MOBILE NO [protected] UP WEST CIRCLE( PURCHASED FROM BULANDSHAHR) --Purchased this connection on 10th sept --address verified by vodafone representative --phone activated --now It was deactivated on 8th oct without any intimation --contacted customer care and was informed that ID is not clear --tried to give another ID like adhaar, Pan card etc-but no use --THE PHONE IS STILL DEACTIVATED --POOR & WORST MOBILE OPERATOR AND I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN SUCH POOR CHEATER MOBILE COMPANY IF THESE ARE YOUR SERVICES THAN DEACTIVATE MY CONNECTION I WILL SWITCH OVER TO OTHER MOBILE OPERATOR. Again who would be responsible for these five days of deactivation period as you will charge me for the whole month and the agony and mental harassment caused to me by your company. If the ID was not clear than you would have demanded another ID at the time of purchasing this connection.

    I replaced a sim 2 times do to dealer negligence still sim didn't working. In this period I lost 8 placement offers. I demand to take action on negligence of the dealer and I request to provide services fulfilly.his charged rs.250/- to replace a sim still not working from 30 days.

      I am having this number since last 3 years in vodafone maharashtra circle. I was resident of pune. On my transfer to mumbai I had requested for portability to mumbai circle. It was done smoothly but I am now informed that due to address verification issues the outgoing services are discontinued. I was residing in a transit guest house initially before shifting to my bank's accommodation for bachelor at Andheri. I am working in a Government of India undertaking. I have submitted all kyc papers including accommodation allotment letter and banks certificate of residence. My officer has twice visited your centre at andheri West and personally handed over all the papers. I am further open to any further verification requirements. But my request is to immediately restore outgoing services to my number [protected]. I understand that we have a very healthy corporate level relationship between our head office at bkc complex and vodafone mumbai. If the needful is not done I am left with no other choice but to surrender vodafone and shift to any other operator. I once again request to immediately respond positively on my request.         Dear Sir I have been receiving wrong bills from Vodafone. I escalated the complaint to noda l officer on 23rd Sep and received the following reply but again received a wrong bill on 30th sep. I have escalated it to the appellate but to no avail. Ms. Malik, we confirm that you have made a payment of Rs.200.00 and it has been updated against security deposit on above number. We also confirm that we have received the payment of Rs.647.7 on above number and it has been updated in our records. As one time gesture we have reversed the amount of Rs.200.00 against the amount due. This will reflect in next bill dated 28/09/15 under the adjustment column. In view of the above there is no outstanding on above number Given below is the Service Request reference number for your enquiry; in case you need to check the status on the same, you can share this number with us. I am having a monthly rental 325 STD plan along with which i have opted for a internet pack for which a particular amount get added in my bill. Without informing me, if my internet data is finish then they have levied the internet charges of thousands of rupees. If i have to pay thousand of rupees for internet then why will i opt for the internet plan. Did they called me for applying those internet charges in my bill. I am not going to pay that bill for internet else i will block my number and lodge a complaint in TRAI for the same.                       I made several complaints but was ignored by Vodafone customer care and Internet was not at all getting connected for over 25 days despite reminding and calling as the same was used for office purpose and we could not stop our work and lose our customer due to this problem, Hence i have discontinued using Dongle, i have request you to disconnect the connection through my mail sent on March 24, 2015and also since i have not used internet there should not be any dues too. It is Gross injustice on you part to demand for payment when i have not used . But i see every month bills is sent adding around Rs.6000. Pleasehelp me in closing this issue.

                          My cell no is [protected], kim ferns. I moved to Naigaon in Sep 2014. From then till now, i have lost count of the number of times i must have discussed the issue with Vodafone thru email, phone calls, chat and have also stepped in your vodafone store ..Nothing helped which is why I am raising my conplaint here. I keep getting charged for roaming after I moved to Naigaon.Every month there is a charge. I was told by a rep that roam like home would be activated and I wont b charged. Yet there are charges.Its been a year.I was on the verge of disconnecting my no, vodafone was least bothered and were happily willling to disconnect without enquiring the reason. Plus the network sucks. I have complained abt that too. Nothing has been done. I dont know why is vodafone become so useless. Pls look into this asap as this time I will escalate this further if its not resolved and will take this to any extent to get this issue resolved.

                            So i recharged my 3G internet pack of 42 on the 7th and it was suppossed to last a week. But the interesting thing is i used Wifi for all my activities that day and guess what when i checked my internet was already exhausted. Trust me when i say i didn't turn on my net for most of the time that day and i was shocked that an internet pack which is suppossed to last you atleast 3 days finishes off within 3 hrs. And you know the charges are really high. If i am on facebook for like 5 minutes, half of my net pack is already gone. I need an answer.

                              Vodafone has been Unethically Generating high charge Billing Since last 6-7 Months, My Plan is now changed to 249 But Still I am getting Above 500 Bills. I have 2 Post Paid SIM ( [protected] and [protected]). I changed my Plan in Feb to 399 But Since that I am getting Unethical Bills for both the Numbers, I got bill amount above 1200 Since then, I keep of sending Complaint but no one has solved the issue, no Explanation. Latter i got a call from Vodafone Representative and it was agreed that they had charged me Extra Bill for services which I did not avail and that was happening sine last 5-6 Months I was overcharged in Excess of above 1000 Rs Each month. But Latter no action was taken and I continued to get High Charges Bill. Even though I complained I kept on paying bills in fear of disconnect, In July I changed my plan to 249 Plan, but still I am paying bills above 600 Rs. Who is responsible to resolve the issue, is it that Vodafone is not afraid of the law in India and are doing what ever they want, Just like gunda Giri. Kindly help me reimburse my amount, as this month I am transferring my number to Idea Network. Thanks Prasad Kumar

                                  On 7th October I have requested for porting to Vodafone, so they call me and give the offer like "we give you 500 MB data with 49 Rs recharge." So on 8th October they call me and on phone they said that they are going to activate 49 Rs plan on my number. But the activated 98 Rs recharge for 1024 MB instead 49 Rs for 500 MB which is I don't want .So I call them but they are told me that they are not going to give my balance back.

                                        I took a dongle and on repeated complaints they have not provided with a 3g signal. Every time they close the ticket and tell me the complaint has been resolved. they say our executive called you but it is all lie. Also, I told them take it back and refund money, they said we will do that, the store manager said that but nothing has happened. My office mails get lost after drafting because on clicking send it says, signal not available. Above all that they have given me a bill of 969 this month, when I could hardly use this connection. Sometimes with much effort I get the signal and everyday for office work I have to keep reconnecting it to check google. I want them to pay me for my inconvenience.
