I got my car serviced from volkswagen amritsar, as the engine got heated up. I received my car on the 14th may 2021. The following day after the service, air conditioner of my vehicle stopped working . I immeditately complained to the service centre but no proper action was taken and then few days later heating problem reoccured and I towed my car for 70 kms to the service centre. And its been 5 days since then, still I haven't received my car. I never expected such type behaviour and servive from a company like Volskwagen, whose once I was a happy customer.

    Vehicle: VW Vento TDI
    Registration year: 2012
    Latest Incident : Amber Glow plug warning and engine shudder
    Diagnosis: Injector failure; #3 replaced
    Repair order no: SOB2100744

    This is the 3rd injector failure. 1st and 2nd injectors were replaced with root cause being bad quality of Fuel. After much deliberation, VW Tech team accepted to clean the fuel line and fuel tank with a promise of non repeat. VW preferred fuel station was used used for diesel fill-up.
    The recent failure is also diagnosed with bad fuel quality inspite o[censored]sing VW preferred fuel station.
    It is a widely known fact VW TDI engines manufacture before 2013 are faulty with Infectors and EGR system. VW refuses to acknowledge this refutes to take responsibility. Another widely known fact is the Electrical/electronic issue with the faulty injectors are passed on as bad quality fuel.
    A complaint is raised with reference number MED07153117 and no one from VW tech team has reached out for follow-up.

    Every time I take the car out, I'm driving in fear anticipating the 4th injector to fail. It is high time VW is made accountable for all the terrible experiences and financial losses incurred due to faulty parts.

      As my Volkswagen vento has been brought to tamilnadu the RTO asked to produce invoice which was misplaced by the first owner from whom I purchased. Hence it is requested necessary suggestion may please be provided me to obtain the duplicate invoice of my car

        I have been using VW Ameo DSG comfortline, Reg no. KL02BA 6065 since March 2017 and 68000 KM have been run out so far.

        TWO MAJOR ISSUES AS A CUSTOMER

        1. The COOLANT TANK of the vehicle was REPLACED before 7 months due to reason that the liquid level was not visible
        because of the contaminated stain and rust eclipses the visibility.

        Unfortunately the SAME COMPLAINT of rust and stain is found again in the NEWLY REPLACED COOLANT TANK and eclipses the liquid level visibility, just after a period of one month gap.

        Also please note that the "EVM Service Centre, Umayanalloor, Kollam" CHARGED me a sum of Rs 4000/- for the above replacement, whereas the other similar Companies like Volkswagen entertains it to the customers as free of charge within the warranty period of five years.

        The reason for the above said rust and stain and the nonvisibility of its level
        is SUPPOSED to be occured because of the WORST COOLANT used or by the filthiness of the work done by the Service Centre .

        I am attaching 4 images showing first two images are of old coolant tank and last two of new one.

        I am sorry to say that it is pitiable to have such experience to the customers from a big company like Volkswagen.

        In the above circumstances, I hope you may do sudden and constant step to rectify my problem.

        2. Gear shift noise from gearbox in manual mode speed no. 4 to 5. This complaint is also mentioned at the time of service and the centre assured that the complaint is rectified.
        Unfortunately nothing has happened as a result.

        Also I like to come into your attention that I always keep punctuality in doing periodical service and maintenance of the car and it is only with your authorized dealer and not any unauthorized ones.

        Please look into both the matters very seriously and take strong and immediate steps for permanent solution for the same..

          I was promised by the dealer that the car has no major issues and is in a perfectly working condition. Upon driving the car, I found out that MANY PROBLEM LIKE STERRING CONDITION DOOR LOCKING. ENGINE SOUNDS, LOW MILEAGE etc..

          I am wondering at this point whether the dealer has tested the car and went through the necessary checks. This is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable.

          I am very disappointed from what happened and ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem. This is not the type of service I would have expected from a reputed company like yours.

            I am complaining about the Kun Volkswagen service center Alandur vw

            I left my car for service and ordered a part for my cross polo on Feb 19 and paid the amount in advance till date 16 April, i haven't got any response from Kun Volkswagen Alandur service station. No response while reaching them.
            Almost 2 months without any response is pathetic.

