Vodafone has closed my mobile no. and issued that no to some body else without even neither notifying me nor notifying to the alternate no. provided. As per the vodafone store located at Liluah, Howrah, the representative name Mr. Rakesh said that vodafone can close anybody's no. at any time without notification do whatever I can do. I request you to please take some action regarding this.

    I had Vodafone no [protected]. I had gone to US for 5 months. On return on 21 Sep 15, found that calls are barred. I immediately recharged for Rs 150/- . Recharge was confirmed & I made few calls. Next morning my connection informs me that services not available. I contacted Vodafone store west mall, Janakpuri Delhi. They said the sim has gone wrong and would get me new Sim will be provided. Week later said services disconnected for not using the service for more than 3 months.
    I agree with your rules. But I was not aware of your rules as I was abroad. But why did you welcome me on return and accepted recharge amount.SMS messages are retained. My all official work was done on this number.
    . Having explained my position, I request to restore my no and connection or refund my recharge amount.

      I had got wrong charged in my billing, i called to customer care on 4t sep for deactivation 530 min and activation 220 std min, but as per my bill customer care team activated 220 min std on 4th sep and deactivated on same date 4th sep 2015 and again activated 220 std minute on 5th Sep 2015, but he didn't deactivated my 530 min std for mobile no [protected] which i got extra 240 rupees charged and i asked for waiver but they are not providing please resolve

        Hi, On my number "[protected]" it was often to have call drops when initially subscribed to Vodafone, But now a days its going so frequent, that even I am paying for those calls as well. I live in heart of city and having very expensive mobile to place sim card for connectivity. But feeling so harassed that vodafone remind me in between important calls. I really don't know how vodafone do advertise on national televisions for great service and a connectivity, when they are not able to full filling the basic connectivity even in single place. I need my refund related to call drops otherwise will claim for waste of time, and doing against the service what they claim Thanks- Shivendra ([protected])

          Today (7.10.2015) suddenly I received message at 3.30 PM on my number [protected], states" super model club is now activated as requested, service valid till 22.10.2015 for 15 days rental of rs. 75", from "VT-VFCARE" (Vodafone customer care).How any service can be activated without any consent of consumer. and forced to even pay. I want that to be refunded, an apologize letter from Vodafone. or will claim for my time and pathetic service from providers. Thanks.- Shivendra ([protected])

            My name is vijay tomar and my mobile number is [protected]. i am facing network problem from last 5 months.network bar are 1 out of 5.i have to a make a call 2 or 3 times which increase my bill. call automatically drop due to network failure.i registered many complains against this to Vodafone store in sector 50 Noida. they simply registered my complain and say network team will call you in 7 days. our team is working on this pleae have some patience.m facing this problem from last 5 months how much i have to wait for this. how much additional bill i pay to Vodaphone for this problem i charge 30 Paisa for a call but from last 4 or 5 months m paying 60 to 90 Paisa for a call just because of network issues. network team said me to change my handset. i change 4 handset(samsung gt-7562, nokia handset, xiaomi redmi note 4 g, lumia 520). now tell me what to do.

              They have harassed me to pay extra money. later they accepted that they have charged extra and promised me to pay back the money. Almost, 2 years that they have not refunded back the money. I have the relevant mails pertaining to it. Please help.

                Sir, This is Balaiah Bandi customer Vodafone. I have been using Vodafone service for more than three years with number [protected]. I pay the bills using credit card and I want the bills to claiming amount from my company. But the Vodafone is not sending the bills in time and when I contact them they are saying they raised a request for it. They repeating the same thing every time I contact them. I raised upto 5 complaints but bill is not sent. I want bill for june, july and august months.

                  On 07 Jun 2015 at about 0600 PM I visited Vodafone store located at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi for conversion of my postpaid no [protected] and [protected] to prepaid. Customer care executive Namely Neha completed all formalities and after paying all the dues She gave me a new SIM informing that same will be activated in 24 hrs. However above SIM has not been activated so far. In the meantime I visited Vodafone store at Ansal Plaza on 4 occasion. I have lodged complaint with customer care on phone as well as send mail to Vodafone on at least 8 occasion including their appellate officer. My complaint ID was [protected].The last time I visited Vodafone stores at Ansal plaza the same executive informed me that above no has been permanently deactivated and if I need new connection then I have to apply afresh for new no.                     I have vodafone postpaid connection.no is [protected].i want to close it.for that i contact vodafone store but they denied to disconnect it .they provide me a email address to contact company .i make a mail on that email so many times in last 2 month but no reply is coming from the company .as a result of it my unnecessarily bill is increasing day by day .i request to the authority my complain is consider on urgent basis.                       I have incurred sky high roaming charges since call duration was extended due to poor network coverage and poor call quality. Also, calls to CUG numbers and some numbers on Vodafone were charged at a higher rate than calls to numbers on other networks. Moreover, calls made using other Airtel network during roaming (which is beyond user's control and this means Vodafone's network coverage in several areas is poor - if real) are charged at a higher rate for no fault of the customer who is totally unaware o[censored]sing a different service provider's network. If all the outgoing calls are made on Vodafone's network how is it possible that a lot of the incoming calls are handled by Airtel's network in the same area at the same point in time? Call duration extended unnecessarily due to poor network leading to excess incoming and outgoing charges. Moreover, download speed on 3G network was only on par with 2G and sometimes even worse. Frequent loss of signal/downtime/network outage at times of need has caused immense mental agony. Why should customers be made to bear the burden of skyrocketing bills despite such poor service from Vodafone. I seek immediate compensation/relief.

