    yes i also agree. This should be treated as ciber crime and strict action is to be taken...

    it the simplest way to make fool of innocent guys..

    Volkswagen India Ltd — Non delivery of Vento High line diesel after paying full amount

    I have got mail from KSM motors (volsk Wagon Delaer) that Volsk wagon has allowtted you vento high line diesel on 28th April 2011 on 5th may I have done all payment of said car & alsso subm,itted all propers of RTO ragistrations but till today ( 19th May 2011) dealer is unble to deliver me car & he is also not promising any possible date of dilevery

      the sales person at the volkswagon showroom lied and gave me wrong infromation about delivery of volkswagon polo and has taken 2 weeks extra after having confirmed 2 weeks ago about car having arrived from the factory.the sales rep lied everyday about the delivery and stopped answering my phone calls.and after having called 4 days ago about the car arriving and i still have not got delivery. the manager of the volkswagon gurgaon showroom was also of no help and did not even try to explain and didn't care much of keeping me waiting.

        I have purchased volkeswagen polo Car, Regd udb0000877from sjs Automobiles, Delhi Road, Meerut on 13 dec2010. The Vehicle was not running properly. THE dealer, 'Ms sjs motor' on examining the veh informed that The Engine Compressor is defective, The vehicle has been with the dealer for the last 8 day but no action to repair/replace the defect has been taken till date. Since I am not able to use my vehicle i am not able to carry out my businees effectively and efficiently, consequently suffering huge losses to the extyent of Lakhs of ruppes. The 'Dealer' and his staff do not attend my telephonic calls and even on personal visits to them, do not give any satisfactory response and are in fact rude in their behaviour. This not only reflects poorly on The Dealer but also your esteemed company and the customers are loosing faith in the services of your company.i regret having purchased a car of your company and having to go through this harrowing experience. The Company has given a Warranty of 2years on it's Engine but myd the engine is already not performing satisfatorily.
        I request that urgent action be taken at your end within two days at your eshend to get my vehicle repaired satisfactorily, or i shall be constrained to seek legal redy, which is neither pleasant nor desireable. I await an early response frrom your end.

          The following is the text of the complaint posted by me on the Volkswagen web site (India as well as Internationsl) and copy of the mail sent to VW customer care in India.

          "I own a VW Jetta bought in August 2008 from Kashyap Automobiles. This is not the first time that I am visiting this page on your website. I have been here in the past also because of various service related problems that I, as a VW car owner, have encountered. While some of these problems have been attended to, most of them still exist and it seems that the Service Stations of VW in Gurgaon do not have adequately trained staff to either diagnose or address the complaints of car owners such as me.
          The latest problem encountered by me last week was that the car moved very slowly despite gears being engaged and accelerator pedal being fully pressed. Somehow I could reach the car to your authorised service station in Gurgaon. On inspection by the service engineer, I was informed that the clutch of the car would need replacement. I was virtually shocked at this diagnosis as the car has only done about 58000 kms and one does not expect the clutch assembly to wear off in 58000 kms. Mind you I have been driving Marutis and Hondas in the past, and still own a Honda and I have not had such an experience with any of the other cars which have done over 100,000 kms. Moreover the estimate provided to me by the service station is an astronomical sum of about Rs. 55,000.00. The break up is Rs. 15,000.00 for the clutch, Rs. 1,300.00 for a bearing, Rs.33,000.00 for a fly wheel and Rs. 5,000.00 for labour.
          VW is an internationally acclaimed company for it's technically advance engineering, with which their cars are manufactured and sold worldwide. Your Indian advertisements talk of German Engineering, and such cars are known to run trouble free for upto 200,000 kms. Such an experience with my car is therefore not acceptable at all. I had purchased this internationally acclaimed model from an internationally acclaimed car manufacturing company so that I would experience trouble free service for years.
          My car is covered under your extended warranty programme for 4 years fromm the date of purchase, however, the service station informs me that this repair / replacement of parts would not be covered under the extended warranty program.
          You are requested to look into the matter, as this seems to be a manufacturing defect in the clutch assembly installed in my car and arrange to have this problem attended free if cost.
          I would also request a direct response from the company rather than from the servivce station / call centre as these people are unable to provide satisfactory answers to the questions that I have.
          You may consider this as my rightful demand as an owner of a VW car.

          hello this is Dr. immanuel i own a VW jetta purchases in 2011, in ABRA motors CIT nagar, chennai .The car no is PY 01 bj 2019. i met with a small accident 2weeks back and the car is under comprehensive insurance, on the day of accident i registered the complaint with the insurance company and a surveyor was asked to visit the car and insurance was sanctioned . the car is under Mr. suraj in ambatur garage owned by the same workshop. ihave told Mr. suraj i was ready to pay the amount and asked him to start the work but he claims that the time will take 3 months to get the car ready to run,
          i had given u the number of the car and the workshop it is in so that u can look at the damage sir it is not such a big accident itself, the airbags had not gone off or any danger warning in the .
          this is not the 1st car i own, nor the most major accident that had occured. the time taken for the repair is very long despite of the reason u claim u have facility to service cars in my state, .
          sir he tells me that he will order the parts without even opening the damaged area (the bonet), after parts arrive her will open and than order the parts which he has not ordered which again will take 3 weeks to come to india (he also claims to dismantle until the engine it will take 3 weeks) first order reciving time 2 weeks, than the second order reciving time 2 weeks, and again fitting time of 3 weeks.


          please have a look at the car and call me i want the car on road as soon as possible.

            I have purchase a Car Volkswagen polo in the name of Rajkumar lalwani in November 2010 from Indore (Shirani automotive Pvt Ltd) from the date of delivery I am not satisfied with the car …. There are many problems in the car for which we have given car at your showroom more than 10 times but still my problem is not solved.

            Now I am going to complain in consumer forum regarding not satisfying the customer for car.

              While purchasing the above car, the dealer expalined to me about the advantages of taking the insurance by M/s.Volkswagen. I have opted to take the policy of M/s.Volkswagen India Limited. Unexpectedly my car met with two minor accidents. In which I have claimed the damage which is repaired by your dealer. I am told by the concerned person that the bumper to bumper cover is eligible only two times a year. The accident is something happens beyond the control of the person who is using it. So, insisting certain conditions regarding the bumper to bumper claim is a distrust by the insurer on the insured. This is not correct. So I request you to take up the matter with your insurers and make required modifications in the policy terms and conditions.

                Just want to share my personal experience with Volkswagen Delhi West (World Class Automobiles Pvt Ltd)

                I have a POLO which I purchased in August 19th 2010 earlier there was some issue with the alignment the car was moving towards left. I called the advisor and he asked me to walk down the service station and he will get it checked. Same day I have to go to Chandigarh. Once I reached the service station and I asked for the same advisor at the reception the reply I got was he is busy and will be here within 15 -20 minutes however no one turned up for 30 -35 minutes I asked for the same advisor as well as called the same advisor he said he is with a customer and have one in queue. After 1 hour and 20 minutes he turned up look at the car and said he will be right back and was back in approximately 40 -45 minutes by that time I already spent almost two hours just waiting for someone to tell what the issue is. He took 20 -25 minutes just to open a job sheet I asked for a manager/supervisor the only reply I got that there is no one if we have any issue we can either speak with Sachin/Jaspreet. The incident I mentioned above happened two months back.

                I was in Dehradun for last three day while on the way I small stone from the roadside hit the windscreen on the right top corner and there was a small scratch on the screen. The crack took over the entire screen in two days. I called an advisor name HARI OM and he told me that it will take 3 days and I have to left the car at the service station. Once I came back to Delhi I called HARI OM on Monday morning he asked me to walk down to the showroom I asked for the same advisor at the reception I had to wait for 15 -20 minutes as he was with a customer. I called the same advisor three times and the reply I got was he was with a customer and have other customer waiting in the queue. I asked for any other person who plays the same role he said he is also busy with a customer, simply shows a bad after sales service. They only listen to you till the time you have not purchased the vehicle. This is just one example. I got a call to collect the RC as its already November it’s been almost three months and the reply is there was some issues with the printing of DL 4C NA _ _ _ _ _ series. As per the concerned person at the showroom and once I called the guy who called me said once he checked the RC was there they might have sent the RC back. This is the second example of bad customer service. This time to change the windscreen and as there was some issue with the clutch paddle just to open the job sheet it took almost 3 hours. I called HARI OM multiple time and he never turned up or called me. Later on Jatinder kumar was the one who walked up to me to check if I have some issue with my car or if I was waiting for someone. I really appreciate him as first of all he apologized for the inconvenience and helped me with the issue. Till that time I was pissed with the service and called [protected] and launched a complaint. The only call center they have in Mumbai they don’t have any on phone escalation. She asked for the entire issue and said I will receive a call within 48 hours which I never expected for VOLKSWAGEN GROUP. The call was escalated to someone once I mentioned that I will put a blog on Google and Twitter. Someone called me next day in the morning after telling him the entire story that it’s the same story every time. They don’t have the setup in place the reply I got was two of the service station have closed so they have the entire work load and they are running short of people. I asked for the corporate number/email id he said the call center it the highest authority to whom the issue was already escalated. He asked me to come is personal and said will check with the staff.

