Customer car was over speeded and hitted to the tree with full car damage and now the company is offering to just repair the car at the cost of customer insurance claim. Its been 5 days no one is bothered to approach and to resolve, even the HR is just unreliable with not giving a proper response and kept the things all on paused by saying wil call in 5 mins and it's been 48 hours for this conversation but no response and list bothered. #volkswagen_goa #volkswagengoa #modygroup #parthmody #CEO_prashant #hr_volkswagen #mr_ khan

      Dear Volkswagen
      I purchased VW Virtus 1.0 TSI Topeline (Red) on 29th June 2022 from Guwahati Assam, India Dealer. And as informed, I was supposed to visit the dealer on 31st July 2022 for my first servicing. This servicing is named as “Swagat”. The first welcome Servicing. But I have a different experience to tell on the very first day.
      On 2nd week of July, I got a call from the VW service centre Guwahati regarding my first service. I conveyed that as I reside in Nagaon District which is 150 kM away from Guwahati and due to my work, I can go for my “Swagat” servicing on last Sunday i.e., 31st July 2022. Accordingly, I was informed that they have booked 31st July 2022 for the “Swagat” servicing.
      On 31st July 2022 at 11:00 am, I reached the service centre at Guwahati. I approached the service executive for my schedule and so called “Swagat” service. To my surprise, they revert me back that there is no booking for my car for that day.
      I tried to explained that there might be some mistake as I remember that it was booked for last Sunday from their end and accordingly, I have travel 150 kM for the same. Half an hour later, I was informed that the booking was there in the computer but it was not in the register book. However, they will consider to carry out the “Swagat” servicing but it will take some time as there is already a queue.
      I agreed and around 1:45 pm the car was driven inside for washing by VW team member. Before this incident, one of the service executives took 360 deg photograph of the car for any scratch or mark in the body. At around 3:30 pm, I went inside the workshop to see the progress of my “Swagat” Servicing.
      The car was washed. I went closure to see the car and I was surprised to notice that the left door opposite to the drive seat had a scratch mark distinctly visible. I immediately call the service team around and had shown them the mark. At first, they denied to accept that it was their fault and it might have been already there before the car was brought to the centre.
      I tried to convince that there was no scratch till now in the car body, but there was continuous denial from their end. To this I asked the service executive to compare it with those photographs which were taken before the servicing. After few conversations, disapproval and comparison, it was accepted that the scratch was part of the servicing and then they tried to remove the mark with some polish and chemicals.
      I asked them the rectify the issue immediately. But they response that as it was Sunday the painter is not available and asked me to bring the car next day. But since I have to return and travel back again 150 kM to my workplace, I told them it is not possible for me to visit next day. To this the service executive wrote a comment in the bill that it will be rectify free of cost (only for that scratch) whenever I visit the centre again. Me with no other option had accepted it.
      Sitting back in the waiting lounge for other formalities to be made from their end, I was just recalling the whole day. I came for my first so called “Swagat” servicing at VW Guwahati traveling approx. 150 kM. At first there was a denial of the booking and then what I get is only a washing and a scratch mark on the left door of the car. I could have washed the car at may place instead of travelling 150 kM for the same.
      One month back when the car was delivered, there was frequent call from the VW Guwahati to give 5-star feedback in company website. And without any doubt, I gave it, as the quality of the Car is exceptionally good. But the trust of the customer depends on the after sales service and parts that will be available for next 10-15 years.
      At the very beginning before purchase, I went for Skoda Slavia, but because of the speculated service-related issues at this part of north east India, I waited for VW Virtus, as my trust was more on Volkswagen and that is the only reason for my ownership.
      But what now? there is nothing special about VW, and here at Guwahati Assam, the service approach and quality is pathetic and I worried, I have to bear the same for coming years.
      There is always an improvement and the VW dealer at Guwahati is no exceptional.
      Firstly, the service centre had very less space around it. And most of the damaged car are parked in the approach road making the path narrower for any car to move inside the workshop. The approach to the car washing place is further narrower and is through the main workshop where repairing works is done. And I doubt, due to space constraint, the dealer cannot attend servicing of more than 5 -6 car a day. However, this is only my observation and its up to VW group for further review.
      At the end of the day what customer expect is the service after sales. We are giving more emphasis on sales, that is good. But what after the sales? and what if the customer had to face many issues in keep the car in good condition. The moment the car is delivered and out of the dealer, we (the customer) will look for an approachable and troublesome servicing from the dealer.
      VW car is Good, but service here at Guwahati is pathetic………….So to the new buyer, do the survey in your area before buying…………………………..

