    It has been nearly 5-6 moment i have been complaining about the network issues and vodafone is such a fraud company that they do not respond now and alwas send the monthly rental as i use a postpaid connection. My complaint number is [protected]. Every time i am asured that the problem will be resolved but now i know that it won't happen and i have to leave this fraud network.

      I am user of Vodafone services for 9+ years. I have had the prepaid connection for long time and in 2012 I changed my connection to postpaid and I had 2 connections (CUG numbers) and since then I have been facing network issues on both the numbers, call drops problems. I had raised this issue several times with Vodafone for rectifying the issue and the issue had not been resolved 2 whole years. Every time I check with them on the status of the issue reported I get blunt answer it is getting resolved. I even changed my handset to ensure the issue was not with phone.
      There came a point when I decided to change the connection to prepaid again as this postpaid connection wasn’t working as expected, then the customer service got in touch and informed that the issue will be resolved soon and not to convert the connection to postpaid.
      Waited till Dec 2015 and the issue was not still resolved and there were frequent call drops and network not accessible and this time I informed the customer service that I would not be making any payment till they fix the issue with my connection or let them cancel in case they can’t fix it. I have not used the connection since 30 Dec 2015.
      Here on wards the problem started, Vodafone customer care stopped responding to me and all I get is email on the bill date to make the payment and for every email I had received I responded saying I will not be making the payments as informed earlier and I don’t get any response. This continues for 2 whole month and I have responded to at least 8 different customer care executives from whom I failed to get any response.
      On 25-Feb-2015 find an email from Vodafone (Legal Cnc (KAR-NE) Legal.[protected]@vodafone.com) with subject line “Reminder for Appearance at Court” email was sent by Nagaraj Shetty, Dy. Manager, Vodafone South Limited.
      The email stated that they are initiating a legal proceeding as they are unable to reach me to get the payment for postpaid connection and they would withdraw the further proceedings if make the payment in the stipulated time. And as per email I had to appear in court on 26- Feb-2015.
      I was shocked to see such email from Vodafone also stating that “they are not able to reach me”. I am the one who didn’t get any response from their end.
      I made the payment soon as I dint want to get involved in legal proceedings. I was surprised to see both the numbers were still active., if they know the payment is not made the first thing to do is to cancel the number and then proceed with legal stuff but no they want to make more easy money . And since I dint want make anymore charity by making payments for the NO SERVICE provided by them and expecting them to rectify the issue I sent email to Vodafone to cancel the connections.
      The email from legal department Vodafone was nothing but blackmail to get the money. They don’t even care why the person has not made payment if there is any fault from their end. Vodafone deserves to lose money for the pathetic services provided by them and why should we do the payments for their faulty network postpaid scam of theirs.
      It is really sad to know this is how the branded services like Vodafone
      This is just one of the several cases how pathetic their customer services are and they take no responsibility for having such pathetic services.
      POSTPAID connection with Vodafone is fraud and way to loot money from people.

      I am also facing the similar issue... I had taken vodafone connection for data usage, 3G speed and unlimited data download. However i never enjoyed the service provided but paid extra amount than the initially said, hence thought to cancel. I called up customer care to cancel the connection, she suggested me to drop a mail to corp mail id as it was corporate connection. The connection was not cancelled even after couple of reminder. I was getting reference number raised for cancellation. In between what is happening, the customer care representative is calling and mentioning we will give you some(don’t remember) MBs for 2 months absolutely free of cost for testing purpose to decide to continue with the service and activating the same connection even after confirming the offer given is absolutely free. Though I didn’t use the offer and mailed again to cancel the number (since I lost the SIM card in between) I am receiving a bill for entire month. Now I am getting a mail from Nagaraj Shetty, Dy Manager. Vodafone South Limited for appearance at court.

      The point to be noted here
      1. No one comes back when we write back to Vodafone for any issue – pathetic service.
      2. Call connection to Customer care is very poor even though it is Telecom service provider, every call disconnects and every time you need to explain the issue
      3. No connection between Corp department and amount recovery department, recovery team never even try to check cancellation request and mail sent to Corp connection – very rude to customer
      4. Even though the bill is showing 0 usage and lost the SIM for more than 2 weeks( raised a request to block and cancel the connection), still I am getting a bill at the end of the month
      ALL NETWORKS IS BETTER THAN THIS DABBA VODAFONE NETWORK,
      It is Oakland Fraud Company, its not lie.
      I[censored] think am lie just use once this product than you Only Realise.

