    I have requested corporate plan of 125 rupees under scheme offer by vodafone to our company employee but instead of activating 125 rupees plan they have activated 199 plan. and sending me very huge bill this is fully scam i had launch complaint against them on there portal but they are not responding to my complaint and saying on phone that they need authorization from my company, is that while activating the plan they have take permission from my company??? what rubbish service is this...

      I was offered Post-paid ([protected]) by one of the Vodafone employees clearly mentioning me that the offers are for the lifetime with no validity. Following are the offers I was mentioned before I registered for the connection: 1. 600 Local Minutes (Lifetime validity) 2. 1 local V2V number free (Lifetime validity) 3. 500 MB Mobile Data Free (Lifetime validity) Even after registering for the connection, I wasn’t informed about any validity of these offers. I have contacted the customer care executives multiple times but they disconnect my call after a long wait. I have also registered the complaint to the main Vodafone store (Rajouri Garden) but I am not at all satisfied with the response. Request you to please look into the matter else I would be forced to take some legal actions. Now, after 3 months of the connection I have just 1st offer available and I am being charged for the rest of the 2 offers (2nd and 3rd mentioned above). I have not received even a single message (e-mail, SMS, call) to inform me about the change in plan. On contacting the Customer care, I get an answer that I was the one who raised the request to deactivate the plan. I mean, who in the world would like to get his/her free services deactivated? Please provide me with the evidence I raised this silly request. I have been charged huge amount because of the change in plan. If I would have been informed earlier, I would have taken care of my bill or de-activated this useless plan. I request you to please look into the following bills: 1. Bill period: 11/07/2015 to 10/08/2015 – Extra amount charged – Approx Rs. 500 2. Bill period: 11/08/2015 to 10/09/2015 – Extra amount charged – Approx Rs. 1200 3. Bill period: 11/09/2015 to 10/10/2015 – Bill yet to be generated

        Today morning at 10:01am I use internet for 30_40seconds in ways app msg.there was no any audio video or image download except 5-6 single line msg.my deduction was 29rs.I called 198 to get information abt deduction.then they told me to wait for 4hrs to get data.I called them again by no satisfactory answer I got.they told me abt data used bt not where.then they send me to visit Vodafone store.I went there and ppl who were in store clearly told me st they will nt hv information about use of data.they told me only abt amount of data used.bt I didn't use internet for such amount of data they informed.dn again I called 198.again they were nt ready to tell me where data was used..nw I hv all their conversation with me.I was justification for my deduction.

This is with reference to cancellation request of a mobile number I had done on line in the beginning of August. Name: Arvind Gopalan Phone number: [protected] with S. code 55368280 I answered every question on the online form and finally was given to understand that I will get a final bill with a closure statement within a week. I was given to understand that I should pay it after that. After my online request, a person from your office called and asked the same questions and he also confirmed that a physical bill would be finally sent to me. But now suddenly you send a bill with an additional amount and also try to throw legal proceedings scare at us as though we refused to pay the bill or something. Here I would like to say that it is you people who are refusing to close the number even after I have requested that it be done as the person was not going to be here. I dont see how it is going to help you if you keep forcing us to make payments when we want to close it and also when we are not using the number at all? If you do not take online requests seriously why even you bother to have a system like that. I hope atleast now something will be done about it.

                Vodafone has out sourced their Tower to Tower connection in Bangalore to Nirmala Contractors near the Old Airport Road. The Contractors have damaged my drinking water pipeline at Rustam Bagh Main Road near Enchanting Glen Apartments corner. We are not getting corporation drinking water since a week now. Any amount of complaints to Mr Suresh, Manager Nirmala Contractors to rectify the break in the water pipe line due to their digging work for your Tower to Tower connection has not elicited any result, and the phone is purposely being disconnected. Mr Suresh's Mob No is [protected].
                Please have the water pipeline repaired post haste as many homes/families are without drinking water because of Vodafone & Nirmala Contractor.

                  I called up to get roaming activated. I was sold a plan for 599 i was asked to send sms . 149 were charged for roaming activation. However out of india i did not get any connectivity. My bill shows making 4 calls and sending 2 sms . I have a complaint number[protected]. I was made to deposit 3000 on the understanding that it gets activated. They have cheated me and i want damages for loss of revenue due to non receipt of calls.

                      Hello I am from Bharatpur (Rajasthan) I am using Postpaid number [protected] from last two years.Now i want to convert this number into prepaid number.There are two Vodafone mini stores in Bharatpur City.When i went to them one of them totally denied to convert this number into prepaid number on the ground that we face loss from the company on postpaid to prepaid conversion & we don't have any sim card available right now and the second one told that we don't have sim card so we cant convert your postpaid number to prepaid number and he doesn't give me any answer when i ask him when will new sim available at your mini stores.Vodafone is such a big brand and they are not providing sim in Vodafone mini stores.i also launch complaint at 12 o clock in the morning today but doesn't receive any call till now.Is it compulsory that 24 hours are maximum hours to call for complaint launch by customer that Vodafone customer care executive will call me between 20-24 hours after launching complaint.Why no one call me from vodafone between 8 hours after launching complaint.I want to change my postpaid number to prepaid number between 2 days time.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                        I called the customer care to inquire about any new plans and activated one plan on18/8/15 rate plan of rs.499. and asked will the rs.49 cheme would be still activated and got yes as a reply for the same but the scheme go deactivated and i complained about it around 9-10 times but didn got any reply for a longtime and than after days they called back apologizing and assured me they will continue bith he schemes 49& 499 but that didn happened again with 49. they called me back again and they activated 399 scheme and i complainesd again about 49 and they assured me again for the same but they didnt sar it again and i got a bill of rs1849.19 and they are charging me for their mistakes. kindly look through this mater and reply as early as possible. my no.                               As i received a message from vodafone I have recharged my vodafone no. [protected] with Rs 99 but I did not get the benifit. In place of this I got the normal benifit of 375 mins v2v. when I have called the customer care they denied and told that they have not send any message and they will not provide me with the benifit of 1000 mins.