        Address: Gilani Khan Rd, topsia near landmark Kolkata

        I bought Volkswagen Polo in 2016 and had to change all ABS sensors in the period of 2018-19. Now in 2022, I see this errors again and the service people are seeing open circuit and it might be damaged. I have to send my car again for this fault. Normally you expect 40000 km to 50000 km for the life time. I am very much upset and I am wondering what engineering Marvel this car is?

          Serious mental harassment at the hands for Elite Motors ( VW Center) situated at Bangalore. Our Vento has been terribly mismanaged during the service in last month. Right after this multi-clucth got serious problem and they are not taking any responsibility.

          Our vehicle was serviced in month of June'22 in Elite motors at Hosur Road in Bangalore. After a chase up for close to 1 month we got our vehicle back and supposedly fixed for the issues we had raised. We were charged for all the repairs and parts and the same was paid after a lot debate and argument as lot of protocols follwed for servicing vehicles were broken from Volkswagen side. The service advisor was fired because of the mismanagement of the entire issue as claimed by them. During the test drive before getting the vehicle released, we complained to them that there was a vibration felt which wasn't there earlier. They asked us to drive the vehicle for couple of days and revert back if the issue still persists and they would fix it. On the very next day, the car got some serious problem and started giving stron vibrations while driving. We immediately reported it back and left the vehicle at service center. Now, the team is saying the multi cluctch has gone bad and needs a replacement. And gave us an estimate of 1.3 lacs. We mentioned that when we gave the vehicle there was Jo such issue and most probably it's a mismanagement by the service center while dealing with the servicing of the vehicle. They are saying they reached out to the higher ups in Volkswagen India and they are saying it's part of wear and tear given that the vehicle has run over 1 lac kms. This wasn't absolutely given as an argument when the vehicle was getting serviced. We are very sure that the something has been done wrong to our vehicle purposely since due to our complaint they fired the service advisor. The service center team is not ready to share the communication email that they got from the company side with their opinion for this case nor sharing any contact details so that we can talk to the higher ups directly. They are definitely trying to put this entire story undercover putting all the blame and cost impact on customer simply saying that the vehicle has aged over 7 years and has ran over a lac kms. This is absolutely not acceptable when it wasn't a different scenario when we gave it for servicing. They are trying to cover up their incapability and not ready to accept their fault. Please help to resolve this at the earliest. Over vehicle is again lying there for a month now with no decision at all.

            Guys, recently 2 months ( April end )back I had done yearly service of my polo gt Tsi 2014 petrol . Even though it’s 8 year old, my car is only 45k kilometer run . I recently went for outstation trip around 200km away from mangalore and had issues with loud noise from engine side and changed the water pump . As there was no vw service Centre, I got it done from local car shops and then to my shock I found out that the engine oil was too low and the coolant also was muddy . The service Centre which did my yearly car service had fooled me by not changing the oil or coolant . But they had charged me the full fees for it all . I have sent complaints to the vw India heads . I hope this mail shows the dirty tricks used by the service centers to make a extra penny by cheating loyal vw customers . Right after the service I started facing issues with steering rack which wasn’t even there . I hope this message reaches the top brass of vw or any customer care team .

              On 17/08/21, We made a purchase of a car from volkswagen showroom kannur branch. The make and model of the car bought is
              volkswagen polo model (candy white)
              Km driven -4600 km
              Registration -KL18AA5701
              I regret to inform you that, the vehicle that I bought is not giving satisfactory output and is not as it was expected to be.
              *We are totally frustrated with the repeating problem regarding the ABS Sensor issue and notification for the 4th time with in 10 months of the vehicle purchase. which Volkswagen kannur team not even addressed during the sale.
              *Steering Problem (steering response is to tight while driving)
              This is to bring your consideration that we drove this car only 4600 km and not even completed ten month. In last ten months more than seven time we have submitted the car for services and other technical issues, we feel traveling using this vehicle with family for a long drive is not at all reliable. we have to invest our money, time and energy for all this process.however now the Vehicle is under warranty we afraid how we are going to pay this unwanted cost on monthly basis after the warranty period.

