Vodafone deducts my 99rs by applying vas services without my permission. And its customer care service is too poor. I talk with them last 1-2 hours but they just beatting around the bush and not connect me to customer care executive and i m very sick with that it not respond in positive manner so my complaint is to please refund my money. And contact me immediatly.

    My self prasanta, i have recharged 648 on april 2016 in my number [protected]. Benefit was 4.5 gb ul it means after 4.5 gb speed will reduced up to 64 kbps, validity 28 days. My last day is 21.05.2016. I have used 3 gb as on 11.05.2016. After 3gb usage the speed become reduced. Contact with customer care on 11.05.2016 they checked all and transfer my call to senior dept. He heard and lodge a complain against above said problem. Complain id is [protected] and resolve days was within 13.05.2016. I contact again 13.05.2016 becoz my problem still not solved. Again one senior heard the problem, checked all and told there have a problem in previous complain. He told me need to lodge complain again. He does same and give another complain id i. E. [protected]. Resolve date was within[protected]. He assured me the problem will solved sure within 16.05.2016. But today when i contact 5:25 pm the senior said it will resolve within 6 pm. But after 6 pm when i called they told i already used 4.5 gb previous and no senior executive is free to talk with me and behave carelessly with me. So my questions are
    (1) if i used 4.5 gb previous then why take complain on 11-05-16. What they checked on 11-05-16 and[protected]??
    (2) why my sim showing 3200 mb used as on[protected]?? But vodafone says already used 4.5 gb is it not a cheating behaviour??
    (3) i feel mentally harassed. Vodafone is a big cheating company. Cheated and misbehave with customer.
    (4) i contact with my alternate number but from today evening from that sim customer care not available.

    I have many more question about the above said problem.

    I will go my district consumer forum tomorrow.

      Since november 2015 i have been continuously visiting the vodafone store which is located in viman nagar for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid. Reason being i am between jobs now and cannot bear the rs. 666 + 125 taxes etc bill (Which somehow goes above rs. 850 each month). This people informed me to come in dec, as they do not have prepaid sims as of now. Since then every other month i have to walk into their office. Twice they have given me prepaid sims and yet the number is not activated. Every single time, they ask me to keep paying the bills. Most of all, none of them have a clue of the exact procedure for this.

      They are the most incompetent people i have come across in my life!! No professionalism, their replies are like - the girl who informed you about procedure is new hence information was wrong. So keep paying another bill. They do not sympathise, they do not take any action and yet some how i am to be bearing the burden of bills for their nuisance.

      Need justice for this. I had even raised complaint via chat and call on vodafone customer care, all they said was they will look into the matter and give me a call which once i did receive a call. The lady took all details and informed she will callback. Which never happened till date.

      Today, i again visited the store to check the reason for the delay and they have again very bluntly denied. Ms. Prachi the lady who i discussed my case with was not even ready to give her name plus was most rude and hostile towards me and my mom. No courtesy at all and should not call herself customer care representative when infact she was customer harassment expert!! Very impolite and bluntly she replied the problem is from your side madam you should have paid the prorated bill first (Which i had already paid as informed by previous rep) and is the reason for the application rejection.

      Seriously, i am loosing all hopes in them. Online people keep telling me to visit the store for assistance (Which i can do 5 more times but what is the use if people are useless resolution will never be reached).

      Request : whoever reads this complaint, please help me. I cannot discontinue this number as has been circulated to more people than i can even remember and seriously not in a position to pay them even a single penny anymore.

      Seriously, I am left puzzled at this point, whether seriously vodafone even cares if they keep loosing their customers at the cost of most incompetent staff they have at their store ?!?

        Improper bill details and barring the outgoing calls with in the billing cycle. During the bill cycle with in five days free data usage msg came and then they started charging for data with out providing the bill details. Visited Vodafone store thrice. Customer care ppl not registering the complaint. Getting messages for data usage even when the mobile is switched off.

          I was a user of Vodafone last 3 year, connection from long time its really disappointing with your bill, Vodafone is cheating in postpaid Bills!!!
          worst service miss communticate!!!
          Sending Overated False Bills!!!

          monthly plan rate 149 Rs as told by marketing executive at the time card selling. But received bill of Rs.700 which is ridiculous.

          5 to 8 month they are sending too much bill amount and this is simply absurd and I have complaint many times, went to Vodafone store, very very bad experience there

            My vodafone sim card no longer works. It was working fine on saturday then suddenly it said "no network". Even today it still isn't working. I've tried checking with other sim cards on the same sim slot but the slot works fine. I've tried the vodafone sim card in another device but that too doesn't work. I contacted customer care and he advised me to replace the sim card but i will be charged ₹25. I just recharged ₹150 and ₹247 the week before. For no fault of my own, now i've to go through the procedure of procuring a new card, pay for it and lose whatever, data or top up altogether. I might as well just go to another service provider.

