To whom it may concern I am using Vodafone mobile number bearing Account No :[protected] for the past 3 years now. However, during the past few weeks I am facing particular issues with discrepancies in billing. This problem particularly happened after the technical snag during the month of Aug 2015. Vodafone was undergoing some system updations and as a result they had issued multiple bills the break up and charges were not clear to me. My miseries increased more when suddenly the mobile bills shot to approx Rs 6000/-. During this period I have been interacting with customer care executives over telephone and even have mailed them seeking assistance and clarifications. Surprinsingly, I have been charged for 3700 sms in the above mentioned bill. Out of these 3700 sms as per the bill I have sent 3000 sms to a particular number (which as per me is not known to me). Even before resolvinng my queries they have blocked my outgoing and sms services from today i.e. 14.10.2015.

      In my monthly postpaid bill an amount of 448 was charged extra. Upon raising complaint got reply - our system was getting upgraded so the billing system ignored the plans active on the number and calculated bills. Now we can compensate only partially (as a favor) and rest you bear. Why should I bear when the company's system was under maintenance and they did not bother to check the bills before dispatching. How can after committing blunder mistakes in bills preparation the company can shamelessly reply that as a gratitude we will credit partially !! Mobile number - [protected]

        Dear Vodafone, Yesterday I had a talk with our customer care to know abt one offer. They inform me one offer but they didn't tell the restriction of the recharge method. After I did a recharge some other pack has been activated. At the same time I try to call the customer service but I couldn't get xonnect. Morning the call has been attended and they are telling the restriction of recharge. What should I except from Vodafone. Thanks

          Hi I have been a Vodafone customer for 6years now. My vodafone no [protected]. Vodafone has resorted to fraud and cheat lately for making quick bucks!! I have been using vodafone no for 6yrs and never activated ISD as i never required the same!! Vodafone all of a sudden activated ISD calling on my number and even went ahead and charged 50 for calls and messages!!! I have not even used Vodafone to make any calls or sent any ISD messages!! When I complained to Mr Rajesh from Nodal dept, he said that amount is correctly charged and cannot be reversed!!Not sure why TRAI is not making service providers pay fine, if customers have to keep verifying for monthly bills!! I have found similar mistakes in past 4 months and Vodafone has not learnt any lesson!! Also, Vodafone shares customers no's to telemarketers, Vodafone gives access to all vodafone customer nos for money!! I get 4-5 calls a day and when i raise a complaint Vodafone goes ahead and closes the complaint, giving an excuse!! I need an apology and compensation from Vodafone for cheating and sharing my number with tele callers for money!!

            Fake Sim cards

            You might have seen, Vodafone is selling SIM cards with 1+1 offer etc, through foot paths. Please don't get cheated. Its a fake campaigning. Here is my experience and many of the Customers say the same. When we buy the SIM cards, they charge you 100 Rs. Even after three days your SIM will not get activated.             On October 9, 2015, i got my vodafone number([protected]) recharged with an amount of INR 250. and when i try to make a call, i am told that my outgoing calls have been barred! When i log into the vodafone site, i am shocked to see that my number, which i have been using since late october or early november of 2013 has been registered under someone else's name and address! When I mail them, I get a reply saying that my number has been blocked because they have received valid complaints against my number from DND customers that led to the stoppage of my services! i told them to recheck and go through their records once again and provide me the list of my calls records too! i get a response saying that we have communicated the same in our letter dated 01/8/2015 and :categorically informed" me that my services would be discontinued if i CONTINUE making unsolicited commercial communications. I NEVER RECEIVED any letter! They in fact have registered my number under wrong name and address so i would definitely never get the so called letter! and then they try to push the blame on me saying that i didnt apply for change of address and name! how am i to know that the company has registered my number on somebody else's name and number. i asked them to simply refund my current recharge amount and they can keep the sim to which i am given the same copied reply! i would appreciate that this matter is handled by some better authority who can help me in this situation rather than simply trying to wash their hands off the customer's problem. what is even more bizarre is the fact i wasnt using my vodafone number since past 5-6months to make outgoing calls! and so definitely, there were no commercial calls being made by me. the company really needs to open their records and check things out before blaming customers and harassing them by suddenly baring their services

              Previously I had a connection of Vodafone Prepaid. Then after changed my connection from prepaid to Corporate postpaid plan. Although prepaid connection network already stopped working and still, they had not started postpaid connection.I called a lot but no any response from their side.