              We trusted and shifted the brand loyalty from TATA to Volkswagen by taking back the booking amount.We truly shocked how a brand new car got this much issues with in ten months of purchase after going and passing through so much of quality check, we are extremely unhappy with this shocking experience what we got from volkswagen polo.
              I find what happened is unacceptable at all scales and request you to kindly look into this matter .we also appeal for strict solution for all the recurring problem and an a over all check up of the vehicle befor the delivery .
              I believe I will get to hear from you soon. I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast form you side.

                I draft this mail for a request for a duplicate invoice copy of my VW Vento, 2011 model 1.6 l Diesel Highline car.
                I require my car to be re-registered to Chennai from Hyderabad. I have taken the NOC from Hyderabad and submitted it to my Chennai RTO Office. They now ask for the car's invoice to analyse the then price of the vehicle to prepare the tax amount here. And to my bad luck, I have miss placed it.
                I tried mailing the sales department of VW but didn't get any response
                I want to request a duplicate invoice for my Vento so that I can start the process of my re-registration. It has already been 11 months since I started the process, and I don't want to delay it further.

                    My Polo car (#1984) wiring (Fuel Injector wiring) was damaged due to Rodents. I've given my car to VW Whitefield service center on 1st June for getting it fixed. It was told to me by service person, new parts are coming from Germany as they are not locally produced here. Now after 3 weeks when it did came wrong parts were sent. Now I'm suppose to wait for another 3 to 4 weeks.

                    My issues are:

                    1. After all these localization talks why basic things are not available in India? Why it needs to be imported?

                    2. Are we expected to wait for 6 weeks for getting small things fixed? Is this normal?

                        I have used VW Polo TDI 1.2 for past 8-9 years and thought of buying a new compact SUV, since I was using VW Polo and was very satisfied by the built quality, driving dynamics and overall after sale service, so the first brand came to mind was obiviously VW...and opted not to go for any other brand...

                        On 13.05.2022 i paid the booking amount and booked a VW 1.0 highline TAIGUN Automatic, from VW Dealership at Mandi Himachal Pradesh. on 04.06.2022 the car was delivered to me. On driving the car for 2-3 days I observed few issued with the car which are as listed below:
                        1. Driver side window sometimes hungs up in the middle and automatically comes down, and only after trying 2-3 times it goes up completely.
                        2. Instrument cluster light goes off sometimes.
                        3. Water drops were leaking from the passenger side seat new the foot area, initially I ignored it but later I observed that leackage was more.

                        I had informed about the above within 7-8 days of purchase to the sales person from whome I took the deliver, and I was told that these issues will be checked during my fisrt service i.e. due after 1000 kms. 0n 19.06.2022 I went for my first service (due after 1000 km) to the VW service centre at NCR as i work in the NCR.
                        Regarding water leakage from passenger side, the service manager asked the technical guy to check, he inspected the car from passenger side in my presence and opened the flap and went under the dash board with a mobile light and instantly told me that there is a hole in the AC housing and on my request he clicked a photo of the defect/hole (copies of photo attached), I enquired about the part, part no. and way to install the new part from the technical team at the service centre.

                        I came to know that to install the broken part the dashboard has to be removed, and firstly the part needs to be ordered and shall take arounf 15 days time, as the same was not available. My concern/ distrees is that when I had paid for the new car how can a company like VW whome a trusted and had faith deliver me a car with a broken part inside and now I have to open the dashboard of the new car only after 14 days of getting the delivery and drive for the remaining 14-15 years. How Am I to ensure that once the dashboard is opened it will not produce any sound for the rest of the life of the car because original fitting of the the dashboard need to be opned for this replacement.

                        Since it is rainy season therefore I requested the service team to kindly do some temporary fixing so that the water is stopped and they obliged me and asked one of ther team to go & buy m-seal from the nearby market. and they sealed the hole with m-seal and tape .

                        I am in great distress as I was handed over a car with a broken part inside and now to replace that the whole dashboard needs to be opened. How can a customer accept that sort of repairing in a new car because the VW handed me a car with broken part as dashboard is main part of the car from inside, doing that would mean that I got a repaired car for a price of a new car. I failed to understand how a company like VW do that.

