I can honestly tell you that we as a family are embarrassed to be associated with Elite Motors.
Your Quality of Car Service, Responsiveness of Customer queries & quality of staff is just pathetic.

Our Car: Passat 2012, AT, Comfortline

Points we need to bring up with seniors. If you are not senior enough to address these issues, please get us in contact with someone who can be held accountable for such pathetic customer service.
Coordinated with your service center for Car Servicing for over 1 Month. (No car company in bangalore will wait that long to pick up the car for service). Excuse I got from your customer service executive, "Sir, your house is too far, it will take us few days to coordinate the pick up"
Our car was returned without the service getting done.
Car was not even cleaned/ washed before returning.
We complained about something loose in the under body which was given back to us without getting fixed. This is after we got a call from the service center asking about the under body issue.
After receiving the car, we called customer service to complain about the same and they tell us, "Sir, your car was not picked up for Service/ Maintenance, it was picked up for repairs." This is a Lie. More importantly, even the repairs was not done. (Your executive just blatantly lied)
We have attached the receipt which clearly indicates that car was sent for service, not repairs. You have charged us for "General Check up" & "Washing". Both were not done.
Wiper Fluid was not filled up. (An automatic indicator which comes inside the car). Just means no one even looked inside the car during 'service'.
Before handing in the car for service, we even mentioned about left side front window button not working. This also has not been fixed. We were told it will be fixed in 2 days. It has been 1 week, no contact from your customer service department yet.
Finally you picked it up at a cost of Rs. 500. My son in laws Maruti SX4 has free pick up & drop off.
You provide a 'Bill' with: no contact number, no email address and no Fax number. Shameful!!!
After going through this level of service with an esteemed institution as yours, it is unfortunate we own not one but 2 VW cars.
A mistake I will never make again in my life. Rest assured, I will never in my life be recommending your cars and definitely not Elite Motors.

    I have got a volkswagen Pasat. I have had very bad experience with Volkswagen.

    I had problems in my Tyre Bearings.. and Got It changed for hefty Amount..

    I asked the reason what was the reason that they were damaged. There was no ans.
    and leading to that i had to get my tyres changed at at 30000km instead on 45-50000 for these type of cars.. All the four tyres and two bearings were a costly affair.
    They have no reason.

    I bought the car in 2007 and from the start of 2008. The ac has been very bad.. its not working properly...

    I took it to the service center... They worked made a bill... and after one year the problem was back.

    I went to them again.. they said the whole Ac would be changed and cost you around RS- 70000/-
    They said this is general problem with vento and passat.
    I asked why did you not tell me for the problem before so i could have changed in gurantee.. He said it was better off that time.

    Anyhow. i went and got it repaired outside showroom it got better not the best.

    Just before i got my tyre changed i went to bhasin motors they said you tyre bearing is gone. I told them about 2 changes they said one more needs to be changed. Anyhow.. First i got the tyres changed and then asked the person he said no you dont need to change the bearing.

    It was such a shock to me that 2 days before he told get the remaning bearing changed and then tyre. But at last when i got the tyres changed first..

    They said its ok because they could not prove.

    I have spent a handsome amount on its repair works and the cooperation by them is pathetic.

    I have had these problems at volkswagen noida. and Bhasin motors combined.

      This is in regards to a Volkswagen Vento Trendline Diesel bought by me on 14th March 2013 from Viraj Automobiles Sector 6, Noida- India.
      Details of car as under.
      Chasis Number- WVWG11608BT082991
      Engine Number- CLN170429

      On the very first day on 15th March 2013 the car was making noise on racing which was rectified and repaired by Viraj Automobiles workshop.
      Again after 2 days on 17th March the battery went dead and I had to rush to workshop again.
      On 2nd April, 2013 the car was running on an average speed of 60 kmph suddenly everything stopped working and engine started vibrating and making noise with a spiral and engine indicator on speedometer.
      I informed breakdown department and the car was again taken to workshop and delivered after 2 days assuring me everything in working fine in engine of the car.
      On 8th of May I was on my way from Lucknow to Delhi and was driving on a speed of 90 kmph and again things stopped working and entire car went dead and I was almost killed.
      I contacted roadside breakdown and car was taken to Gwalior (Samarth Cars) workshop.