                In other works if we talk about the product or the services. The product is not good nor the services. Now the first service is at 15000KMs / 1 year which one is early. I’m sure if the car will be on road I will face some issue and I’m prepared myself for the worst services in future. If we talk about the ground clearance in this segment the ground clearance for POLO is 168 mm comparing with SWIFT 170 mm JAZZ 160 mm FIGO 168 mm I10 165 mm RITZ 170 mm. My recommendation is SWIFT over POLO.

                Will try to escalate it to the next level. Still searching for the big shots for VOLKSWAGEN GROUP.

                Personal — DOOR NOT OPENED IN STATION

                I was suppose to board Train No: 3351 DHN/ALLP EXPRESS from Ambodala (AMB) at 3.25 A.M in Three Tier ( B1-Seat No:41) PNR No: [protected]. But none of the A.C compartment door was open and I was ruuning with my luggage, finally I could get in S-1 (Second class sleeper) before the train left. But fortuntely, one of the passengers opened the door of A-1 Compartment from next station at Munigunda. After reahing in B-1- I have suprised to heard from TT that my name was not their in his hand written chart, after continuous complaint, he told me that " it is here in this Chart". I am travelling to Vishakapatnam and catch flight to Mumbai, if I missed this train there was no other means to reach Vizag from Ambodala. I would like to know the reason for the causual approach railway .

                It is not the very first time I am raising the quality and satisfactory concerns.
                I am Not satisfied with the services and quality being provided by “Volkswagen South Delhi West (World Class Automobiles Pvt Ltd)” Address:68/3, Near Moti Nagar, Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar, New Delhi.,
                New Delhi, Delhi, 110015.. The reasons are as following:

                Had given my car Volkswagen Vento Diesel Highline for first service on[protected] and paid Rs 10730/-.
                While the car handing over to me after service found..
                1. ECM of the car is hanging in air (not fixed in mounting bracket)
                2. Sensor close to ECM is Brocken (it was probably Brocken by hanging ECM)
                3. Another sensor was also not fixed properly
                Strange to see all of above issues, it was me who know bit about automobile hence could find out issues. If it were a person who really doesn’t know about automobile but has expansive Volkswagen car and getting services from Volkswagen Delhi west could easily have been cheated by the staff of this dealer.

                Raised the issues with SA Rajesh Verma who immediately called to technician who had worked on my car. The technician straightforward told that the ECM mounting bracket is missing however the bracket was well placed. Then SA called to DTE Ashish. While I asked to Ashish “is this the service and quality you are delivering to customer” he just passed smile because he was with no words. The other technician came and fixed the ECM in bracket but car again went to workshop to replace broken sensor.

                It is a serious concern regarding the services being provided by Volkswagen Delhi West which finally spoiling the name of world renowned company Volkswagen too.

                Apart from above there is much other concern as follows:
                1. The invoice of Rs 10730/- was being handed over to me without placing it in envelop
                2. There is a play card fixed on notice board in owner’s lounge that tea and coffee is available. I had made complaints two time before too during my visit to this dealer’s service center and made third time yesterday also that no one attend to car owners asking them for tea, coffee and water. Better the play card on which “Tea Coffee is available” should get removed from car owner’s lounge.
                I would appreciate to Service advisor Jatinder Singh who always had been very kind and supportive during my previous issues and this time Rajesh Verma. It was the mistake made or careless workmanship performed by DTE Ashish who was handing over car without examine it thoroughly.
                Our and above there are many-many other quality and delivery concerns which I have been faced from day got my car delivered from this dealer “Volkswagen Delhi West”

                Recently I purchased vento highline diesel from “Volkswagen Delhi West” just 1 week back & thats 23 april 2013. Am facing worst experience in driving and even worst then my 6 year old santro.
                The moment I was out from your showroom I could experience wheel alignment problem and that too Worst. When I loose my steering the car drastically moves in left direction.

                Is this what “Volkswagen Delhi West” give to their customer?

                The next day I called up your executive Mr Kuljeet he told me that this could be air pressure problem, he asked me to check it out in one of the fuel pumps.

                they expect me to be standing at fuel station n checking my car which is just 1 day old?
                Was it not their responsibility to check everything before making delivery?

                I made it checked and everything was good in terms of air pressure. On 27 march I visited their showroom they took my car to workshop and service manager told me that volkswagen does not recommend to do wheel alignment before 1000 kms.

                Agreed but then what about condition of car tyre after 1000 kms? I hope they know alignment problem effects the tyre badly and that too 1000 kms of worst wheel alignment. Am scared at the end 1000 kms driven like this will screw up life of a tyre.

                Can they please tell me
                1. Why should I face trouble of driving vento for 1000 kms like this?
                2. Who should be responsible for driving a car which has major safety issue?
                3. Who will be responsible for tyre conditions and its reduced life?
                4. Where is your brand name and your claim to have best service company?

                I AM SHARING THE EXPERIENCE AND AFTER SERVICE WOES AT VOLKWAGEN DELHI WEST, NEW DELHI. PREVIOUSLY I HAD FACED ISSUES FROM THE DAY ONE LIKE-

                1. DOOR NOISE SOUND OVER POT HOLES- REGULAR VISITS AT SERVICE CENTER- STILL NO PERMANENT SOL IS PROVIDED
                2. AC LESS COOLING- RECTIFIED AFTER 2/3 TIMES - GAS WAS MORE IN SYSTEM
                3. GLOW HEATER ISSUE- FOUND AFTER 3/4 TIMES THAT PRESSURE CONVERTOR & SOLENOID VALVE CHANGED
                4. FUEL GAUGE DISPLAY ISSUE- GAUGE CHANGED ON 11.5.13(STILL UNSURE WHETHER I WILL HAVE TO COME BACK FOR THIS ISSUE AGAIN AS PER MY VW EXPERIENCE)

                I AM DELIGHTED ON MY DECISION TO PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THIS GENIUS PRODUCT.

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

                I HAD EARLIER SENT MAILS TO PASSENGER CAR HEAD & OTHER RELATED PERSONS AT VW - STATING THAT FOR THE DOOR ISSUE- WHERE THE DEALER UNDER GUIDANCE FROM VW HAS PUT BLACK TAPES ON THE HINGES/ CATCHER TO AVOID THE DOOR SOUND ON POTHOLES. NUMEROUS TIMES THESE CATCHERS ARE REPLACED AFTER THIS SPRAYS WERE INEFFECTIVE.

                THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE BY ALL STANDARDS, AS EVERY TIME A SPRAY IS DONE ON THE DOOR BEADING TO MAKE IT SOFT AS THIS IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT BUT NOW WHEN I GAVE THIS COMPLAINT ON 11.5.13 TO SERVICE CENTER WHEN I WENT FOR THE SECOND SERVICE I GAVE THIS COMPLAINT I WAS TOLD THAT THAT DOOR BEADING NEEDS TO BE REPLACED THAT TOO ON CHARGEABLE COST.

                WHO IS GOING TO BEAR THIS COST? & WHY THE CUSTOMER SHOULD SUFFER FOR THIS DEFECT.

                TO MY UTTER SURPRISE WHEN I TOOK THE DELIVERY OF CAR, THE SAME BLACK TAPES WERE PASTED AGAIN FOR A TEMPORARILY SOLUTION. I HAD TAKEN THE DELIVERY BY MENTIONING THE SAME IN THE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK.

                I HAVE ATTACHED THE PICS OF THE BEADINGS & TAPES. THERE WERE BLACK MARKS OF THE SPRAY'S RESIDUAL ON THE DOOR FRAMES.

                I THINK I HAVE MADE A BLUNDER BY INVESTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THIS POOR PRODUCT FROM VOLKSWAGEN. THIS IS A CLEAR DEFICIENCY ON THE PART OF VOLKSWAGEN INDIA TO RECTIFY ALL OF THESE ISSUES AT FIRST HAND.