                                This is in regards to my post paid Connection with the number [protected], First off everyone and anyone who is reading this please do not get Vodafone India​ they are bunch of thugs and rowdies, You guys are not gonna believe what I have went through, Before I start I wanna mention that I have been using Vodafone PREPAID for almost 8 odd years like even before they where called HUTCH with the number [protected], All the issues started only when I got this awesome phone call from Vodafone customer care to migrate to POSTPAID, with those fancy offers I agreed and I started digging my own grave, (P.S : anyone who is gonna get post paid get ready to have the life time experience of harassment) everything went good till the 4th month I paid couple of my phone bills 1 or 2 days late with $100 odd rupees late fee, and then my Clients came down from U.S I had sent international sms and made some calls, which spiked up my bill and had to increase my credit limit, Once this happened I got a new phone (HTC DUAL SIM) where I had vodafone post paid and airtel prepaid for internet since Vodafone only give me 1 gb for my 500 rs pack, Then the magic happened I received a bill for 8000 odd, I made complaints and I made disputes finally I did not pay my bill and they deactivated my number and told me to come down to the store, The reason I was not able to keep in touch with the disputes and complaints made was I work Nights which I clearly mentioned to these people and told them to contact me Via email since I am sleeping in the morning I work 12 hrs or more since I am the manager of one of the IT companies in Chennai, Now when I went to meet this person at the store they told me that I had data usage which was later verified that it was my mistake that the data got used on my post paid over my airtel I agreed and apologized and I paid with a 650 rupees waiver, WHEN THIS HAPPENED I WAS INFORMED THAT I CAN GO HEAD AND PAY 125 RUPEES MONTHLY FLAT and I wont be charged anything more or anything less, I came home and 5 dayssssssss, believe it or not 5 days I get a bill for 3500 odd, I go nuts I rush back to the vodafone store please note I had to sacrifice sleep every time I went to see these people, because once they deactivate your number you cannot make online payment only cash payments at the store, So I go there and I try to explain my situation with the rep there and he starts getting personal over my frustration and shouted back at me and the security chased me out of the store not just me my wife and my little sister was humilated at this store, I decided to go legal and I decided not to pay the bill as I knew these people are gonna come to my house once I stop the bills, I waited and waited I was suprised what all these people can go, These people are like marfias they know everything the called my job (I have attached the proof) THEY DEACTIVATED MY WIFE'S NO:::::: BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY DID, (I CANNOT UPDATED THAT NUMBER HERE) They called my Dad who has not idea about my financial status discussed all the information called my peon in office told him that i am behind on my payment called my wife who is a school teacher back to back which caused her problems in her employment, Mainly yesterday 2 people came and banged my tenent who stays below my house thinking I stay there AND TOLD THEM THAT I AM BEHIND ON MY PAYMENTS, I went down and told them to leave which lead to a very disgracefull situation, I came in to my office my watchmen and my peon says I am behind on my phone bills, finally my dad calls and tell me that what is going on, Please tell me what am I suppose to do with this vandalisim, I am frustrated angry and hopeless towards this Vodafone, I owe them nothing but the calls and the messages and my regular rental and my data package bill which I am ready to pay but these people cannot be left with this ... I have all the numbers which harassed me and my family and also the names even in the proof you can see the number and name of the person who has harassed my work place... Please advise how to stop this ... I am willing to go legal and also have a proof for everything that happened to me including the security pushing me out vodafone building...

                                  Information available at Vodafore site that IMEI number of lost devices can be tracked and blocked. I have lost my mobile (having prepaid number [protected]) on Sept 22, 2015 and when I called for two times at customer care of Vodafone, they told me that IMEI of lost mobile can not be blocked by Vodafone. If not possible then why they are showing such information which is intact mislead to the customer. Pls resolve the same on urgent basis. Vodafone supposed to return my deposit amount and excess amount which I have paid, But till ow I have not received single rupee from them. If a customer does not pay the mobile in time then vodafone will snatch extra fine amount .. Now Vodafone itself has not paid my money ..                                       HI Team, i did 110rs mobile rechare last sunday means(20-sep-2015 at 10:00pm) but i didnt get that amount.i talked with your customer care people also they told the transaction you did it was failed you will get amount within 5 working days, but almost 6 working days gone still i didnt get my money. i never loose to my amount.please credit my amount to my mobile. my mobile number is : [protected] i am adding my bank statement also.pls refer that transaction. and your people always playing with customer money.please credit that money as early as possible.

                                        R/Sir, I have already paid my Vodafone postpaid bill. Still a announcement is started by Vodafone due to which every time when I call to anyone from my Vodafone number announcement started which say that your bill is pending please deposit it.                                         They call me regarding problem and asked about the problem. I explained them. Then they said wait for some time. Then again they call after some time that your problem has been resolved.Thanks for your support.
