I started my m pesa by wrong name... That was my mistake but I deposited 1000 rs in that m pesa account... It's been a month I haven't received my money yet... From then till now, i have lost count of the number of times i must have discussed the issue with Vodafone thru email, phone calls, chat and have also stepped in your vodafone store ..Nothing helped which is why I am raising my conplaint here. On 7th October I have requested for porting to Vodafone, so they call me and give the offer like "we give you 500 MB data with 49 Rs recharge." I took a dongle and on repeated complaints they have not provided with a 3g signal. Every time they close the ticket and tell me the complaint has been resolved. they say our executive called you but it is all lie.