                I NEED A PERMANENT SOLUTION ELSE I WILL SURELY LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES AS I AM NOW FED UP OF ALL THIS VANE EXERCISE AS THERE ARE ENOUGH MEDIUMS TO HIGHLIGHT THESE ISSUES.

                IT IS NOT WORLDCLASS IT IS THIRDCLASS. I gave my vento diesel for first service(15000km) on 26 june 2014morning.when i went to collect at 1600h observed that engine oil has not been changed.It was black in colour and with low viscosity.This was also confirmed by my friend who is trained in diesel vehicles operations and had accompanied me.I called up vento toll free who gave me worldclass CRM Nidhi's number.I had to again visit the workshop next day(28 june) at 1030h and got engine oil replaced in front of my eyes.The difference in the engine oil that existed before and the present one is very very evident.I got the service carried out as advised by Mr Sanjay and paid Rs 13380.00.I am not sure whether all the work for which I have been charged has actually been carried out and whether other parts of my car have not been tampered with. Is there anyone in this world who can be trusted!
                Dear Sir/ Mam,
                I have Volkswagen Ploo TDI car. Registration num is DL-8CL-8218. I submitted my car to M/s World Class automobiles Pvt. Ltd for oil sump change on 31.05.2014. My oil sump was damaged. On 13.06.2014 service advisor called me and told that car is perfect and tested and bill is ready and I can take delivery. But when I gone to take my car on 14.06.2014, he told me that one indication is showing in the car meter which was not showing when I submitted my car. After three days he told me that they scanned my car and oil pump is defective. I want clarify that my oil pump was not defective when I submitted car and not even when bill got prepared. They are saying that oil pump cost is Rs. 90000/- Kindly help me so that dealership will change my defective part free of cost on their behalf as this got defective in their workshop.

                I HAD DROPPED MANY EMAILS to customer care of Volkswagan but there was no reply . Called them many times but all times only the same reply that Volkswagen team from Pune will visit and then only my case will be handled . I demand strict action against Volkswagan service as I had many troubles I had to arrange other vehicles and faced lots of difficulties .

                I have filed a complain against in Consumer forum and complain number is 648283. It has been a month since I am travelling without my car and I need a compensation of 40000 for harassing me and For the Car loan instalments that I am paying without my car. Else I will be left with no option but to file a case in Consumer Court Gurgaon.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I humbly submit that I bought VW Jetta (car no. RJ 14 CH 0585) and right from the begining I was having the problem with the clutch which I have informed to the dealer (Tanya Cars Private Limited). Every time he told me that the problem is being rectified. Now the problem is so big that clutch is so hard causing daily leg achque to me.

                  Apart from above I have found another problem recently that is related to tyres. Due to some technical snag the tyre is bublling when I am driving the vehicle. When I have contacted insurance company (Bajaj Insurance), they have refused to pass the claim saying that the problem is due to manufacturing defect. After that I have contacted the dealer, who has refused to act saying there is no technical defect.
                  Note that due to this defect I daily have to fill the air in the affected tyre.

                  Now I am as a consumer in huge pain as firstly, I cannot go to any longer distance and even on the city roads this condition may lead to an accident for which VW would be responsible.

                  As I cannot travel long distances and being a businessman which is routine for me I am also having business losses.
                  For the clutch defect I may have leg proglems.

                  Note that I have bought the vehicle on the basis of worldwide reputation of VW but sorry to say that now i am cursing myself for the decision. Even I am ready to give the vehicle back if the company is ready to reimburse my money.

                  Also note that I have atleast called many times at your customer care with no result.
                  I dont understand for what these customer care nos. are for.

                  You are requested to look into the matter.

                    I had booked a Vento at World Class Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Moti Bagh, New Delhi on 19/09/10 vde a booking amount of Rs. 75000 & was given to understand that the delivery would be given in 25-30 days. My loan amount of Rs.297750 was also disbursed on my request in end Septemeber. After 30 days, post multiple follow-ups I was told to deposit the balance amount & was told that the delivery would be given by 02/11/10. One day before the promised date I was told that the dellivery would be given in the 3rd week of Novemeber.

                    Am asking for immediate delivery failing which interest be paid on the amount deposited. Would also point out here that there is no transparency in the delivery schedule. No booking Vs delivery schedule is publically notified.

                    Request your help in resolving this. Have given below the mails exchanged, so far, for your reference. I have not been contacted by the dealer neither the manufacturer.

                    Thanks for the reply. Was expecting such revert. Guess it is as per your Volks Wagen standards you boast of !! No one has even bothered to call me & find out what has happened. so much for your standards...... Seems you have not gone through the complete complaint:

                    1. The form delivery period was not mentioned when the contract was signed by me. It is apparant that it has been filled in by someone later. The handwriting is different.

                    2. Why was I told to submit the balance payment if the delivery time was 9-10 weeks as is being alleged ? You should have asked for it when the vehicle would have arrived. As per the commitment, I was to get delivery today.

                    3. Which other manufacturer takes so much time to deliver ?

                    4. Where is the transparency of your deliveries ? would like to know details of bookings made after mine & their delivery status.

                    5. I am a corporate customer & am sure to bring this to the notice of my organisation.


                    I do not have the time to get into arbitrary arguments. If you deliver the vehicle in the 3rd week of November, please pay me interest on the money I have deposited.

                    I wish to bring to your notice the appalling experience I am going through, at the hands of your dealership M/s World Class Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Moti Bagh, New Delhi

                    I have booked one VENTO HIGHLINE (Candy White colour, Petrol version) vide order no. GEEAA01404TH. The booking was made through Mr. Monit at the dealership (Mob# [protected]) and I was told that the delivery would take 25 to 30 Days. I had remitted the booking amount of Rs.75000.00 vide Receipt no.GEEAA03000TH Dated 19/09/2010. In the meantime, I also applied for a car loan, which was disbursed by AXIS Bank to the dealership in end September for Rs.297750.00.

                    Post 25 days of booking I started following up for delivery. To my utter displeasure, Mr. Monit redirected me to another number where I was told that delivery would take time. After rigorous follow-up a number of days I was finally called by Mr. Ankush (Mob#[protected]) on 28/10/2010. He told me that I should deposit the balance amount of the car and that the delivery would be given by next Wednesday (03/11/2010). I promptly deposited Rs.514505.00 on 30/11/2010 vide receipt number GEEAA04146TH vide cheque number 851998 drawn on Royal Bank Scotland. The cheque has since been cleared by my bankers.

                    Today, ONE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY when I called to ask what time the vehicle would be delivered, I was told by Mr. Ankush that vehicles are not available & that the same would be delivered between 15/11/2010 & 20/11/2010.

                    My question is why was I told to pay the entire amount if the vehicle was not available ? Why was I not given a clear picture at the first instance? Why did Mr. Ankush / World class Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Wait till the last day to tell me the status ? On being questioned, he refused any help and promptly told me to talk to his superior and said he could not do anything. When he had confirmed delivery of vehicle & requested me to remit the balance payment I sold off the car I was using. So you can very well understand my predicament.
                    VolksWagen is a world renowned name & a brand to recon with….or so I thought. Is this how your customers are treated ? The personnel in the dealership are extremely ill equipped to handle customers, neither are they updated on correct delivery status. Your customers are misguided. I am sure you realize the loss of credibility of the brand, in the market.

                    I request you to kindly get my vehicle delivered immediately & also direct the dealer “World Class Automobiles Pvt. Ltd” (which they are definitely not !!) to pay interest on Rs.514505.00 for the days the delivery is not being made, failing which I shall be forced to seek the help of the consumer forum and any other means that I deem fit, including the media.

                    I hope my request will be granted.

                    VOLKSWAGEN — Commitment failure

                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                    This is to bring in your kind notice that volkswagen's commitment is not honoured. You people are just making a fool of your customer and nothing else.
                    I Rahul Jain of Meerut had booked a Vento Highline on 1-12-10 with Rs.100000. They commited me to hand over the car in the first or second week of January. After that Within 10 days they called me and said that they will give me the car in last week of December and i said ok. After that they called yesterday on 14-12-10 and said to me that sir your car will be arranged in the last week of January or within the first week of February.
                    Then i argued with them and they said to me that there is some manufacturing probleum. As now on the basis of them i had sold out my Honda City because they were ready to hand over the car in last week of December. Now please tell me that what should i do.
                    I'll be highly obliged if you will take my probleum seriously and take action against it as soon as possible

                      I had purchased the “VOLKS WAGEN JETTA” from dealer Automark Motors Pvt Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat on dtd. 24/04/2010 vide retail invoice no. Ampl/0032.

