I have been chasing vodaphone for v bad signal for the last two mths no solution nor they let me move to other service provider before 90 days that is not right so i have no other option but to pay for their crap service i need solution i pay for service vodaphone agree there is problem in my area but no reply when they clear ? no fix time limit so i have one option i pay them till 90 days for total crap service?

It has been around 16 months ever since i have surrendered my sim card registered for postpaid scheme of vodafone.

Even after the complete payment of all dues, the security deposit amount is not paid back to me or my friend.

After repeated reminders to the vodafone care, i have been finding no positive answers.

Please help.

My postpaid mobile number is [protected] . i have a postpaid plan rs 199 where i have 200min free. in bill details it is shown that i have called to same number for 3 or 4 times continuously. i called to x number continuously after break of 5 sec. / 2 sec / 3 sec. how can i call to same number repeatedly. if i want to call why should i call again and again. if i talk i can talk in single call. there is no need to make again and again call. So Vodafone lost 200 min in fake billing and after they charged above 200 min.

This is to inform you that i have been receiving messages of deduction from my pre-paid balance account for services not authorised by me on my telephone no. [protected] of Voda fone services.. The latest was last evening towards subscription to WWESUBS, which i deactivated immediately, only to realise that even then, Rs.21/- was deducted.

My Vodafone number is [protected]. I have cancelled my Vodafone number 3 months ago . Even I got the cancellation request mail with the Service request number. But they didn't cancelled. I have sent many mails, if they not cancelled then its not my mistake. They forcing me to pay Rs. 1500 . They called me almost 3-5 times in a week, even they abusing me.

It was very irritating for me because of my busy schedule. So last time I said I am ready to pay Rs. 1500 but I need confirmation letter of cancellation of my Vodafone number [protected]. But Vodafone employees not ready to give.

This week I got e-mail threat of Legal Notice. Might be I receive legal notice very soon by post.

Once again I am telling Vodafone employees, If you are ready to give cancellation letter I am ready to pay Rs. 1500 otherwise I am ready to fight legal battle against Vodafone.

I am a valuable customer of Vodafone for last 8 years...but the experience after having post paid number is pathetic

I have raised complaint for feb-march 16 bill and in the month of May after adding 3 months rental for post paid connectio, vodafone suspended my number without even intimating me.

I have gone international in the month of feb16 and after returning back..got the bill for using data international for rs 4000 approx

I have complained for not using data services but no feedback from Vodafone. From then onwards my outgoing service was suspended without giving me any intimation.

In the month of May. .had a chat with Vodafone executive shantanu for waiver of charges..After 2 hours of arguments..He agreed to waive and asked me to pay rs 3200 as final settlement, he told me to pay final amount against the waived bill to be sent at my mail I'd. .against which I have to pay..and my no will be activated again for outgoing

But till date no such mail received and my no was suspended from last 8 days without intimating me again.

It was just intolerable for me now to bear this issue anymore.

All of a sudden spike in my april 2016 bill from vodafone.
I usually billed averagely around rs 1000. And now all of a sudden its doubled.
I saw the detailed bill and the internet usage just shows absurd figures.Infact i switch to wifi when i am at home and downloading something, then how can the internet data usage sky rocket with the wi-fi on?
I have been writing to vodafone since last 10 days but havent got an solution as yet. They simply keep forwarding generic replies. Vodafone needs to clear this unexplainable figure from my bill.

I would like to inform you that i am a retailer named as "shubhra enterprise" located at dhirenpara, itabhata, guwahati-25. This is to bring to your kind concern that dsa named mr. Abhijeet is very much unprofessional and always carrying ego and attitude with him whenever he comes to the shop for delivering the recharge paper vouchers. Moreover, sometimes he gave us warning stating that "if he will not give us e-top sim and vouchers, nobody has that authorization to deliver the products of vodafone at our doorstep." i would also like to inform you that, i have started my entrepreneurship on 16th apr'16 and from that day onwards i have purchased a huge amount of paper vouchers on alternate day basis (Datas are at your end if you want to check). I have informed the same to asm-guwahati named ms. Agnijeeta but she consoled me saying that i will get my e-top sim on 1st june'16 but that too with a uncertainty.
My point is that if i get such service from dsa with warnings, my hope on master company like vodafone will fade and come to an end of our mutual relationship and further referrals.

I have been using Vodafone number for the past 11 years. I did a 3g recharge of RS. 297 on my number on Sunday, but 5 days have passed and i am getting only 2g speed. I have called the customer care almost 10 times. And they falsely promise that the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. 5 days have passed but the issue still persists. Even i talked with the senior of the executive, i dont understand why it is taking such a long time for them to resolve such a small issue. Even there executives are untrained professionals. Frustrated and disgusted with this service. I asked them to refund my money, they said no. I asked them to increase the validity of my pack they said no. Yet to get the issue resolved.