      Today I was informed that the car has manufacturing defect in its engine.
      It was Gods grace that the car break down twice and me and my family is safe otherwise anything would have happened.
      This is a height of shame for a company like Volkswagen.
      In a span of 45 days this car has given me hell lot of nightmares.

        Sub: Noise Pollution and Disturbance

        Volkswagen and Skoda are supplying cars with very louf horns..they are quite disturbing..

        Decibel levels of these horns should be checked and regulated..these type of horns contribute most to traffic noise pollution..we face increase in heart beat rate when such horns are honked..but its often not taken seriously and people get used to it..

        Its a european company where people hardly honk..but india is opposite..people honk at midnite too even when roads are empty..a mild horn would be sensible..

          Hi,

          I write to you with utter dissatisfaction on buying a Volkswagen car.Here is my experience in details.

          I booked my car on the 24th of April 2013 - Polo Highline petrol at an outright purchase.
          Since I was interested in the shadow blue colour I was told by the salesman that it will take about 3 weeks to a month for delivery.
          So I called the agency after 3 weeks to follow-up and spoke to Shahid who sold the car to me. Each time I called him, he said it still shows in billing and he will call me back in 1-2 days and update me on the status but ahem I never heard from him at all. Late I got to know that he(Shahid) had got transferred to the Santacruz branch.At this point on 20th of May I spoke to Mr Kulkarni who heads the agency to check on the status of the car as it was nearing a month and my car was not delivered and nobody communicated the status on their own and were shy of talking on the phone too.
          Every time I called they promised to call back and never called back(this happened 5-6 times). Mr Kulkarni too followed the suit of others and did not call me to update me.

          I received a call after 3 days from Ms Sapna that the car is in stock and I can make the remaining payment and the car will be allocated to me.
          I picked up my car on the 2nd of May and while driving found out that the wheels were not aligned and it kept pulling towards left on its own.First the agency said I should check the tyre pressure and it cant be an alignment issue as its a new car.After a lot of request to get the car checked by the company workshop it was finally picked up yesterday at 10am (Nayan got this arranged). Till 6 pm I never heard either from the agency or the workshop on the status of the car and what was exactly wrong.when i called them (Nayan and workshop) they both had no clue what was exactly wrong with the car and said that they will call me back.
          So my car was gone and I was at a state of exasperation where I didn't know what was happening to it and when it will be brought back.I finally after making some 10 calls got the car back at 9pm. The car from the workshop came is a dirty state and the interiors were soiled,I mean its a new car how can you not clean it after fixing it.
          BTW, till now the workshop has not returned my call,I spoke to the receptionist inquiring about the car last evening at 5pm and she said she will ask the service engineer to give me a call back in 1 hour.

          I want answers:

          Why your staff is shy of keeping the customer informed??
          Why nobody takes accountability customer service/satisfaction?
          Why was the car gone for 10 hours as tyre alignment repair takes maximum of 1-2 hours.why was this not resolved at a priority basis when the company made a blunder by selling a faulty car.
          Is this the German engineering that you keep advertising about?
          How can you sell a car with a fault? Don't you have and quality checks before selling?
          Why the agency never detected the tyre-alignment issue before they sold the car to me considering the car was driven from Vasai to the shop which is over 40 kms by the company driver.

          what are you going to do about this feedback??


          Its been just a week that I got possession of my Polo and am already a dis-satisfied with selecting the brand and will ensure no friend/family goes through this experience ever.
          Now you know why your cars don't sell. The product is faulty and the people selling the product are not interested in their job and customer service creating a host of annoyed and displeased customers like me.

          VOLKSWAGEN — after sales service

          purchasing a vw car became my worst experience ever,,details r as below.

