    Vodafone india has activated Mobile Mela Service without my consent and deducted Rs. 35. This is not a mistake of my side. Neither I requested nor I am interested about such services.Therefore I request you to take necessary step to credit my amount at the earliest. A photo of money deduction message has been attached.         On[protected] I went to Vodafone Store (located in stadium road, Bareilly-243003, Uttar Pradesh, India) I visit this store as I want to Port my no. from BSNL to Vodafone. It was said to me to fill the form. I said okay. There are certain details required to be filled in the form, Instead of helping me with filling the form the staff in the store was busy playing game and surfing internet on their mobile phone. And when i asked him certain things he misbehaved and rudely answered. I decided not to take the Vodafone network if this is the customer service are there in the local store. And finally, I am satisfied with the customer service of Idea.

              I'm using Vodafone 666 red business plan and i paid my bill on 13th September 2015 at night 10 pm, and Vodafone services is still not working i had complained about this to their customer care service when they called me to pay the bill, i already told them i had paid my dues lat night and ask them to activate my services, but still i'm suffering from the same situation and waiting for the services activated.

                Hello My name is Indira and my num is [protected] I am using this number for almost three years I had no issues previously but for past few months I have issues with the bills.I am being charged extra for data usage which I never exceeded I always use my Vodafone app in my mobile and dial *111# to check my aavailable data balance I have never exceeded but this month and last month I was charged extra for data usage and when I wrote to complaints they said everything is computerized this that.. When I never exceeded my data how your computer says I exceeded its the same computer that says I have data available and also in app it shows I have data balance how come when it comes to billing you charge extra saying that I exceeded. I know even now I will get the same response this a computerized bill thi that. I have track of all my data usage . Charging for usage which was not done and saying you used we charged accordingly is not a proper answer. I never exceeded my data but still you charge and you will continue to charge with fake bills hence if I don't get a proper answer my next step will be switching to a better loyal network provider .

                    Dear Sir,

                    This complaint is regarding the bill issues with Vodafone, my Cell number was ([protected]). During the month on April-May, I was travelling to US and had requested for international roaming along with the plan just prior to leaving abroad.

                    The day I returned from US they barred my all outgoing calls due to non-payment. This was done without any prior intimation. When I called them back to check they said my billed and unbilled amount was around Rs. 60, 000 (Sixty thousands). They were unable to give me any further information due to the server issue. They also mentioned that there could be a possibility of an error in the bill as the amount was very high. This conversation took place as soon I landed in India.

                    Post that discussion, I sent many emails and made many calls to Vodafone to resolve the issue. They were very unhelpful to resolve this; it was due to my persistent following up (three months) with them that they realized their mistake and they reversed Rs. 55, 099.22. Below is the email snapshot I received on Sept 24th.

                    “Further, we wish to inform you that we have already processed an adjustment of Rs.55099.22/- charged towards data charges in international roaming levied in your bill dated 25/06/2015. The amount has been already credited in your amount due.”

                    Since over last four months, I followed with them regularly. It was me who was keen to close these issues. However, due to delayed response and frequent changing of relationship managers it became impossible for complete resolutions. I could never have my second discussion with any one relationship managers as they kept changing. Also, recently when a collection executive came to my house he failed to produce his id card.

                    This is not the first time Vodafone has made such mistake, in the past ( a couple of years ago) they had to tender an apology letter to me for their mistake. Since this is completely vodafone’s mistake and I have to suffer due to it, I had to physically go to Banks, Utilities to changes my number and also spent considerable time changing numbers at various online forum. This has caused be lot of inconvenience

                    Through you, I wish Vodafone should be penalized for this mess so that other middle income group won't suffer like me. For my benefit, I may get the compensation for physical and mental agony.

I'm user if mob [protected] it is a postpaid connection ..i was purchased this sim card in month of feb 2015 and have submitted all nessary documents along with advanced rs.500 against this sim card. The agent was saying ur number will start with in a 2 days. ...it same activated but sim card not deliver to me ...the salesman was used my number. ...After a month i recvd a Vodafone bill ...than I'm shocked. ...suddenly i had visited to vodafone store. ...he was taken my complaint but not resolved after i revisited again vodafone store and saying that I'm going to lodge a complaint in court. ..than he was resolved my problem. Now I'm using this vodafone number last 2 month Yesterday i have received a bill of rs 1800 that mentioning pervious due is 780 ...but sir as per vodafone bill my pervious bill amt of rs 320 and same i have paid through net banking and same i recvd a confurmation mssg from Vodafone. Now I'm again dispointed that I'm not a free those keep visiting vodafone store and waited my time to talking with fool person. Aur request to u I'm a tax payer citizens of inda pls take nessary action against this vodafone

                        Sir I'm a user of vodafone network and I saw an offer of RC75= 1GB 2G, 28D .so I recharged with rs. 75 and all I got was 300MB 2G for 10D .tell me what should I do .few days back I got the same offer for rs.97 and then also they chated me with 400MB 2G balance and when I contacted customer care instead of accepting there fault they started fighting

                              To whom it may concern I am using Vodafone mobile number bearing Account No :[protected] for the past 3 years now. However, during the past few weeks I am facing particular issues with discrepancies in billing. This problem particularly happened after the technical snag during the month of Aug 2015. Vodafone was undergoing some system updations and as a result they had issued multiple bills the break up and charges were not clear to me. My miseries increased more when suddenly the mobile bills shot to approx Rs 6000/-. During this period I have been interacting with customer care executives over telephone and even have mailed them seeking assistance and clarifications. Surprinsingly, I have been charged for 3700 sms in the above mentioned bill. Out of these 3700 sms as per the bill I have sent 3000 sms to a particular number (which as per me is not known to me). Even before resolvinng my queries they have blocked my outgoing and sms services from today i.e. 14.10.2015.

                                  In my monthly postpaid bill an amount of 448 was charged extra. Upon raising complaint got reply - our system was getting upgraded so the billing system ignored the plans active on the number and calculated bills. Now we can compensate only partially (as a favor) and rest you bear. Why should I bear when the company's system was under maintenance and they did not bother to check the bills before dispatching. How can after committing blunder mistakes in bills preparation the company can shamelessly reply that as a gratitude we will credit partially !! Mobile number - [protected]

They inform me one offer but they didn't tell the restriction of the recharge method. After I did a recharge some other pack has been activated. At the same time I try to call the customer service but I couldn't get xonnect. Morning the call has been attended and they are telling the restriction of recharge. What should I except from Vodafone. Thanks

                                      Hi I have been a Vodafone customer for 6years now. My vodafone no [protected]. Vodafone has resorted to fraud and cheat lately for making quick bucks!! I have been using vodafone no for 6yrs and never activated ISD as i never required the same!! Vodafone all of a sudden activated ISD calling on my number and even went ahead and charged 50 for calls and messages!!! I have not even used Vodafone to make any calls or sent any ISD messages!! When I complained to Mr Rajesh from Nodal dept, he said that amount is correctly charged and cannot be reversed!!Not sure why TRAI is not making service providers pay fine, if customers have to keep verifying for monthly bills!! I have found similar mistakes in past 4 months and Vodafone has not learnt any lesson!! Also, Vodafone shares customers no's to telemarketers, Vodafone gives access to all vodafone customer nos for money!! I get 4-5 calls a day and when i raise a complaint Vodafone goes ahead and closes the complaint, giving an excuse!! I need an apology and compensation from Vodafone for cheating and sharing my number with tele callers for money!!

                                        You might have seen, Vodafone is selling SIM cards with 1+1 offer etc, through foot paths. Please don't get cheated. Its a fake campaigning.