In may month of 2016 vodafone bill deducted 99/- mconverge fashion [protected]@99, which i never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. They says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
Do i need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

I was using a mobile no.[protected] of vodafone service provider in bhopal, but since i left bhopal i have given for porting of this no. To up east, they gave me new sim for this but the sim is not activated till today but we now came to know that this sim is activated and been used by some person kindly make sure that when the sim is issued the document has collected from the person who is using this sim at present so that we may not face any problem in near future or for any misused of this sim

Vodafone is very worst network they fraud and they sending one call cost msgs and they are deducting high cost for calls the reason was I did call cost for 1ps/1sec but they are deducting 30/per minute ok I can on Pym petience and. K. Another time I can 3rf for 1. 2ps/2sec but they are deducting 40 ps for 1min. I can said to my frnd hello its costis 40ps. And can tried to call coustmer care from evng 6pm to 12.:55 pm still its not connecting how can call up them. This is rediculess fellows so plz. U can understand what I'm saying. Don't trust it. Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry poor response vodafone coustmer services and one thing I'm using since[protected] my Vodafone number I'm trying to port. Plz care it.

I am getting wrong bill for my Vodafone postpaid connection from last four month. Every time I have to write to corporate assist on mail then they credits back amount after many follow-ups via mail as well call, this time I am not getting any reply from customer care even after 48 hrs working hours. Day before yesterday I got call from customer care to pay my pending bill amount, the representative was very rude with me, when I ask my queries to him, then he directly cut the call. I am very frustrated with Vodafone customer care. I am not going to pay single penny upto now.

Balance of 99 INR was deducted by the name of fashion portal without my concern by the trustless vodafone company and earlier 35 INR. Do u think people got these bucks by planting money trees. seriously, disgusting company and worst network i have ever seen by just stealing money from the customers.
If company solves this than it retains its customers orelse their will be no one using vodafone network.

I had a vodafone no [protected], disconnected by me at about 2 years ago but my security fee (250/-) still pending. I have gone to vodafone office many time in the past but your office employees had not given any answer regarding the payment of security. Vodafone employees are not listen my problem properly it is again requested by me that please my security deposited by me on the behalf of vodafone mobile no. Please send my security following my address. If the security has not been refunded by vodafone then i will clam through court.

Being vodafone good market strategy and goodwill in market i'm here writing this complaint. I want to port my no. [protected] from "airtel" to"vodafone".. But none of any porting actions has been taken so far.
First i've applied for post request in april month and validity was 18th april, port code (Ad373874) (Validity[protected] but none of any calls and support was received from "vodafone", however i've cleared all my dues from airtel but no porting actions has been taken from vodafone.In this regard i've made a complaint over vodafone customer care (Complaint no[protected], was promised to receive a call but till now call is awaiting (Going to about 01 month).
But, from this most help from vodafone i've again requested (02nd time) for porting to vodafone (Port code - ad483511) (Validity[protected]. Still awaiting to receive a call or any actions to be taken.

Now i completely loose hope that my number will port to vodafone again on[protected] my port code will expire. I've checked with "airtel" and all my dues are cleared from there as per airtel. But the problem is from "vodafone" only.

To vodafone team: please explain to you customer why you guys make calls for porting when you are not willing to invite more customers. This makes my very unhappy from vodafone coz vodafone is loosing customer support.

Its very sorry to see that still the Customer care/ Help Desk of Vodafone Essar company Limited has not attended my complaint as mentioned in the forwarded mail. Repeatedly, I am mentioning here that I have not received talk time value of Rs. 146/- on my cell number on online payment of Rs. 149/- as details of transaction mentioned in below. Since, the said talk time value is not credited to my cell, I had to face too much disturbances mentally and professionally and thereby loss of for which Vodafone company is responsible.

If the said amount is not credited to my cell, I will approach to the Consumer Forum and will lodge the complaint on Public portal about the fraudulent act of the Company.

Expect that Vodafone company should take immediate justifiable action if this company is concerned with the problems of customers.

I have called many times to the vodafone customer care and asked for dnd deactivation due to which
I can not transfer my pf online. It's being more than a month and they could not do the deactivation.

He asked my 16 digit debit card number. On pretext of rewarding the points (Or rupees) in my acct.
I recd an otp number from sbi which i gave to the person on telephone. This happened thrice with me.
After some time i checked my acct and found that total 7500 rupees were debited from my acct (2500 * 3 transactions).

I m providing the transaction details. Please revert 7500 rupees back to my acct.