          Hi, I made my payment on 2nd Mar 2016, although i made payment i could not make calls, I did chated with vodafone customer care & they said it was a technical issue from their side n it would be resolved soon. Next morning I did try making calls but I could not, i got a same response, they said it was a trechnical issue & it would be resolved. I'm a business man & due to this it has frustuated me to an extent that I want to file a case against vodafaone. I'm gonna write reviews on all the website possibe, so that people do not get cheated by vodafone.

            I am ported my number [protected] airtel to vodafone but still my number is not active. On 1st Mar'16 My airtel network is gone due to MNP process & then I put Vodafone Sim into my cellphone and getting SIM is not provisioned.
            Then I called to customer care 2nd March Morning 15-20 times but no one give proper response to resolve the issue. One executve told me & suggest to go Vodafone store & I did. In vodafone store, they gave me new sim & told number will activate after 3PM. But still I am facing same issue & error.

            My office work is pending last 2 days

            I am really disappointed from vodafone

            Please help me to solved Out this issue

                I am a Vodafone customer since a long
                from tow days i have some issue with the service which is been provided by my service provider the is Vodafone i am not getting any incoming calls on my mobile no. since 2 days at the same time i called the customer care they are not able to guide me in any sense pathetic service provider and the pathetic customer care Vodafone is with i called Vodafone customer care for more than 4 times and still not able to retrieve this issue at last the phone was connected to the cs and it was transferred for more than 4 to 5 times and in the end i got connected to a person called PRAKASH BHISHE was the pathetic person i have ever spoken to he was from technical department he was not able to help me out in any condition as i told him to transfer the call to his manager he suddenly changed and stared narrating the same thins again and stating that VODAFONE MAI CALL KAR NE K LIYE DHANYAWAD and that was more irritating as i was telling him my issues and continuously he was saying the same things Vodafone has pathetic cs service.

                  My apartment is ground floor. Everytime, if a call comes, we have to run outdoor to receive the call.This was the issue with Airtel and I had to change the service provider. Now I am facing the same problem. Now the public can hear my phone conversation.This is the same case with my son and wife as well.

                    i have been using Vodafone for last 8 years . it was all fine till last 2 years . i couldn't understand or explain how could it go such low level of service.
                    i have been using 3g network plan with 1gb limit regularly and has never faced any issues . In last few months my 1gb limit end up in just 10 days . in fact even i have made attempt not to use anything rather then whats app chat . still i had to recharge in 15 days again, i went ahead asked customer care operator several time to explain this i was said that i have been used all 1 GB and exceeded the usage . i asked for what exactly was net usage was in so they said it cant be told to me( my own data usage was not told me i don't understand this rule .) so i opted for 2g net plan . i then i cudnt receive any net service and had to reboot my sim regularly to receive 2g network ...
                    the customer care service of Vodafone has fallen to a level where they themselves hang up call if i am asking some questions :(
                    i get promotional call from Vodafone customer care services that seeing my continues usage of Vodafone service i have been offered postpaid service from Vodafone . i do respectfully reply as always that i am not interested in offer they reply me rudely that why i am not even listening to any offers or just hang up call rudely without even saying "OK". with high amount of rates. and lowest rated customer care agent and services i am very much upset about Vodafone services.

                      As i lost my cell on 29th Feb evening, i went to Vodafone stores at TTK road chennai on 1st Feb, for getting a new / duplicate SIM. they said stores will be opened at 10.30 Hrs, only. So, at 14.00 Hrs, i went to vodafone mini stores Surabhi at saidapet on 1st Feb at 2.00 p.m., and applied for new / duplicate with Govt. officers ID card copy with Res. address.
                      I approached many times till 12. 45 hrs on 2nd Feb the customer care vodafone and mini stores saidapet, but still my new SIM not activated.
                      I am not able get any incoming calls and make outgoing calls, as a central Govt. officer i am facing communication problem.
                      Totally my friends are not happy with VODAFONE

                              I have been using Vodafone for the past 7 years and today I'm sorry to say that Vodafone is no longer interested in retaining its esteemed customers. Last month I had made a payment of some 900 rupees towards my Vodafone bill. when my bill for the current period arrived I checked that the rental charges are charged wrongly. On checking, I saw that the rental charges for the last bill paid were also charged wrongly. Your customer care executive agreed to reverse the wrong billed amount for the current period but told me that he'll not be able to reverse the wrongly billed amount for the last bill. I'm sorry but due to such attitude of Vodafone I'm no longer interested in using Vodafone. I'm with Vodafone for the past 7 years and if Vodafone ain't able to retain its customers then there's some serious problem.