          --> insurance actual-as per policy is Rs. 14008 while charged Rs. 14451.

          -->accesories costing Rs.7800 charged Rs. 8491. dat to of third class quality..
          --> I hvnt received d bill for accessories yet.
          whn i personally visitd 2 shwrum,,no 1 ws bothrd 2 listen my problem.

          Mr. Jayesh(Sales Manger) ignores d customer aft sellin d car as if he met d customer 4 d 1st time.
          4 d prob stated above i visited d shwrum minimun 3 tims n calld Mr Jayesh n Mr. Hasmukh (sales managers) n Mr. Niraj (Accounts dept) minimum 10 to 15 times bt no solutioin till date..
          plz luk in to d matr as soon as poss. 2 continue future relations vid me n othr wud b references..

            I have POLO petrol car, in which I got a -front wind shield damaged by the stone(most probably).
            Ater taking a confirmation from service centre,I approched the Ahmedabad Authorised service centre located at Ahmedabad, near Ujala circle,that they will replace the glass and give the car back by 3 days.
            Once I visited, they have register my car for repair and completed formalities and they have commited (repeat-commited ) to give the car back by 3 days.
            On the third day, suddenly they called up saying that they do not have a Wind shield glass( a standard stock item, as per service manager verdict),suddenly it is is not available.?!?!?!?
            service representative, manager services and manager customer satisfaction group is having same verdict of standard stock item and eventhogh they are not giving the car repaired as per commitments.
            I planned to visit for outing with family on coming saturday-sunday(day-4-5 th)
            Is this the client service the Multinational companies providing to us?

              This is with regards to the above mentioned vehicle that was sent to your workshop i.e. Volkwagen Downtown Mumbai, Shaman Cars Pvt. Ltd. Lalbaug on[protected] for 2nd servicing as well as for works pending from the previous time that car was to your workshop.

              The car was there at your workshop for 3 days now and for almost 3 weeks the previous time.

              Works pending are as mentioned below,
              1. Front Left Suspension Check
              2. All break not working Properly.
              3. LHS Front Felder Raber Missing
              4. Glow Plug Light Showing
              5. On Fuel Cap showing to Petrol Tag (Car is diesel)
              6. All AC vent check
              7. Mirror Felder cover check.
              8. Key spring not working
              9. Head light setting is out.
              10. Rear bumper painting not done well.

              In spite of keeping the car at your end for these many days nothing except the regular servicing of oil change, oil filter change, car washing was done. and when we came to pick the car it is being informed that the above works are pending due to unavailability of parts and resources. It is an absolutely unprofessional behavior from your employees as there should be some courtesy to call us and inform about the pending works.

              Now we have been following up for over the last one month to get the above work done. After almost 2 weeks of follow up we were informed that the car can be sent for the works pending on 19.04.2013. it was told that the driver will come to pick the car at 8.30 a.m on 19.04.2013 and the work will be completed within 2 days. On 19.4.2013 nobody turned up, we tried to get in touch with your people but in vein as nobody responded, then end of day when we called again we are being told that the part is not available yet and they would pick the car on 22.4.2013 at 8.30 a.m.We had also clearly told that we would need a replacement car as the responses from your end is extremely poor and the after sale service is atrocious. they said it would be difficult for them to give a replacement but the works will be definitely be done within 2 days. hence we arranged an alternative car for ourselves thinking that the car work will be done on 22.4.2013 and 23.4.2013. to my disappointment again there was no response from your end on 22.4.2013 and the car was not taken for servicing. again we had to follow up with your irresponsible employees for our car works and we get the same response and it is promised that on 26.4.2013 the car will be taken for servicing. and what happens on 26th morning is the most expected that nobody turns up again and we had made arrangements again for a car. and after calling your people a couple of times we get the response that the car will be picked up on 29.4.2013 i.e today but again as expected nobody turned up.

              Now we would want a written commitment from your side and a replacement car at the earliest. It is extremely disappointing that Volkswagen provides such a poor service to its customers.

