I took a dongle and on repeated complaints they have not provided with a 3g signal. Every time they close the ticket and tell me the complaint has been resolved. they say our executive called you but it is all lie. Also, I told them take it back and refund money, they said we will do that, the store manager said that but nothing has happened. My office mails get lost after drafting because on clicking send it says, signal not available. Above all that they have given me a bill of 969 this month, when I could hardly use this connection. Sometimes with much effort I get the signal and everyday for office work I have to keep reconnecting it to check google. I want them to pay me for my inconvenience.

    The vodafone executive come to our office in Sapient Coorporations, GR Tech Park, Whitefield. I applied a vodafone postpaid connection from him. But the sim i got from the vodafone representative was never active, and hence i told you i never got any active sim of vodafone for that number. Now im providing you with some key evidences, kindly listen : 1. The vodafone representative took my documents, but i didnt have any photograph of mine with me to apply for connection, he gave me a sim for that number and told me he will be coming next day to get my photgraph. Im attaching the image of the vodafone pouch he gave me. 2. The vodafone representative didn't come and the sim he gave me was never active. 3. I got a call to my alternate number for the verification, for which i said i dont want the connection since i dont have the sim. 4. There was no address verification done on my work address or my residential address. Now i am attaching the photocopy of the sim pouch the vodafone representative gave me, After talking to your vodafone lawyer i got a copy of the application and please fine below attached the application photocopy As you can see the sim number is different from what i got in the pouch. On clearly looking at the image you will find the sim number on the vodafone pouch i got has been scratched and a new one is pasted on top of it, kindly look at attached image. and the most important of them all, the photograph pasted in the application is not mine, also the signature on the photograph is forged, though looking similar to mine, there are lots of differences like the joining between 'y' and 'a' and the way 'K' is written.

      I get a call against my Complain No [protected] from No [protected] at 3:54 PM today i.e. 09-10-15 from Rahul Gupta, Supervisors fro Customer Executive as he mentioned. He forcefully demand to me to give the details of my Bank Account & Debit Card when I refuse to give that and ask his name and he not any right to know my account details he thread me that he get me off from my House. and also said I may take any action against him, no one do anything to him. he also mentioned that he tell this kind of this to me after making recording off from his end. Please do needful action to him and give me the feedback.

        Both these numbers were part of Police plan on my father’s name since 5 years. Last month I visited Vodafone store in Dhankawadi, Pun. (Shrivari Enterprises PQVMS121 Address: Shop No.6, Vinkar Society, Chavan Nagar, Dhankawadi, Pune ) and requested them to transfer these numbers to me-Abhijit Sale, under corporate CUG. I submitted all the address, identify proofs, photo along with NOC of my father. They activated the numbers and everything was working as usual. After 2 week my both numbers were terminated, I called multiple times to Vodafone helpdesk to understand what went wrong, They advised me to aging visit to Vodafone store. When I visited the store they asked me to submit latest Light bill which I had already provided them, I escalated this to senor person from Vodafone store and they told me that they forgot to upload my document hence connection got terminated. Such an irresponsible behavior! After long follow-up finally after 48 hrs. they activated my number. Since Yesterday(8th Oct 15) from 07:30PM IST, my both numbers are again terminated…I end up calling Vodafone store guys and as usual they were not responding to calls. Today, 9th Oct – I visited the same Vodafone store and inquired about termination, this they are saying the 3rd party person who is responsible to perform validation could not able to find your address hence they have terminated my Connection…..i did not receive call on my secondary number which I have registered in Vodafone, no one notified me about the verification process, if the 3rd party person did not find my location, they would have called me to confirm my address..Vodafone store is saying nothing is in their hand. Is that 3rd party person decides whether customer should use Vodafone services or not? What is the proof if that person really tried to find my address, what if he did not even take any efforts to find my address? Vodafone store don’t have answers of these questions.. Now I am helpless..need your help!

