    Volks wagen service station Thiruvalla Kerala was very bad service and not any consumer satisfaction for my vw vento I will complaint and change abs sensor . one week time again the same abs sensor complaint . constumer realtion staffs was very bad compare another car dealers exspecially that show room
    Volkswagen India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Every 2 years(at the max) the ABS in VW car fails. The same things happens to ALL VW owner, with no exception and the company does nothing to rectify the issue.

    I had same issue and VW referred me to the local service center. What would they do, if parts are of such poor quality.

      At first am very happy to say am your Esteemed customer from the day one
      On the dated 08/SEP/2021 I had given my Car Servicing Vehicle Register number AP-29-AY-9198 Repair Order No:- SOA2101092 at VOLKSWAGEN DECCAN ( MODY AUTO INDIAN PRIVATE LIMITED, NO B-8/3, I.D.A. UPPAL, RANGA REDDY DIST, HYDERABAD 500039.
      At the time of job card preparing service workshop center Mr. KARNATI SRIKAR {service advisor} had done inspection totally and he explain me all the things and i agreed all concern of job repairs for my vehicle.
      Very next i.e. on the dated 09-SEP-2021 i got a call from service center that my car is ready for delivery.
      I got to workshop to collect my vehicle After doing the billing and the payment was done then slowly service person told me that my car lock has to replace due to sum technical problem it is not functioning properly.
      Now sir suggest me what I have to do immediately i questioned him while giving my car lock problem not mention any where and they doesn’t told me about the lock and more over service adviser has not given me any advice also. My concern is sir while giving the delivery time why my lock set as problem has came in to the notice I want explanation and solution sir
      Even in invoice billing the amount has been charged expensive for your information hence am enclosing the my billing copy also please you can check out my job list .
      And More over I have awaited for 48 Hours if any one will call to solve this problem nobody has called me up sir, so am rising the complaint against them I lost my patience sir now I request you to please look in to this matter and do the the needful sir
      Please change my lock set and please resolved my problem with replace of new keyset
      i noted that most Volkswagen service center are perfect compared to other service center.
      i wanted assurance from your company that all the problem to be resolved at time

        I received my polo car from service center Mira road Mumbai 2 days ago after replacement of ABS SENSOR.the Very next day it started flashing again..I had a word with the executive, he asked me to replace all of the sensors .the next night I was coming back from the hospital in the middle of night some four signs started flashing like EPC ABS PLUS 2 MORE .and speedometer stopped working.how come this happens 2 days after the service specially when everything was alright when I left the vehicle with your workshop.
        I don't understand the technical know how's and your working strategy.the car is receiving yearly services at recognised service center only..so kindly arrange a pick up and get everything resolved ASAP .and pl do not expect any payment from my side .failing to do so will leave no option for me but to escalate it.

        This seems to be common strategy of VW India. The ABS will invariably fail every 2 years (max) and when one goes off, you get it replaced in service center; magically all other ABS will fail one after another.

        This seems to be part of part of annual maintenance parts like oil change.

        VW India doesn't care about customer and hence such poor quality parts are made available to hapless customers or service center knows magic to make the sensor lights on

          I owned my flash red polo in nov ‘17, and the VW staff compelled me to have nail scratch stickers in all 4 door handles, I too accepted since it is genuine VW product. But now it looks In worse Condition and im unable to remove it.

            Today, I am at VW workshop. Like me more than 10 customers are here to replace faulty ABS sensor.

            I am told that this is very common issue and happens more in rainy season.

            If this is known issue, why is VW playing with safety features of the car ?

            Dear VW,

            Yesterday I got 2 ABS changed and while reaching home, I get the ABS lights on again.

            Ridiculous, isan understatement for your excellent sensor or workmanship.

            When I was in service center, I found that 12 out of 15 customer are in your center just to replace ABS sensor.

            It seems this is your strategy to make more money selling ABS sensor than selling car itself. Very poor service, you should be ashamed of it.