              If this is a kind of service you provide, then i am sorry to say that i would rather never go in for a Volkswagen car again and would suggest others also not to go in for one.

                Respected Sir/Madame ,

                I am Hithendra and I own a Volkswagen polo car that I bought on the 11th August 2012 and in November of 2012 I have a issue with the air conditioning and we sent the car to the service center to get it rectified and the the car came back now again at the end of March of 2013 we had an issue with the same air conditioning and we sent the car again and this time they were talking about some issue in the air conditioning and they said that it was rectified but 2 days later the same issue with the car and this time I called the manager in charge of the Volkswagen service and he promised that the matter will be resolved but now the manager is promising that the car will be delivered to us everyday and fails to do so . When we question about this everyday they say that there is a new problem cropping up . Now, we are requesting them to replace the air conditioning but they are just dragging it more and more without giving us any solid solution . Now, I would like to take any kind of action that is required . Kindly help me out so that people like them do not do this to any other family like us .

                  i have bought a VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT in 2011 , the AC of the car is not working from last one month.The dealer BHASIN AUTOMOBILES is not attending the car and is telling is to go other dealer.I went to the Moti Nagar workshop , there also the car was not attended . then i made a complaint to Volkswagen company , after the phone call i received a mail from Batra Automobiles instructingme to go to another dealer in Noida named Viraj Automobiles situated in sector -6 , there also the car was refused to be looked at. Now I dont know where to go . Please help me and look into the matter and make me understand how does VOLKSWAGEN deal with a after sales complaint.
                  if the company dealers are so insensitive in dealing a serious complaint like how do you expect a consumer to trust in your products.
                  the world knows the brand VOLKSWAGEN as a symbol of quality and trust and your dealer has scattered my trust into pieces with their extremely bad and unproffesional behaviour.

                    subject : - Concern No: CAL25035 and music system error - MH43 AJ 6020.

                    Dear All,


                    This is with regard's to the Music system error been display on the center console, for which i had taken my car to thane service center on 4th April 2013 and according to the service advisor their seems to be some permanent problem in the system and needs to be replaced, as the car is under warranty the service advisor told me that the same will be replaced with a new one, and according to him the same has been ordered.


                    As the left hand side door noise still persist (Concern No: CAL25035 ) , on 10th april 2013 i again went to the service center to show the problem and when i asked about the music system status, i recevied an update saying that it is still on order and would be received within a week time, today when i.e 17/04/2012 i called the servie center to enquire about the status, according to them it will take another 3 three weeks.


                    i am really upset the way VW or VW representatives have handle my issues / problem, being such a big brand i had expected faster response and better service, but to be frank the way my issues are being handle VW is really pathetic.


                    1. From last two month i am chasing VW and VW thane service center to get rid of the ratttling sound coming from the left hand side door (Concern No: CAL25035 ), and in last one month i had left my car thrice, and put n numbers of email, but no outcome.


                    2. i have to follow up from the music system replacement. the service center guys are least bothered and now i have to wait from three more weeks.


                    i want to ask VW is these is the kind of service you offer, i have not purschased such expensive car to keep it in the service center or drive with error been display on the center console.

                      We bought a new Volkswagen Jetta Confortline on 23rd Feb 2013. When we saw the vehicle in the Tornado Motors Mumbai (Santacruze west) showroom the cars had a moving armrest in the comfortine vehicle in January & February but my vehicle docent have the same.
                      We went and spoke at the showroom and after a week or so they said we have forwarded the complain to the company. We took up the matter with the customer service of the company. They stated that it is at the discretion of the company to change the features at any time. Thus we are not liable to change it in your vehicle.
                      While buying the car the Show room cars have the feature, the sales guys also conforms about it but only our vehicle docent have it. They didn't even inform that the showroom car features are not going to come in your vehicle.
                      If they have discontinue then why are they still selling the car with the same feature.