                            I got charged Rs. 1500 for Surprise 'Value Added Services' I am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party(d2c_verse_ipayy_50) link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names. To my surprise executives were not able to explain the details of the downloads for what they have charged. Details are as follows: Value Added Services (VAS) Downloads Downloads 20/08/15-12:27:20 d2c_verse_ipayy_50 - 500 20/08/15-12:28:45 d2c_verse_ipayy_50 - 500 20/08/15-12:30:09 d2c_verse_ipayy_50 - 500 Total 3 Unit - 1500.00 whereas I am using the vodafone sim in a NOKIA E5 symbian series phone with a 2G internet plan. In the internet bill details i have just used 22MB in a month which clearly shows that i don't do any browsing in this particular phone.

                              I am facing following issue and after so many complaint also not addressed the issue properly and faults commitments given. 1) Network issue 2) Call Drops 3) Voice clarity not good. 4) No proper data service 5) Calls will not connect immediately. 6) Data and Network fluctuation Etc.

                                  Dear Sir/Ma'am, My name is Zeeshan Ahmad, by profession I'm Biomedical Engineer and working with German Mnc in delhi. I'm facing lots of problem with vodafone and I just wanna aware you with those problems, below im mentioning same- *3 months back I gave MNP request for my postpaid idea no. [protected] at janakpuri district centre delhi Vodafone store(executive name is Mr. Jasmeet) as I'm outside of delhi I gave reference of my colleague Mr. Atul Kumar(mob. no. [protected])and provided his delhi address as address proof and provided my adhaar card copy o[censored]ttar Pradesh address. But my no. didn't port in vodafone, after waiting long time I again visited district centre Vodafone centre, now they told that due to some reason it didn't port and my no. got closed from idea side as well. After that I gave MNP request for my Aircel prepaid no. [protected](executive name is Ms.Renu), but after waiting 20 days my no. didn't get port then again I visited district centre Vodafone store and ask the reason but they are without any answer, they have no idea how it would happen. Then finally i force to take a new connection(no. [protected]) but they are unable to start this no. as well. On 28th September I got call from janakpuri district centre Vodafone store that your no. started and call 117 for televerification. I called 117 and gave my information, televerification person told that this no. isn't register by your name and he didn't start the no.. I again call televerifiction person and provided my information, somehow he started no.and told that your plan is of rs.300 per month, I told that I gave request for rs. 199 plan. Then finally I again visited on district centre Vodafone store and told problem, there I found my name and plan wrong, somehow they register my problem and provided service request no.(which I already mentioned in subject line), there I first handled by ms.Divya, I was asking these queries and she got frustrated and told another executive Mr.Ajay to handle me. They never provide a no. on which I can ask my queries, the behaviour of employees are very rude (specially Ms.Divya). I'm living in indirapuram and made 4 visits to janakpuri store(because any other branch isn't ready to adjust security money for any other no.. Somehow I got my Vodafone no. on but all things are wrong, name wrong plan wrong. Now somehow they corrected my name but plan is still wrong and now they are not providing my requested plan(rs.199 plan in which 600 L/N mins and 400 sms free), now they are saying that this plan isn't available now and saying that I gave request for other plan. I'm very much feeling harrased I.e. I decided to inform you. Here I'm attaching my adhaar card copy and security deposit receipt slip as well. Kindly take necessary action.                                     Dear Sir, I took new Vodafone connection from your outlet and the same is activated on 1st October 2015. the same day i recharged for Rs 349 plan and the same amount deducted from my account, but the same is not activated till. the same day Rs 11 is recharged automatically, that is not done by me. So kindly intervene and resolve the same. If not i am ready to go in-front of CDRF and ready to file against you. This is not an issue of Rs 350 but the issue of belief, reputation and value to your customers. I had taken two Sims from your side, Thanks and Regards Midhun .C Advocate. Mysore, karnataka.

                                      I brought the sim on 23/9/2015 . but it wasn't activated. The vodafone agent is not responding to my calls.customer care is also not responding. I bought the sim for rs 50 from srinagar from Vodafone agents. They got my necessary document. But now when i am asking customer care of Vodafone about activation of my sim they are saying my documents didn't reached to them.

                                        I recharged [protected] with an amount of 695 on 2nd of August. The amount got deducted from my account but recharge was not successful. After that I contacted your customer care which told me to contact your outlet. I visited outlet in Anand Gujarat twice with my bank statement and asked them to get that amount refunded to my bank account. So I completed all the necessary steps and even the executive present their told me that your amount Will get refunded to your account within 1 week. But to my surprise I couldn't find that amount in my bank till now.