          I show the Offer on *111# Best Officer Option No 8 on 06-10-15 and then recharge with Rs. 120 Transaction ID KO[protected] but till i can't get the full offer I also call you customer care executive IPSITA GUPTA & NANTU DAS on that day at 5:06 PM & 06:21 PM respectively they refuse to help me. They ask me to contact at Vodafone Store. It is not possible to go a Vodafone Store by making a Office Leave. After a On-line Complain & giving Feedback status N to Vodafone No 6789 they call me from No [protected] on 08-10-15 and ask me the details and said they try to solve the problem around 5:00 PM but till not solve again they call me today i.e. 09-10-15 at 02:19 PM from No [protected] to send the screenshots of *111# Full Talk Time Officer of Rs. 120. But Now i.e. 09-10-15 I can't take screenshots because the *111# best offer option '8' not shows the Full Talk Time Officer of Rs. 120. It is removed now. But they not tell me to do that yesterday when they call me around 5:00 PM from above no. It show me till yesterday i.e. 08-10-15 time 5:30 PM then i am able to send it. So now I helpless to send screenshots to day. Now tell me what to do? Please help me My Contact No [protected]

            Ref docket no.[protected]. dated 2/10/2015 mobile no.[protected] Dear sir/madam From past 1 month the service on above said mobile no.[protected] has been disconnected by Vodafone in spite paying the bills promptly.for last 20 years i been regular and prompt payer customer of Vodafone. but then to they disconnected my service in spite of paying my all bills and provide my bank e-statements as evidence for same to verify the customer care of Vodafone.They are just giving we false assurance they will connect it within 24 hours but in vain. 1. vodafone has metered me false international call for incoming which is already blacklisted and all call barred for international call in my handset and sim setting, thereby there is no possibility of international call.2. The above same situation of metering me false international calls has been repoted by twicely by vodafone in past 6 months. 3.Again the same situation occurred but this time they don''t reduced the charges of overrated metering international call in bill of September 2015, 4. not send bills of same, for it only sent SMS, in spite my asking several times cs Vodafone to send bill on emails. 5.later Vodafone convinced me to pay the bill first of Sep 2015 in order to resume the connection and the we settle and wave off the over metered ISD call in next billing of Vodafone. but in vain till this day they have disconnected my service in spite writing several email to nodal officer of Vodafone. I have already mention my Docket no to you for your verification. now i have no alternate then to readdress such matter to consumer forum for justice and to address the fraud such services is doing by charging international call and forcing customer to pay heavy metering charges in bills in order to incurred, or to take advantage of malicious profit of money or gain by harassing regular customers.pls help me to seek justice.