                      At the time of first service at 14655 km on dtd. 19/10/2010, it was found that one of tyre got the air bubble which is very dangerous ( tyre burst at any time). Accordingly Automarks Motors Pvt. Ltd. Was filed complain no.Q [protected] to GOODYEAR INDIA LTD. The company’s representative inspected the tyre in the absent of me and given the false remarks that “ there was no any manufacturing defects” even there was very big Air Bubbles seen on the surface. Hence you are requested to replace me the same tyre with any another reputed brand company instead of Goodyear Tyre Company as I have not any trust on such type of bluff company which ECSAPE FROM HIS RESPONSIBILITY’ even due to defected tyre. I also requested you to replace me all remaining Goodyear tyre of my vehicle as I always feel that death is circulating surrounding me during riding the car with Goodyear company’s tyre. I agree to pay the compensate amount of depleted (Utilization) for all tyres (excluding defected tyre).

                      You heartily requested to release me from continuously in death circumstances due to GOODYEAR TYRES locate in my JETTA car.

                        But inspite of our best efforts ad followup the company has failed to deliver the car on one pretext or the other. Customer Care of Volkswagen company is also not responding despite repeated contacts. Latest complaint no. is CAL4400 dtd 7th January. Kindly intervene to deliver the car to Sh. Harjinder Singh as our bank Finance is involved and our auditors hae objected for non delivery for such a long period.

                        I, Anish K Motwani have booked my VENTO trendline diesel on Jan 27th 2011. with Carz Direct (dealer for GLOBAL GALLARIE at Thane).

                        I was promised 15-20 days delivery. It has been 3 months now but I have not got my car.
                        I have been Paying EMIs from past 2 months. Is this is how You give delivery to Clients.
                        It is not Professionalism and never expected this from Company Like VOLKSWAGEN.

                        I have Honda, Hyundai and Toyota cars but none of them GAVE me False Promises like your dealers do.
                        And how can you start my EMI when the car is not been delivered. I want an ANSWER to this.

                        Now the dealers say to take a Highline and pay more. When I have booked trendline than WHY should I buy a Highline. If the delivery is not possible than better say that HONESTLY. Please do not fool the customers this way.

                        I wanted a German Car but looking at the scenario I feel Korean and japanese car makers are far better in service. At least they did not LIED to me.

                        I have written THREE EMAILS before to VOLKSWAGEN WEBSITE. But no reply was given to me till date.
                        I hope my problem will be sorted this time. lets hope for good.

                        Volkswagon Bangalore - Elite mottors on Hosur Road is the worst automobile company i have dealt with . Right from customer service to delivery everything seems to be sad.

                        I have booked for a Vw Polo for about a week now. Firstly, the perspon by name Chethan who explained the details about the car went missing whne i was asked to go pay for the vehicle. Me and my wife had to wait for almost 2 hours to get the paper work done which i did not face with Hyundai ( Best customer service provided for my car which i have been using for 5 years now) . A person by name Prince in the showroom asks me to control my emotions and pay attention to what he talks rather than serving us to solve the issue.

                        I pay for the car and wait to get delivered, as promised i took an off today to get the car home. Now, i get a call from another Customer Service person saying the billing done was incorrect and VAT was not included, thus asking me to pay more for the music system to be installed on the same. The customer service guy tells me what i need to do - he says you please take the music system with only front speakers and later fix the back ones from elsewhere. I am deeply dissappointed and annoyed with the service provided by Vw - A brand which i always dreamt to own.

                        I am sure a lot of people should read this and make sure they are not dissappointed by the service provided by Vw. Not sure whom i need to address my concern, but feeling sad that after making the complete payment also, customer service of Elite motors of Vw, Bangalore is so pathetic.

                        I would want to mention that Trident Hyundai - who are my dealers for my car are fantastic and do a great job in customer service. Now i feel the impact of customer satisfaction. Sadly, when i asked for the complaints email / number i was given service guy Girish 's number.

                        I deeply regret and am still waiting to see my Vw Polo.

                        The Response/Explanation Given is Pathetic, No customer service so as to inform the Customer in Advance . Already Paid 85% of the Value with them since last One Month .
                        Even Called up VW Customer Care and Awaiting response since last 2 days . Never have booked, if they have initially told that it will take so long, No acccountability and No Transparency in Booking/Delivery .

                        Now They Offered HighLine Model, i am ready to take this, but My Loan has already Disbursed and Money is Lying with the Dealer and and Bank will Close this Loan with Penalty and New File Charges, will add upto 5% of Loan, WHO WILL PAY FOR IT ?

                        I have booked Vento Highline candy white in Mangalore as the delivery is faster there. I booked this car on 15 July, 2011 and wanted the delivery on Sept, 5. The VW dealer Bharath vehicle Works Pvt Ltd told us that we can take the care in August itself but due to auspicious dates we decided to stick to Sept. 5.When we called them on 5 Sept they said the car will reach in 2 days. We went to the showroom and one of the sales agent said that the vehicle bringing the cars has had an accident hence the delay but we will get it within a week. We have been in telephonic contact with the dealer throughout and also visited them. My company has already given me a cheque to give them for the remaining amount which they were aware of. ON 12 Sept, out of nowhere they inform us that they have stopped manufacturing the vento car (supposedly old model) and now we have to shell out 40000 more for the new model. We told them that the company has already raised a cheque and will not pay more and requested them to get us the old model as it was impossible to believe that in 2 months they dont have any car...The sales manager was unwilling to talk to us inspite of me repeatedly asking to speak to him. Atlast he granted me the favor of his presence (his name is Charan Suvarna) and started talking to me in loud voice. (shouting actually) His BP must have risen during that time. I told him the situation and he said he was sorry he couldnt do anything as it is not HIS fault but the companys. I informed him that for me he was the company and he should be do something. I asked his for a solution and he said you have to buy the new version of vento. I said i dont want it and gave him 2 options. Either he finds the old vento and delivers it to me or give the the new version at the old cost as we were not told about additional facilities till the date of supposed delivery and even past it. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service received which i thought was dicey from the beginning because when we had gone to book the vento instead of describing the plus points of vento they were trying to sell me POLO???!!!its very puzzling.

But it giving Vento car delivery in positive assurance of given by delar representative. I can change my mode to purchase Vento car. sir kindly take integrate advice to dealer to give me car before 25/10/2011 positively or return my booking amt. so that I have to purchase the another car before diwali because . if such big german company is totaly lies and given worst comiitment to customer. another manufacture like hyundai, skoda and toyota are given specify time for delivery so that we mange the time but thease voklvagen give such big lie to collect booking amt.
                        This is kishore here...I am also unhappy with VW jetta in chennai..bought the car with ABRA motors..i have problems with my air conditioner right from the beginning...they took it to chk and said it is OK...and will be fine...etc...that too after so many chase and some threatening emails to HO with cc to VW, Germany.

                        I even completed the first service...well I still have the problem but not interested in calling them.. Mileage also they havent tuned properly..it sucks...I hardly use it after huge investment in that car..just becoz i wnated a german car i went but regret..Hyundai is GREAT so do HONDA and even Maruti for that matter...

                        I think put altogether seing the comments...VW india is more than sufficient to spoil the name of german cars...CUSTOMER CARE IS POOR unless email marked to HO in Germany...

                        Dear Sir,
                        I've purchased a new VENTO car on 12.03.2012. The vehicle has run around 900km and today while I was taking the vehicle from the garage the front left tyre showed a damage due to some manufacturing defect. The front left wheel of the vehicle was seen as punctured. Immediately I informed the toll free no: and by around evening, the service mechanic came and removed the punctured wheel and was about to fit the stand-by fifth wheel given as extra. It was then noticed that the particular wheel was different from the other wheels as it was of ordinary type and as per the opinion of the mechanic, if I fitted that wheel there would be problem with the allignment and hence not safe for driving. Further I took the vehicle to the authorised workshop which is around 5km from my residence and showed the damaged wheel.

                        The form with Repair order No: RO110078 dated 27.03.2012. has been recieved from the workshop and as per their opinion the punctured wheel has been kept for 24 hrs monitoring and presently the vehicle is running with the stand-by fifth wheel. From the very look of the vehicle it is clear that the allignment and thereby the whole configuration is dangerous and awkward.The pictures of the above said is attached for further clarity.

