I am very much disappointed with the poor response and indifferent approach from Indian management of Volkswagen. Finally I have decided to spend from my pocket and resolve the issue rather than meeting a fatal accident on road. Copies of two letters attached are self-explanatory.

It is really very much disturbing that a company of such a reputation is turning its ears off to the serious complaints. When a decision to purchase a vehicle is taken brand and services are also kept in mind but unfortunately we are very much disappointed with the kind response we are getting. In fact no response from your side. In mid January, 13 verbally we have lodged complaint about inferior quality of tyres in our car which was later on confirmed 1st Feb., 13 by putting our complaint in writing. After lefts of 3 months no actions are taken from your end. Next week we will be sending car for service and hope free replacement of 2 tyres shall be given at the time.
Besides the functioning of air conditioning is problematic therefore kindly look into this problem.
We are sending this letter along with letter dtd. 1st Feb., 13 by e-mail as well as by fax.

This is in connection with PASSAT VOLKSWAGEN GJ 1 KN 9406 purchased from you. Both the rear side tyre PIRELLI 215/55 R 16 have developed some problem which is because of some manufacturing defects. The defects was brought to your notice when mileage of the car was 3000 kmts and we have requested for some actions which are yet not taken. We request you to immediate take action for this manufacturing defects. Kindly note that if anything happens because of faulty tyre that will be complete responsibility of Volkwagen management.

On February 8’2012 I purchased a Volkswagen Vento (top model) from your dealership(PBO8 BB- temp- 4772, wvwm 11603ct020077 ) . Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because in the first sixth month there was a knocking injection problem which produce noise from the engine. I have already sent mail to your customer care in the month of January 2013 and the issue was partially resolved. Even after that I had many issues with the performance and I kept visiting service station but this time there is a major problem in engine ( CLN181148). (10, 000- 12, 0000 kms) It is not at all responding to self start. I have already lodged my complaint at customer care toll free number and also taken it to the Volkswagen service station, Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and he is not able to resolve the issue. Mechanic of your service station told that they will discuss the issue with Mumbai and Pune Service Station. My car is still in service station. My car is under warranty but I am really upset with its performance and service. I would appreciate if you either get my car serviced properly or replace my car else i have to take help from Consumer Court and Human rights.
