Good morning
i am mnp customer from airtel..i recharged with 74 as a first rechrge ..when i was call to customer care benifits will we active from 30 minutes after recharge..but till now i dont get any benifits...Almost completed 18 hours...Initially I think vodafone as better service provide network...but my feeling is its a worst network

            My mobile phone support nano sim but they given me one normal sim card. Then I go to Vodafone store at Janpath Bhubaneswar & get 1 nano sim[protected]) against my mobile number [protected]. But it's going 26 hour but they have not respond & activate my new sim card. I'm already forward 8 mail to them but no response from there.

                  Almost every month I'm getting bill of 3000 or 4000rs, my billing cycle is 20th of Jan to 19th Feb. But billed from 1st of Jan till 19th Feb. But data started bill from Jan 20th itself of cycle ended and again by 5th of Feb again new data cycle start. Current bill amount is more then 4000rs. When I call customer care they explain all bill and then I ask why more they will disconnects 4th continuously happens.

                    Dear Customer Service Manager,

                    I am very old customer of Vodafone having multiple connections of Vodafone mobile.

                    I had been facing problems with the billing of my mobile number [protected] for the last couple of month as well the connectivity of it.

                    In spite of my several complaints, the connectivity issue could not be resolved & and hence ultimately I had to port my number to Airtel.

                    In the billing issue I had to call every month whenever I received my bill for overcharging & it would be waived off in the next bill

                    I was using Blackberry Prosumer ULD399 as my Blackberry handset does not allow any other plan for which I was paying a monthly plan of Rs.399/- which is much higher that your 3G plan.

                    But still in addition of the plan charge of Rs.399/- I used to be charged for internet usage in my monthly bills for which I disputed & I used to get a waiver in the next bill.

                    The last bill no 31389419 dated 06/12/15 which I received is again an inflated bill with internet charges.

                    I went to your Kalkaji store to complain about it and make a full & final payment of the bill after reducing the amount but they just noted the complaint and could not do anything about the bill so I could not pay it.

                    I would request you to provide me with the amended bill waiving off the internet charges of Rs.838.80 for this current bill as well the previous bill for Rs.239.64.

                    I would like to make the full & final settlement of this number only if the bill is corrected.

                      This is a issue which is going on since 6 months now end number of calls and complaints have been made yet nothing has been done from vodafone yet please find the details below:

                      As per my conversation with Nagendra Yadav's assistant Harshali I have been asked to get in touch with you.

                      This is regarding my Vodafone number [protected] there is a issue going on with my number from the past 6-8 months
                      There was a 3G internet pack activated on my number by Vodafone without my knowledge. I have been using Nokia X1 and this phone doesn't have the functionality of gprs or 3g.
                      However Vodaphone has continued to keep the package active and after my continuous attempts of gallery visits and customer care call still has not been resolved
                      The Package is active on my account and no one is being able to deactivate this
                      Requesting you to kindly de-activate this package of 3G.
                      I am being charged 1500 rupees every month which has now totalled to 5000 rupees .
                      Requesting you to check my previous billing as it is less than 300 rupees/ month.
                      Kindly wave off the amount of 5000 rupees as you understand I never subscribed for any of these services.
                      Requesting you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

                        I am having a vodofone mobile connection [protected] with prepaid scheme and an amount of Rs. 90/- was deducted for an international call which was not made. On enquiry the call centre employee gave the starting number of the international contact[protected] but did not accept my request to register a complaint. The same call has not been made from the mobile nor any sms message has been received, for all other charge a sms is received automatically. Kindly resolve and credit the amount back and ensure such wrong charges are made

                          In special offer there was one month incoming free and reduced outgoing call charges at 45 inr for 28 days. The offer is still showing in my special offer. I have recharged it. After 7 days for incoming call there was a deduction and finally it become zero. I called customer care and they said that there is not that kind of offer to my number. I asked them to transfer the call to higher authority. They started misbehaving and put my call hold for minutes. I have taken screenshot of the offer and attaching it. Again i called customer care and this time they misbehaver more.

                                Since the last 2 months or so, Rs 90 has been deducted from my balance every 2-4 weeks. Now, I have stopped inserting balance. This is so irritating. I get messages that if you want to "stop" this service, please call this number, or that number. I tried and I failed. Vodafone, you don't need to refund me my money, but please stop this unwanted service. I don't want this. Please don't force me to change my service.

                                      Vodafone customer care sucks big time !!! It is very unprofessional and immature. I have submitted a request to migrate my number to postpaid. It has been 2 weeks still my postpaid sim is not activated. Moreover they took security deposit which I was not supposed to pay for Vodafone red. S.K.S Pvt Ltd is the name of the agency. I visited the Vodafone store in mulund West multiple times now. All they could do is give false hopes that it will start in 24 hrs 48 hrs 4 hrs in 30 mins in 20 mins and so on but that doesn't happen. After calling call center so many times they might have blocked me there aswell coz I can't connect to the call center anymore. But if I call from any other number it gets connected instantly. Because someone is not doing their job properly I am suffering coz of that. #[protected] is the latest incident number I have logged in visiting the Vodafone store. I regret being a Vodafone customer when it comes to the customer care.

                                        Since i used vodafone sim card 2008 till now .i ask micro sim to new phone my has been changed my name database vodafone not correct details stored in database then ask their not response properly too very worst kind answer with customer in head office ...how rude behave the service point to hell vodafone network i decided change to other network ..im totally fedup on this network ...past years i used this network i feel shame on vodafone network...good bye in future im not refer to vodafone network.