                        It is sad to inform your henceforth that in the present competetive market where each car company are double cautious about the safety and customer satisfaction, an error of this grave has happened to a reputed company like Volkswagen. It is your brandname which lured me in making the purchase which ended in this sad irony. I therefore request you to look into this matter seriously and take immediate action.
                        I had registered complaint in toll free number as reg. no. CAL 11725 dt.[protected] but no action taken to replace the manufacturing defective tyre, and the vehicle is not running for the last seven days because of the different 5th tyre. Hence as an aggrieved customer who had to bear all the above said tragedy, I should be compensated as per norms, lest I would be forced to take legal procedures.

I bought your car because I heard that Volkswagen is a very prestigious German company. But the next day my first service three of the ac vents were found to be broken. I went to the Volkswagen workshop. They said that this part is not covered under warranty. And asking for a sum of rs 8100/- for the replacement. I do not know if these were replaced at your workshop while or is due to the poor quality of plastic used. In both the cases this brings a real shame to your company.                         Hi, I am Ramesh chandra mahapatra, i am buying a Vento TDI on oct 23, Really i am surprised with the service of Volkswagen.last 2 weeks back i was parking my bike inside the road and it was accident with 1truck and my right side mirror was broken.still after 2 weeks i am waiting for my mirror, but still now the mirror was not available in the store, if you will call the service people they are behaving like we are buying a cycle from his showroom.and nobody cooperating also, they are thinking once cell the car means his duty is over and if you will again go to the showroom, if have to charge for ur word also means, if you want to show ur car also they will charge, so its a big mistake to buy a vento.i also called to customer care and they raised a ticket against my car number OD022954, But still now no response from any where, so when i will expect my car will repair, or what to do.
                        It is true that Volkswagen is bad not onli in sales but after sales service also. I purchased my Volkswagen Vento Trendline 'Breeze" model on 25th October, 2011 from Volkswagen Delhi Metropolitan Frontier Autoworld Pvt Ltd. First, they delayed the delivery by more than 5 hours and I had to send my family back in an Auto. Our excitement of buying a new car finished then and there, Next, they would not service the car on Sunday and refused to provide 'Pick & Drop' service, saying everytime that no driver is available.

                        My car met with an accident in last week of December. I sent it to the Metropolitan Frontier Autoworld workshop at 730, Lal Kuan, M.B Road, New Delhi. They got the repair done under Insurance cover. First, they made a wrong bill 2 times. Then, they refused to drop the car. Third, they told me that the car battery has got fully discharged in a week at the workshop - which is unbelieveable because if I am out of Delhi for more than a week also, the car starts in first ignition. New battery cannot discahrge so fast, unless it has been misused/ changed in the workshop ! I had to haggle a lot just to get a service battery for a couple of days, so that I could at least take back my car (I was paying for taxi to commute to work). Fourth, some work was shoddy and incomplete.

                        I had to send my car back to workshop but they would not arrange a Sunday pick and drop to rectify their problems. Finally, they picked up my car today (03.02, 2012) and are telling me that the front radiator grille is also broken and will need to be replaced. How it was missed in the first repair - nobody is taking responsibility and instead putting blame on me and asking me to pay for it. They have also not had my car dropped and I am left stranded again. I had to go to marriage with family and for work at 8 am coming morning. I have been left high and dry !!

                        This is the most horrible experience I have had and my previous experience ha been with Maruti (I had Wagon R), Hyundai (Have Verna and i 10), General Motors (had Chev Optra) etc.

                        Their is big difference in what they commit and deliver. No quality at all. VW India is like a cheap Chinese company - sell it and forget it. We were mistakenly thinking of having bought a German Car.
                        5 months back we were very happy, when we bought our new car “VW Vento Diesel “. We were very happy with the overall performance of this car which include nice interiors, power packed car, mind blowing music system, good mileage, spacious & comfortable seats. I have suggested all my friends and relatives to buy cars only from “VW Family”

                        But when 5 days back our Vento car met with an accident and I took help of the toll free customer care people, since then our life has became HELL and MISREABLE . I totally regret my decision of taking help from VW 24x7 helpline number.

                        Following were the problems:

                        Firstly, proper guidance was not provided by the customer care people at VW.

                        Second, too much delay in providing road side assistance.
                        Third, Technical staff with the towing van (Crain Services ) was not trained and experienced, which led to further delay and problems

                        Fourth, Lengthy process to get the help for customer care people, too much paper work, too many calls, lack of spot decision making capability of customer care people at VW.

                        Fifth, we have lodged a complain on toll free number regarding various problems we have faced since the time we have taken help for 24x7 VW customer care people, there were no follow up action on the problems we have faced and registered with VW customer care . Every time we need to call to take an update.

                        Sixth, Staff sent by Crain (Towing Van ) services through VW India Assistance were not properly trained which lead to further damages to our car .Now for that extra damages insurance company( BAJAJ) has refused to pay for such claims .

                        Seventh, no body is ready to take the responsibility of such further damages to our new car. Like neither the India Assistance People, neither VW Service Centre Jaipur¸ Neither Towing Service Provider nor the Insurance Company.

                        I have problem with my Polo Air conditioner. I did just 50, 000KM on my car. Went to LM Auto Care Pvt.Ltd., Guntur who said AC blower fan motor needs to be replaced. It is more than a week now and they say they ordered for the part and they are yet to receive it. I sent 3emails to customer care. They all land with the same LM Auto care Pvt.Ltd. and i get the same reply. I am from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, where temperatures rule 48 degrees Centigrade & above during summer. No body bothers & nobody cares at the so called reputed world class Auto manufacturers - Volkeswagon!!! The dealers just don't bother. Can any one give me contact numbers of their service heads in Mumbai? Wish to give a try & see it they care.

                        Once I have parked the vehicle to visit to Bank. When I returned from the bank work, some miscreants removed VW Logo on the rear side of the polo vehicle (which is fixed to the back side of the car alongwith the locking system). After the logo is removed the vehicle lost its look glory.

                        When I enquired to have the new logo, the service department informed that the entire locking system kit is to be replaced. Please provide the logo alone.

                          Hi,
                          This is to inform you that I bought a Volkswagen Polo(top model) worth Rs 7 lacs(including the insurance) on July 26,2010 which developed some fault regarding the airbags indicator and RPM indicator soon after buying.
                          Aug 04,2010: Took the car to the Agency to get it checked but to no avail. The fault could not be rectified.
                          Aug 09 to Aug 11: The car stayed at the Agency itself without any fruitful results.
                          Two more times in-between the car was sent to the agency but all in vain.
                          Sep 05 to Oct 03: The car stayed at the agency but even then some fault with the yellow light persistently showing could not be rectified.
                          The car is with me now but they have failed to rectify the problem with it. I bought the car just 68 days ago, out of which it stayed at the agency for 42 days. Such poor standards are not expected from a company like Volkswagen. I demand a new car be released against the faulty car else I’ll be left with no other option but to go to the consumer court.

                            This is to bring you kind notice that we had booked your make model Polo
                            Highline on May 10, 2010 through most insincere sales person of M/s OSL and we had made the complete payment on Aug 27, 2010.

                            After much complication with the registration process, their person had
                            forcedly delivered the car on Sep 10, 2010 with incomplete documentation out
                            of which service book is still pending.
                            Their managers had also intervene to do the needful but they fails too.
                            The delivered car had several problems, which we had intimated M/s OSL but nobody turned up.
                            At last we had sent the car at the service station on Sep 21, 2010, now
                            your service manager need to replace the faulty parts as it is the manufacturing defect.
                            But we do not know that when they will be able to replace and solve the problem.

                            We are delivered the car with the manufacturing
                            defect and the services rendered by M/s OSL to us is the most horrible
                            experience we ever had.
                            We do have several make cars and we do never find any trouble before.

                            Please advices us to do the needful.

                            car rentals — about service n failure of replacement

                            To whom so ever concern this is to inform you that i have been holding a car bearing no KA-51 6379 which is been purchased in the year of 2008 n been complaining about the front head light problem with the each service and the people have been postponed with some are the other issue and finally the warranty period has been finished and now the company service people say that get it changed by paying the charges.


                            The major problem facing is that there is a small leakage in the hedlight of left side of fiesta the fog formation is going on.

                            The above captioned vehicle has experienced lots of problems including en-route Engine Failure and the Engine failure is the second time in a row within the last 30 days.