              I tried to recharge my mobile for a top up of Rs.110 on 6th October 2015 using Vodafone.in, amount got debited from my hdfc bank account but no recharge amount added. Though another recharge of same amount Rs.110 was successful on the same day when tried again, the amount Rs.110 of the first unsuccessful amount is not yet refunded even after lodging a complaint.                 On 26th September 2015, I went to Vodafone store Rohtak [302/30, Delhi Rd, Sanjay Colony, Dev Colony, Rohtak, Haryana 124001] for porting my two mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] from Gurgaon to Haryana. As I am living on rented accommodation, the Vodafone store employee [Mr. Naveen] Asked for the following documents: 1) Two copies of recent photograph 2) One identity proof 3) Electricity/ water bill copy of Landlord. Additionally I was told I have to clear my current outstanding bill with some additional amount as buffer to successfully port my numbers. On the same day The documents has been provided to the said Vodafone store & Online payment has been made for both the numbers. For the number [protected] [Current bill was around Rs. 1100/-] Rs. 2000/- was paid. [Screenshot of the transaction attached] Around 29th September 2015 Vodafone representative came to our house for physical verification. After that about 3rd September massage came to my phones for tele- verification. I have called for tele verification from both my numbers and the number were activated. After that Vodafone representative called to both of my numbers for letting me know the facilities Vodafone offers. After that today i.e. 8th October 2015, from the afternoon, suddenly all my services stopped on the number [protected]. I could not even call the customer care from this number. on 8th November 2015, when I called customer care from my alternate number [protected], the customer representative informed me that the physical verification of the number [protected] has shown some error & due to which the line was disconnected. My question was: 1. For both of my numbers [[protected] & [protected]] same documents were submitted & physical verification was done at the same time. Then how can one number [[protected]] was properly verified & the other [[protected]] was not verified? 2. When I asked what was the error, the Vodafone representative was clueless & could not provide me any answer. They said I have to go to the Vodafone store to know about it. Being a leader in communication how could there be such a communication gap, that the Vodafone could terminate my number without any prior notification & not updating the cause for the customer care to answer? 3. At this point of time I got fed up & asked for the extra money I have paid [around Rs. 900/-] to returned to me. The customer care representative refused !!! They are not willing to provide the service but they are very much eager to take the money paid for that service. 4. At this moment I asked to lodge a complaint I was refused again [Call reference number[protected] : as provided by customer care representative. My compliant are as following: 1.Vodafone has terminated my connection without any valid reason, without any prior information . 2. Vodafone has not returned the money I have paid for their services after they stopped the services 3. The refused to take complain when I asked. 4. Vodafone has caused immense mental pressure my cancelling my connection. I request your kind attention to take strict action so that such a incident does not occur in future. I demand a formal apology letter from Vodafone, citation of the reason ;why my number was terminated & moreover I want my money back.

                  As per offer made to me thru SMS on 03rd Oct' 15, I charged for Rs 147 on 3rd Oct'15 to get 1GB (3G) data, but I got only 500MB data. Complaint registered on 199. Complaint No is [protected]. I was assured that remaining 500MB data will be charged by 01.14pm on 08th oct. But not updated. Kindly check.

                    Sir, i logged issues on my dongle not working and no internet is coming from one year but still nobody is fixing this problem. I have been paying the money for this post paid connection without internet. My dongle is absolutely not in use becuase of the internet speed. Every time when i logged the complaint they are closing the case without resolving the problem. Answer is mobile is switched off. this is completely wrong and nobody is calling me or emailing me about the issue.                           I have received a SMS stating "Hello! Glamour Zone pack is now active on your number as requested. This service is valid till[protected]. and a 15 days rental of Rs. 45 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs. XXX.XXX. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). " from vodafone. I never subscribed to any packs, this is happening for 2nd time. I have already raised a complaints and never took action. This is some kinda cheat, I have seen many people have faced the same kinda of cheat. Do really vodafone have answer for this?

                            - I have a corporate Vodafone plan - E_Connect_3G_375_2015 (Mob No. - [protected]). I was informed by Vodafone representative at my company that this plan includes data pack of "1gb of 3g and above that unlimited free 2g".However, from the past 3 months after the limit of 1gb of 3g, I switched to 2G. And this 2G data is not free and I have been charged heavily. This should not have happened. - Secondly, To resolve this issue, I have spoken to customer care (first time-25/09/2015). The customer care representative told me to write an email since I have a corporate package. This is ridiculous as your auto-generated acknowledgment mentions the following numbers thereby giving the option of Customer Care service to Corporate users as well: Vodafone Care Contact numbers Vodafone Care : 199 or +91- [protected] For complaints/requests : 198 (toll free) Fax number : +91- [protected] Website : www.vodafone.in - Thirdly, I have tweeted about my issue over 9-11 times to your Twitter handle @VodafoneIN and they have responded with the same reply "We could not reach you on your number". This is totally false. I have not got a single call from Vodafone. - I again called to Vodafone customer care (2nd time) around 1 week ago, to register a complaint. The representative informed me that a complaint was registered. However, I didn't get a Complaint ID. And the issue remained unresolved. - Today I called twice to the Customer Care (3rd time & 4th time). I spoke to Tushar Thakkar and Gaurav for around half an hour with both. They told me no complaint was registered, no email was sent to Vodafone from my side. They also informed me that a data pack of Rs. 650/- is subscribed on my number. Tushar also directed me to call 55666 which is unavailable. In addition to the above mentioned problems, my outgoing calls were blocked for around 2 weeks. Also, I am getting the "please pay the bill for uninterrupted services". My complaint is not being acknowledged and solved by Vodafone. - A data pack of Rs. 650/- was subscribed without my knowledge and permission. - There is over-charging on using 2G for Rs.375/- package. I do not have time and energy to write/call/tweet to you time and again. Request you to: - Re-calculate my bill and remove the 2G charges incurred - Remove the Rs. 650/- plan and do not subscribe to any plan on my number without my knowledge