                                I have no idea when this plan was activated in my postpaid connection. Its just for past few months that i noticed an unusual hike in the bills. I used to get bills around Rs 900. Presently they have shot up to as high as Rs 1800!! It is just this month that I scrutinised the bill to find that the plan has this extra thing activated without my knowledge and are chargig accordingly. I dont even use a smartphone for this number!! Yet I am paying hefty bills for a internet plan!!

                                Please help!

                                  I bought a new sim card on 5th Feb.. I did all the verification on telephone submitted documents. But on 21st of Feb they disconnected my sim card.. When i asked the reason they said some documents issue.. i submitted the documents again 2 times.. Still they activate and deactivate my card.. On asking the reason they tell nothing and keep on disconnecting my sim card.. My sim card got disconnected 9 times.. Every evening I request them to activate and next evening they disconnect it.. Fed with with this Vodafone service...

                                    I am using the vodafone up west no. [protected] from long time. Mr. Umesh, Vodafone Senior Executive had missed call on my mobile no. [protected] from his personal no. [protected] on dated 16.10.2019 at night 22:25, 22:14, 22:12 that is wrong according vodafone guidelines. On dated 17.10.2019 when I called on customer care no. 198 then my call again forwarded to Mr. Umesh and he again argued from me that I am lying regarding manager call while it was fully wrong from his side and after that my call has tranferred again to wrong officer by Mr. Umesh. Above shows that Vodafone Company has given right to above officers to do wrong with customer because again and again customer has faced above same problem. Take a legal action against Mr. Umesh, Senior Executive and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Verma, Floor Supervisor. In which Mr. Sandeep Kumar Verma told to me that manaer will call to me on dated 17.10.2019 after 10:00 AM but call has not done by Manager and blamed to customer by Manager and Senior Executive Umesh on dated 17.10.2019 that I am asking a lie regarding manager call. I want to check the call details from backend team for it. I already have sent the screenshot of missed by Mr. Umesh on vodaone appellate team mail id that was not applicable on my number but it sent by vodafone company. Take a legal action on above executive right now and have suspended to him from company because above executive can do anying wrong with me that above has done by him and vodafone company will responsible for it completely. Now Vodafone appellate team, Complaint department and Vodafone care and CEO Vodafone UP west is not taking above matter seriously and above executive can do wrong with me anytime.
                                    I have already sent to you the clear screenshot of missed call summary dated 16.10.2019 that had done by Umesh Vodafone senior executive from his personal number but you and your team is not taking an legal action on it and sending same mail to me daily. I am sending again call screenshot that has done to me on my personal number [protected] by above executive late night. Above executive can wrong with me any time and you and vodafone team will responsible for it because you are not taking legal action against him. For above I have complained on dated 16.10.2019 and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Verma has provided a complaint no. against Umesh as well as Mr. Sandeep Kumar Verma told me that manager will call to me on dated 17.10.2019 but call has not done by Manager Sir and next day when I called again customer care 198 then again my call has forwarded to Umesh and Manager Mr. Talib and he blamed to me that manager had called to me while call had not done on dated 17.10.2019 on my any number. I want to check the call details by backend and complaint team vodafone Up West immediately.

                                        On 29/02/2016 i have recharge my mobile with Rs. 649 for internet. Before recharging my number i checked with *111# and it shows for 649, the validity will be for 28 days but now it is showing only 25 days.
                                        I am feeling like vodafone is cheating the customers on 3G internet services.
                                        And i call the customer care centre 3 times but i am not satisfied with them and customer care executive whom i called last time (10:50pm) is very irresponsible and talking like villain of hindi cinema.
                                        So i request you to take necessary action on vodafone india and the customer care executive.
                                        I'm enclosing the screen shots of what i received from *111# and the timings of my calls to customer care executive.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
