Vodafone India — Deactivated my number [protected] without any reason /prior notice | |||||
Hi, Vodafone has deactivated my prepaid connection [protected] on 6th May, 2016 without any reason or prior notice and kept my balance in that and when I complaint they are asking to buy a new connection and they are not ready to provide the refund of balance amount in that connection. I have not requested for any deactivation but the request is submitted by Vodafone itself with request no. [protected] on 6th May without even mentioning any reason. I did the porting of the number from Delhi-NCR Postpaid to Karnataka Prepaid number. I already paid the amount due for the postpaid number on 24th April. Once the payment is received, they discontinued my number on 27th April. Then I visited the Vodafone store and the number started working. Again on 6th May, they have deactivated my number without my request and knowledge. I called customer care, they don't have any information and asked me to visit the Vodafone store again. In Vodafone store, they were asking me to buy a new connection and they are not even ready to provide the balance amount of my number which is deactivated by them. Then I sent an email to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 11th May for which the response should come within 1 working day. But they didn't reply.