              Me santosh hu samraniya ke distibuter Deepak hai demo me recharge karbane ke liye hame Vodafone store par Jana padhta hai aur time time par sim nhi dete hai bolte hai chalu sim hai empty sim nhi hai chalu sim le ja 50₹ me, aur paise dene ke bad bhi time par demo me recharge nhi karte hai, aur store par hamesha milate bhi nhi hai, boy milta hai Jo recharge karbane aate hai unse paise le leta hai aur kahta hai 2-3ghante bad aa jayega

                I subscribed vodaphone postpaid connection number [protected] and have many problems till date list is as follows:-
                1.) in the first bill itself rs.75 charge + service tax was made on some phony application that i might have subscribed when objected it was assured by the the team that it would be waived in the next bill.
                2. in the second bill instead of waiving it another 150 + service tax was charged with the same excuse of some phony application was downloaded. objected again this time again the assurance was given.
                3.) within two months o[censored]se the sim card registration failed when contacted the store they said you have to pay 25 rs . now when there are no physical damages why should customer pay for it.
                4) finally after bearing and with the service of vodaphone and also their representatives i finally mailed their customer service on 15th march that i dont need their service and my services should be stopped with immediate effect.
                5.) after 15 days i started receiving calls form collection department regarding my bills i asked them to send me a final settlement letter after deducting my security deposit and i will pay what ever is left.
                6.) but instead of that every time new guy calls and i have to repeat the same. some even humiliated me for not able to pay for post paid connection.
                7. now day before yesterday a collection agent reached my house at 9.00PM in the night for the bill. harassing me and then again called me at 9:30Pm same night abusing me humiliating me for the same. the number form which i received the call is [protected]. harassing me for legal consequences. and now they are asking me to pay for another month for which i didnt use any service i didn't put the sim in the phone.

                if such is the attitude of vodaphone then i seriously need legal help against the harassment i m facing.please help ...

                  I am using vodafone corporate card (No.-[protected]). I have a 249 plan which includes rental & unlimited 2g internet. But from may onwards i am suffering from ur messages, calls due to technical issue from your side. I have talk to customercare & their seniors & they told me that it is technical problem arises from our side & will resolve it with in 48 hours but now almost 1 week has gone but still i am suffering.

                  They also barred my outgoing for more than 12 hours & after calling many times they started my outgoing & given assurance to me that it will not happen again. But still i am getting messages that ur credt limit is 500 & unbilled amount is 800 or 900/-.

                  Again they have stopped all my outgoings, sms & internet from saturday i. E.14/05/2016. I have called many times to customercare & also registered complaint but still all services has stopped. They are just frustrating & mentally harassing me. Even many times they told ok i am giving to my seniors & kept me on hold for more than 30 mints.

                  Actually this problem arises due to error from vodafone which their executives accepted but not doing anything. I am using this plan from more than 6 months.

                  This charges is showing only because of 2g internet uses but as i have unlimited plan there is no question for any charges.

                  Resolve it on high priority & reply the same.

                    I did not activated any VAS or any other service but suddenly received a message that Rs. 49 has been deducted for activating APPSDORADO. Even I have not heard anywhere about this service.
                    I deactivated it immidiately through SMS.
                    But my balance is gone. Many times Vodafaone activates a service and charge money for that. I want this to be stopped and want my Rs. 49 back in my phone balance.

                    I recharged twice on 7.5.2016 in my sim No [protected] @ Rs.120/- each through SBI net banking and a total of 120+120= Rs 240 has been deducted from my SBI a./c vide [protected]FH10318663 and [protected]FH10305261 but only 120 talk time i.e for one chance has only been credited to my Vodafone Sim. Pl. verify and credit the balance 120.
                    Hi, this is happening for the second time, unnecessary deduction are made for certain value added services that I have not subscribed for. Today rs. 75 got deducted from my balance for a value added service called "game club service". Mb no. [protected]. Please help me resolve the issue and retrieve my balance.

                      Worst customer service ever I've seen. Not even single agent is helping in resolving network issues. Everyone is just careless about it. No one in Vodafone can speak English. Why do you have English customer support option? No one is trained in process. What does your trainer does in training? What are they thought in training? On what basis you hired them? Only meet the requirement?
                      I'm with Vodafone since, 6-7 years. And shockingly Vodafone doesn't have the data which says I'm Vodafone customer since 6-7 years. I'm having network issues since January 2016. I'm paying my bills regularly for not getting proper service. The logic is you provide me service and I'll pay the bill. But I'm only paying the bill and you guys are not providing me the service which is needed. I've already raised complain about it and asked for discount on bill but no one is able to help me with it.
                      When I asked to terminate my contract, they transfer me to retention team ( so called are the team who retain the customer ) and they guide me to the procedure to discontinue my service with Vodafone. Is this what retention team does. No probing and no request to stay with Vodafone. Direct on face that you can follow this procedure and discontinue your service.
                      When I ask for escalations, the agent says supervisor is not available. After a long request, agent transfers the call to the supervisor and then If I ask for the escalation for Manager, NO supervisor transfers the call to manager. No one. They just say that Manager available hai hi nahi. What the hell do managers in Vodafone does then??
                      Poor communication of agents and rude customer support of Vodafone India. My mobile no - [protected].