                            For your information, first time the vehicle experienced engine failure on Mumbai Pune Express way on 21 Feb 2011 and the vehicle was toed down to your Pune Servicing Centre at Volkswagen Pune, Vidyut Motors P Ltd, Pune 411 005(Refer Job card Number[protected].

                            Due to non availability of Imported parts as per report of Dealer, it took M/s Volkswagen Pune, Vidyut Motors P ltd approximately 25 days to get the vehicle and handed over on 16 Mar 2011 (See the attachment of Dealers tax Invoice)

                            Again, with in a period of 5 days (five) days, second time vehicle has reported heavy Black smoke, with engine making very noisy with a complete break down on 22 Mar 2011 and again the vehicle was toed down to KSM Motors P Ltd, Nerul on 22 Mar 2011 who is also not in a position to identify the cause of the problem of Engine failure on the road.(see the attachment of Dealers Repair order sheet) Again, the Dealer has not able to give neither any date as to when he can repair the vehicle nor any assurance that after such repair that the vehicle would be reliable on ROAD for comfortable use.

                            We can not afford to have unreliability on road for paying hefty sum to get this vehicle for our use

                            From the inception time, the vehicle repeated complaints were made that the coolants & Gear oil were put up after every two days though there was no leakage from the car and no one including the service centre were not able to identify since the beginning o[censored]sing this vehicle though repeated complaints were made to the dealers including Down Town, Volkswagen (Shaman Cars P Ltd) Lalbagh, Mumbai

                            Above all, further horrifying experience is that while buying the vehicle that the undersigned was assured that the Volkswagen India Assistance is 24X7, Anytime, Anywhere highlighting the few of the following:
                            Travel and accommodation due to mobilization
                            Companions Travel assistance
                            Replacement of Car for upto 48hours (car rental included)
                            Transportation of Luggage and personal effects
                            To our surprise that Volkswagen Even charged for Road side assistance in their dealer bill of Vidyut Motors P Ltd Pune for a sum of Rs. 15594 vide Invoice Number March /4508/10-11 dated 16 Mar 2011.
                            Neither any replacement car was provided nor any such assistance above were extended as they were all only in the “Promises list of Volkswagen India” to customers both in website and at the time of buying vehicle.

                            The problem of engine failure has repeated with in five days from the date of replacing the crucial engine parts ( like Part Number 03G1300738 Pumb 4 numbers, Adapter, Screw Cheese HD, Rocker Bolt etc )clearly reflect that the vehicle has inherent manufacturing defects beyond the capacity of repair by ordinary prudence necessitating that the vehicle should be recalled for the manufacturing defect by providing us with a replacement of a NEW VEHICLE is the least is expected from Volkswagen to alleviate the mental and physical sufferings sustained by me as a customer after choosing such an impeccable quality assured German Excellence Vehicle.

                            For your information, the undersigned as a businessman along with my family is using Toyoto and SKODA vehicles which has never given any such problems atleast for first four to five years of purchasing vehicle and on the contrary, it is to my disappointment after coughing up a huge sum of money for this German Engineering Excellence vehicle Volkswagen was a sheer unpleasant experience

                              VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 8,630) Eight Thousand Six Hundred And Thirty GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY
                              Equivalent depending on employee's home country.
                              The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the Pharmaceutical’s legal adviser on Immigration Matters..
                              Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)
                              ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                              VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK discretion from time to time.
                              ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK .
                              The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
                              ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                              Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
                              ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                              In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS may terminate the Employee's employment, and the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.
                              ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                              Without cause VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                              ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                              Should Employee die during the term of employment, VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.
                              ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS
                              . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for contract duration.
                              . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
                              . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed Appropriate.

                              . Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing

                              ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
                              This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS or any predecessor of the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

                              ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                              Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                              ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                              If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                                We have purchased new VX Jetta car from Delhi,India dealer M/s.DD Autoworld on 30th May 2010 and he delivered the car without registration with Transport authority . Till date we have not received any registration confirmation from the dealer and the car is lying unused with us SINCE IT IS AN OFFENCE TO DRIVE A CAR WITHOUT REGISTRATION NO. ON IT.. It looks that the dealer including the Volkwagen india operation company together are cheating their customers by delivering vehicles which have some kind of registration issues (non compliance of euro 4 norms which are applicable in Delhi , India) due to which it is not getting registered with the transport authority. These things are giving bad name to the Volks Wagen which has worldwide reputation as one of the leading car manufacturer.

                                It is requested to investigate the issue on priority basis so that your customers like us are not harassed and reputation of the company like yours does not suffer due to misdeed of the dealer M/s.                                   I'm really frustrated in hearing the words from the Volkswagen dealer for almost 4 months now & the worst part is am still getting the same response with no confirmed date for delivery of the Car.

                                  The booking was made for Volkswagen Polo - Highline in March 01, 2010 (receipt #894 & 951) by paying 50K & was told by the Senior Manager that the car will be delivered in May 2010.

                                  Was expecting the car for my Birthday, my Engagement all i got from Volkswagen is only the disappointment.

                                  The response & the treatment from the VOLKSWAGEN dealer is horrible, very poor & we are going beyond the tolerance limit which makes us to cancel the booking.

                                  The distributor kept on showing on computer about delivery status which was clearly showing 14 to 20th August 2010.

                                  I can’t wait so long, I want clear reply from you, let me know the date. Who will pay for all this harassment & delay in my schedule, please explain.

                                  I am very much agree with Ram. Even same thing happened to me. I booked on 21st march. And the Dealer ELITE Motors, Bangalore is still continuing telling new new dates. For past 3 months the Manager shows me one excel sheet and gives a new date on which he fails to deliver and again tells a new date. I am really frustrated and surprised to know their attitude and behaviour towards customer. Even they don't bother to call me and upadte from their side. Every time I call them and enquire. This is really ridiculous act for a company like Volkswagen. If they want to progress well in India they have to really think twice to give dealership to dealer like ELITE MOTORS.
                                  I have booked Polo Trendline (Petrol Variant) on 21st Marach through Elite Motors, Hosur Road and assured that I will be getting the vechicle by last week of April. When I called in the last week of April, I was told that there will be slight delay and i will be getting by 15th of May. Again they said some problem in assembling as the Gear Box and Engines are being imported but definitely you will get by June 1st. Finally I decided to go to the dealer directly. So I went to Elite Motors and spoke to Mr. Philips (Manager). He committed that there will be no further delay or extension and you will definitely get the vechicle by 30th June. Again last week I called him and he again told that - please have some patience for another 5 days. Since it is a matter of 5 days I didn't tell him anything and asked him to call me and update about this before 5th of July. Still I have not received any call or updates. This kind of response is not at all expected from a Auto giant Volkswagen at least. This is really irritating and frustrating. They have to seriously think to change this sort of attitude and response.

I have booked a Comfortline version of the Volks Wagen POLO in the third week of July, with firm assurance from the lady sales rep.of VW Downtown Motors, Mumbai, that I can expect my car on or before Dassera ( 18 October 2010 ). The dealers take a Rs. 50 thousand booking amount which the purchaser pays up without giving a second thought. He gets no interest on this amount and if he recieves no interest or concern from the dealer he is bound to loose his cool like these gentlemen. Having travelled to West Germany myself and being familiar with the more than perfect and punctual approach towards business ethics, I hope VW does not disappoint me in making me go through what these gentlemen are sore about. Not just me but even my children who are anxious and looking forward to this fantastic gift this Dassera. Volks Wagen - are you listening.? Dont let us down. PLEASE...
                                  If at all this advice reaches, I would to highlight the fact that these days it is very common to see that the front/rear logos of all the brands of cars are being yanked out and stolen while they are parked on the roads. This happens in broad daylight too and it has been happening for the past two years and increasing in number by the day. It is very surprising that the car manufacturers have not taken preventive measures in ensuring that these logos are fixed in a more secure manner and are not pilfered. I would atleast like to draw the attention of VW that it is for the image of the brand VW to fix these VW logos on a permanent manner so that the car continues to be identified as a VW car from a long distance, as it is being done because of the large size of their existing logos. I was shocked to see a logo flicked from a brand new black POLO just a few days after it may have been delivered. I hope you are listening - VW..

I think the company itself asked the dealers to say anything to make the customers book the car so to see the demand. other wise it is too much to say that i will be getting my car in 57 days and making me to wait for 122 days and still no hope of getting my cary any soon. I was excited to book my VW at very first time. But totally frustrated about the company that VW are not real VW in india. ...if the VW cant deliver the promise at very initial I dont think that the promise about the quality and other stuffs will also be good..I am planning to go for the CAR company that really deliver the promise and so reliabel...i dropped my crase about VW atleast in india...