                        I purchased Volkswagen Vento Highline on 29 March 2013. The company brochure and dealer described that it has bluetooth connectivity, aux in, sd card etc., but these features were found missing.
                        Complaint was lodged to customer care of Volkswagen, but no response.
                        Any way out?

                          HELLO, THIS IS CHETAN CHODAVADIYA AND I AM A PROFESSOR IN ENGINEERING COLLEGE APPROVED BY VNSGU, SURAT.                             I had a misconception that Vox Wagon cars are and its after sales service is undisputed BUT regret having purchased the Polo in August 2011. Since its purchase the cars BATTERY has drained out at least 6 times. I had to call either the Polo Service people or the Cross Roads helpline for getting the car started.

                            Every time I have to request the Service Manager as if I have done some crime by purchasing the POLO.

                            I wish I had not baught Polo. This was the biggest blunder of my life.

                            Shockingly the owner Mr. Anand Wadhwa is inacceccible under any circumstances. The office, sales and service people are not prepared to give his contact number.

                            Its pertinent to mention here that I have voice recording of all the conversations I had with Sales / Service or other personnel of the Vox Wagon Gurgaon on every occasion of my complaint.

                            May I request the concerned officers of the Vox Wagon India or Vox Wagon to look into the matter and save me for avoidable hardship at the hands of Vox Wagon Gurgaon?

                            my brand new car polo has some serious eingen fault. i have delivered it to vw service center chandigarh on 26 .04 2011. but they have not called me so far i have served them a legal notice it seems that they dont bother it .i had informed their higher officers but they also dont care i need my car .

                              I bought the Vento highline TDI Diesel in 2010 November and I was very happy at that time. I was feeling that I have chosen the best brand of car and now I will have a piece of mind at least for 6 to 8 years.

                              I want to share my bad experience with Volkswagen.

                              Last month I went to office in the morning and in the evening when I was going back to home I found that I am not able to start the car. There was a engine fault.Car was brought to Atrica Automobiles for diagnosing the problem and they found that fuel pump is damaged and they told me that fuel pump will be replaced but after further diagnosing they found that whole fuel system will be changed which cost around 3 lakhs. Customer relationship manager supported me and my car 2 year warranty expires just 2 months back and due to some family emergency I was not able to extend the warranty at that time. Now Customer relationship manager accepted to waive off the 75% on 3 lakh amount. I am satisfied with the way they have listen my grievances but my concern is when my service happened on time then why this problem occur I feel that this is a manufacturing defect and I should be waive off the whole amount as I have taken the Car on Loan and paying 25% i.e 75000 is a hefty amount for me I am mentally disturbed with this situation and I cannot bear this hefty amount and now I don't have the confidence on VW. After this incident I will not suggest any of my friend/colleague for VW Cars. As a customer I am not at all satisfied with VW. Now I feel that I have taken a wrong decision by buying VW Vento car.

                              My relatives have 3 Cars Hyundai Santro, Honda City, Ford Ikon.Its already 5 years passed and they do not find any problem in these cars.

                              Please check my service schedule whether I have missed any schedule.All services happened on time.
                              My Volkswagen Registration Number UP 12 X 0007 and VIN number WVWK10604BT014109.

                              Kindly listen my grievances and Please waive off the whole amount as I cannot give this hefty amount.
                              I am very sad to say that if this amount is not waived off then I do not have any option other than filing a case on VW.

                              It's a humble request to you that please don't break my trust.

                                I purchased a volkswagen polo car in 2012 and the car is showing a warning light on the dashboard. Went to Volkswagen service center, they repaired it and gave the car back in 2 days and the same problem started happening within a week. After that i again gave the car back to them and they said they fixed it in a day and the same problem appeared again in a day. So i went to third time on the same issue, this time they said it was a manufacturing defect and they said they will repair under warranty. However they have kept the vehicle for almost 20 days, and finally returned it. However i have asked for a back up car, they have not provided any back up car for 20 days and also they have not done the fixing of the dashboard properly. Is there a way i can file a complaint against Volkswagen for keeping the vehicle for 20 days and making me to give the car for 3 times for a manufacturing defect without any back up. Can some one guide me how to approach this? I want to file a consumer complaint on the same.

