vodafone is no longer interested in retaining its esteemed customers. Last month I had made a payment of some 900 rupees towards my Vodafone bill. when my bill for the current period arrived I checked that the rental charges are charged wrongly. On checking, I saw that the rental charges for the last bill paid were also charged wrongly. Your customer care executive agreed to reverse the wrong billed amount for the current period but told me that he'll not be able to reverse the wrongly billed amount for the last bill. I'm sorry but due to such attitude of Vodafone I'm no longer interested in using Vodafone. I'm with Vodafone for the past 7 years and if Vodafone ain't able to retain its customers then there's some serious problem.

            I have no idea when this plan was activated in my postpaid connection. Its just for past few months that i noticed an unusual hike in the bills. I used to get bills around Rs 900. Presently they have shot up to as high as Rs 1800!! It is just this month that I scrutinised the bill to find that the plan has this extra thing activated without my knowledge and are chargig accordingly. I dont even use a smartphone for this number!! Yet I am paying hefty bills for a internet plan!!

            Please help!

              I bought a new sim card on 5th Feb.. I did all the verification on telephone submitted documents. But on 21st of Feb they disconnected my sim card.. When i asked the reason they said some documents issue.. i submitted the documents again 2 times.. Still they activate and deactivate my card.. On asking the reason they tell nothing and keep on disconnecting my sim card.. My sim card got disconnected 9 times.. Every evening I request them to activate and next evening they disconnect it.. Fed with with this Vodafone service...

                Respected Sir,
                I am using the vodafone up west no. [protected] from long time. Mr. Umesh, Vodafone Senior Executive had missed call on my mobile no. [protected] from his personal no. [protected] on dated 16.10.2019 at night 22:25, 22:14, 22:12 that is wrong according vodafone guidelines. On dated 17.10.2019 when I called on customer care no. 198 then my call again forwarded to Mr. Umesh and he again argued from me that I am lying regarding manager call while it was fully wrong from his side and after that my call has tranferred again to wrong officer by Mr. Umesh. Above shows that Vodafone Company has given right to above officers to do wrong with customer because again and again customer has faced above same problem. Take a legal action against Mr. Umesh, Senior Executive and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Verma, Floor Supervisor. In which Mr. Sandeep Kumar Verma told to me that manaer will call to me on dated 17.10.2019 after 10:00 AM but call has not done by Manager and blamed to customer by Manager and Senior Executive Umesh on dated 17.10.2019 that I am asking a lie regarding manager call. I want to check the call details from backend team for it. I already have sent the screenshot of missed by Mr. Umesh on vodaone appellate team mail id that was not applicable on my number but it sent by vodafone company. Take a legal action on above executive right now and have suspended to him from company because above executive can do anying wrong with me that above has done by him and vodafone company will responsible for it completely. Now Vodafone appellate team, Complaint department and Vodafone care and CEO Vodafone UP west is not taking above matter seriously and above executive can do wrong with me anytime.
                I have already sent to you the clear screenshot of missed call summary dated 16.10.2019 that had done by Umesh Vodafone senior executive from his personal number but you and your team is not taking an legal action on it and sending same mail to me daily. I am sending again call screenshot that has done to me on my personal number [protected] by above executive late night. Above executive can wrong with me any time and you and vodafone team will responsible for it because you are not taking legal action against him. For above I have complained on dated 16.10.2019 and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Verma has provided a complaint no. against Umesh as well as Mr. Sandeep Kumar Verma told me that manager will call to me on dated 17.10.2019 but call has not done by Manager Sir and next day when I called again customer care 198 then again my call has forwarded to Umesh and Manager Mr. Talib and he blamed to me that manager had called to me while call had not done on dated 17.10.2019 on my any number. I want to check the call details by backend and complaint team vodafone Up West immediately.

                  i m psi dattatraya khade from vakola police station we have received complint a call received from no.[protected] dated 26/02/2016 at 10.28 am asking my andra Bank debit Card details like card no., date of expiry etc stating that he is calling from andra bank debit Card section for renews my card and credited to my account and rs.5000/- was debited to my andra bank card no.xxxx xxxx xxxx 8302.

                    This is Mohammed from kalaburagi (Gulbarga) Karnataka.
                    On 29/02/2016 i have recharge my mobile with Rs. 649 for internet. Before recharging my number i checked with *111# and it shows for 649, the validity will be for 28 days but now it is showing only 25 days.
                    I am feeling like vodafone is cheating the customers on 3G internet services.
                    And i call the customer care centre 3 times but i am not satisfied with them and customer care executive whom i called last time (10:50pm) is very irresponsible and talking like villain of hindi cinema.
                    So i request you to take necessary action on vodafone india and the customer care executive.
                    I'm enclosing the screen shots of what i received from *111# and the timings of my calls to customer care executive.

                      SUB: post to pre migration not done last 6 months and my was number disconnected 22/02/2016 till not activated
                      My Vodafone Post paid number [protected], i give this number for POST PAID TO PRE PAID migration in Shri Balaji Traders NO 11 Hospital Road Near SBI, tirukovilur 605757, villupuram District last august month, i submit all required proofs in that mini store, But the number was not migrated, again i conduct to the mini store, and they replied to me some technical issue in vodafone network, every month they reply the same message, i highly pressured to the mini store after that they give a villupuram vodafone migration department staff number, i conduct to him, he gave assurance to me clear the issue within one week but last 2 months there is nothing have been solved yet, every month he clear my bill amount throw the waiver, now my number was disconnected 22/12/2016 still not activated, I try to conduct that corresponded staff he did not picked my calls…… kindly do the needful for this issue and activate my number immediately……

                        The number has been activated by vodafone.
                        It was in haryana circle and i got it ported to delhi vodafone circle. The porting got processed last night, i called 59059 for televerification and the number got activated in the morning. But since then i have zero balance and not able to recharge my number. I am having big problem since i am travelling to other state and wont we able to receive calls in zero balance.