                                  i totally agree w these complaints. the dealership is CRAP and so is their workshop in Lalbaug. i booked my car in july and got delivery in the WORSE possible manner in Oct. the whole entire time of waiting for the car, i had to call them to get a status which in my opinion should be the other way around. Co calls customer! i was actually in tears while getting the car because it was not only dirty but filthy on the inside as well. upon asking our sales rep, Ayesha, all i got was a stupid smile and told to be calm. how are you going to tell me that the car is brand new when there is filth in the front and back of my car. i asked to speak to the Mgr, who was also completely USELESS as well. i want to know that when you are putting a deposit to a company like VW why is there NO sense of customer service. we are paying for the car and it is their JOB to provide us the service. most disgusting experience of buying a car at Shaman! if you can avoid it, you should just to save yourself from the HELL i have been through. and the workshop is NO better. when you ask for your car to be done at 6 pm, they give you a bunch of crap about the delay (2 hrs to wash your car madam-WHY??? its a Polo not a truck) and finally give the car at 7 pm!!! 1 hour to just get your car back from the workshop. something really has to be done because this is not how you should be treating your customers.                                   Gentlemen,

                                  Firstly, my apologies for a lengthy comment but do bear with me...

                                  I am 28 and was naturally enthusiastic as a first time car buyer. Being very tight on my budget, I invested several months of research into every small car available at that time. Finally, I booked the VW Polo Trendline 1.2 L Petrol on 31st December 2010.

                                  In comparison to other small cars (base models) this car costs significantly more. So it is safe to say that it is a 'premium product'. When one buys a premium product, whether it is a pen or a car, the first thing you expect is customer service. And this is what was non-existent at the VW Downtown Showroom in Mumbai.

                                  On the day of booking my car, I was assured of delivery within 3 months (maximum). The sales executive was insistent that the car would arrive well BEFORE three months but to be safe he was saying 3 months. I agreed to this 3 month term and and promptly booked the car falling for his sales pitch and paying a Rs.50, 000 as a booking fee. This was at a time when every other car was available for delivery either immediately or in less than 1 month. As noted by a gentleman above: no interest is paid to the customer for this booking amount.

                                  I heard that car dealerships are notorious for not sticking to their commitment but I would've never even dreamed that a company of the stature of VW would come under that blanket. 1 month later (end Jan 2011) I called to check on the status of the car. I was told that It would arrive by 2nd week of Feb. I was pleasantly surprised that it was going to be delivered earlier than committed. But no, week after week since then, there was some excuse other the other about 'production problems' or some other issues that the customers do not need to know - it is simply not my problem as a paying customer. I never thought I would have to make so many calls to the dealership.

                                  The date committed to me was 31st March (as per their 3 month waiting period). In those months, I never received a single call even once from the sales executive or anyone from VW to update me on the status of the car. Not once.

                                  Every time it was me that had to call - and 9 of 10 times the sales executive was either 'not available' or 'gone for a test drive' or some lame excuse like that. I was never called back. And even when I get through to him I was only assured of further delay.

                                  By beginning of March, I realised exactly what was going on. It was simple dilly-dallying and I knew that I could no longer believe anything this sales executive was saying. So I called the Sales Head of VW Downtown showroom in hopes of a resolution who turned out to be even better - he told me the car which was supposed to be delivered to me by end March would not be available to me until mid May! This made the waiting period a colossal 5 and a half months long! He said there was no way that I could get the car before that and simply ruled it out.

                                  Though he was quite a sweet talker and almost managed to convince me, I had had enough - I immediately went to the VW website, found out the number of the VW corporate office and called them right away. I talked to a senior sales department person whose designation I'm not fully clear about. I explained the entire series of events to her and gave her all the details: booking date, receipt number, etc.

                                  Within 2 days I received a call from VW Downtown saying my car has arrived to the showroom. I am going to take delivery of my car in a day or two (before the 3 month period is over) So wish me luck.

                                  My story mirrors the ones of so many frustrated and helpless customers who have written on this forum. I request them to contact Ms. Poonam Karnik - on +[protected]Ext. 7062).

                                  If you look at their website, VW have not exactly made it easy to find their address and phone numbers. A shame, if VW want to remain in India for the long run they better get their act together. Customers are fickle and it does not take them long to change loyalties. If you serve them fairly and with dedication, they remain with you for generations. I hope VW can take a cue from my negative experience and that of so many others and clamp down on these dealerships if they want to retain a positive brand image

                                  Moral of the story: car dealership sales team are not to be trusted at all. All they care about is to sell a car and make their commission - it does not matter to them if it is a VW or Tata or Nissan.

                                  If you want results, you have to talk to VW directly - the ones that actually care for their brand and brand image. They are the ones that will make it happen.

                                    Just want to share my personal experience with Volkswagen Delhi West (World Class Automobiles Pvt Ltd)

                                    I have a POLO which I purchased in August 19th 2010 earlier there was some issue with the alignment the car was moving towards left. I called the advisor and he asked me to walk down the service station and he will get it checked. Same day I have to go to Chandigarh. Once I reached the service station and I asked for the same advisor at the reception the reply I got was he is busy and will be here within 15 -20 minutes however no one turned up for 30 -35 minutes I asked for the same advisor as well as called the same advisor he said he is with a customer and have one in queue. After 1 hour and 20 minutes he turned up look at the car and said he will be right back and was back in approximately 40 -45 minutes by that time I already spent almost two hours just waiting for someone to tell what the issue is. He took 20 -25 minutes just to open a job sheet I asked for a manager/supervisor the only reply I got that there is no one if we have any issue we can either speak with Sachin/Jaspreet. The incident I mentioned above happened two months back.

                                    I was in Dehradun for last three day while on the way I small stone from the roadside hit the windscreen on the right top corner and there was a small scratch on the screen. The crack took over the entire screen in two days. I called an advisor name HARI OM and he told me that it will take 3 days and I have to left the car at the service station. Once I came back to Delhi I called HARI OM on Monday morning he asked me to walk down to the showroom I asked for the same advisor at the reception I had to wait for 15 -20 minutes as he was with a customer. I called the same advisor three times and the reply I got was he was with a customer and have other customer waiting in the queue. I asked for any other person who plays the same role he said he is also busy with a customer, simply shows a bad after sales service. They only listen to you till the time you have not purchased the vehicle. This is just one example. I got a call to collect the RC as its already November it’s been almost three months and the reply is there was some issues with the printing of DL 4C NA _ _ _ _ _ series. As per the concerned person at the showroom and once I called the guy who called me said once he checked the RC was there they might have sent the RC back. This is the second example of bad customer service. This time to change the windscreen and as there was some issue with the clutch paddle just to open the job sheet it took almost 3 hours. I called HARI OM multiple time and he never turned up or called me. Later on Jatinder kumar was the one who walked up to me to check if I have some issue with my car or if I was waiting for someone. I really appreciate him as first of all he apologized for the inconvenience and helped me with the issue. Till that time I was pissed with the service and called [protected] and launched a complaint. The only call center they have in Mumbai they don’t have any on phone escalation. She asked for the entire issue and said I will receive a call within 48 hours which I never expected for VOLKSWAGEN GROUP. The call was escalated to someone once I mentioned that I will put a blog on Google and Twitter. Someone called me next day in the morning after telling him the entire story that it’s the same story every time. They don’t have the setup in place the reply I got was two of the service station have closed so they have the entire work load and they are running short of people. I asked for the corporate number/email id he said the call center it the highest authority to whom the issue was already escalated. He asked me to come is personal and said will check with the staff.

                                    In other works if we talk about the product or the services. The product is not good nor the services. Now the first service is at 15000KMs / 1 year which one is early. I’m sure if the car will be on road I will face some issue and I’m prepared myself for the worst services in future. If we talk about the ground clearance in this segment the ground clearance for POLO is 168 mm comparing with SWIFT 170 mm JAZZ 160 mm FIGO 168 mm I10 165 mm RITZ 170 mm. My recommendation is SWIFT over POLO.

                                    Will try to escalate it to the next level. Still searching for the big shots for VOLKSWAGEN GROUP.

