Unnecessarily delaying disconnection of postpaid connection

Frequent call drops and poor network/call quality; Excess billing

Network issue not solved after so many complaint

I brought the sim on 23/9/2015 . but it wasn't activated. The vodafone agent is not responding to my calls.customer care is also not responding. I bought the sim for rs 50 from srinagar from Vodafone agents. They got my necessary document. Network problem
