As i lost my cell on 29th Feb evening, i went to Vodafone stores at TTK road chennai on 1st Feb, for getting a new / duplicate SIM. they said stores will be opened at 10.30 Hrs, only. So, at 14.00 Hrs, i went to vodafone mini stores Surabhi at saidapet on 1st Feb at 2.00 p.m., and applied for new / duplicate with Govt. officers ID card copy with Res. address.
I approached many times till 12. 45 hrs on 2nd Feb the customer care vodafone and mini stores saidapet, but still my new SIM not activated.
I am not able get any incoming calls and make outgoing calls, as a central Govt. officer i am facing communication problem.
Totally my friends are not happy with VODAFONE

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The point to be noted here
1. No one comes back when we write back to Vodafone for any issue – pathetic service.
2. Call connection to Customer care is very poor even though it is Telecom service provider, every call disconnects and every time you need to explain the issue
3. No connection between Corp department and amount recovery department, recovery team never even try to check cancellation request and mail sent to Corp connection – very rude to customer
4. Even though the bill is showing 0 usage and lost the SIM for more than 2 weeks( raised a request to block and cancel the connection), still I am getting a bill at the end of the month