                          My July'15 months salary is pending, kindly conform which date i have received my salary ? Already 8 months is over, but till i have no received my salary,
                          I have already discusses with Dhru Tanna ( Arnav Infocom)( Channel Partner ), he is saying my last four months services claim is pending from Vodafone end so i have not paid JULY'15 month salary, last three days ago i have discusses with Lipsa Dhyani ( Vodafone West Limited Employe ) for the same, she says already all claim will be process and claim amount will be credit on arnav infocom account, but your channel partner is not release your salary

                          This JULY'15 months claim is already process for your end, This Services Clam has handover to you and you have process for same date.

                          Shashank sir / Sumit sir ( Vodafone West Limited Employe )please look into this matter and help to close this issue, I have already discusses with you regarding the same, but till date this matter is not close so please help

                          please conform and process my Salary ASAP.

                            Rs 600 prepaid balance was not carry forward during the conversion from prepaid to postpaid of my father's Vodafone No. When I visit Vodafone Care they told me that there is no prepaid balance but actually there was Rs 600 prepaid balance. This is breach of customers TRUST. When I contact Vodafone helpline they also told me that we couldn't get the prepaid account details. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VODAFONE.

                                  Dear Team till now we did not get any response from your side so I am going to share all audio clip and contact no. of discussion between Vodafone Representative on social media, (whose Vodafone Representative refusing to us ) then clear pic. of Vodafone will come out in front of customer of all service operator. after listening all audio clip the people will not confuse at the time of new connection of Vodafone and porting from other operator to Vodafone. because Vodafone is unable for giving better services to their customer.
                                  We are doubtful that vodafone is misusing our id. if our id will get misuse by any one then we will go in consumer coart and file a complaint against vodafone and all of them Vodafone Representative whose refuse us with clip and contact no.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I own a post paid Vodafone number. When I migrated from Ahmedabad circle to Mumbai circle, I was given a faulty SIM card. It went "SIM Card removed" frequently and even between calls - because of which I have faced problems in my official calls also and missed out on important calls.

                                    I raised a request for SIM replacement on 15th February with reference number :[protected]

                                    Requested a new SIM on 15th Feb. Was assured a delivery within 48 hours

                                    1st follow up call to customer care: On 20th Feb, they said SIM has been dispatched on 16th Feb. Will be delivered by next day.
                                    2nd Call : Delay by courier company. Will recieve in 24 hours.
                                    3rd call: my phone was not reachable hence they did not deliver. No attempt on my alternate number was made. Assured delivery within 24 hours
                                    4th Call : SIM car was Delivered to someone named Raman on 20th February (the bluff)
                                    5th Call : 1st March - Original status is dispatched and its still in transit.

                                    Nobody has followed up yet - inspite of so many calls. I stay in Panvel and so I even gave them the option to deliver it at my office address in Sakinaka Junction.
                                    Reason for delay is understood - but Vodafone has been bluffing. Lying to the customer won't help. There is no Raman in our society. and I dont think they would hand over my SIM card to any random and unauthorised person. However - today I called up again and confirmed the status of my complaint and it says dispatched on 16th February.

                                    I spoke to a representative Jyotsna and told her if I dont get the SIM within 24 hours, I will mirgate to Airtel. I am surprised to see - Vodafone does not care about losing its 10+ years old customer to Airtel. My request was still not taken up. However - I have decided and proceeded with migrating to Airtel.

                                    I need an explanation for cheating / Lying, the delay due to which I missed out on my important official calls and information.

                                      These vodafone people are automatically activating services like "Gameadd" and "Bollywood buzz" without customer knowledge and sending a message to pay for it. This is the third time i am facing the issue. I have clearly wrote mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com that unless i write a mail to activate any service don't activate. Even after posting mail twice they are repeating the same. It's a fraudulent and cheap work from Vodafone. Please do the needful ASAP. Thank you.

                                        My Vodafone mobile number is [protected]. I have been using this number for a long time without any complaints related to services but I am fed up with the serviced since last 01 month.

                                        1. I have given MNP request twice 1st request was given on 30th Jan after clearing bill payment of Rs. 789/- post that I also spoken to Vodafone executive he also assured me that your payment has been cleared and there will be no problem in MNP, later I visited Vodafone store to submit my documents for completing MNP formalities and they have promised it will take 8-10 days time to activated new SIM card, after completing the given time it was not activated so I visited Vodafone store again on 12th Feb for the issue and explained everything. Store executive told me that your request has been cancelled due to non payment of your bill, when I have already made the payment on 30th Jan then why it was not showing there. Store executive again taken a request for MNP and assured me it will surely be done within 08 working days from then it is not activated.

                                        2. When I have cleared all the payment in my first request to smoothly complete the MNP formalities, if it is not updated in your system then why should I make another payment for MNP which has been generated for this month.

                                        Is the standard of your serviced now, after giving two requests for MNP it is not done yet, why customer should suffer, if your system is not updated.

                                        I request you to please disconnect my number now I don’t want to use this number anymore and I am not going to make any further payment for Vodafone number [protected].

                                        I have stopped using this number since I placed the request, my alternate number.