                              I have a 99 Rs rental postpaid plan. they activated my data plan without any message of activation in feb 2014. i came to know about this in july upto which i continued to pay 150 Rs data plan without using the data. i was told that data plan will be deactivted from august after i complained 3-4 times.but i was shocked when i was charged for data plan again in august bill. after complaining to nodal officer (which took weeks to process) i got 171 Rs waiver (which i dont know how it was calculated). now i have got sept bill and again i have been charged 150 Rs + tax and 96 Rs for late payment of august bill (which was paid late because they took weeks to correct their own mistake). moreover when i call the customer care they charge me 50 ps/ 3 min (usually they waste time during call and call goes on for 20-25 mins) and i have to call atleast 5-6 times until i get a concrete feedback. if this is how they loot customers in urban areas think of how much fraud they must be committing against rural customers. i want people of india to boycott vodafone and switch over to tata docomo or airtel or reliance or idea.

                              I am also having a similar problem. They have activated a data plan without my knowledge and I have been heavily charged from the past 3-4 months.
                              And they are not even listening to my problem.
                              I have called them 6-7 times for over 25-30 mins, tweeted, sent emails.
                              Me too opting for number portability.
                              I have faced the billing issue for the second time. I don't check my bills so a number of times it must have gone unnoticed.

                                I am sharing herewith Vodafone India's Pathetic Customer Service! How they have retained a Loyal Customer;s Money Since Almost One Year! Vodafone India has Retained My Security Deposit & Excess Payment Amount Since 1 Year from The Day I ported Out to Another Network in 30th July 2014. I have game them several reminders firstly over phones calls & then Emails but nothing has helped in shaking their morality much. After failing to wake up their Customer Service Team, I brought This Into The knowledge of their Nodal Team just to see no response from them as well. Then I took the matter to the Elite Vodafone India Appellate Team but they have been turning deaf ears to my complaint since many months! My painful story stands as the brightest example of their so called immaculate "CUSTOMER SERVICE" which could probably prove to be a Case Study for others to improvise on customer service domain. This is really disappointing to state that after waiting for one long year & after making 50 calls and writing exactly 30 e-mails what I have received from Vodafone is only my "Excess Payment Cheque" on 3rd Sep '15 !!! This is the brightest example of how Vodafone mis-treat their honest & loyal customers & make fool of them. Even your brand logo "The Little Pug" appears to be more loyal in all your marketing communications!!! Now, could Vodafone India or anyone from the elite VODAFONE APPELLATE TEAM please explain to me about how many more months shall I wait or how many more mails or calls I need to escalate to awake their morality so that you can send me my "Security Deposit Cheque" ??? Don't they really think that my patience is being tested now??? I think I should also seek an interest on this amount lying with them since last one year. After they have been much ignorant I have decided to take theis matter up with various Consumer Forums and other Social Media platforms to teach them a good lesson!!! Finally, I have asked them over mail to retain the mere amount with them as a donation from my side & have also decided to write a humble letter explaining this pain story to Mr. Sunil Sood, the MD& CEO of Vodafone India Ltd. This is not about a mere amount, it's about ethics and morality which Vodafone India as an Organization should inculcate in it's culture!!!                                   My outgoing call services have been barred from 5/10/2015 onwards for not paying my previous operator's bill. The previous circle was Vodafone Delhi. I paid the same day into the Vodafone website & forwarded the email showing payment to Vodafone back asking for restoration of outgoing call services. It has been four days since then & repeated inputs to their system have failed. If you do not intend to do this anytime soon I suppose I should port out again! The website of Vodafone doesn't allow submission of complaints either