                                  My car was hit by Dog on highway in ETAWA (UP) on 22/12/2012 at 11. AM and got damaged badly from front side. i called the road side assistance at 11 AM they said that they confirmed that they have taken the complain and they gonna give the toe service soon but nothing happen i kept on calling them and explain them that i have my mom and my sister its not a safe place for females but no one understood.As it was month of Dec it was so called, i had mom my sister and my husband.All four o[censored]s were shivering from cold.it was so unsafe to be on highway in a criminal area.i was pleading before the cust care executives but they did not care.Finlay they came at 6:30 PM.when i had spoken to cust care executives they said that they will be taking my care to Kanpur workshop so i booked the hotel in Kanpur to stay for night.But when the toe service came they said said they will take my car to some other place somewhere in MP.I requested them but they were so rude.Finally they said they can take my car to Kanpur workshop but they demanded Rs 3500 before loading my car.we didn't have cash so requested them that i would pay them wherever we can get the ATM but they denied.My husband had to leave us on the highway and went to find an ATM to get the cash for them.i was cursing myself for buying this car.NO BODY CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH.IT IS A NIGHTMARE I CAN NEVER FORGET.

                                  Last week i took my car for service at 9 AM.i was the 1st cust i explained them what were the problems. i got the call from the workshop at 11 am and told that wheel balancing needed and break pad needs to be replaced.i gave permission to do it.i went to workshop at 6 PM to get my car.i requested them to show the parts that they had changed.The break pad was not required replacement it could easily run for minimum 15000 KM.The problem which i had told them about the car was not fixed,cleaning was not at all done.
                                  From 9 AM to 6 PM what they did i do not know.They charged Rs 15000 for a service not they didn't even clean my car.IS THIS THE SERVICE VOLKSWAGEN GIVING????????
                                  i complained so many times but nothing happen.As i am a Female VOLKSWAGEN is taking disadvantage of me.
                                  I am really thankfull to you.. I was about to purchase this car after a complete analysis... finally it storked me to look for compliants and i read this... I am sure I wont buy this brand nor recommend to any one of my friends...

                                    I have bought Volkswagen Vento Highline Diesel Model car on 23rd Jan 2013 from one of their dealers in Pune, M/S. B. U. Bhandari Automotive Pvt. Ltd. From the very next day, i had starting problems with the car. Even after repeated times i removed the keys and inserted also, this issue was persistent and intermittent. At late night i had to feel embarrassment and inconvenience with my family and had to take assistance of Toll free number. Finally some help arrived and the matter was temporary solved. I brought this to the notice of Service station of the above mentioned dealer and they asked me to wait in the customer lounge and told me that they will inspect the vehicle with some computerized diagnosis system. After 1 hour of wait they told me that there was no fault at all. They also said that the key that i was using might be faulty. In that case they told me to keep another key handy and in any such incident in the future to use that key. If by using another key the problem will get resolved, they will reprogram or replace the faulty key. I took this advice back with me in great hope. But the very next day, i had a problem of different sort. When i started my car and shifted to 2nd gear, suddenly we experienced jerks in the car running perhaps due to missing in the engine. Also simultaneously a coil error symbol showed up on the cluster panel. I immediately stopped the car and called Toll free number again. They asked me which color this symbol was? Whether Red or some other color. To which i replied it was Orange in color. They told me if this symbol turns red, i need to park my car there itself and not go near it. But somehow i managed to reach home as it was a Sunday and the service centre was shut. The very next day while i was stuck in a heavy traffic jam, suddenly the car started vibrating heavily. I was scared and somehow manoeuvred the car from the heavy traffic and parked it to a side. Again called the Toll free number and all they informed me was to visit service centre. Finally next day i dumped the car at the service centre and it is still lying there while i am writing this complaint. Service centre guys have now again supposedly put the car onto the so called computer diagnostic system and found that there is issue in the Fuel system. Now they are insisting on replacing all 4 fuel injectors, fuel railing, Fuel pump and fuel filter. I have completely refused to get these changes done; primarily for the reasons that it’s a new car and if the fuel system is faulty and needs replacement doesn't it count for a manufacturing defect. And if it is they are bound to replace me with a new car. On the contrary they are denying that it is not a manufacturing defect, my question to them is if it is not a manufacturing defect, then why they want to replace the whole system. Let them return the car just like that without doing anything.

