In month of December I subscribed a roaming plan of 55 rupee. I said to your to active this plan from bill date 19/12 of next bill cycle. When I received bill I found that your executive starts activation from before 19/12, this is first mistake. Second thing, when I found this mistake I called your executive to deactivate it. In next bill cycle the same charge of 55 is added to my bill. And on 29 of January I made call again to your executive...

Glamdoll service has been activated on my mobile and has deducted 75 rs from my account... This has happ 2nd time.. Without my notice... Plz refund the amt......

. I had a Vodafone sim from which today (27/2/2016) at 5:00am 90₹ deducted as a charge of activation of social book service which I have not actived .
so I want that they deactivate the service and return my balance...

Fraud transaction
This is to inform you that someone has used my credit card fraudulently on[protected] at 11:39 A.M. & made a payment of Rs. 5000/- at VODAFONE BILL DESK.

I have immediately got my credit card blocked and have also reported it to Delhi Police.

I am a Vodafone service user and finally want to complain through this website against Vodafone co. I have been using a postpaid service and wanted to convert it to prepaid. For which the co. representatives suggested me to pay all due bill first and i will be sent the settlement documents. I did so, (I have recpt. for the payment as I paid twice) but I recvd. nothing till today rather than repeated phone calls and emails to pay the rentals....

I have called customer care on 17th jan for deactivation of my 2g unlimited add on pack. But customer care has told me that no pack is active on the number but i know add on pack is active. Again i have called on 28th for deactivation, at that time plan was available and deactivated accordingly.

[protected] was debited with 45 rs for glamour pack which was auto activated.as soon as i came to know i called customer care at 11-45pm same day for deactivation and refund of amount.the executive assured me for refund in 24 hrs now on 3rd day when i called for refund again they are denying for refund.this is froud with customer.i want refund of my 45 rs....

Vodafone deducted Rs. 50 against activation of "Vodafone gang of friends" at 3 Am on 26/02/2016. I never requested for any service like this. Vodafone did this for the first time in my account, I always I thought Vodafone never does these type of cheap business but...same it is. I want my balance refund back to me account....

I was using prepaid vodafone sim for 10 years. Some guy called from vodafone and offered postpaid features which I converted from prepaid to postpaid. With the data plan as 750MB 3G and unlimited 2G post that. I was charged extra 160 INR for internet usage stating some content download charge. The guy who called for postpaid conversion said no need to worry anything about internet usage. But charging extra is unacceptable. I lost my good...

Frequently Y mobi service is being activated on my Mobile no [protected]. Neither I or my family is requested for the above service.Every time I have to call 198 for deactivation of service and refund.On 25 Feb it was also activated and charge has been deducted .Again l called 198 for deactivation of service. BUT till now my balance has not been refunded. Please stop doing all this kind of nonsense things. I m a gov employee and used to busy...

Vodafone is looting me for more than one and half year, they are charging me un-necessirily evrytime and due to my busy schedule i prefer to get exploited despite raising voice.Many time they close my incoming too
but its enough now. .
I request you to releive me from these looters.

I changed my plan from SEP 149 N CUG to E_Connect 299 3G but I requested to you to keep intact my two Bill Discounts (Rs.50+15% 2G Volume Discount). I have been given Rs.50 discount so why is another discount is withdrawn ?

I clearly mentioned it on my email dated 27/10/15 and 28/10/15.

I do have corporate plan activated on my number and would like to change the plan. I did visited Vodafone gallery and explained the issue on customer care number but they require some official letter from my organisation.

Am not able to get any official letter from my organisation since I left that organisation long time back on which my plan was activated.

i am mnp customer from airtel..i recharged with 74 as a first rechrge ..when i was call to customer care benifits will we active from 30 minutes after recharge..but till now i dont get any benifits...Almost completed 18 hours...Initially I think vodafone as better service provide network...but my feeling is its a worst network...