                                    Hi, I have used the vodafone corporate Mobile service in bangalore from December 2013 to June 2015. But the bill which was generated on June 1st for the period[protected] to[protected] was improper and in June 2015 i have shifted to USA and so i asked them to stop my service and make the correction on my June 1st bill and let me know the final amount so that i can clear the final bill. I was using the plan with monthly rental of RS.149 (plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_149) which includes 500MB of free mobile internet but vodafone has added some Rs.550 one time charge and Rs.580 mobile internet charge(for 228.22MB usage ) without any intimation to me in the bill which i got on june 1st(for the period[protected] to[protected]. From June onwards i am keep asking them to make the correction in my bill while dropping emails with my registered corporate id to their corporate id (corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com) but no one has replied to me or no one is interested to understand my concern. From last two months i am getting a bill recovery e-mails from Legal.[protected]@vodafone.com to pay the amount of Rs.1747.79 and in the mail it is also mentioned for any clarification please contact Syed On Mobile # [protected] between 10 am to 6 pm. I have called this guy 3 days back and tried to inform him the complete situation but he is not ready to listen me and was talking in a very unprofessional manner and finally he asked me do you have any proof that you did not ask for the additional services?( in very harsh manner). I said no one asked me for additional service either through e-mail or through phone that is why i am not interested to pay for the services which i have not opted. Hence requesting you to please solve this matter from vodafone and ask them to generate the proper bill as per my rental plan of Rs.149 so that i can pay them and close this matter. I have tried my best to get the proper bill but no one is listening and even the person who responded me (Syed), it is not worth to talk with him.                                     I can see my complaint has been informed to vodafone but i have not received any feedback from them please update me the vodafone's feedback.

                                      Wrong Billing Hello, I have vodafone corporate postpaid mobile number -[protected]. In my bill of month July, August, September there are extra charges rs-338, 600 and 200 plus taxes for unknown VAS services named d2c_samsung_app_cl, masti_clubw_35, hng_musicview_29.Though I have not activated any of these services.From first time I have always complained at these contacts nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com, corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, vicky.[protected]@vodafone.com, sridip. [protected]@vodafone.com.They refunded only July month wrong VAS charges.Now they are saying that those services are activated by my side.My plan 499 has 100 rs discount, 2000 local call minuites and 1.5GB 3G and unlimited 2G internet.In the above mentioned month's bills no internet is used of 1.5GB.Even when asked them that if they have any proof of my service uses, then they only one thing is telling that I have activated these services.I mentioned them that no extra service would be without my prior email intimation, but it still happening though they told me this would not happen in future again.Now they denying to refund all wrong charges. Even these same thing happening with my other friends also for their vodafone CUG postpaid numbers. Please help me out from these fraudulent things.They are looting customer so easily like this everyday. These thing should be stopped.Telephone companies are implementing with mobile makers especially samsung lowend mobiles some software APIs to activate such theft services without the consent of the user.                                         They have called on my wife mobile number, which is also in my name and taken confirmation from her for the tariff plan upgrade and they have changed the plan also without my confirmation. Connection is on my name and they have not taken permission from me and how can they upgrade the tariff plan without my permission. This is fraud and cheating case. When I have called to the customer care they said they cannot take the request nor the complain through phone but they can the plan without my permission over the phone. When I told them that I will go the consumer forum they said nothing will happen and consumer will not able to do anything to Vodafone. I have same kind of problem from the vodafone in past also on regular basis. They have to down grade the plan to my previous tariff plan and compensation for the cheating, fraud and harassment.
