My number [protected] has been charged for net pack even for non usage and I called customer care to disconnect my net pack but no response. Kindly make action regard this issue. I want to disconnect this number. I am not using this number to make calls for 2 months but I have been charged for these two months....

I just received an sms from VM - VFCARE stating that they have received my documents for mobile number [protected] and that they are in process of activating my connection.

I have even put across a complain through VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE. However i just want to be safe and document it that i have never ever given my documents for the connection of the above mentioned Mobile Number.

I am shocked...

The complaint is about vodafone mobile India as while registering they do not validate if given mail ID is of respective customer or not and once registered they keep sending different mails on that mail ID.

Same has happened with me i.e. I am receiving mails from vodafone (for Reference: Vodafone Relationship no.[protected] & Vodafone No. [protected]) for "Demand Notice" and "Payment Reminder Letter".

On 28th Feb Rs.45/- deducted from my account for unlimited video download without my consent. I called 198 but there is no option to talk with customer care, also no one called me back after call back registration till now. I want to get back my money. This is very very bad....

I am using [protected] Vodafone prepaid service. Two value added services named "Glam doll pack" and "Fashion portal pack" were activated and 125 RS was deducted from my balance. When I contacted customer care, they say it was activated just because some random pop up ad (one click ad) page opened on my browser page. How can a random ad page deduct money from my balance without operators permission....

I have purchased 2 sim cards on 22-02-16 from a representative of Vodafone with Rs 50 talktime and V-V 10 paise offer.

Numbers activated on 24-02-16 without any balance and offers. I have made a call her to do the recharge, she said okay, but she did not do the FRC. I made calls and messages to her, but she did not respond. I want to complain....

Vodafone has deducted Rs50 against activation of "Vodafone gang of friends"in both of my mobile numbers. I never requested for any service like this. . I want my balance refund back to me account....

This is to inform you that my mobile no. Since i have bought the sim i find that the outgoing sms' meet with an error - ' message not sent'. Tried contacting vodafone care a number of times but they all say that sms barring option has been enabled on your sim abd you need to manually remove it. Fact is there is no manual barring facility available on my android phone nor has it even been done by me.

There is a guy who called me and was asking for my ATM details on sunday morning at 10:30 am. In this plan 1 was getting 600 min and 1 GB 3g net after 1Gb my net speed was convert to 2g Speed 64kbs.