                                    I am Piyush Jain Advocate, the instant grievance is against the Volkswagen Dealer Frontier Motors Pvt Ltd at Jabalpur (M.P) the only authorized showroom in this region. It is when we planned to buy a new small segment car, as we were having a Maruti 800 and decided to exchange the same with the new one. The Volkswagen sales team approached us and assured us to exchange the old vechile also, thereafter I decided to buy a Polo baseline model and I purchased and took the delivery on occasion of "DHANTERAS".On the very next day I delivered the possession of my Maruti 800 to the Frontier Motors and after few days they told me that the said vechile has been sold to one third guy hence they need the original papers in good faith to complete the documentation earlier, I delivered the same it to the sales people, it is till date the Dealer failed to supply me any documents which reflects that the Vechile is in his possession and not mine, moreover the said vechile is roaming all over the city which has been noticed by me & other people known to me. It is surprising to see the Dealers staff behavior that they promised that we want to build a long relationship and it is after only one month past that, they are avoiding my call and the sales people who were like bees behind me are not even ready to call me and inform the current status and complete the paper work. Needs a immediate attention on my complaint with appropriate action.

                                    I purchased a polo car from thane Volkswagen showroom in the month of July 2011 after waiting for four months.
                                    In the month of December the car stopped all of sudden while driving. Reported to their service centre and they took the car for repair work at thane. They told me to do a general checkup by paying rs 3000 . After a day car was delivered to me. After two days the same problem occurred. Again the car toed to their work shop. Kept the car for two days and told me that car is perfectly okay. Took delivery. However the car stopped as it is on the way. Again the car toed. Neither the dealer nor the compliant department took a serious view on this and facing lot if problem. I tried to reach higher officials but nobody give the phone number. This is ridiculous the service is poor

                                    I guess when Volkswagen came to India they got accustomed to the 'CHALTA HAI' attitude... I won't be surprised if they change there 'DAS Auto' with 'Chalta Hai' in the coming years or I wonder if that's what it really means in German!

                                    I was asked to replace my Brake Pads while in Bangalore by a service adviser there, which I did (I was traveling, my car is bought in Goa). On returning back to Goa I went for my 1st service and told the service adviser about what had happened, also told him that there may still be a problem with my brakes. After getting my car back from servicing, within 4-5 weeks the brake problem escalated and my whole car would shake vigorously (shudder) when ever I applied brakes especially above the speed of 80kmph. I called up the service station in Goa, first they told me they can't accept my Car but then I insisted to at least to speak to the service adviser they gave me his number.

                                    Now the funny part... On calling this guy he remembers my cars brake problem and tells me he cannot do anything as the break Pad was replaced in Bangalore Volkswagen service center and I will have to take my car back to Bangalore to get it rectified... (I still want to laugh, sadly its my brake's)

                                    I told him that I am going to report this and I did (my concern number CAL20417 Dated: 12/06/2012), but till today nothing has been done, I am now trying to find out if any other service center can rectify this (I know Skoda uses similar parts, or if the brake rotor which I am told can be taken to a lathe, may be the Maruti service center here might tell me where to take it).

                                    End of the day I feel I bought a good car but I have to be a Car mechanic to keep it. I was told by someone that since one person holds the Volkswagen & some other brands for whole of Goa this is what you should have expected. Unfortunately they are considered the best brands of Cars in the market today by many after Maruti (I still love my Red Polo, its a beauty).

                                    I don't know what to ask Volkswagen, I am frustrated but more over I am sad...

                                    I am not getting response from anywhere...not from customer care and not from dealer.

                                    "I have purchased VW POLO Highline diesel from @ Global Gallarie Motors Pvt. Ltd., Maharashtra, Thane.

                                    When I went for the delivery on 8/11/2012 morning I checked the car and it's fine. After that agent told me that regestration paper is not ready so come in evening for deliver.

                                    I again went in evening and took the deliver of my car, but at that time I didn't check my car.

                                    After couple of days I noticed that spare wheel is not there and for that I already call the dealer couple of times but didn't get satisfactory answer, and then I looged my complained to customer care on 26/11/2012.

                                    I have received a message on my mobile number [protected] saying that "You will be hearing from our authorizsed dealer Volkswagen Thane within 24 hours...BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THE DEALER.

                                    I may go to legal procedure if I will not get any satisfactorey answer."

                                    Can you please help me to resolve this.

                                      Dealer charges extra Rs 3000. what for on ex-showroom... True experience..They dont check the car before delivering themselves...& then say just sorry for not delievring on specified & confirmed date n time. Shameless sales person, tries to cut pocket for everything... this charge that charge... VW is only providing Car not something extra ..tht too client is paying not taking for free..but still a bad experience, i thought i should share.. SHAMAN CARS..

                                      I do agree with you. I also had similare experience in Pune. I went Vidyut Motors Pvt. Ltd in Pune. They think that Clients as . There sales persons are Best. Salesperson Poonam was so rude. But I do not have any other option in Pune. God only knows what will happened to after sale services of car.
                                      completely agree shaman is horrible, i had booked my car on may 7th, 2010. today is 17th spet, 2010. i was to recieve my car today but when i went to the showroom they kept tellin me 20mins, 10mins more since the car according to their saying was coming from their sweri workshop, i waited 2hours till i lost it said wht i had to fired the sales team and the manager and just left. Even maruti gives a better customer experience, at shaman dealership of VW, im ashamed of saying a german comapny as well reputed as VW all over the world, this third grade service. I wasnt offered a glass of water, and my saleswomen Ms. Ayesha, had no communication skills and couldnt even talk proper english. Disgusting absolutely disgusting. If there is some way of contacting the Head of Volkswagen i would go to any level to do so. I have refused to take delivery today and will sue shaman and VW for giving such people their dealership in consumers court and take extra action if you'll know what i mean ;)
                                      i totally agree w these complaints. the dealership is CRAP and so is their workshop in Lalbaug. i booked my car in july and got delivery in the WORSE possible manner in Oct. the whole entire time of waiting for the car, i had to call them to get a status which in my opinion should be the other way around. Co calls customer! i was actually in tears while getting the car because it was not only dirty but filthy on the inside as well. upon asking our sales rep, Ayesha, all i got was a stupid smile and told to be calm. how are you going to tell me that the car is brand new when there is filth in the front and back of my car. i asked to speak to the Mgr, who was also completely USELESS as well. i want to know that when you are putting a deposit to a company like VW why is there NO sense of customer service. we are paying for the car and it is their JOB to provide us the service. most disgusting experience of buying a car at Shaman! if you can avoid it, you should just to save yourself from the HELL i have been through. and the workshop is NO better. when you ask for your car to be done at 6 pm, they give you a bunch of crap about the delay (2 hrs to wash your car madam-WHY??? its a Polo not a truck) and finally give the car at 7 pm!!! 1 hour to just get your car back from the workshop. something really has to be done because this is not how you should be treating your customers. JUST ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

                                      Firstly, my apologies for a lengthy comment but do bear with me...

                                      I am 28 and was naturally enthusiastic as a first time car buyer. Being very tight on my budget, I invested several months of research into every small car available at that time. Finally, I booked the VW Polo Trendline 1.2 L Petrol on 31st December 2010.

                                      In comparison to other small cars (base models) this car costs significantly more. So it is safe to say that it is a 'premium product'. When one buys a premium product, whether it is a pen or a car, the first thing you expect is customer service. And this is what was non-existent at the VW Downtown Showroom in Mumbai.

                                      On the day of booking my car, I was assured of delivery within 3 months (maximum). The sales executive was insistent that the car would arrive well BEFORE three months but to be safe he was saying 3 months. I agreed to this 3 month term and and promptly booked the car falling for his sales pitch and paying a Rs.50, 000 as a booking fee. This was at a time when every other car was available for delivery either immediately or in less than 1 month. As noted by a gentleman above: no interest is paid to the customer for this booking amount.

                                      I heard that car dealerships are notorious for not sticking to their commitment but I would've never even dreamed that a company of the stature of VW would come under that blanket. 1 month later (end Jan 2011) I called to check on the status of the car.                                         I Muslim Khan is a owner of Volkswagen Jetta 2009 make model, Fifteen days back I've given my vehicle on service at (One Kashyap Vehicles Works Pvt.Ltd Noida) for repair of minor scratches on the left side front and back doors but he service men has damaged both of the doors by using local paint and dented the doors in such a way that they are in a horrible condition now. I want them to deliver my car at the condition I've given to them as I've already bared a great loss, I have only one vehicle and its hard for me to commute my business places. I also want to say that if they are not in a condition to repair the car then they would have let me known at the beginning before repairing it.
