unprofessional behavior

I visited frontier volkswagen service centre, Gurugram(Haryana) on 16th December, 2020.My appointment time was 9.30am and i reached service centre at 9.25am.There was no customer there as yet, and still my job card was made arnd 10.10am.hence i had to wait approx 40min to get the job card open and let the service of my car start.
2 days before i received whatsapp message from service centre asking to give 5star rating on customer feedback...

Service -- part replacement

Hello there,
I have problem with my Volkswagen vento car. Had given for service on 1st week of November. Initially they said it will take 5-6 days to arrive the part. Then told another 5-6 days then another 7-9 days they had given 20th dec as eta, now they have given 30th dec eta ... So it will be around 2 months for which my vehicle is on breakdown I am unable to use it. Not sure if they are going to repair this. Very frustrated...

Replace the front left side ABS sensor

Its almost 5th time, i have visited your service center with the same problem. I need a guarantee fix, then only i will agree for the sensor replacment. Unless i can't waste of money and time on the trail and error approach. Kindly do the exact and reliable fix. Hope you understand my concern....

Frequent issue in ABS sensor

I have a VW Vento from 2015 and noticed that the abs sensor is keep on failing due to quality issue/Poor design in VW ABS sensor. The reason given by the VW service advisor denotes that car is not designed for India
I saw a lot of customers complaining the same problem for Vento and polo.
Requesting to get this issue fixed and not to loot money from customer and this will cause your customer retention.
