Since november 2015 i have been continuously visiting the vodafone store which is located in viman nagar for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid. Reason being i am between jobs now and cannot bear the rs. 666 + 125 taxes etc bill (Which somehow goes above rs. 850 each month). This people informed me to come in dec, as they do not have prepaid sims as of now. Since then every other month i have to walk into their office. Twice they have given me prepaid sims and yet the number is not activated. Every single time, they ask me to keep paying the bills. Most of all, none of them have a clue of the exact procedure for this.
They are the most incompetent people i have come across in my life!! No professionalism, their replies are like - the girl who informed you about procedure is new hence information was wrong. So keep paying another bill. They do not sympathise, they do not take any action and yet some how i am to be bearing the burden of bills for their nuisance.
Need justice for this. I had even raised complaint via chat and call on vodafone customer care, all they said was they will look into the matter and give me a call which once i did receive a call. The lady took all details and informed she will callback. Which never happened till date.
Today, i again visited the store to check the reason for the delay and they have again very bluntly denied. Ms. Prachi the lady who i discussed my case with was not even ready to give her name plus was most rude and hostile towards me and my mom. No courtesy at all and should not call herself customer care representative when infact she was customer harassment expert!! Very impolite and bluntly she replied the problem is from your side madam you should have paid the prorated bill first (Which i had already paid as informed by previous rep) and is the reason for the application rejection.
Seriously, i am loosing all hopes in them. Online people keep telling me to visit the store for assistance (Which i can do 5 more times but what is the use if people are useless resolution will never be reached).
Request : whoever reads this complaint, please help me. I cannot discontinue this number as has been circulated to more people than i can even remember and seriously not in a position to pay them even a single penny anymore.