                I have purhcased Polo Car from Landmark Vapi, And we are doing regular services from therie only an since last few services each and every time when we r doing services after that we r getting symbol of ABS and we have to replaced it after each and eveery service hope it can not be co incidence. It is negiligence from your service centere each every time I have to pay additional cost for the same. Company should take serious note of it

                  We booked Volkswagen polo on 26th November 2020, due to deley in delivery we canceled our booking in Jubilee Hill branch, hyderabad (beside NTV Office )
                  Till now our amount of rupees 5000 is not refunded. No proper response when called .

                    I am one of your customer since 2014 and also acting as a brand ambassador ( referred at least 100 friends and families to your brand ) since i admired the brand for years.

                    Later it is annoying to note that so much of service costs and spare replacements at early stages ( low kms done stage )

                    For ex I bought one vento during February 2020, vehicle bearing regn no TN 66 AE 0033 which has done only 21000 kms and the issue is

                    a ) break disk got damaged and to be skimmed to avoid noise
                    b ) break pad to be replaced
                    c ) steering became like non power assisted

                    The vehicle has gone thru 15000 kms service and none of these had popped up !

                    Is there an issue with quality of spares that is being used to built new vehicles off late ?

                    Why such early issues persists ?
                    I started thinking of moving away from this brand, to be honest am afraid of the costs really.

                    PS : I have one of the best service advisor for all these years and absolutely had no issues with your dealership @ Coimbatore .

                        I had bought Volkswagen Vento TDI DSG feb 2015 model and i am facing a fuel injector failure problem every now and then also in between long journeys which is causing a lot of problems. As of now, i have replaced 3 out of the four fuel injectors and I would like the replacement of the fourth injector as the quality of the existing injector is questionable.

                          I am writing this mail for a request for a duplicate invoice copy of my vw polo, 2013 model 1199 cc diesel engine comfortline car, which i have purchased from Anubhav Sharma from Meerut.
                          I actually require my car to be re registered to Hyderabad from Utaar pradesh. I am trying to get the noc from Ghaziabad. But the Hyderabad RTO is asking for the invoice of the car to analyse the then price of the car to prepare the tax amount here. And the bad luck is that, the show room at that time in Meerut is closed many years back.
                          So, this is my request to you that please provide me the copy of invoice or a letter stating the then price of my car.

                            I am from kerala wayanad i have vento. My vehicle ABS sensor got failure i serviced few months ago in 80000rupees inculding one of abs sensor and now the other sensor again failed. In this covid situation i have no money to change other sensors I said to company please help me i spend these much of money please clear it in small money but there is no excuse from comoany VW company cheating customers with abs sensor, it cost 5000 for one abs sensor😭😭😭

                                Own a GT TSI VW that is 20 months old and has run 3000 km till date. A month ago I got the "EPS" message on the left and a "slippery slope" message on the right of the dashboard. The throttle stopped working and I had to pull out of the highway. I have enclosed a picture of the dashboard showing the issue.

                                On July 16, 2021, I took the car to the service center - Volkswagen Palace Cross Service, Rajajinagar, Bangalore India 560010. The service adviser didn't have a clue. He told me that it doesn't normally happen and that I should turn off and turn back the engine when it happens.

                                It happened to me today when I was driving on the highway. This incident is really dangerous since the throttle (accelerator) stops working and the engine is running at 3000 RPM when the car is moving at 45 kmph.

                                Can you please let me know if this is solvable? Can you also send the repair instructions to your service center and help them understand how to fix these issues henceforth?

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  At the very beginning I would like to mention that I have been a loyal Volkswagen customer since 2012. In that year I had bought a Polo petrol and later in the year 2018 I had bought an Ameo petrol in the name of our firm ENGINEERS SERVICE STATION. After that being fully satisfied with both of the cars, I decided to buy a VW Ameo Dsg diesel in my personal name.

                                  This is to inform you with deep regret, that I Mr. Shaunak Nandi, owner of vehicle Volkswagen Ameo Diesel, Dsg bearing registration no WB02AN4993 had initially sent my car to VW OSL EXCLUSIVE SERVICE CENTRE located at 36A, Ghulam Jilani Khan Road, Kolkata 700039 on 26th of July, 2021.

                                  The main reason for sending my car to the service centre was an ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE CAR, which I initially suspected as noise coming from the fan belt and also a noise coming from the steering rack.

