Vodafone activated Deals pack weekly on their own. I want to stop this service immediately and want a full refund of Rs. 35 My number: [protected] I'm already paying Rs. 1000 for Internet but still they are scamming me. Please fix it asap.

      I Milind Bhosale using Tata sky Id No:[protected] M.No. [protected] last one week i am facing problem tata sky is not working they are charging me amount per day repeated complements every day none of they engineers visited to my place if i calling customer care they executive are giving wrong commitments our engineer will come in two hours and your customer care one lady calling form this No. [protected] and she telling me call our local service why should I call she can tell them to visit why should i west my time in this THIRD CLASS SERVICE i am fed up with them please don't by TATA Sky worst service.

        I recharge many times 2G and many times 3G but for the same location the the network not properly stayed when I using 3G net. But the the mb dedicated 02\10\2015 no-[protected] No tower range And the vodafone network in our area is neglible. The range of tower is 1/5. 3g works with the speed slower than 1g. I have complained a lot many times about the same to vodafone customer care, but all in vain. I request vodafone to install new towers in my area or fix the old ones...

          Dear Concerns I would like to draw your attention towards my Vodafone postpaid plan bearing number - [protected]. I am availing the services of Vodafone number since 2009 to till date, but from last six month i m facing huge problem in voice calls and data usages. I have logged end number of complains to vodafone call center, mini store and nodal desk Guwahati to resolve the issue and fix out a solution. unfortunately each and every time i receive calls enquiring about my problems and after explain all the issue / query it remain same. Only persons assign to me keep changes with a fake commitment that the issue / problem would be resolve within one week or after 10 days and this has been happening through out last six months. My voice call and data usages get suspended and block. I need to call atleast 2 / 3 persons to reopen / unbarred my number. i m continuously interacting with Customer care / Operation team / Technical team and Relationship Manager for solution but it seems they are least bother what i have been facing and struggling. I work in a corporate company and i need to cater / travel 3 states in North East - Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh and there are two/ three instances where my line had been suspended while i was travelling. i had face huge problem as i don't have any alternate number to contact any other person in that tough time. Requesting you to look into the matter at the earliest and urgently. I need help and support from your end, m helpless whom to contact and how do i get justice !!!             Not satisfied with services / False Promises made while buying connection

            Vodafone India Limited, stopped services of my mobile phone, no outgoing call and no data as on 30 June 2015 without any prior information or approval from my side causing me a lot of distress for a few days, specifically that evening were i could not speak to my family / business contacts, and it was done without any prior information and not they are charging me for the using the phone for next 2 months, when the call center was informed to stop the services from that moment on and also an email was sent to stop the services. the number / sim card was removed and not used since June 2015. Not sure if I am liable to pay for the amount. Also untill then all the payments were made on time and I have asked for the break of the amount a few times but no response from Vodafone

We are been harassed by the Vodaphone billing department every-time with a extra charges added & they time they barred the outing calls. We are using 3 numbers & in all three numbers same issues we are facing. We registered compliances many time also with senior team that's "Nodel Team" we have spoken to them as well but the process seems to be very slow & no proper response from them we are receiving.                             Mob. No. [protected]. biscoot pack was activated without any authorization from me on 3rd Oct and an amount of rs 45 is being added to my bill for the same. this is not the first time dat such a thing has happened. How can vodafone add any such pack without any intimation? If for unsubscribing you make us message a specific text to a specific no. den how can you activate a pack by some 'mysterious' request from my side that i didn't even make?

                              I have been using Vodafone from past 5 month, my problem is that they are deducting balance without informing me, showing reason that I have activated Mobile Mela service, wheather I have not done this. Whenever they are sending this mesage they also including they deactivation key as well, After deactivating it once again its becoming activated itself. Every time deducts 5 Rupees.                                 I am Rahul. Just now I received message from Vodafone that"Hello! Deals Pack Weekly service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.22.29 To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). "Why deducted? I have not requested for that. Why u people are cheating us? Do u want I shall discontinue this connection? Immediately return back the deducted amount of Rs.35.

                                I am Aman, Vodafone activated some Deals Pack Weekly service on my number which I never requested. When tried to STOP it, an auto message generated that reply with the " Service Number".What is this service number??This is weekly service for Rs.35/week. This is disgusting. I feel cheated.This service is activated for more than a month.If this will be the scenario, I'll be bound to change my network operator. I want all the deductions that have been made since last month back.
                                Deals pack service has been activated on my number and Rs 35/ deducted. I feel this Vodafone company is going to be insolvent. They don't have further income source.
                                I am planning to change Vodafone.

                                    I have buyed 348 3g internet plan . and i am not able to use it .. its gets connected but never works ... i have called customers care and try to complain about it .. but they just say i will connect to gprs /data expert but they never do ... and after trying 2 3 times they just disconnect my call ... and they also never listens they just keep telling you the recorded tape ... too much problem .. number [protected]

                                      On 17/09/15 some priya sharma call me and ask my credit card number for credit reward point of 4900 to my credit card account.after some time my credit card account has been debited of Rs.4990. This trxn.was not initiate by me. From bank a message come on my mobile that Rs.4990 debit my card account. I inform it to bank but bank representative suggest me to talk visa billpay-vodafone-mumbai.But i have no post paid vodafone mobile connection. Knowing them they refused my reverse request.Next day that priya sharma call me again and tel lme that amount on hold.I again request her to reverse Rs.4990 to my credit card account.But still i am in dark.Meanwhile bank send me the monthly bill for payment with the said amount.