            Kindly do the needful.

              I purchased VW polo allstar in Feb 2017;
              i am facing Engine lamp warning in the cluster from last 2 years ( ON and Off). Again i am facing the same issue more the 5 times( there has been a fix done in the past, but not permanent fix.
              This is really annoying me and i do not have confident to drive this vehicle at all.
              Just after 20 days of regular service, again facing this issue.
              I seriously question your technicians knowledge on this. Even after fix why the same issue is turning up?
              I hope atleast this time i expect a permanent solution to this issue.

                I faced an issue with abs sensor and speedometer irregular for my polo KL 41P 2806.
                I have given the car to Volkswagen Cheranalloor showroom for this issue, service manager [ Tharun francis] claimed resolved the issue by changing the abs sensor under warranty.
                At the same day[09/04/2021] abs sensor light started blinking and speedometer reading showing wrong value, my journey was troubled and discontinued.
                They were hold my car in service centre for 3 days about to resolve this issue [apr 7, apr8, apr 9].
                I took this car on nov 2018. At my first, second service not went well. Both 2 service i went to service centre twice to resolving my complaint (you can check the service appointment history). One complaint came after the service.
                Same service manager dealing all my issue from the beginning.
                Really frustrated !!!
                Why Volkswagen cheating me for my hard earned money????
                I want a resolution for my issue and change my service manager for resolving my car issue and future services.

                  Myself Sajeer, a proud owner of 2018 model VW Polo Trendline Red Colour(KL-03-AC-5880).
                  I would like to raise my concern regarding the build quality of the vehicle and the durability of its parts.
                  Sadly this is my first car and I wanted to invest in a car which promised utmost build quality and ride comfort without compromising on safety concerns.
                  I was totally convinced from the exterior build quality and appeal the car had offered and I decided to go ahead.
                  I was a proud owner until recently, by January 2021, when the car started to show certain glitches beginning with the ABS sensor which upon enquiry I was informed it is a usual complaint that the model has.
                  I got them changed thinking it happens at times and soon after i.e. by March 9th I faced another issue. This time it was major and I had to tow the car to the Calicut VW service station wherein the team diagnosed it via scanning and confirmed the malfunctioning of the Throttle body part.
                  To make matters worse I was informed by a service representative the error occurred due to my rash driving which was contradicted by another of your representatives who knew the service history of the vehicle.
                  The car has undergone timely service as per your norms and yet the parts are starting to show serious build quality concerns.

                  I would like to escalate the concern to the concerned authority to get proper justice in the case.
                  Please look into the matter with utmost importance and I hope you will be able to provide the necessary support to ensure the proper functioning of the vehicle at the earliest.

                    My polo was given for service here Autobahn Volkswagen service centerPatlon Yard, CTS NO. 151 & 151, 1, Ram Mandir Rd, Somani Gram, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400104 and this is the most hectic and disappointing experience i ever had from a car dealer . They removed parts from my vehicle and may have fixed on to some other cars. When i went to receive car the AC is not working sound system not working rear view mirror is not there apart from that the liquids like wiper liquid and engine coolant is also low. They never did any service or repair just looted the parts from my car and may have fixed to someone else's vehicle. I requested the service advisor Mr Faizal to rectify my concern and he only argued and defended himself and was like do whatever you can i cant help .i dont know wheather this is how all the Volkswagen representatives treats their customer . I was waiting for the launch of new tiguan to book one and never ever in my life iam going to buy a Volkswagen car only because of this dealer. I owns a Toyota four wheeler and their customer service and behaviour are very much pleasing. My car is still at the service center i refused to take it back and iam not going to ever. It's better to burn the car outside Volkswagen india office and show the public the quality of customer care Volkswagen provides

                      Dear Sir, I have been using Volkswagen vento for many years, Fifteen days ago there was a minor accident to my car, I gave handover to your Guntur Volkswagen service station.. So far so good, Along with that other repair works were done, Every time the front disks was changed due to be front left side disc scratched, the problem can't be rectified. And collect higher labor charges..They doing worrest car wash also, I asked to reduce the labor charges to the staff, he said it was not possible.The showroom staff or manager never gives the courtesy or hospitality to the actual customer..Under these circumstances I would leave my car there, when I was given a guarantee about the discs.. I am a person with a very good name in society. If not I will file on your showroom and your company in the court for justice..