                                  After the inspection the service advisor assigned to me, Mr. Prithwish, told me that they thoroughly checked the car and found that there was no abnormal noise coming from the car, but there was a sound coming from the steering rack. He told me that if the noise comes again, to let him know and send the car to the workshop.

                                  The same day in the evening when the car came back from the workshop, that sound again started coming. I video recorded the sound, and send it to Mr. Prithwish Ghosh. After 2 days he told me to send the car to the workshop, which I did on 29th of August, 2021.

                                  After that Mr. Prithwish Ghosh told me that they need to open the gearbox and for that they need to send an email to Volkswagen India for getting the permission. He said that it will at least take 3 to 4 working days for Volkswagen India to revert back as this was an automatic gearbox. According to Mr. Prithwish Ghosh in a manual gearbox the permission comes in 1 working day.

                                  Therefore, I requested him to get permission from Volkswagen India at the earliest, as I did not have any other car to commute to my workplace.

                                  Then after 3 days, he said that they after the diagnostics, they found that there was a problem with the flywheel and also the steering rack (which he had also earlier acknowledged when I sent my car on 26th of July, 2021) .

                                  He said that I did not need to worry as these defective parts were covered under extended warranty. He told there would be a physical inspection of the damaged parts and that the concerned person would come on 03.08.2021 for the inspection of the parts.

                                  Then later that evening (03.08.2021) Ms. Surupa Dey (Customer Relationship Manager) called me up and said that the inspector could not come that day and the service centre will try to schedule a video call with the inspector the very same day.

                                  Then yesterday, (04.08.2021), I called up Ms. Surupa Dey and she told me that the extended warranty claim was rejected by Volkswagen India as I did not have a proper service history.

                                  Just to let you know that both Mr. Prithwish Ghosh and Ms. Surupa Dey told me on earlier occasions that the extended warranty claim might get rejected, as I did not have a proper service history.

                                  Yesterday she sent me a warranty or claim rejection letter via email and told me to reply on that mail stating that why I could not send my car as per my service period schedule and after that they could fight on behalf of me for getting the extended warranty claim.

                                  Now, in between all these incidents, I got a call on two consecutive days i.e on on Saturday (31.07.2021) & Sunday (01.08.2021) from their workshop regarding my car's servicing which they said was due.

                                  To make myself very clear I want to state that in this last two and a half years i.e from December 2018 to 30.07.2021, I have never ever received a call from their workshop, so why did they suddenly call on both these days. Is this a part of a cover -up for their failure ?
                                  I really do not know, but it seems so. I had sent my car for servicing after calling their workshop. They never called me up. And now, when there is a question of an extended warranty claim they are trying to play it safe and squarely putting the blame on the customer.

                                  Isn'it the duty of the service workshop to inform the customer that a service is due in ten days or five days or a month ??

                                  Its not the customer's duty, but I, in spite of my busy schedule I tried to send the car for periodic service.

                                  The entire service workshop team from day1 has kept me in the dark. There has been absolutely no communication from either Mr. Prithwish Ghosh or Ms. Surupa Dey from Day 1. It was me who was always initiating a discussion. Most of the time Mr. Prithwish Ghosh does not even care to pick up my phone.

                                  Thus, it is with deep regret that I am writing this letter and it pains me as a customer as to how Volkswagen dealer OSL Exclusive Kolkata is handling customers. They treat customers like an animal. This is destroying the image of Volkswagen brand in India, the integrity, values and good corporate and ethical practices that they follow worldwide as well as in India.

                                  I would request the senior management at Volkswagen India to please look into this matter on a very serious note so that no customers in the near future have to go through this ordeal and to please provide me with justice after having gone through all this.

                                  For your reference I am attaching the email from OSL Exclusive Kolkata where they have rejected the extended warranty claim.

                                    Dear sir/Mam .

                                    I have loan account with Volkswagen finance . My loan account is on auto debit . Last month July21 i was unable to maintain balance for auto emi.

                                    I received call to pay emi by another method and i paid it by google pay,
                                    But after that when i keep balance in my auto debit account, again emi cut for the same month,
                                    i have raised complaint and asked for the refund,

                                    Volkswagen finance admit the emi cut twice and will refund
                                    but till tym no refund received . One month gone again emi cut but still old money not refunded.