                                      I bought Vento At petrol on 8-2-11, few days back in the vehicle the EPC light was blinking and the car was knocking, so i send it to the service center on 12-2-13 after checking all the details they called me and told that engine head should be changed and it cant be changed in warranty because the warranty has expired on 8-2-13 its a 2 years warranty.

                                      its just 4 days the warranty has expired, it seems that Volkswagen car should be used only till the time for warranty and before the warranty expires I should sell the car. this is not good for Volkswagen company, so I request you to please look in this matter at the earliest and please help us.

                                      the vehicle is at B.U. Bhandari service center.

                                        I have purchased car from Volkswagen Bangalore dealer Elite motor. Any time any service related issue, you can not reach their service people because of non availability of staff. Recently I have sent my car for air condition check up which was not working properly and water getting inside window from glass ( this is day one complaint). When i have sent my car at service station, after taking appointment , waited in queue for three hours. because no one was there to attend the complaint. After long waiting they have taken car for check up and promise to deliver car by tomorrow. surprise !! lots of call to their service station , no proper reply from any one, no answer when you will get car ? after many call they replied that come tomorrow. tomorow... again we have done same exercise.. many calls.. then i have sent my driver to collect car... what... he waited there two hours and fought with people to delivered car from service station... Oh !! we got car from them but no result till date air condition not working, water still going in to window, I have compliant thier customer care. No use .. still getting pain and driving car with out AC....after such costly car ( Vento Higland) service charge collected Rs 2800 + time, driver charge...more ...Pain ..

                                        We had booked jetta highline with Frontier Autoworkd Pvt Ltd,Okhla Phase-1 New Delhi.We had made full payment to dealer in advance. Dealer had deliever the vehicle on 10/02/13 at our office, there is some issue regarding accessories and we immedietely told to dealer regarding this,but till date issued was not resolved. Further till date they not provide us the papers for registration. The service of dealer of volkswagen is very very poor and there are the big cheaters.This is the second time we face the problem with Volkswagen. So my dear friends those are reading this complain, please do not purchase the vehicle of VOLKSWAGEN becuase there are the big cheaters and fraud.
                                        my fellow friends, all i want to tell you is that never purchase a volkswagen car and especially from the showroom in siliguri, west bengal, as during the time of purchasing it from siliguri the owner nilesh agarwal had made me face lots of problem but still i ignored the problem but when my car went for serviceng i had to face a lots of difficulties.
                                        i had purchased a volkswagen polo car and when i had send the car for servicing they told me that my car has lots of problem but i knew that my car was fine as it was my first servicing still i said to make my car fine and cooperated with them but it became almost a month i had been visiting the service centre but my car was still in the same old way and not even washed then after talking to the owner mr. sailesh agarwal and mr. nilesh agarwal they assuerd me of giving the car in a week but which still got delayed to two weeks and on the date i was to receive my car they made a bill of rs 90000 for servicing which was free of cost except the oiling charge and all.
                                        i tried to talk to the owner mr. nilesh agarwal for this matter but he did not will to meet me nor he used to talk to me in phone and finally one day i went off to his office but that person mr. nilesh agarwal was so rude in talking that i just gave him the full money in his office but then i thought of atleast informing the people of siliguri that to never purchase a vw car from siliguri.

                                        dear consumer complaints kindly let this car dealers know that harrasing a customer is an offence and charging them excess money is a fraud too.