                        I have Volkswagen polo Car no. RJ14CZ7177.
                        15 days back it was showing engine light. I talked to the service center they told me to bring the car by towing.
                        I towed the car after that they charged me around 1280 for services. And engine light is gone. But in just 2 days i was away in outskirts of city it comes again. I called to the service center they told me not to drive the car and bring back to the service center. Hardly i managed and get back to my home after towing my car. After requesting they provided the person for home visit. After that they have given the estimate of 42000.
                        I am a middle class person how can i spend money again and again . Volkswagen car services are also costly. In month of December 2020 i get my car service done under a package of 15000.
                        I can't spend huge amount of money in cars.
                        And car only runs around just 38800km.
                        I purchased in August 2015 no doubt car is old but how can one spend 42000 on technical fault. And what is the guarantee that engine will not occur any fault in coming days.

                        I have requested service center to give discount on this because its not my fault. It's something technical fault.
                        I can assure you that engine is not harmed till date or ever been touched by any outsider or opened. What the service center offers me is 20% off on labour charges i.e around rs400. Is it any kind of joke ?

                          I have given my car (PY01BS7777) to the service centre at pondicherry, ( 43 Cuddalore Main Road Thattanchavady, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry, 605007) almost a month back.Also I have Recently called to the customer care about the issue and they said they will look into the matter .

                          The issue in my car was poor pickup and spring light lit up .They adviced me to change all injector and that the problem would go away and I have changed all injectors for a huge sum of money.They have also swapped a exhaust sensor saying this also might be a problem, but after doing all these the problem still persist.I went 2 days before to test my car at the service centre and problem remains the same.The spring light still shows on my dashboard and pick up hasn’t improved that much.I want to officially register a complaint about this.

                          To this day, I have spent around 1.34lakhs for the repair.For spending this amount of money for a service of the car, I would expect a car to be well serviced and the problem should have been addressed soon.

                          As I have noticed, the job carried out on my car at the service centre was only to replace the parts with new spare parts that has cost me a lot of money.Being an engineer myself, why can’t they they identify the problem for my spring light and my pick up issues and try to fix the issues instead of replacing all spare parts on my car one by one.

                          I do have gone through some manuals and read a lit of article about my pick up issues.It normally associated with either EGR or glow plug or turbo boost or differential pressure sensor at the particulate filter or faulty exhaust sensor.

                          Some of the problems I have raised :
                          AC flow in my car was not enough
                          Pick up issue and spring light issue
                          Radiator huge noise

                          I am not willing to spend any more than I have already spent.
                          Please take this as serious and hoping to get a swift action from your end and kindly assist me with my issues.

                          Follow up on above issue:
                          Very disappointed with volkswagen that their service personal cannot remove a single bolt and that they need a 1 week to do the same.
                          Very worst from a reputated company and I am never gonna buy again a Volkwagen car again in my life due to their poor and pathetic after service.

                            I'm have issue with Volkswagen service center,
                            on 13/02/2021 i have given my Passat for two door quarter panel paint
                            and side glass replacement they have given me estimate of
                            Rs:74, 017.
                            before two days they have told me to deliver my car on 25/02/2021 evening 5pm
                            i went to VW Vapi for my Passat i see they have paint my car door without removing side glass without
                            removing door handle not even remove back bumper and they have paint black rubber part
                            and color all other part which don't have to paint, i have ask them they said we will clean it don't worry even we will clean wash
                            your car before delivery,
                            My question is is this necessary if you are going to clean that mean you will make it dirty first? and how can you paint door like this?
                            After all I have check they paint talk to Amit he said color is not match because we don't have
                            right color code i have ask boroda service auto mark for color code and will paint it again huhh...

                            so that mean I have give my car for trial and error? to learn how to work on Passat?