                I changed my circle from Mumbai to Rajasthan and changed the plan. I paid outstanding amount 2552.00 on 13-Sep with transaction id D[protected]. Amounts shows still outstanding. I complained earlier on 07 Oct 2015 with reference no.[protected] but did got any resolution. Contacted vodafone store, they said since you changed the circle so amount is submitted in your new circle plan as a adv. I paid for outstanding and not for advance.                   Its really a pathetic and poor experience with Vodafone. After couple of ticket logged with Customer Care no one ready to resolve problem for poor voice quality. However, every month they billed me more than 1400/-, So I decided to move from Vodafone to other service provider. Now I am satisfied with bill and voice quality with new service provider. I didn't pay them last bill after porting. So with the help of Advocate Mr.Gore (Vashi) they sent me a notice to make a payment or else 18% charge per annum on outstanding. We are common people and don't want to interfere in court matters so I made a payment. Again next week Vodafone executive called to my wife number and asking about payment. So I confirmed Vodafone doesn't have ready infra Technically in India. So I request all Indian's to boycott such cheaters who doesn't have info to check their own infrastructure. I don't have faith anymore and not really interested to keep relation with Vodafone anymore.

                    Respected sir, kindly informing you that i have already made a complaint regarding payment of my bills almost 2 months before. but there is no reply or solution for the same issue. I made number of calls to your service centre but there is no proper Response for the same and they give many excuses regarding this issue. I have made calls minimum 15- 20 times but they either disconnect the call or make an excuse for server down. my mobile phone number is [protected] and Relationship number is[protected]. kindly solve the issue and do the needful.

                        I have changed from Prepaid to Postpaid connection for my number and my own number in 4 months back. At the time of connection they given one coupon for redeem the gifts from this website after the three bill payments "chooseyourgiftap.com".
                        But after that i was trying to open that website, I am unable to find those website.

                          I am not able to activate my data pack. I called my several times but the issue has not been resolved yet and the executives disconnect the call and put the call on hold. Also, the plan was changed without asking me. I will not pay the bill more than my rentals which comes every month.

                            Dear Team, I have cancelled my Vodafone connection in the month of May itself. but I am getting calls and emails from Vodafone stating that I need to pay 597.98. If I was due to pay this amount - 1. First call I got from Vodafone is after 3 months. (What were they doing for 3 months) 2.                               I have been using Vodafone for last 4 years as a corporate user ( Top 5 rating IT company in the world ). When I tried to port my delhi Vodafone number [protected] - at Bangalore circle - My request got rejected and I received a silly SMS "Payment not done to your current service provider !!!" . Vodafone don't know its existing customer and asking me to clear outstanding balance to some service provider - all though the bill was paid although !! You people should be ashamed !! - you work like damn irresponsible and even with your corporate customers. Shame on You !!

                                  Cheapest netwrk every seen in terms of fooling people on the name of extra services by charging them extra on every bill cycle and when complained about it they say it is mandatory charges and has to be paid, well to be frank it my earned money and cant be just spend so easily on the name of some stupid service that you name and charge me which i dont even use.

                                      I have updated the spelling of my First name and submitted proof to the Thakur Village Store in July and visited the 3 times but every time I get a new reference no.[protected] / 12005112 and many more but nobody acts on the same. The 198 customer helpline just put me on IVR for over 10 mins and no supervisor comes on line... PATHETIC SERVICE
