Its very sorry to see that still the Customer care/ Help Desk of Vodafone Essar company Limited has not attended my complaint as mentioned in the forwarded mail. Repeatedly, I am mentioning here that I have not received talk time value of Rs. 146/- on my cell number on online payment of Rs. 149/- as details of transaction mentioned in below. Since, the said talk time value is not credited to my cell, I had to face too much disturbances mentally and professionally and thereby loss of for which Vodafone company is responsible.
If the said amount is not credited to my cell, I will approach to the Consumer Forum and will lodge the complaint on Public portal about the fraudulent act of the Company.
Expect that Vodafone company should take immediate justifiable action if this company is concerned with the problems of customers.