                            i have some images of my car and paid what they they did will share for sure via email

                            (1) Paint without opning door accessories
                            (2) They have not update me i came form long distance with driver & car for my car delivery and have to go back without delivery
                            wasted my time too they don't even boughter to call and tell me that they wont able to delivery your car today.
                            (3) From 10days they have park my car in open sky no shade parking, from the day i had bought this Passat i had never park like this...

                            I'm really very upset with Volkswagen service department request to take a proper action,
                            I have notice many ppl facing issue with car service this is my feedback to please take care of it...

                              I purchased my VW polo trusting the quality and reputation of this firm.
                              I have purchased my car on 2014.A couple of years ago we have got ABS sensor issue and I replaced 2 sensors and recently last year again the remaining 2 ABS sensors also went faulty.Considering safety of my car and quality brand Volkswagen, I spend around[protected] rupees per sensor.In total I spend around 20, 000 for the replacement of faulty ABS sensors.
                              But recently again this ABS sensor warning popped up and I was told that from VW Thiruvalla showroom that front 2 sensors have gone faulty again and warranty period of this sensor is over. I am curious to understand the quality of the parts supplied from VW.My car have run more than 5000 km in these 2 years and sensor is gone faulty.I am now sure that if I change one sensor, the remaining 3 ones will follow. I understand from social media forums for VW -ABS sensor issue is becoming common issue which is ripping the pockets of the trustworthy customers. I personally a couple of friends of mine who have bad experience by now and it is going to increase for sure, may be at that time you will realise the ignorance VW shows to the customers.
                              As a responsible global firm in the automobile market I request to look into the root cause of this repetitive issue and recall the faulty one for your reputation and customer satisfaction.

                                I am Satyam Mohanty my Volkswagan Polo vehicle number is OD02AQ4315.i am going to repair my vehicle to the nearest Dealer Volkswagan Bhubaneswar Bharat Motors Ltd(Dealer State-Odisha/OR/21) in the Date 21.01.2021 at Time 12.41 PM .he promised me to deliver the vehicle in tha date of 02.02.2021 at Time 06.41 PM but still now he doesn't repair my vehicle and told me that parts are not available.my order no is SOA2011207.
                                Therefore i request you please follow the complain & as soon as possible repair my vehicle and oblige.

                                  Reference is made to the previous complaint(CCR[protected] on the issue. My car has been in the service centre for almost 17 days now. neither has the car been repaired, nor any part time vehicle has been provided which is causing a lot of inconvenience. The company appointed some Mr. Praveen for addressing my issue, he has not even bothered to pick up my calls! Extremely unprofessional response by the entire service center as a whole. additionally volkswagen has written that the issue has been addressed ! this is the epitome of fraud by any company ever seen or heard !

                                    I bought this car polo tsi 2020 on june 5. Unfortunately, i met with an accident on dec 13
                                    I called rsa and they took my car to volkswagen moradabad. Its been 2 months already and they need another 15 -20 days because sone parts are not available. I am really stuck with their pathetic service and feeling really bad now . I bought this car with my hard earned money with turning out to be a big loss for me.my contact number is [protected]

                                      Dear Volkswagen,

                                      1. I the undersigned am the owner on Volkswagen Polo (MH02CZ2015).

                                      2. As I’m serving in the Indian Armed Forces, we are seldom located at the same place, hence currently I’m in Chennai.

                                      3. I was experiencing two issues with my car (MH02CZ2015), i.e

                                      (a) Noise from the Axle, while turning.
                                      (b) Noise and jerks in suspension.

                                      4. For the a/m issues on 27 Jan 21 my car was picked up by KUN Volkswagen service center Alandur. On 02 Feb 21 the car was sent back post repair with a bill amount of Rs. 32, 805.54/-

                                      5. To my horror and surprise the car was still making the same noises and was in similar condition the way it was sent for the repair. Further I refused to accept the car as it was not repaired at all.

                                      6. My Car is still under repair and this speaks extremely poor about how Volkswagen is dealing with their customers.

                                      7. The inconvenience caused by the extended servicing time and the FRAUD done has let my faith in Volkswagen go down completely. It is incumbentent on me to report this matter to the government authorities so that such instances do not occur with the civilians of our country.