                      I have recharged in my vodafone number which offers 8.5GB 3G +2G unlimited, but as I Crossed 3.5GB, it says you have exhausted your 3G data and now your speed will be reduced.
                      I am trying to surrender my vodaphone post paid connection but customer care is not helping so Can any one please help me with this.
                      Still the issue is not resolved. Vodafone agent calls me and promises for discount on bill and never call back again. I also received a call from technician, and he promised to come to my address for the network issue to be resolved. But this issue is still exists.

                        I tried so many times to recharge my vodafone through hdfc netbanking, but to not avail. On the contrary i can recharge airtel, idea etc. When i came to hdfc bank, they told me to verified my number from vodafone centre. So i called customer care for assistance, they direct me to go to bank for clarification.. I don't really understand what games they are playing..

                          Hi,

                          My name is Pooja Shah and I am a postpaid customer of Vodafone Mumbai.

                          I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service provided to me by your company. My tarrif plan was very high and I was being charged a lot for my data plan and thus in the month of March I decided to visit the Vodafone store to change my tarrif plans. I was promised that my data plan would change but I received no message of a new plan being activated. I visited the store again the very next day and I was told that my plan would get activated within 48 hours. Again, nothing happened.

                          I have, since then, called the Vodafone helpline no. [protected] innumerable times and have requested the staff to change my plans so that I stop getting overcharged for my usage. When I decided I've had enough and called vodafone to shift me to airtel, a person named SUBHAN from the Vodafone team spoke to me and assured me that my entire plan would change to rs 535 (WITH TAXES) where I would get 1 gb of 4G free and after that my speed would directly reduce and become 2G for which I will not be charged. Additionally in rs 535 I would get 800 local and 400 national minutes free.

                          Again, no message of activation of the new plan was received. I kept calling the helpline to ask for an update but either I was transferred from one department to the other or they told me somebody would contact me within 2 working days, which also never happened.

                          Finally I was slapped with an unreasonable bill of rs 3100 which I absolutely refuse to pay since I was constantly requesting and wasting my precious time behind your Vodafone officials who're super useless and inefficient. Though they adjusted Rs 1200, they still expect me to pay 1900 which isn't fair because i did not want the plan i had - i wanted the 535 rs plan. it snot my fault that they did not activate it. I even asked what message should i sent for activation but was told it will happen from their end automatically.

                          Even for the next bill cycle, when since a month Ive already been requesting vodafone to change my tariff plans, I was billed high (again, for plans that i did not even want)and they randomly have activated new plans without my approval.

                          Please let me know how you'll plan to mend this. Not only will I not pay a single penny of this bill, but also for the month of April- May I will not pay the bill since even now I'm being charged for something I wanted changed 2 months back. If need be, I will definitely be taking legal action against Vodafone so please revert to me with a solution and also a written apology for the high inconvenience caused to me.

                            1. I have prepaid vodafone mobile no [protected] o[censored]ttrakhand district rudraprayag circle. Now i have been posted to kohima and accordingly i have made a request at vodafone office, kohima through my unique porting code vw611369 on 23 apr 2016 to port my said number to vodafone nagaland (North east) circle.

                            2. However, it is almost one month, nothing has been done and my old sim is still working on roaming and new sim given to me by vodafone office, kohima is showing invalid sm.

                            3. Request look into the matter and get my number port as requested or intimate reason for not porting the same. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                              Its just to inform you, i m using a sim of your company from last 4 years
                              But unfortunately my balance got deducted from your side.
                              After that i made a call to customer care they guys are telling me that
                              Sir you made a call to foreign country that's why your bal. Getting down by 66 rupees.
                              They even not telling me the number also that guy name mr. Sulender after being disappointed by your agents i told that kindly forward this call to your team leader
                              I don't know that forwarded call to any team leader that guy is talking like silly excuses and said we cant do any thing.

                                  Vodafone is really frustrating. Suffered a lot with their idiotic service and cheap behaviors. This is the sixth time complaining about service auto activation. I have already requested before two days to deactivate the connection itself. Then how come will i activate service. Not at all trustworthy. Example for Frauders and fraudulence service are always existing!!

                                    I got a message late night around 3:10 am that a service "mcsecure" have been activated on my number [protected] for 7 days and a charge of rs 49 will reflect on my next bill.
                                    First of all, i did not click on any service message to activate such thing, neither did i activated this service by my own, nor i have any security application in my cellphone, and then i called customer care and this executive named "sourabh" was of no help and all he was a disaster and i wanted to abuse him.
                                    Get me out of this thing and waive my charges back as i did not activated any service.

                                        By mistake gangs of friends got activated. Please deactivate it.it'll be good if you look into the matter Iimmediately I'll be extremely grateful for it. Thank you, why do we have to write long messages. Is it a rule, which is useless because we can send a short message to explain. But please deactivate gangs of friends immediately and please don't charge as I did not intentionally subscribe to it
