I gave my car for service and insurance claim on 16th July, 2022 and have not received yet, it was given to Whitefield, Bangalore center.

Their agents are not responding, after multiple follow ups they answer once and that too with arrogance and very vague answers like it will take months or parts are coming from Germany.

i am really worried about my car now....

I am facing an issue where brake is making a metallic sound when applied at slow speed. I had complained about it during my first service, have visited the service center 4 times but there is still no resolution. Service center team is saying that VW representative is not responding on how to resolve the issue....

I have given my car to the service centre and almost spent a lakh and still my car is not serviced properly and it's been a month and the problem is not solved and service people are not responding properly and still my car is in showroom with any proper update . I don't understand still how many days would they take to deliver a car ....

My car no. GJ08AJ9501 is at your Mehsana workshop and the amount to fix is something around Rs 150000. Why should I pay this much amount of money in just 4 years or just 70000 km. when we had service done just on 16/07/2022 at your Ahmedabad workshop.
Pls resolve our issue as soon as possible. Pls see if you can do something for us because the amount charged is too high for us. Thank you....

On (29th july) I purchased a vw Virtus tsi from mody Volkswagen medhipatnam Hyderabad, vim number is MEXE22D22NT001865.
Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because it is pulling left side while driving and it's very dangerous and i already took the car back to the work station on the same day of delivery and mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed they told me the problem comes from manufacturer...

Customer car was over speeded and hitted to the tree with full car damage and now the company is offering to just repair the car at the cost of customer insurance claim. Its been 5 days no one is bothered to approach and to resolve, even the HR is just unreliable with not giving a proper response and kept the things all on paused by saying wil call in 5 mins and it's been 48 hours for this conversation but no response and list bothered. #volkswagen_goa...

Car was hit to the tree at a speed of 100kmph by the Volkswagen company driver while taking to the car for servicing and company is not giving any satisfactory response, niether company is bothered to approach the customer and it's been 3 days till now...

Serious mental harassment at the hands for Elite Motors ( VW Center) situated at Bangalore. Our Vento has been terribly mismanaged during the service in last month. Right after this multi-clucth got serious problem and they are not taking any responsibility.

I gave my VW POLO (KL-16-G-6101) to Volkswagen Trivandrum on 25th May 2022 with a breakdown issue. After diagnosis of 2 weeks they pinpointed the issue and informed me that ABS MODULE needs to be replaced and needs to be ordered. I gave the advance of INR 20, 000 to order the item on 1st June 2022.
