Since i used vodafone sim card 2008 till now .i ask micro sim to new phone my has been changed my name database vodafone not correct details stored in database then ask their not response properly too very worst kind answer with customer in head office ...how rude behave the service point to hell vodafone network i decided change to other network ..im totally fedup on this network ...past years i used this network i feel shame on vodafone...

I was having two Vodafone post paid connections i. e. [protected] and [protected] and the same were disconnected by me on 17 th September 2015. Till now my deposit amount Rs 1000/- has not given till now it is almost five months past. I was told that the refund money sent to my address and I have not changed my address and till now I have not got my cheque. My contact no- [protected]...

I had been using my vodafone no since 2009. It was a postpaid connection that i got changed to prepaid as i was traveling to US. I reachrged it with a top up of Rs. 101/-. After a period of around 3 and a half months my sim suddenly stopped working. On querying vodafone i was intimated that due to non usage the sim has been deactivated.
I was shocked since i was not aware of such a policy. Secondly no communication was ever received...

Today I had a very bad experienceed when my wife visited Vodafone store gouribari, Kolkata. I am a Vodafone user from my first mobile connection, perviously it was Hutch! My wife and most of my familymabers also use vodafone.

Yesterday my wife lost her cell phone, we block the number immediately. That no also her very old number, same like my no. Her first connection. Since its very old connection the submitted documents are...

Sir vodafone deduct my rupees .and i am student .i have only enough money but vodafone deduct my rupees so please return my rupee as soon as possible....

This is to dispute the inaccurate calculation of data usage. According to my smart phone, the data used is 900MB whereas Vodafone systems are reflecting 1042 MB. The company cannot inflate the data used to seek higher bill amounts paid by customers. There should be a routine check on the company as the figures they are reflecting may or may not be true....

Sir i have problem with my Vodafone sim that it is registered with Vodafone network but can't make any calls or message incoming or outgoing anything with that ......

I had internet plan than also vodafone had applied charges in my bill for internet due to which my credit limit exceeds and i have to made payment again and again.I had registered lots of complaint on company's toll free also visited vodafone store many times but no action has taken till yet.

It began with my buying iPhone 6s from Amazon, and getting the offer which gave me Vodafone RED 1299 for 6 months for free. I bought the SIM at Vodafone store from Mr. R.

The SIM was activated, and I got a message saying my offer HAS been activated. Then after a month I start getting billed for the full amount. I complain. No response. My service gets cancelled.

I went to the store. Mr. R said he can't help....

Dear sir i am use vodafone no last 3 year in MH-GOA circle, I am change circle MH to UPW circle same number.i am using same number last 5 month in uttrakhand up west circle. i am pay last three bill in vodafone number. but i have received January month bill and showing misc. credits/charges amount 3234.31, i am going to Vodafone mini store ask him please provide that amount details but mini store not provide the details he asking this amount...

249 rupees internet pack was resetted when another internet pack of 8 rupees is orderred!
my 249 gone along with currency of 25 rupees also.
when contacted, customer care person told, it is company policy, that new pack resets old one.
What a PROFIT making policy...

I have shifted to Electronic City in Bangalore last year June that is June 2015. Till date I have raised many complaints regards to same issue, rather I went down to their store and got a negligible answer from them " They said-we can only take complaints; back end team has to work on this", which is okay. When I raised complaint via so far called customer care they took the complaints each and every time I call them and closed the complaint...

I have a 20 year old postpaid account with Vodafone India. For the past 4 months, I have been struggling to get the International Roaming charge deactivated from my account and convert my account to a 499 plan which has created havoc with my bills. Prior to this attempt, with minimum usage, around 700 GB data and around 4-5 hours of voice calls, I used to get a bill amount of Rs 850-900 which when compared with my friends operators was high....

This with reference to conversation I had with your customer care executive at New Panvel branch, Miss Roja regarding transfer of owner SIM card ([protected]) to my brothers name. She lead us to unnecessary argument which had no meaning.
Inspite of providing solution she asked to stop using vodaphone SIM go for different service provider. If this the kind of service you guys will continue providing then I need to...

When i recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs. 60 they deducted 45 Rs. from my balnce as hellotune activation charges. cmpany has no right to activate any service without my persmission.

When i talked to customercare they were only saying that you had activated service.

How company can actuvate service with low balance and further deduct balance when recharge further.

Its a Fraud I only...

I got Supermodel club subscription without being asked any permission for the same and got Rs 75 deducted. This is a scam of Vodafone to earn money in illegal ways....

I had got a call from [protected] on 21 feb 2016 at 12:20, did not speak and on calling back again, the person was not responding and later the phone was switched off....

I have send the official letter to the following address & also spoke to the executive but as usual the bill payment was with drawn from my hdfc bank account on 1st feb of rs.1883.38.
Now can i ask you who will be accommodate my loss.