                        I have raised my concern with the VW customer care and got call from the dealership (mandi), when I told everything about my distress they informed me that replacing the car is not possible as the billing is already done, here I want to request the VW team that I trusted your brand and paid for a new car but in return I felt like cheated as your dealership is telling me that they will not replace the car, instead replace that part, which means they will open the dashboard of my new car which iam going to use for the rest of 14-15 years. In doing so I will always get a feeling that I was cheated (im sure VW would not like their loyal customer to drive their car with that cheated feeling) if the original dashboard is opened this will going to give me some noise/problem in future, this will also mean that I was made to use a repaired car for the price of new car at no fault of mine which as a customer is totally not acceptable.
                        I think this is the price that I had to pay for being loyal to VW and trusting the German Brand, had I thought of other Brands, instead, while I was planning to buy a compact SUV things would have been pleasant at my end. I am waiting for a resolution at the earliest as this issue is giving me lot of headache…

                            VW Trivandrum Service - Parts Order and service delay

                            I gave my VW POLO (KL-16-G-6101) to Volkswagen Trivandrum on 25th May 2022 with a breakdown issue. After diagnosis of 2 weeks they pinpointed the issue and informed me that ABS MODULE needs to be replaced and needs to be ordered. I gave the advance of INR 20, 000 to order the item on 1st June 2022.
                            I told them to make sure that the issue is due to ABS Module and they took one more week to confirm, I was ok with it; and finally on...

                            I draft this mail for a request for a duplicate invoice copy of my vw vento, 2011 model 1.6 l petrol highline car.
                            I actually require my car to be re registered to goa from mumbai. I have taken the noc from mumbai. Goa RTO is now ask for the invoice of the car to analyse the then price of the car to prepare the tax amount here. And to my bad luck i have miss placed it.
                            My request is, can i receive a copy of my invoice or a letter stating the then price of my car.
                            Please help me.

                              Hi,
                              i am jaskaran singh from batala, district:gurdaspur, punjab.
                              I booked a new vw virtus with name jasbir singh at your dealership bhagat automobiles ltd.Amritsar .As the car was launched on 8/6/22 dealer gave me quotation of car with on road price
                              including basic cost, rto, insurance, accessories, extended warranty/tcs.As i requested them to deliver my car to me without insurance/accesories/extended warranty as i’ll get insured my vehichle insured on my behalf at time of delivery of vehichle and i do not need any accessorie or extended warranty as company is giving 4 years warranty . As a loyal vw customer. I am currenty using vw passat/vento/polo/ameo, now adding a vw virtus and prefering in my family and freind circle to use vw cars and. But the rude gesture of your dealership is forcing me to step back from a global brand like volkswagen… i am ready to pay basic cost of vehichle+rto+tcs and will make insurance of my own at time of delivery
                              please sort this issue as soon possible

                                I recently purchased a volkswagen Polo which brings in a lot of air cut noise and looses stability at just 120kmph. Raised a complaint with Sundaram motors service centre chennai who promised to fix the problem and took the car for 2 days. But the issue still persists. Called volkswagen customer care to raise concern who promised a call back within 48 hours. It has almost been 5 days and havent received a callback yet.

                                  Hello There,
                                  I bought Taigun in November, since then I am facing below problems.
                                  1. Infotainment system.
                                  2. Gear box sound.
                                  3. GPS tracking device is waste of money.
                                  4. Meter light problem.
                                  Since November I am chasing for above problem. But there is no resolution. And today when I went for my 6 month checkup. They said again they will check these things. If it is not working after multiple check and troubleshooting, then it is clear there is a problem in the devices.

                                    EVM VW Maradu-Irresponsible Employees Cheat VW Vehicle Owners During Annual Service

                                    This is a Complaint against EVM VW Cochin Dealer Service Center. The vehicle was given for service on 21 April, 2022. Mr. Agin Mohan was the agent who took the service. The car did had small splashes of wall paint which he told would be removed by polimer coating.                                     I ASHOK GUPTA purchased volkswagen vento from moti nagar(world class auto), new delhi on RC registered 01/06/2016. So there was a loan of 5 lakhs on this car for 5 years which ended on 31/05/2020. I have been trying hard for getting NOC for the same from volkswagen but no response from dealer and from toll free number. I have attached the RC and bill for my car. So it's humble request that provide my NOC for my car asap. It's a very urgent case and treat it as utmost important.
